今天早上五点半，我就起床了，要问怎么会那么早呢?因为我参加了学校组织的秋游活动，要到一百公里外的深圳海洋世界参观旅游。

我怀着激动的心情来到学校,虽然这时天刚朦朦亮，但我们还是可以清楚的看见同学们脸上露出的笑容。七点整，大家迎着一丝丝带着寒意的晨风，兴高采烈地登上了旅游大巴，踏上了开往深圳海洋世界的旅程。

行车途中，同学们你一言我一语兴致勃勃地谈笑着。我们唱歌、讲笑话、猜谜语、说脑筋急转弯等。一路欢笑一路歌，时间不知不觉过去了三个多小时，我们从省道走上了国道，又从国道走上了高速公路，终于来到了目的地——深圳小梅沙海洋世界。这些具有欧洲童话韵味的建筑群使我们耳目一新，里面有极地海洋馆、水族馆、海洋剧场、幻游海洋馆、鲸鲨馆、海贝馆、海龟岛等，每个景点都深深地吸引着我们。

午饭后，我们迫不及待地进入海洋世界公园，开始了多彩的海洋之旅。首先，我们来到极地世界，里面有生活在地球南北两极的动物，如：北极熊、企鹅、海熊、白鲸、北极狼、海象……。懒洋洋的北极熊在睡大觉。毛茸茸的海熊，笨重的身躯在水中缓慢地游动着，胖呼呼的样子真可爱。我们还看见了企鹅，别看企鹅在地上走路一摇一摆的，但它在水中却游得很快，水面还会冒出一些小泡泡，有趣极了。

接着，我们来到了水族馆等展馆去参观游览，里面的鱼类可真多啊!有蓝色魔鬼鱼、小丑鱼、大海龟、大鲨鱼……，真是五颜六色、千奇百态。其中的蓝色魔鬼鱼，别看它名字不好听，如果你见到了它，一定会觉得名不符实。它浑身蓝色，在灯光的照耀下显得格外耀眼，非常美丽，我觉得叫它“蓝色天使”更加贴切。大鲨鱼的背部是灰色的，腹部却是白色的，长着两只小小的眼睛，光看那眼神就有点恐怖，再看看它那满嘴锋利的牙齿，让人觉得胆战心惊。

我们还去了海贝馆，里面展示了几百多种珍奇的海洋贝类、珊瑚、古生物化石。一个个高大明亮的玻璃橱中摆满了各种形状奇特、色彩斑斓的贝类标本，最大的贝壳有我们的课桌那么大。它们形态奇特、 色彩艳丽、花纹精美, 有像蜘蛛的蜘蛛螺，像琵琶的琵琶螺，像鞋子一样的鞋螺，还有像鹦鹉的鹦鹉螺……。从前，我们只能在书本或电视上看到，现在终于可与近距离仔细观赏了，大自然真奇妙啊!

各种各样的珊瑚，有淡红色的、淡紫色的、淡黄色的、土黄色的……，在水中显得非常美丽。珊瑚形态各异，有的像绽开的花朵，有的像蘑菇，还有的像鹿角，真是千姿百态。还有许许多多的小生物在珊瑚丛里游动，太可爱了。我们就像探索大洋海底生物奥秘的潜水员，游弋在大洋海底和这些鱼类亲密接触，身边都是大小各异、五颜六色、千姿百态的景物。看在眼里，心中油然生出许多神奇与美妙，我真的陶醉了。

最有趣的是两点钟开始的海洋剧场，剧场里坐满了前来观看表演的游客。我们观看了乌克兰演员表演的水上芭蕾，以及小丑滑稽跳水和极限高空跳水节目。

六个乌克兰女演员在水池中摆出一个又一个的美丽图形，一会儿跃出水面，一会儿潜入水中在水面上伸出双腿，动作整齐划一，优美的舞姿与池水融为一体，使人美不胜收。

接下来的滑稽跳水很搞笑，几个小丑演员爬上跳水台，装作很害怕的样子你推我让，看似一不小心地滑了下来，与此同时穿在脚上的鞋也飞走了。观众们一阵欢笑，不禁热烈地拍起了手掌。

当大家听到演员要在25米的高空进行“极限高空跳水”时，全场观众欢呼雀跃。在演员爬上高空跳台准备起跳时，个个观众都屏住呼吸，我的心似乎快要跳出胸膛;在演员翻了一个筋斗成功地跳下水面后，全场观众高声欢呼，发出了一阵经久不息的掌声。这个演员真是太勇敢了。

演员们的表演完毕后，以海洋动物为主角的演出便拉开了帷幕。首先出场的是海豚,海豚最拿手的绝活便是“空中顶球”了, 球有多高,海豚便能跳多高。海豚可以把五米、十米、十五米，甚至二十米的球顶中。海豚真是又聪明,又可爱啊!海豚的精彩表演,使全场响起了一阵热烈的掌声。

