欢欢喜喜过春节，五湖四海都来聚。今天鸡鸭明天鱼，好吃好玩尽欢乐。

我认为一年中，只有春节是最棒的节日，因为在春节这段时间，我的嘴就会不断的享受、品尝一年中最美的食物。我这篇文章，就要围绕着一个字一个主题来写——“吃”！

春节是我们的传统节日，在新年里我们会吃到很多很多好吃的食物，这些食物五花八门，多姿多样，天南地北什么都有，什么海里游的啊，天上飞的啊，地下的啊，家里放养的啊等等等等，只要是能吃的，在春节里，就难逃被嘴吞食的厄运。然而要想吃的好，那么做饭大厨的手艺就要精，也就是说做饭人的手艺才是最主要的。

今年的春节里，我吃到了好多新鲜的、可口的、美味的食物，让我现在想起来还直淌哈喇子呢。

昨天吃饭的时候，大姑父做了炸鸡。在超市买的炸鸡粉配料，大姑父先把鸡翅、鸡腿用盐、味精、葱花放到一起味一下，然后把炸鸡粉裹到鸡翅、鸡腿上，用锅一炸——哇！又香、又脆、又酥简直是人间极品啊！真是香喷喷，脆酥酥好吃看得见啊。一盘子的鸡翅、鸡腿都被我们瞬间消灭掉了！大姑夫还做了一道也是用炸鸡粉做的菜——用小一点的生菜里加一些火腿啊沙拉啊什么的，然后卷起来，用牙签一串一别，再在生菜外面裹上一层炸鸡粉，用锅一炸——外焦里嫩，别提有多香了！真是让人想想就流口水啊！

记得大姑和大姑父来奶奶家，带来了许多好吃的。但是其中有一样我不喜欢——传说中臭名鼎鼎的“臭豆腐”。不知道为什么我那么讨厌吃臭豆腐，偏偏老爸大姑父他们还喜欢吃那绿了吧唧的臭豆腐。他们吃就吃了呗，我不吃不就得了，可是臭豆腐那玩意儿的味道很大，一打开那瓶臭豆腐，满屋都是那怪怪的味道，我唔着鼻子都想呕吐了。吃饭的时候，他们都让我尝尝臭豆腐。因为我以前讨厌这个（现在也讨厌），所以从来没有尝过。但是不知为什么，我却被他们给说动了。就大胆的尝了一口！味道好极了！一点也不好吃，味道怪怪的，就因为这一口臭豆腐，我还难受了一下午呢，这真是满口余香啊……不过也好，什么东西都应该尝一尝。只有尝了，才能判断出好吃不好吃，才能知道合不合自己的口味，不是吗？

对这种长的和腐乳差不多的臭豆腐我认为是可以品尝的，是可以去尝试一下好不好吃的。但是有些东西我是永远都不会尝的。比如说醉虾，那活蹦乱跳的虾怎么也无法让我放到嘴里；再比如说干锅牛蛙、田鸡，那鼓着大眼睛的东西太吓人了，平时就害怕那些东西，又怎么能吃进肚子里呢；再再比如说炸飞蛾，想想都恐怖怎么能够放到嘴里去品尝呢？还有很多很多，就不一一列举了哈……

吃在春节，是我们中国人的传统，我们可以大吃特吃，但是，要记住一点哦，品尝那些美食的时候，一定要记住不要把那些相克的实物混在一起吃噢，比如说，吃羊肉时尽量不喝啤酒，还不能和醋混在一起，吃海鲜时也尽量避免喝啤酒，总之还有很多很多不能相互搀在一起吃的食物，如果不幸你吃着了，呵呵那么只有一个办法了，那就是去医院陪吊针过年了。

吃在春节，就说到这里啦，我这里还有个温馨小提示：美食虽好，可不要吃太多哦！美酒虽好，但不要贪杯噢！
