It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Today is a happy day, because I’m full and the class is interesting. Sara and Jenny are good teachers. In the class we play games, study English. We have lot of fun.

But, some thing is unhappy., like I sleep late. So in the class I want to sleep. And today I will sleep earlier.

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

In order to help me grow healthily, my parents make some family rules.

First, we must honest to others. Honesty is the basic character of a person.

Second, we should take our responsibilities. My duty is study now, so I must

work hard for it. Third, we should be thankful to the life. It will help us to

love ourselves and others. My parents always tell me to remember these rules.

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. In the pavilion， some old people are playing chess. Look， some children are playing games near the lake. The trees turn green and the flowers come out. In the trees， threr‘re some birds. They‘re singing happily.

Everything in the park tell us spring is coming. How beautiful! We have a good time!

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a
