the dinner’s ready, we ate happily and talked a lot. Then at night, the families

pasted the New Year’s scrolls and decorated the house. What a harmonious

environment and we enjoyed the family hour. In the next few days, I visited a

lot of relatives. It was a good chance for us to communicate with each

other.

中秋节是我国民间的传统节日。每年的农历八月十五，它又称为团圆节。中秋节这一天，人们不管有多忙，也要回家看看自己的父母、亲人，全家人聚在一起，吃月饼，赏月，庆祝中秋节。 Mid-Autumn Festival is the traditional festival of the people in my country.Each year in August 15th, it is also called reunion festival.On the day of the Mid -Autumn Festival, no matter how busy people are, they also have to go home to see their parents and relatives. The whole family gather together, eat moon cakes, enjoy the moon, and celebrate the Mid -Autumn Festival.

中秋节前的一天，我走在放学回家的路上，桂花的香气随着秋风飘来飘去，我闻着这醉人的花香，只觉得香气扑鼻，仿佛身边是一片桂花林。哦!八月桂花香，原来中秋节快到了，桂花也飘香了。

回到家，又是一股诱人的香气传了过来，我定睛一看，居然是爸爸妈妈在吃月饼，虽然中秋节还没到，家里已经有好几盒月饼了，爸妈单位发的，亲戚送的。爸妈说月饼多要赶紧吃，不用全都留到中秋节这一天。我洗好手后挑了一个水蜜桃口味的小月饼，咬了一口，啊!真好吃。饼皮非常松软，内部是新鲜香醇的果酱馅心，美味无比。很快就吃完了一个。

天已经渐渐地黑了，我又拿了一个哈密瓜口味的月饼跑到阳台上去看月亮。今天虽然不是中秋之夜，但是此时，月亮已经几乎成了圆形。只见它在云层之间穿梭，一会儿躲到云层后面，好像害羞的小姑娘;一会儿又钻了出来，向我们咧开嘴开心地笑着，真象是一个调皮的小娃娃在和我们捉迷藏。见此情景，我不禁想起了一首我们曾经学过的宋词，那就是苏轼的《水调歌头》：

明月几时有，把酒问青天。不知天上宫阙，今夕是何年。

我欲乘风归去，又恐琼楼玉宇，高处不胜寒。起舞弄清影，何似在人间。

转朱阁，低绮户，不应有恨，何事长向别时圆?

人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。

但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。

这首诗描写了诗人苏东坡望着月亮思念亲人、故乡，而那天正是中秋之夜!苏东坡因为被派往密州而不能回家乡团圆，他是多么伤心啊!我和他一样希望每个中秋节，家家户户都能团圆在一块儿，吃月饼赏月，过着幸福的日子。

我想，如今交通发达了，我们有了先进的交通工具，不用像苏东坡一样，回个家要很多天，甚至几个月。身在异乡的人们，只要想回家，乘上轮船、汽车、火车、飞机，很快就能回到家。如果实在忙，不能回家的话，在中秋节这一天，也要记得给自己的父母、亲人们打个电话，发个E—mail问候一下。月圆人也要团圆啊!

此时的月亮好像知道我在看它，变得更大更明亮了。

My winter vocation Winter holidays are coming. I am going to get up very

late at about half past nine because I feel litter tired. now I am on

vacation.

I don’t have to go to school. How wonderful ! During this vacation I can do

lots of interesting things. For example, I am going to play basketball ,

computer games and some other games. But of course, I must always remember that

I am still a student .

I am going to read a lot of books and finish my homework On New Year’s Eve

, my family will gather together eating , talking and watching TV for almost the

whole night . And there is going to be some interesting programmers on TV .

I think I am going to be very happy in this winter holiday.

我的寒假寒假。我要起床很晚九点半左右因为我觉得垃圾累。我现在在度假。

我不必去上学。多么美妙!在这个假期我可以做很多有趣的事情。例如,我要打篮球、电脑游戏和其他游戏。当然,我必须永远记住,我还是一个学生。
