纵观历史的长河，许许多多的英雄形象早已让人铭记于心。无论是古时征战沙场的文天祥、精忠报国的岳飞、还是抗争时期以身殉国的邱少云、无私奉献的雷锋，都让我们深刻体会到了何为英雄，何时需要英雄精神。在我看来，无论我们身处战争时期还是和平年代，英雄精神是一种必不可少的存在。

身处和平年代，英雄精神使我们深刻体会爱国的精髓，更加珍惜国家和平繁荣的来之不易。2014年，全国人大常委会表决通过，将9月30日设为烈士纪念日，其目的在于提醒人们即使是身处和平年代，也要铭记那些献出了生命的英雄。是的，如今的祖国万事太平，许多人早已沉溺在安逸与和平中，早已忘却了那些流血流汗的英雄，甚至出现了故意恶化与丑化英雄形象的现象，“红军连长的小三，刘胡兰、为博的大家眼球而堵枪眼的黄继光……”，明明是英勇无私的英雄但却被别人说成了是低俗而趋名赴势的小人。实在是让人深感无奈。难道和平的背后不正是这些英雄舍身而换回来的吗?作为后人，难道我们不应该尊重这些人民英雄吗?所以即使我们身处和平年代，尊重英雄，树立起英雄精神的意识是我们必须做到的。

英雄精神不仅让我们领会到爱国的精髓，更是引领我们如何做人，如何处事。于谦“粉身碎浑不怕，要留清白在人间”的忠义之情，文天祥“臣心一片磁石针，不指南方不肯休”的坚定之心，荆轲“风萧萧兮易水寒，壮士一去兮不复还”的凛然之义，不断地教会我们对事坚定，处事凛然，忠义爱国。其中的忠义、坚定、凛然就是英雄精神的内涵无论我们身处什么时代，无论我们身处什么环境，英雄精神总是会启迪我们，振奋我们的。

英雄精神不仅限于忠贞报国的牺牲英雄身上，其实我们每个人都可以有英雄精神。社会在发展，时代在进步，许多人会因为生活的繁忙，也更是害怕惹上是非，对关乎自己之外的是置之不理，这是因为他们没有想要成为“英雄”的意识，其实英雄不仅限于在做大事方面取得巨大成就的人的身上，在小事上无私奉献，做好自己，乐于助人，这也是英雄的另一方面的体现。“托举的小哥、最美的教师、最勇敢的司机······”这都是现如今社会上的英雄，他们的身上都有值得我们学习的英雄精神。

往日的英雄不会如今时代的和平而离我们远去，我们更不可以忘记他们，他们的身上所蕴含的英雄精神永远都值得我们去领会，去学习。而体会和传承英雄精神也是我们需要做到的。

在森林里，有一个温馨的巢窝，里面住着一只可爱的小羊。他结交了许多朋友，在森林里无忧无虑的住着，整天都很快活。

有一天，小羊在和他的朋友玩捉迷藏。小羊躲到了一个隐蔽的地方。忽然，旁边的草丛里发出了“沙沙”的声音。接着，出现了一个灰色的身影，小羊一看，天哪!是一只大灰狼!大灰狼可能很久没吃饭了，一看见小羊脸上便露出了狰狞的微笑。小羊害怕极了，不知所措，大灰狼一下子扑了上来，小羊竭力地反抗，还喊：“救命啊!救命啊!”

小猪闻声而来，他首先看见小羊被扑倒在地上，奋力的挣扎着。小猪想救他，可是一看见是大灰狼，心里很害怕，便落荒而逃。小马是在游戏中是找人的，他跟着小猪和小羊的脚印，来到小羊遇害的地方，他一看见小羊和大灰狼在争斗着，“没关系，一定还会有人来救他的!”小马刚说完，就用飞快的速度逃跑了。

“我该藏哪呢?”小牛缓缓走过。“哈!就躲这吧”小牛来到小羊躲的地方的附近，忽然小牛听见了小羊的呼救声：“救命啊，大灰狼要吃我!”小牛一听到小羊被大灰狼捉住了，恐慌的跑了，小牛边跑边说：“小羊，你自求多福吧!”“小羊，你在哪，别躲啦。”小狗可急了，就用鼻子嗅了嗅。他顺着小羊的味道走去，发现小羊正在和大灰狼搏斗。小狗悄悄地绕到大灰狼的后面，狠狠地咬了他脖子一口。大灰狼疼得哇哇叫：“你这个臭小子，敢咬我?我先吃了你。”于是大灰狼便追着小狗跑。小狗边跑边想：这样子下去不是办法，有了!

小狗奋力的跑着，到狮子大叔的门口，大声叫：“狮子大叔，有人要吃我啊。”狮子大叔出来了，说：“告诉我，是谁要吃你?我正好饿了，我就把它当做我的美食吧。”大灰狼赶了过来，狮子就凶猛的扑了上去，把大灰狼吃掉了。

一天，小羊在墙角养伤。他的朋友们纷纷跑过来看他，小猪说：“你怎么不叫我?我的鼻子可以把他拱下悬崖。”小马说：“我的鸣叫可以把它吓得魂飞魄散。”小牛说：“我的牛角可以把大灰狼的肚子刺出血来。”在这里面，唯独只有小狗不说话。

这时，小羊站了起来，牵着小狗的手，说：“在我最困难的时候，只有小狗来帮我，他才是我真正的朋友。”其他动物一听到这话，脸红着跑了。
