That was spectacular. Tonight, the world was able to join in a magnificent tribute to the athletes and the Olympic spirit. It was an unforgettable and moving ceremony that celebrated the imagination, originality and energy of the Beijing Games.

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

Opening ceremonies have always been a way for host cities to welcome the world and for the world to gather and share the Olympic spirit. 今天早上，我学书法。一出门发现外面灰蒙蒙的一片，就像走进了一个没有四季，没有颜色，只有黄色的大雾陪伴的国度一样。走在马路上，我感觉三米之外都看不见人，就像双目失明一样。呛人的空气隐隐约约的有股臭味，我觉得这样的世界，万物都没有了生机。

记得书里描写的雾非常的美，人们把它比作白纱，虚无缥缈。人们走在云雾里如同走进了人间仙境。可是现在，我们却称之为雾霾，我们的环境到底怎么了?是谁破坏了它?

这一切的一切，都是我们人类自己造成的。因为汽车的增多排放大量的尾气，工厂随便的排污，森林不断地被采伐，绿地不断的减少，等等，使环境被破坏了，所以才会有了今天这样的雾霾天气。

今年的雾霾天气已经出现了多次，持续时间长，涉及范围广，危害程度重，极大地影响了人的健康，诱发了很多疾病，比如心脏病，肺病，气管炎等等。这种天气给我们一次次敲起了警钟，环境治理刻不容缓!

所以我们要提倡，爱护树木，种植树木，不要焚烧垃圾，随便排放污染物。我们必须要科学发展，尊重大自然，与大自然和谐相处。这样既保护了环境，又保护了我们的生存环境。蓝天、碧水、绿地、新鲜的空气，就能时时在我们身边!

晚上，妈妈下班回家了，一进门，就看到我俩在屋子游手好闲地晃，妈妈一下子就生气了，问道：“你们俩在寒假想要干什么?”我俩心不在焉地答道：“玩呗!”妈妈又问道：“那寒假作业呢?”“写呗!”我俩又答道。可没想到，这四个字，犹如放在煤气罐下的火柴，“嗵”的一声，让周围的事物化为乌有。妈妈向我俩大举“政治教育”的旗帜，强烈攻势使我俩招架不住，只得“认罪伏法”，写下了放假必备——计划书。内容大体是这样：

上午：完成一些寒假作业，背会10个英语单词，完成一篇英语作文等;

下午：字帖一页，复习所学知识，玩耍等。

如果我能在上午完成这一天的任务，那么下午，就是我的自由时光了，想干什么，就干什么。晚上还能看电视或电影呢!

新学期就意味着我们将要步入新的年级，更意味着我们要更懂事，更加听老师的话，也说明了我们的学习负但要更大，，我们不能整天只想得玩了，要抓紧学习。

要想学习好应该怎么做呢?我觉得首先我们应该做到上课认真听讲，不做小动作，布和同学交头接耳，回到家要把老师讲的知识都消化了，对于疑难问题，要虚心向同学请教。其次，要认真完成老师布置的作业，课堂作业应当堂完成，课后作业和家庭作业要按时独立完成。第三，要做好预习，要把字、词的意思明白了，如有不会的，做上记号，第二天老师课上如果没有讲，就去问老师。第四，要利用双休日积极参加校内和校外的科营班，丰富自己的指示，大量的读课外书。以上就是怎样学习的方法，我们也知道这些话已经讲了不知道多少次，可是你们有时刻提醒自己去做吗?有做到过吗?所以，我希望我们这学期能时刻提醒自己注意。

我背着书包兴致勃勃地来到了学校，看到两个多月没见面的老师和同学们，格外地亲切。虽然我的学习成绩不是很好，老师和同学们也不怎么喜欢我，但我还是仍然觉得非常愉快，不由得加快了脚步向教室走去。
