一、加强环境保护知识的宣传，教育市民收听、收看关于保护环境的节目，阅读环保知识读物，讨论环境保护问题，与破坏环境的现象作斗争。

二、倡导市民节约纸张，节约粮食，节约有水，节约用电，节约燃料，共同节约我们有限资源。
