承代沟的客观存在，心平气和地对待代沟，这样不仅有助于自己，也有益于他人。

代沟往往是心理认识的偏差导致的。人们选择信息角度的不同，决定了有人着眼于变化和差异，有人着眼于不变和相似。所以人们不能接受上代或下代与自己这一代人的差异，往往与知性的选择性有关。

吃重阳糕

据史料记载，重阳糕又称花糕、菊糕、五色糕，制无定法，较为随意。九月九日天明时，以片糕搭儿女头额，口中念念有词，祝愿子女百事俱高，乃古人九月作糕的本意。讲究的重阳糕要作成九层，像座宝塔，上面还作成两只小羊，以符合重阳(羊)之义。有的还在重阳糕上插一小红纸旗，并点蜡烛灯。这大概是用“点灯”、“吃糕”代替“登高

赏菊并饮菊花酒

重阳节正是一年的金秋时节，菊花盛开，据传赏菊及饮菊花酒，起源于晋朝大诗人陶渊明。陶渊明以隐居出名，以诗出名，以酒出名，也以爱菊出名;后人效之，遂有重阳赏菊之俗。旧时文人士大夫，还将赏菊与宴饮结合，以求和陶渊明更接近。北宋京师开封，重阳赏菊之风盛行，当时的菊花就有很多品种，千姿百态。民间还把农历九月称为“菊月”，在菊花傲霜怒放的重阳节里，观赏菊花成了节日的一项重要内容。清代以后，赏菊之习尤为昌盛，且不限于九月九日，但仍然是重阳节前后最为繁盛。

插茱萸和簪菊花

重阳节插茱萸的风俗，在唐代就已经很普遍。古人认为在重阳节这一天插茱萸可以避难消灾;或佩带于臂，或作香袋把茱萸放在里面佩带，还有插在头上的。大多是妇女、儿童佩带，有些地方，男子也佩带。重阳节佩茱萸，在晋代葛洪《西经杂记》中就有记载。除了佩带茱萸，人们也有头戴菊花的。唐代就已经如此，历代盛行。清代，北京重阳节的习俗是把菊花枝叶贴在门窗上，“解除凶秽，以招吉祥”。这是头上簪菊的变俗。宋代，还有将彩缯剪成茱萸、菊花来相赠佩带的。

各地过重阳节的风俗

除了以上较为普遍的习俗外，各地还有些独特的过节形式。

重阳节在陕北正式收割的季节，有首歌唱道：“九月里九重阳，收呀么收秋忙。谷子呀，糜子呀，上呀么上了场”。陕北过重阳在晚上，白天是一整天的收割、打场。晚上月上树梢，人们喜爱享用荞面熬羊肉，待吃过晚饭后，人们三三两两地走出家门，爬上附近山头，点上火光，谈天说地，待鸡叫才回家。夜里登山，许多人都摘几把野菊花，回家插在女儿的头上，以之避邪。

妈妈的脚步。

夜幕拉得更深了，窗外的狂风怒吼着，像是哪位暴躁的妈妈训斥着不听话的孩子。我轻轻地翻了翻身。身旁有一丝秋天的凉意。我刚要进入梦乡，便听见了轻轻地脚步声正向我的房间接近，我立刻提起精神……

我房间的门被轻轻地推开了，轻轻地脚步向我床前走来。我轻轻地眯着眼，从那一丝眼缝中看到了那个人——妈妈。妈妈的脚步更轻了，走到我床前，弯下腰为我盖了盖身上的被子，又掖了掖被角。

我以为她要离开了，而她却又温柔地捋了捋我的刘海儿，在我的额头印下了深深的吻。她终于开门离去，却不小心碰到了房间里的那串风铃，风铃“铃铃”地响了起来，我的泪也无声无息地落了下来。脚步已远去，却留下了一串清脆的风铃声，回荡在我耳畔，回荡在我心中……

