大家好，我是来自闽侯县实验小学昙石分校的陈思怡，非常高兴能够参加这次演讲，我今天要为大家分享的书是海伦·凯勒的《假如给我三天光明》。

没有任何一个人在年少时就想成为一个普通人，本书的主人公海伦也是如此，但是苍天不饶人，一岁半的小海伦在生了一场大病之后，双目失明，双耳失聪，一直生活在无边的黑暗与痛苦之中。直到一个人的出现，彻底地改变了海伦的一生，这个人就是沙利文老师。沙利文老师首先为海伦升起了信念的旗帜，经过对她的耐心指导后，海伦渐渐树立起了生活的勇气和信心，慢慢变得顽强起来。强烈的求知欲促使她奋发图强、努力学习，对生活的热爱促使她奋力前进、无所畏惧。在学习的道路上，她最终靠着百折不挠的精神摘取了成功的花朵，成为了人人钦佩的学者。

海伦从小就生活在暴风当中，但她依旧无畏地与狂风暴雨抗衡，这种不屈不挠、坚定不移的精神把我深深地震撼到了。海伦是一个残疾人，可是她依旧坚持不懈地向着自己的目标前进，然而条件优越、身体健康的我们，却远不如她努力。

这本书使我明白了一个道理：每一个人最不可缺少的就是海伦这种不屈不挠的精神，只有在人生的道路上历经千辛万苦，付出不懈努力，奋力冲刺，最终才能达到胜利的顶峰!

从此以后，我一定要向书中的海伦一样坚持不懈、不畏困难。海伦让我知道了：只有吃够当下的苦，未来的甜才会顺理成章。

今天是十月一日，是祖国母亲的生日，举国同庆!

一大早，我和爸爸就骑着电动车出门了，一路上车辆很多，川流不息，但都非常井然有序。道路两旁，挂着一面面五星红旗，在空中随风飘扬，一派喜庆的景象。

在这花好月圆的夜晚，在这普天同庆的佳节，我们祖国__岁生日到来了。同时，我们学生也迎来了一个“十一”长假。

在我印象中最深的当代榜样就是在偏远山区坚守了整整36年的最美教师支月英。她在1980年的时候，只有19岁的年龄，19岁一个正当花季的年龄，一个人生中最为美好的年龄。而支月英不顾家人反对，远离家乡，成为了一名深山女教师。当她到了教学点的时候才发现这里的条件其实完全比她想象中的样子还要艰苦上数倍：这里位于两个县之间的泥山深处，交通十分不方便。在这里，就连最近的车站都有这十公里之远，而且由于地势环境和经济条件都异常艰苦，食品也极其短缺，可想而知，支月英的教学条件是多么的艰苦。

可这样子，支月英依旧是留下来了，其他的教师就像是走马灯，来了又走。但她不一样，一年又一年的时间，她不但坚持了下来，而且还无时无刻想着她的学生。

一开始的时候，支月英的工资并没有多高。而学生呢，有些又因为交不起学费而上不了学。这时，黄月英拿着仅有的一点工资去为那些学生们垫付学费。时间长了，有时候她自己的温饱问题都快解决不了了。学校的条件也不好，漏风透雨都是十分常见的事情，而支月英买了材料，将教室修好，将这些风雨挡在了外面。

我被她的故事深深的打动了，我甚至希望以后我也去当一名深山中的教师，将对支月英的敬佩和对大山学生的爱播撒在那里。果然，榜样的力量是伟大的。

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

lifestyle.

In high school, in order to inspire students to study hard, teachers always

picture the amazing life in college, so most students treat college as the

paradise. But when they start the new life, they find the difference between

dream and reality. For me, I think I could play most of the time, joining

parties and making a lot of friends. However, study occupies most of my time. I

have so many lessons to learn. Sometimes I even have class at night. This makes

me feel unexpected.

But the time to study is not the only annoyance for me. I feel so

some studied very well. So I felt small and faced pressure. Now I learn that I

should learn from them and dont treat them as competitors. Enjoying study comes

看完电影《隐形的翅膀》，我静静地、静静地看着自己的手。这双手曾让我觉得不够白晳、不够修长、不够灵巧。今天，在我的眼里，它却变得可爱。我实在无法想象，如果有一天我失去了它，那我的生活将会怎样?我能坦然的面对生活吗?甚至我还有活下去的勇气吗?

闭上眼睛回想着电影的情节。最难忘记的是他们惊人的毅力，淡定的姿态与灿烂的笑容，无论是主人公志华，还是游泳训练队的成员们，或者是那几次荣获男自由泳、蝶泳金牌的无臂青年，在他们身上，没有消沉，没有迷茫，更没有自轻自贱的沉沦。有的是对生活的热情，对事业的追求，对未来的憧憬。这样的胸襟，这样的气度，怎能不让我感动?

主人公志华，生活给她太多的灾难与不公——正值花季，身遭肢残;慈爱温柔的母亲，因受不了打击而早逝;风雨飘摇的夜晚，生机破碎;考了高分，却因致残而落榜。。。。。然而他决不退缩，付出泪水、汗水，乃至血水，最终结出甜果，铸就辉煌。。在他的身上

，我看到了生命的强度、韧劲和高度。

志华的坚强让我明白：没有闯不过去的难关，只要我们用心面对生活;没有到达不了的地方，只要我们努力为梦想拼搏。

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

先说唐僧，唐僧也就是现实中的玄奘法师。现实中的唐僧是个伟大、圣洁、善良的大人物，而《西游记》作者吴承恩个他的人设却是个浑身缺点的普通人。三打白骨精那段里，他不分青红皂白，一味的说悟空伤及无辜，还要把他赶走，着实令人气愤。而且唐僧本身胆小怕事，昏庸无能，就是个识字不好吃的猪八戒。但是，缺点归缺点，他还是有一棵出家人的善心。

孙悟空，本领高强，神通广大，七十二般变化打得妖怪满地找牙，一心保护唐僧西天取经，深受读者喜爱。其实，唐僧犯的错，大家也会犯的。有一次，谭国强无缘无故地打几我一下，我转身给他一脚，他委屈的说：“我只是帮你拍灰，你干嘛踢我？”我一听，连忙道歉，心里暗想：冤枉好人了呀！还有最近火爆的“扶老人问题”，先不谈奶奶们的讹人心理，大多数老人可能是因为不辨是非就讹诈好心人。

我们大家不能像唐僧那样糊涂，但要像他那样善良，还要像孙悟空那样有勇有谋。