接着出场的是海狮,它们一出来就跟我们招手,显出一副很淘气的样子。有一只海狮表演单手转圈，转着转着，它仿佛转晕了，倒在地上就不动了。任凭驯兽员怎样召唤，海狮都不理睬。这时，主持人建议我们全场观众以掌声给它加油。说来奇怪，小海狮听见热烈的掌声就立即爬了起来，它真是太顽皮了。

令我们意想不到的是,海豹还会做二十以内的加法计算题。海豹又不会说话，他又是怎样表达的呢?我带着重重的疑问仔细地看了下去。一个小观众问：“六加四等于多少?”这时一个工作人员在计算板上写出了算式，并问海豹六加四等于多少?不一会,海豹把尾巴放到水里,在水里拍了十下。哦，原来是这样表达的。这时,全场观众都拍起了手, 欢呼起来。

说起北京啊，不知道有多少名胜古迹在这座欣欣向荣的城市中。天坛、故宫、万里长城……其中最引人入胜的就是北京颐和园了。现在我们大家所在的这个大公园就是颐和园。请大家随我细细游赏。

现在，我们已经来到了著名的长廊。大家看，这长廊有着绿漆的柱子，红漆的栏杆，一眼望不到头，对吧?大家知道吗，这条长廊有700多米长，分成273间，每一间的横槛上都有着五彩的画，几千幅画没有哪两幅是相同的。画上画着四大名著，惟妙惟肖。

现在我们已经来到了万寿山脚下，大家抬头望，那里一座三层宝塔形的建筑耸立在半山腰上，是佛香阁。下面还有一排排金碧辉煌的宫殿，那就是排云殿。怎么样，很美吧?

现在，我们已经登上万寿山，站在佛香阁之上了。大家往下望，是不是感觉颐和园的景色大半都收在了眼底呢?看吧，葱郁的树林，掩映着黄的绿的琉璃瓦屋顶和朱红的宫墙。再看，昆明湖是不是静得像一块碧玉呢?游船、画舫在湖面静静地滑过，几乎不留一点痕迹。这里非常美吧?

现在，我们已在昆明湖旁了。看那边，有一个小岛，岛上也很漂亮，一片葱绿。我们只要走过十七孔桥，就能到达小岛。这座桥有十七个桥洞，所以叫十七孔桥，它有上百根石柱，柱子上雕刻着许多小狮子，姿态不一，没有哪两只是相同的。

现在大家可以开始自由参观，不过一定要文明观赏，保护景物呀。

中国的世界文化遗产有很多，有万里长城，明清故宫，敦煌莫高窟……其中，我最熟悉的就是秦兵马俑。

秦兵马俑是世界八大奇迹之一，位于秦始皇陵的东侧1。5千米处。它里面有许多姿态各异，大小不一，各具风格的陶俑。据说把这些东西建在秦始皇陵的东方，可以在阴间保护秦始皇，使他在阴间也能过着和阳间一样的生活。

秦兵马俑在人们挖掘出来后，有四个坑，因为四号坑有坑无俑，因此参观人少。这三个坑中，一号坑最大，约有陶俑6000个，最小的是三号坑，有陶俑918个。在所有坑中，二号坑的兵种俱全，推测此坑是总主力军阵，此坑中的陶俑排列秩序井然，不像一号坑那般杂乱。

三号坑是统帅地下大军的指挥部，一号坑为“左军”，二号坑为“右军”。这样的军阵布局是秦国军队编组的缩影。

远远望去，在那一道道宽阔的土墙之间，一个个兵俑排列整齐：有的神情严肃，伫立着思考，大有将军风度;有的跃跃欲试，满腔热血，仿佛要在战场上与敌人决一死战;有的面带微笑，仿佛想起自己凯旋，和家人团聚的情景……

在所有陶俑中，给我印象最深的就要数跪兵俑了。只见他右膝跪地，背部挺直，两手在右侧，仿佛在拉弓放箭。他自信满满，好像觉得自己放的每一支箭都能射到敌人。

那些马俑也各具特点。那一匹匹骏马，初看似乎一样，但仔细去瞧，则各有特色。有竖耳细听的，也有张嘴嘶鸣的。

所有的陶俑都几乎和真人真物一样大小，更让我们感受到秦始皇“军队”的真实。

望着这排列整齐的军阵，我仿佛看到了昔日神威的秦始皇，驾着马车，率领着他的大军，浩浩荡荡地行走在天地之间。

International Womens Day (8 March) is an occasion marked by womens groups around the world. This date is also commemorated at the United Nations and is designated in many countries as a national holiday. When women on all continents, often divided by national boundaries and by ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate their Day, they can look back to a tradition that represents at least nine decades of struggle for equality, justice, peace and development.

