据外媒报道称，针对俄罗斯国防部的指控，土耳其总统埃尔多安昨晚最新回应称，有关他的家庭牵涉与IS石油交易的说法属于“诽谤”。

俄再指土总统及家人参与交易

俄罗斯国防部及俄军总参谋部在吹风会上指出，国际社会如想打败极端组织“伊斯兰国”，必须先摧毁其非法的石油贸易设施。

报道称，俄罗斯国防部副部长安东诺夫说：“出口石油带来的收入是叙利亚境内恐怖分子获取资金的最主要源头之一。他们每年赚取大约20亿美元，他们使用这些资金在全世界雇用武装分子，并向他们提供武器装备。”

俄罗斯国防部表示，自俄罗斯对叙利亚境内极端组织展开空袭行动以来，导致恐怖分子每天非法贩卖石油的收入从300万美元下降到150万。

据俄军方表示，为开展非法石油贸易，“伊斯兰国”动用的运油车不少于8500辆，每昼夜最多运输石油20万桶。而最近一周，近2000名武装分子、超过120吨武器弹药和250辆各类型汽车从土耳其进入叙利亚境内。

俄军总参谋部称，俄罗斯了解“伊斯兰国”从叙利亚向土耳其运输石油的3条路线，并同时展示了“伊斯兰国”运送石油车队在叙利亚与土耳其边境的照片。

此外，俄国防部还表示，土耳其总统埃尔多安及其家人卷入非法石油供应链，从叙利亚“伊斯兰国”控制下的油田贩运石油。安东诺夫说：“从叙利亚和伊拉克合法所有者偷取石油的主要消费者为土耳其。根据获得消息显示，(土耳其)国家高层、总统埃尔多安及其家人参与了非法贸易。”

俄罗斯国防部指出，此次公布的只是部分证明土耳其通过极端组织获得叙利亚石油的证据。而俄方将在下周提供关于从土耳其向叙利亚境内武装分子供应武器、弹药、爆炸物成分的路线信息。

俄拒重启与土耳其军事热线

土耳其《自由报》报道，俄海军“亚乌扎”号运输舰1日由爱琴海驶向黑海时，在土耳其达达尼尔海峡附近与一艘土耳其海军潜水艇发生对峙，当时气氛“非常紧张”。

俄罗斯国防部长绍伊古17日宣布，俄决定动用远程战略轰炸机，从本土起飞参与叙利亚空袭行动，将把空袭强度增为原来的两倍，并已制定新的针对叙境内极端组织“伊斯兰国”的空袭行动计划。

应叙利亚政府要求，俄罗斯9月30日开始对叙境内的“伊斯兰国”目标实施空袭。截至目前，俄空天部队对“伊斯兰国”目标发动近1900次空袭，摧毁“伊斯兰国”在叙约2700个包括指挥部、弹药库和训练中心等在内的军事目标。
