其中芦山县有一位11岁女孩叫黄思怡，她父母在县城打工，黄思怡一直跟爷爷奶奶生活在一起，地震发生时，黄思怡从楼上往下跑，途中被围墙砸到。在邻居的帮助下，思怡被救出来。伤势很严重，思怡已经接受了右腿截肢手术，但依然昏迷不醒，只能靠呼吸机辅助呼吸。医生说她的肝、肾功能受到严重损害。思怡正在华西医院的重症监护室进行抢救。看到她妈妈接受记者采访的时候声泪俱下，伤心欲绝，我心里很难受，鼻子酸酸的，我为她祈祷，希望她快点醒过来，快点好起来。思怡，加油!

我心里直打哆嗦，这可怕的地震真可恶，地震发生时为什么都没有前兆呢，为什么没有人能预测呢?我们这里台风来临之前气象台都会通知，要我们做好防台工作。真心希望我们人类能够事先预测这种自然灾害。

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

充实而又快乐的寒假快要结束了，新的学期也就马上要到了，为了在新的一学期里能取得更好的成绩，在新学期来临之际,我特制订了一个新学期的新打算,主要内容如下：

“人生活在希望之中，一个希望破灭了或实现了，就会有新的希望产生。”我总是忘不了莫泊桑的这句名言，五年级似水流去，步履匆匆，崭新的六年级如一幅多姿多彩的画卷在我面前展开，充满希望与理想的六年级，又如一面鲜艳的旗帜，在我面前迎风飘扬。六年级了，新学期、新目标、新希望，我踏上新的征程。

迎着早晨的第一缕阳光,我们又重新回到美丽的校园，回到熟悉的同学、老师之中，回到熟悉的嬉戏打闹之中，新学期的一切都是如此美好，相信这个学期也是这般的美妙。

刚开学，我就懂得了荣誉固然可贵，但踏踏实实才是最重要的。千里之行，始于足下，要想使理想成为现实，每日的积累是必不可少的，我们应该从现在做起，从点点滴滴做起，一步一个脚印塌实地朝着宏伟的目标迈进。

弗兰克林说过：有非常之胆识，始可做非常之事业。对于我们来说，每一次成功，无论大小，都是一次收获和见证，见证我们的汗水还有努力，只要成功就是胜利。

我的打算很简单，认真听老师讲课，上课要积极发言。不仅如此，还要经常参加各类活动，我知道，要做到这些是很难，但是只要你坚持到底，永不退缩，那这些将变得非常容易。

没有目标就是没有终点,一个连自己终点,都不知在哪里的人,将如何完成这段旅程,当然这一路不会是一帆风顺,它总会有让你黯然流泪的时候,不过阴天之后总会是晴天的,因为你是一个骑士,拥有骑士精神,勇敢的骑士,不会被任何困难打倒!

我明白，也牢记：荣誉的桂冠往往要荆棘编就，成功的道路往往由汗水铺通，征途决非一帆风顺。它需要忠贞不渝的追求，朝气蓬勃的热情，脚踏实地的努力，持之以恒的攀登。所以，要培养坚忍不拔、吃苦耐劳的精神。决心学习的人，得有经受磨练的思想准备，要有高远的志向，要有学习的热忱，在困难和挫折面前，不灰心丧气，把坚韧不拔的毅力体现在学习之中！

每个人都有一个未来的梦想,每个人对明天都有所希冀。希望,携着你的手,进入一片人生的开阔地。希望，我们扬起理想的风帆，向新学期，努力！