International Womens Day is the story of ordinary women as makers of history; it is rooted in the centuries-old struggle of women to participate in society on an equal footing with men. In ancient Greece, Lysistrata initiated a sexual strike against men in order to end war; during the French Revolution, Parisian women calling for "liberty, equality, fraternity" marched on Versailles to demand womens suffrage.

The idea of an International Womens Day first arose at the turn of the century, which in the industrialized world was a period of expansion and turbulence, booming population growth and radical ideologies. Following is a brief chronology of the most important events:

1909

In accordance with a declaration by the Socialist Party of America, the first National Womans Day was observed across the United States on 28 February. Women continued to celebrate it on the last Sunday of that month through 1913.

1910

The Socialist International, meeting in Copenhagen, established a Womens Day, international in character, to honour the movement for womens rights and to assist in achieving universal suffrage for women. The proposal was greeted with unanimous approval by the conference of over 100 women from 17 countries, which included the first three women elected to the Finnish parliament. No fixed date was selected for the observance.

1911

As a result of the decision taken at Copenhagen the previous year, International Womens Day was marked for the first time (19 March) in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland, where more than one million women and men attended rallies. In addition to the right to vote and to hold public office, they demanded the right to work, to vocational training and to an end to discrimination on the job.

Less than a week later, on 25 March, the tragic Triangle Fire in New York City took the lives of more than 140 working girls, most of them Italian and Jewish immigrants. This event had a significant impact on labour legislation in the United States, and the working conditions leading up to the disaster were invoked during subsequent observances of International Womens Day.

1913-1914

As part of the peace movement brewing on the eve of World War I, Russian women observed their first International Womens Day on the last Sunday in February 1913. Elsewhere in Europe, on or around 8 March of the following year, women held rallies either to protest the war or to express solidarity with their sisters.

1917

With 2 million Russian soldiers dead in the war, Russian women again chose the last Sunday in February to strike for "bread and peace". Political leaders opposed the timing of the strike, but the women went on anyway. The rest is history: Four days later the Czar was forced to abdicate and the provisional Government granted women the right to vote. That historic Sunday fell on 23 February on the Julian calendar then in use in Russia, but on 8 March on the Gregorian calendar in use elsewhere.

Since those early years, International Womens Day has assumed a new global dimension for women in developed and developing countries alike. The growing international womens movement, which has been strengthened by four global United Nations womens conferences, has helped make the commemoration a rallying point for coordinated efforts to demand womens rights and participation in the political and economic process. Increasingly, International Womens Day is a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in the history of womens rights.

The Role of the United Nations

Few causes promoted by the United Nations have generated more intense and widespread support than the campaign to promote and protect the equal rights of women. The Charter of the United Nations, signed in San Francisco in 1945, was the first international agreement to proclaim gender equality as a fundamental human right. Since then, the Organization has helped create a historic legacy of internationally agreed strategies, standards, programmes and goals to advance the status of women worldwide.

经过了三个小时的努力攀爬，我们终于在中午时爬到了十八盘。十八盘由一千六百个台阶组成，非常陡峭，人们也叫它“天阶”，意思是通向天空的台阶。从天阶看远处的泰山，有许许多多的悬崖，远处看到有一座刻着字的悬崖，我和弟弟便加快了步伐，半小时过去了，我们看清楚了上面刻的字——“万丈崖”。为什么叫它“万丈崖”呢?看着铭牌的介绍，我才知道，原来这个悬崖看上去有一万丈高，是古代一位皇帝在上面刻的字。爸爸给我讲了好多关于泰山的历史，中国古代很多帝王都登泰山祭天，泰山是文化名山，是历代君王攀登最多的山。听着爸爸的讲解，踏着历史的脚步，我感受到了泰山的深厚文化。我们一步一步向前攀登，一会儿就到了海拔1300米处。这时，我看到了南天门，高高的门楼，很多游客在那里拍照留念，摆着各种姿势，庆祝自己是胜利者。我拉着弟弟也站在南天门前的台阶上看雄伟壮丽的山脉，壮美的江山美丽如画，远处的十八盘显得那么渺小。爸爸妈妈也很快来到了南天门最高的台阶上，我们一起眺望远方的山和来时的路，笑着呼喊：“泰山，我们来了!”

从南天门再往里走，路逐渐平缓，很快我们就来到了天街。这儿有很多商铺和饭店，琳琅满目的工艺品让我爱不释手，弟弟也挑选了自己喜欢的小玩具。在餐厅吃了饭，我们在泰山上继续寻找历史的足迹。泰山上有很多的石刻，文人墨客在这里抒写着对泰山的敬仰，也抒发着对祖国大好河山的喜爱之情。再往上爬我们就到达了玉皇顶，有一块石头上刻着四个字“五岳之首”，我们在这拍了许多照片。爬着爬着就到了海拔1900米处，到达了最顶端。远眺泰山，连绵的山脉下面是一马平川的齐鲁大地，真是登泰山而小天下啊!
