Today is the National Eyes Caring Day,so I remind everybody to treasure your eys.Now let me introduce something should be remembered to treasure our eyes especially to the stdents.

First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.

One day during the summer vacation, my father and I agreed to play

badminton, so we went to guolin park with badminton and racket.

The scenery of the park is picturesque, there are colorful flowers, and

some flowers are fragrant and beautiful. We came to a clearing and put the bag

on the lawn. Starting to play, the father said, "take the ball in your left

hand, take the beat in your right hand, and throw the ball gently at the beat of

the ball and hit the ball towards the other." I cant serve at the beginning,

also wont catch, serve as dad said practice is much more skilled practice, but

the other ball back, I was a little bad. I was a little frustrated by this, but

I thought: once you do something, you must do it well! So I trained again. I was

the more I played the better, I was so happy.

Today, I went to my old house. I lived in it two years ago. When I am at school, I often think of my old house because it made me happy in the past. My old house is very tidy but old. It has only one level and there are just two rooms in it. I slept with my mother and my father ever evening. My old house is between two high houses, so it looks very small but lovely. When I lived in my old house, I often played with my sister at the weekends. But now I can’t, so I feel a little sad. Two years ago, I could share my feelings with my parents too, but they were separate at last. So my old house is my favourite place. If I have some trouble, I think of it and my parents, I’ll always get lots of energy. I will then forget the trouble soon. Do you think my old house is a wonderful place? And they can’t decompose(分解) in a short time. The plastic bags will make our world worse. I agree with the rule, which people can’t get the free plastic bags in the shops, supermarkets. It encourages people to use their cloth bags and baskets. It’s good for our environment.

So I hope all the students in our class stop to use the plastic bags, and use our own cloth bags. I hope we can take care of our environment.
