Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

走着走着就出了村，看到那片独属于我们的小天地，那是一片空地，看到春天冰雪消融，便钻出几束不知名的小花和小草，那小花黄嫩嫩的，极像邻家娇羞的少女，有几只嗡嗡作响的蜜蜂和彩衣飞舞的蝴蝶在花丛里嬉戏着、玩闹着、古有诗云、《蝶恋花》中有"衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴"。众人寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在，灯火阑珊处。"中的为花思欲而终不眠的憔悴。

那嫩嫩的小草、拥有着绿油油的身躯，他揉揉惺忪的双眼，来看这蔚蓝的崭新境界，他抬头看到了刚抽出枝干的柳树，她那飘逸的长发随风飘扬，带来了沙沙沙的响声，似乎是在告诉那些苏醒中的动物们让他们看看这崭新的境界。

花，是自然界送给人类最美的礼物，花把春天装扮的姹紫嫣红，把夏天装扮的绚丽多彩，把秋天装扮得美丽妖娆，把冬天装扮的摄人心魄，每种花都代表着一种心语，都代表着一种美好的愿望。我想，每个人都应该有一种属于自己的花吧!

"以花贵，自战国始"史上便有温庭筠的"蜂争粉蕊蝶分香，不似垂杨惜金缕。"也有陆游的"零落成泥碾作尘，只有香如故。"还有苏轼的"竹外桃花三两枝，春江水暖鸭先知"

从此以后，便让我们心中永存一颗花的种子，看她被撒落在土地里，生根发芽直至长出娇艳的鲜花。

太阳刚刚露出赤红的笑脸。全校师生就兴高采烈地来到了操场，原本寂静的赛场一下子热闹起来。 The sun has just exposed a red smiley face.The teachers and students of the school came to the playground happily, and the original silent stadium suddenly became lively.

当大会宣布运动会比赛正式开始，整个赛场顿时沸腾起来，加油助威声此起彼伏。你看那径赛场上的运动员，一个个如矫兔般飞离起点，像利箭般冲向终点，引得在场的观看者兴奋不已。

操场东边的跑道上是跑100米的，只听见裁判员一声令下"预——备"，就见运动员们个个摆好姿势，左腿向前屈伸着，右腿卧着，蓄势待发。裁判员一枪令下，运动员们便像离弦的箭向前飞快地跑去。此时，跑道两旁的观众已围成了一堵厚厚的人墙，挤个水泄不通。只见运动员们像一匹匹脱缰的野马，快速地在跑道上你追我赶，努力拼搏。

1500米是考验体力和毅力的项目。每个运动员都活力十足，以的状态参加比赛。“嘭”的一声，枪声响了。运动员面不改色，你追我赶，不到最后冲刺的一刻谁也不知道谁胜谁负。在烈日照耀之下，两名运动员将近终点时，你争我夺，互不相让，其中一位用着坚毅的目光看着终点线，而另一位则把注意力放在了另一个赛跑运动员身上，他注视着那位赛跑运动员，一边跑一边看是否超过了自己。在跑道边沿，那些激动得出汗的人们，正高声喊着：“加油!加油!”主席台上的人们一面读着稿件，一面不时的抽出眼睛看着这激烈的比赛。

运动会锻炼的是体力，激活的是生命，弘扬的是个性和青春活力，收获的是笑脸和精神风貌。所有选手在本届运动会上赛出了成绩，赛出了风格，发扬了友谊第一，比赛第二的精神，创造了更多的美好和辉煌。在这一次的运动会当中我体会到了一种精神，一种热爱班级体的精神，一种坚持到底的精神。

Humor is a flavor of our lives. Humor can soften relationship between

people; humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions; humor can bring

more fun and joy to our lives.

First, humor is very necessary in communicating with others because it can

soften relationship between people. In the process of getting along with others,

the occurrence of difference and contradiction is inevitable. Sometimes, when we

want to persuade others to agree with our points, we will find that our points

are easier to be accepted if we argue in a humorous tone.

Second, humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions. A person

having a good sense of humor is good at adjust the atmosphere. For example, in a

family, if the husband has a good sense humor, their family life would be more

harmonious because he can adjust the atmosphere in time to avoid the occurrence

of quarrel.

Finally, a person having a good sense of humor can bring fun and joy to

others. It is not difficult to find that a humorous person is always warmly

welcomed in any occasions because he can bring happiness to everywhere he goes.

In addition, staying with the humorous people, we will find that we will be more

positive and our lives will be more wonderful.

Therefore, all of us need to learn some skills of humor and use them

properly so that we can make our lives be more wonderful.
