book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

二、学生情况分析

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

那是什么文章?字体大小不一，歪歪扭扭。原来，那是我幼时写下的日记，那是我第一次学会用文字记录心情，那里有第一次为妈妈做饭的喜悦，那里有第一次出去游玩的欣喜，那里有第一次考试失意后的沮丧，那里有第一次宠物死去的悲伤。而现在，每天只能苦苦沉沦于题海，只能书写一篇篇没有个性、没有情感的文章，只能注目于一次次的分数，一行行的排名。这是怎么了?我丢失了什么?苦苦寻觅，终于发现，我丢失了一份淳朴，一份真诚。我多么希望能找回那年那时的纯真，给自己的世界一片晴朗啊!

那是什么画面?天真，单纯。那是曾经与同桌之间的欢声笑语，那是男生女生在操场上无忧无虑地玩耍，那时班级集体劳动男生帮女生提水。而现在，男女界限分明，一旦靠近一点便会引起流言蜚语，父母的唠叨，师长的怀疑，无尽无休。这是怎么了?我们丢失了什么?我们丢失的是纯洁的友情和信任，真心希望找回那份纯真，给自己的世界一片晴朗!

生命是条宽阔的河，此岸是稚嫩，彼岸是成熟;左岸是童话，右岸是现实。踏过生命的激流，寻找那一份童话般的纯真，给自己的世界一片晴朗。

my dear teachers,my dear professors.i am very glad to be here for your interview.my name is song yonghao,i am 22 years old .i come from luoyang,a very beautiful aicent city.my undergratuade period will be accomplished in changan university in july ,2004;and now,i am trying my best for obtaining a key to tongji university.

generally speaking ,i am a hard working student especially do the thing i am interested in. i will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. when i was sophomore, i found web design very interesting, so i learned it very hard . to weaver a homepage for myself, i stayed with my pesonel computer for half a month.,and i am the first one in my class who own his homepage. forthermore,i am a person with great perserverence. during the days preparing for the first examination,i insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was like.and just owning to this,i could concentrate on my study and succeeded in the end.

well ,in my spare time ,i like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. also english is my favorate.i often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday,and write compositions to improve my witten ability .but i know my english is not good enough ,i will continue studying.

话说猪八戒和唐僧、孙悟空、沙僧取完经回到了大唐，因为无事可干，没几个月，他的那些积蓄就全用光了，看着自己一天一天变穷，又看着以前的些伙伴，唐僧和沙僧用自己的积蓄，盖了一座寺庙，叫作少林寺，而悟空凭着那聪明的脑袋，当上了苹果公司的副总裁，现在只有八戒一无所有。这时，他突发奇想，我没有多少本事，只有“吃”是我们猪家传下来的看家本领，干脆，我就开一家饭店，就叫猪八戒餐馆。可是饭店里最主要是厨师与服务员，没有办法，它只好到少林寺。

向唐僧借了二十个和尚和10个尼姑，饭店里所有的菜都是清一色的蔬菜，没想到开业的第一天，只来了两位顾客，第二天一位也没来，八戒急坏了，把那些和尚、尼姑全辞回少林寺，自己在家整天不吃不喝起来了，三天不吃肉，两眼就冒金星，于是，八戒振作起来，他先向南海观音借了五千万，又招了一大批仙女做服务员，大堂领班还是那个老冤家，嫦娥，第一个月，利润就达到50个亿，八戒不仅还清了贷款，自己也发生了变化，屁股下面坐着林肯终级加长防弹车，连随从开的都是宾利，法拉利和保时捷……可是，第二、三个月，利润就直线下降，从起初的50个亿亿变成500万，又变成了五万、1万，八戒急坏了，只好找猴哥帮忙。

孙悟空听后，给八戒分析“倒置”这个原因的问题只有两个：

1、是餐厅里的东西太贵，一个凉拌黄瓜就980元了，更别提别的了。

2、现代人都讲究速度，谁有时间去吃那满桌子的家肴，我建议你开一个快餐店吧，八戒吃后点点头，回去后开了一家快餐店，叫肯德猪，套餐多种多样，荤素搭配，营养健康，很快，全国各地的连所店如雨后春笋般地冒了起来，举世闻名，一举成为了世界100强企业之一，当后来人们问八戒是谁让“肯德猪”风廉全球，他毫不隐瞒地告诉了大家，“是猴哥，如果，没有他，我今天还有可能躺在床上，为自己的前途担忧呢。”

说到认识我自己，我还就真不知道如何是好，因为我对自己有一点点的了解而已，大概是自己太了解自己才迷惑了吧!

在比我小的朋友眼中，我或许是一位无微不至的大姐姐;在比我大的朋友眼中，我就是位稚气未脱的大孩子;在同龄的朋友眼中，我既是位诤友，也是位好惹事的损友。但我在朋友的口中，永远都是他们值得交的朋友。

在自己看来，自己的缺点总是大于优点的，妈妈曾笑蔑道："你的动作比蜗牛还要慢。"我很是难堪，不过以一笑置之："妈妈，我要是能把动作变快是不是要等到母鸡打鸣，公鸡抱窝呢?"妈妈只好无奈地笑笑。我也只能对着自己的计划空叹息，雄心勃勃地想做些什么，可到头来，自己不是为这事耽误了一会儿，就是那项计划拖延了时间，老因为拖拉的坏毛病和懒惰的坏习惯，使有条不紊的学习计划化作一纸空文。

不过，那是从前了，上了初中，我也该重新认识自己了，再不能让坏习惯剥夺我的目标，不许坏习惯让自己的计划化作空话，也不能总让叹息作自己生活的主旋律。我要奋发向上，要努力学习，要让自己生活的节奏快起来，要让计划有条不紊地实施，要让自己的学习建立于快乐之上，要让自己的生活奏出与众不同的旋律，我要让家人、朋友都见到一个全新的我。

这，是我的誓言，也是我的希望!