爸爸的.教诲。

步入初中，我的成绩直线下滑，面对着突如其来的变故，我再一次跌入人生低谷，一张张不堪入目的试卷，让我产生放弃之意。

那天我有拿了一张极不理想的试卷回了家，爸爸看了看试卷，又看了看我，说：“立下一个目标吧!只要每天都努力奋斗，进步一点，我相信你一定会有丰厚的成果的。”一语惊醒梦中人，对，我绝不能放弃!要向目标奋斗，只有不懈的奋斗才能走向成功。

自从那一天起，奋斗在我心中，已成了一个必不可少的一部分。爸爸的教诲使我懂得了奋斗。

如果一个人，他家中有好的家风，那么他定可以少走弯路;而如果他的家风败坏，那么就少不得走弯弯道了。

我们家的家风便是“诚信”二字。诚就是要堂堂正正，清清白白地诚实做人，自己做的事情就要勇于承担，不能向别人身上推卸责任。而信就是要守信，说出去的话就如同泼出去的水，不能收回来，说过的话自己要做到。除了家风，还有另一个引导着人们的——家训。与家风相对，我们家的家训也是“诚信做人，踏实做事”。做事要踏踏实实，按部就班的做。就像路要一步一步的走，饭要一口一口的吃。如果做事情光想着一步登天，那么干出的事也不会有太大的成就。相反，如果一个人能够脚踏实地的专心做眼前的每件事情，不好高骛远，必然能够有所成就。

总之，家庭是社会的重要组成部分，每个成功的人必定有好的家风和家训。而良好的家风家训需要每个家庭成员来共筑，只有严格筑好家风家训，我们才能少走弯路。

九月初九两阳相会，俗称“重阳”，是我国的传统节日。俗话说，“每逢佳节倍思亲”，每到这个节日，都会让我想起家乡的亲人和朋友。 Meeting the yang on the ninth day of September, commonly known as "Chongyang", is a traditional festival in my country.As the saying goes, "Every time I think of my relatives", every time I get to this festival, I will remind me of the loved ones and friends in my hometown.

我最喜欢在家乡过重阳节了。重阳节前一天，孩子们都会闹着父母亲或奶奶做桐叶粑吃。从山上摘来新鲜的梧桐树叶，洗净备用，把花生米、腊肉、香肠等各种配料炒得香喷喷的，捣碎后和上一点野菜、红糖，裹上面粉，捏成糍粑形状，放入桐叶中包好，捆实，或蒸或煮，即可使用，滋味甜糯绵软，香气扑鼻，叫人难忘。

过去我的家乡很穷，桐叶粑要在过节过年时才能吃上一回两回。而且多用野菜做成，很少有包肉的。如果哪个小孩运气好吃到了包肉的桐叶粑，别的小孩准得羡慕死。记得有一次过重阳节，奶奶用野菜活着一点面粉做了些桐叶粑，特意把其中一个裹有鸡蛋的桐叶粑留给了我。我捧在手中，尽管心里馋得要命，却舍不得一口吃完，生怕这次吃完了，下次就没有了，想留着慢慢品尝。

谁知就在这时，家里的狗窜出来一口就把桐叶粑叼了去。我又气又急，追着狗打，奶奶看见了，也一边骂狗一边想把桐叶粑抢回来。可人哪有狗快，一会儿狗就叼着桐叶粑无影无踪了。我伤心地大哭起来。奶奶安慰我说再给我包一个有鸡蛋的桐叶粑，可翻遍了家里的角角落落，也没能再找出一个鸡蛋来。那一年的重阳节，我眼泪汪汪地坐在桌边，和大人们一起吃着粗糙而难以下咽的野菜粑，心里说不出是什么滋味。

可现如今不同了。短短十几年，家乡的面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。通电了，山村的黑夜亮如白昼;修路了，家乡不再贫穷闭塞。为通电通路这事，乡亲们可乐坏了!专门在宽敞的柏油马路上敲锣打鼓地庆贺了一天。现在过重阳节，桌上不但有鸡鸭鱼肉，连“百事可乐”等时髦的饮料也上了桌。桐叶粑自然是必不可少的。只不过现在的桐叶粑不再只有难嚼的野菜，而是各种里馅，各种样子应有尽有，味道好的不得了。

