至于重阳节插茱萸的风俗，在唐代就已经很普遍。古人认为在重阳节这一天插茱萸可以避难消灾;或佩带于臂，或作香袋把茱萸放在里面佩带，还有插在头上的。大多是妇女、儿童佩带，有些地方，男子也佩带。重阳节佩茱萸，在晋代葛洪《西经杂记》中就有记载。诗人王维更留下千古传颂的诗句：独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。遥知兄弟登高处，遍插茱萸少一人。

重阳节除了佩带茱萸，也插菊花。唐代就已经如此，历代盛行。清代，北京重阳节的习俗是把菊花枝叶贴在门窗上，“解除凶秽，以招吉祥”，这是头上簪菊的变俗。宋代，还有将彩缯剪成茱萸、菊花来相赠佩带的。

重阳节还要赏菊饮菊花酒，这起源于陶渊明。陶渊明以隐居出名，以诗出名，以酒出名，也以爱菊出名;后人效之，遂有重阳赏菊之俗。旧时士大夫，还多将赏菊与宴饮结合，以求和陶渊明更接近。北宋京师开封，重阳赏菊很盛行，当时的菊花就有很多种。清代以后，赏菊之俗尤为昌盛，且不限于九月九日，但仍然是重阳节前后最为繁盛。

时至今日，许多传统已经被商业化，失去了文化底蕴。往年的重阳，都没有放假，这个传统节日已经渐渐被人淡忘。只有退休的老人家，才可以在这个节日去登高应节，去缅怀故人。所以，渐渐地，重阳节演变成了老人节。我们七八十年代这一辈，除了生活的无奈，还剩下些什么?今年的重阳，同样由于工作的忙碌而不能陪伴父母。明年的重阳，又将会怎么样呢?

在成长中，总有些挥之不去的烦恼。就如古人说的：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺。”人的一辈子为什么不会一帆风顺呢?我也不例外啊!成长给了我无穷的快乐，但也不时给我带来不少的烦恼：对于成长，我带着一种渴望的心情，但又有些厌烦。

第一：作业多了。虽然老师布置得很少，但妈妈却布置了3倍的作业，让我每天都啃书山。晚上回家，第一件事是做作业，接着就是啃我的书山了。

第二：时间少了。在学校里还可以玩，到了家，除了吃饭时就没时间玩了，其他时间都花在学习上。

第三：朋友少了。长大了，男生跟男生玩，女生就跟女生玩，要是男生跟女生玩就会被人议论，所以好朋友少了，“仇人”却多了。

第四：要求高了。当我还是小孩时，生活得无忧无虑，自由自在的。可现在，身为小学五年级学生的我已经长大了，不在是小孩了，做起事来要小心翼翼，思前想后，毕竟我已经长大了。无忧无虑的日子已经远了……

成长，虽然给了我不少烦恼，但也为我带来了不少快乐。同时，也因为这些成长的烦恼，令我懂得了许多，也意识到了许多许多……快乐与烦恼就可以把它们比喻成一块一块的铺路石，它们毫无漏缝的连接着，通向成功的路!
