雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。

我们要保护环境、多种树、少砍树、节约每一张纸、每一滴水、每一度电。不让可恶的雾霾再次出现!

想起这几天老是无缘无故的咳嗽，我才知道，这都是雾霾惹的祸。这几天，都有严重的雾霾，而我每天都会大口大口的呼吸，使雾霾中的灰尘都统统跑进了我的嘴里，我不管什么时候都咳嗽了起来，咳出来的痰都是黑黑的。妈妈跟我说，今天不能多出去运动。走在上学的路上，大家都带着口罩、围巾，把自己裹得严严实实的，只留下两只眼睛可以看得见。终于到了我们最喜欢的“大课间”时间了，学校却通知，因为雾霾，取消一切的户外活动，我们又少了锻炼身体，尽情奔跑的机会了！

哎，看把大家给折腾的，希望这些口罩真的能有用。

今天，又是一个大雾天。窗外，浓重的雾霾里，高楼大厦隐匿于阴沉的亮灰色中。思绪像刚被关进牢笼的小鸟，只能在数米之间可视的范围内飞快地舞蹈。

科技带给我们全新的生活：没有月光的夜晚，我们使用灯光；寒冰凝涩的深冬，我们使用炉火；相距万里的两地，我们用火车、飞机连接彼此，用电话、网络拉近心灵……我们畅享科技带来的快乐，这些看似平常的科技发明已从根本上改变了我们的生活。

人类有权利为自己骄傲：科技的发展解放了生产力，也成功解放了人类的创造力。只有科技才能使生产力飞跃，只有生产力发展才能让人们从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来。伴随着科技的蓬勃发展，人类开始在更广阔的精神领域中驰骋，自由舒展着灵魂的翅膀，人类的文化事业也兴盛起来了。

我们应该感谢科技，它服务社会、创造繁荣，但又让我们陷入了迷茫：昔日繁华的“雾都”也正是肺炎、霍乱等恶魔恣意屠命的战场。“雾都”象征着维多利亚时代社会的繁荣，铺天盖地的烟雾却让那颗大西洋的宝珠——伦敦覆盖了一层千疮百孔的外衣。曾经噬伤上百万人的烟雾似乎已经成为历史，但它却永远是压在我们心头的痛。毋庸置疑，科技的发展改善了我们的生活，但它也渐渐地支配了我们的生活。玛丽？雪莱的小说《福兰克斯坦》中，主人公福兰克斯坦执着于科学的追求，他实现了人类几千年的梦想——复活生命，但他复活的第一个生命便毁灭了他的人生。眼睁睁地看着自己的亲人倒在自己亲手创造的生命中，这位科学巨人是应该欣喜，抑或忧伤？在无尽的悲痛与迷惘中，他只能选择抑郁地死去。

面对灰蒙蒙的大雾，我不知道说什么。迷茫？踌躇？我不知道。对于雾墙的那一端，我无法看透。以我所知，我难以了解未来是如何。曾经所说的现代化的未来是那么令人充满希望，现在却在雾气中模糊，渐行渐远。

我想，窗外的雾天应该还会持续。如果，汽车仍旧密集地运行，化工厂仍旧恣意地排污，人们仍旧视若无睹，情况只会更加糟糕。2012年冬天的北京，只有五天时间，人们可以看到阳光。我想说，科技只是人们探求美好生活的工具，生活的改善才是根本目的，而人文的进步是对科技与生活的升华。

雾霾遮挡了我们的视线，但它却无法也不会尘封我们记忆中那唯美的唐诗宋词。希望我们的生活不要再成为其他事物的附庸，让人文的枝叶植根生活的土壤。这样，我们才能真正地享受生活、享受人文、享受科技带来的益处。希望我们终能走出雾霾，看到一个明晰美好的未来。

我想对那些污染空气的人们说：将污染空气的不好的行为都改掉吧。以后，我们要多坐公共交通工具，少开车，过年不要放鞭爆，多多种树，整治雾霾，让我们多呼吸新鲜空气。让我们一起来做一个文明的“环保小卫士”吧!

很多人可能没有想过，这雾霾是怎么来的，有因必有果，当马路上的车流量一日比一日多的时候，当鞭炮“噼噼啪啪”响起的时候，就注定了我们一定要吃这样的苦果。看看春节期间，好容易这烟花量比往年少了一些，谁知这商家开业及元宵节放的鞭炮比春节都多，好一个火树银花不夜天，可是，这不夜天换回来的不仅是一次盛大的视觉宴会，更多的是一次又一次的雾霾天气，这飘逸在空气中的细小颗粒物，一般的口罩根本抵挡不住，只会给人们带来一次又一次的伤害。

雾霾天气和我们的环境受到污染有很大的关系，只有当我们行动起来，保护环境，保护我们的家园，才能远离雾霾，让我们的家园恢复它原本的美好，才能让我们的生活越来越舒适!

雾霾，成就了多少官员升迁的梦想，给多少官员创造了政绩。

国家已经发现了这个问题，正在调整，不知道为了政绩，那些执政的官员舍得舍不得砍掉那些污染环境的项目。以后会不会再上这样的项目。

看来，一个人的政绩，不能光看gdp增长了多少，还得看老祖宗给我们留下的家业我们看的住没有。我们的环境有没有破坏。

一个人的是非功过，自有后人评说。