“独在异乡为异客”，为了读书求学，我已离开家乡来到了吉首。可每当我吟到王维写的这首诗，我都会不由自主地想到家乡的重阳节，想到重阳节那令人回味的桐叶粑。

一到国庆节，街上就热闹起来了。

这里的车子一辆接着一辆，首尾相连，就像一条长龙。有小轿车、出租车、公共汽车、面包车、自行车……

这里人山人海，人流入潮。有白发苍苍的老人，有天真可爱的小孩，有身材苗条的小姑娘，连满头金发的老外也赶来凑热闹了。

这里的商品琳琅满目。

有五花八门的水果，有名贵的手表，有金光闪闪的黄金首饰，有香喷喷的烤鸭，还有时髦漂亮的衣服。

各家店主抓紧时机，使出自己的“独门绝招”招揽顾客：有的印了许多宣传单来发，有的边拍手边吆喝，有的干脆拿起话筒吆喝起来。

街边的小吃店也是宾客盈门。逛了半天的人们大概肚子饿坏了，纷纷涌进店里，品尝着热腾腾的菜。可怜的服务员忙得晕头转向了。客人吃饱喝足后，大把的钞票都进了老板的腰包。

不知不觉中，已经十二点了，我只好依依不舍地离开了热闹的街市。

那天我们起得很早，因为，如果起得太晚，游客就会很多，参观就很不方便。

乌镇是水乡，因为那里有很多条河流连在一起，房子都建在河的两岸，当地的人提水、洗衣服很方便，一出门就可以提桶水、洗衣服。乌镇最方便的交通工具不是汽车，而是船只。

首先，导游带着我们从大厅出发，乘船到了对岸，接着，当地导游给我们在地图上讲解了整个小镇的布局。然后，我们就往前走了，在路上，我们看见有很多的卖工艺品的店、茶楼和客栈。走了一会，我们看见有些五颜六色的布匹挂在高高的木架上，我本以为那是一个舞台，但是，我错了，我走近一看，原来那是一个晒布匹的场地。但到底为什么他们要在这里晒布匹呢？导游带着我们进了一间加工坊，我们看见各种各样制造布匹的机器和加工器（这些都是古代的制造布匹的机器和加工器）。我了解到了怎么做布匹、给布匹印上花纹和染布。

接着，我们到了矛盾的故居，观看了他生前用过的钱包、小刀、皮带、盒子、皮包、文件包和书房等等，而且，我还看见了一些关于他生前的照片、了解了他生前的一些故事。

然后，我们去参观了张元帅的庙，里面还介绍了张元帅的传说：张元帅本身是一个秀才，当地瘟疫流行的很厉害，一天晚上，张秀才正准备睡觉，忽然听见外面有人在谈论着什么，仔细一听，原来，是两个瘟鬼（就是传播瘟疫的鬼）正在商量着往井里投毒，让瘟疫流行的更厉害。第二天早晨，张秀才在井边贴出一张纸条，上面说了这口井里的水有毒，请大家不要喝。这时候，跑来了许多围观的人，围观的人中，有一人不信，根张秀才超期架来，张秀才不甘示弱，也开始争执起来，眼看就快说不过那个人了，大家用着过来喝水，在这危在旦夕之时，张秀才为了表明他所说的一切都是事实，于是便跳井自杀，舍身救大家。等人把它捞起来时，大家都惊讶的发现，他的脸已经青了，看样子中毒的程度很深。于是，为了感谢张秀才的救命之恩，人们便把他安葬了，又追封他为元帅。

接着，我们又参观了三寸金莲，我看到了很多的小鞋，这些小鞋几乎只有我的脚的三分之一大。

最后，我和同学们坐电瓶车到了终点。
