休息的时候，往背后一摸，湿乎乎的一大片，甩甩脚，抖抖手，扭扭头，动动腰，大家又怀着饱满的热情投入到下一次训练当中去。

另一个极其困难的便是踢正步了，这是难度极高的一个动作。听着李教官的讲解，看着示范动作，好像会了些，但实际做起来可不是那么简单。首先要攻克的就是排面标齐，按照教官的要求：左右二十公分(厘米)，前后一米五，站好队后，随着李教官的一声吼：“正步……走!”训练又开始了。

几次踢正步效果都不是很好，我们在跑道上走来走去，可排面总是标不齐。李教官皱了皱眉头，便让我们一排一排地走。时间流逝得飞快，一会儿就到我们这排了。“正步——走!”我们应和着李教官的节奏，努力保持着排面。可是没走几步，教官就叫我们停下，让我们再走回来。这个时刻，我不禁泛出一丝紧张，如果……以我的经验判断，这次有大麻烦了!算了，管他三七二十一，做好就行了，顾及不到那么多了!大家一起努力吧。

果然不出我所预料，我们刚刚走回去，又叫我们再次走到对面去。呼!这次，必须拼了老命!我们这一排的所有人，都打出了百分之两百的精神，吃力地维持着排面，有条不紊地走着，脚“砰!砰!”地拍击着地面。短短几十秒在我看来简直就是度“秒”如年。好一番折腾，终于到达对面。正当以为可以歇口气儿时，一个令人崩溃至极的命令下达了：“你们，手挽着手，右脚抬起来，离地面三十公分，站稳!脚尖绷直了，别乱动!”然后，又去训练下一排了。

In summer days, the weather is too hot to stand. But students have to stay outside all the day. In addition, the training is very hard. Students have to learn to be a solder. 在我国，当我们去上初中的时候，我们必须参加军训。到部分的学生都害怕军训，因为训练通常是在炎热的夏天进行。夏天，天气炎热难熬。但是，学生必须一整天都呆在外面。另外，训练还很辛苦。学生们必须像士兵一样。他们必须遵守很多在日常生活中无需遵守的规则。而且，教官对学生很严厉。他们像老师一样耐心照顾我们。但是，军训也是一种锻炼学生意志的好方法。它对学生的生活很有帮助。因此，军训对学生是很必要的。

今天，是我开始走进新集体的第一天，也是我军训的第一天，这我体会到了在外面生活的辛苦。

一直听长辈说：部队是一个纪律严格的地方，军营非常艰苦，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七、八天，真正要做到站如松、坐如钟的境界。说实话，虽然我的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得像是魔鬼训练营一样，让我不知不觉开始想家，开始哭了，也开始明白什么叫做“身在福中不知福”了。不过，我也觉得虽然军训很苦，但是苦中有乐，自己也得到了锻炼。像不会洗衣服、睡懒觉等等，都在这里有所改正，一向比较懒、有喜欢拖时间的我在这里得到了极大的锻炼。这次军训真的让我变了一个人，改正了很多缺点，更重要的是让我知道互相帮助、团结友爱的重要性，从不认识到认识，短短的时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心。

教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病。我开始相信姐姐的话。当兵的看似很威风，但他们付出的汗水是我们根本无法想象的。当他们有成就时都会很怀念过去，也会珍惜现有的成果。所以当我觉得很苦很累时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是由当兵开始苦出来的，他们付出更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，虽然我常会因为没有做好被批评，但只要是我努力做了，无论被批评还是被表扬都是值得的。

俗话说：十年寒窗苦。读书尽管辛苦，可当兵的比我们更累、更苦，所以这些苦也就算不了什么了。不是说失败是成功之母么?不是说先苦后甜么?不是说没有最好只有更好的么?所以我会尽量做到最好。我也深深的知道教官的辛苦。通过这次军训我知道自己长大了、懂事了、让我知道自己不再是一个小孩子，不应该向家长撒娇了。

自从上了三年级，我们开始渐渐地接触英语，而且，英语还慢慢地成了主科。在一、二年级的时候，语文数学需要考试，现在英语也加入到考试这个大家庭中。学英语成了一件苦差事。

有一天，在写英语作业的时候，我简直要被这枯燥而又“无味”的英语给弄烦了，我开始想：记单词这么难，难道就没有解决的办法了吗？如果单词记住了，可过了几天又忘了那又怎么办？我带着这两个百思不得其解的问题去请教妈妈，妈妈走到我的书桌旁，看着我已经写了二十多遍的单词，坐下来，语重心长地对我说：“学英语要讲究方法，不能急于求成，要看平时的积累。要是讲到记单词，我告诉你几个窍门儿：

1、写单词的时候要多用心记，写几遍以后要‘回过头’看看对不对，要保证写单词的准确性。

2、记单词要一边念一边写，这样可以加深对单词的印象。

3、记单词要根据发音，把单词分成几截，和已经会背的单词相互对比着记，这样不愁单词记不牢。”我听了，心里顿时豁然开朗。妈妈又开口了：“至于怎么让单词忘不了，那就得天天复习，只有这样才能把单词记牢。儿子，只要你记住这几个窍门，以后的英语单词就不用再犯愁了。”我听了妈妈的话，感觉知识的大门又向我敞开了。我照着妈妈的办法，连续试验了几天，记单词真是顺畅多了，我的英语成绩像发射的火箭一样直线攀升。

现在，我已经成了五年级的学生，但是我还是坚持用这几个窍门儿，它们真是让我受益匪浅。如果没有这几个窍门儿，我的英语成绩不会上升得这么快；如果没有这几个窍门儿，我也不会成为现在我们班的“单词王”；如果没有这几个窍门儿，我更不会有这么大的词汇量。

There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

Why was military training held by all kinds of schools in China? I didn‘t understand exactly , but it‘s said the honor and glory culture passed from generation to generation .
