六月将至，每年的六月都会牵动中国上千万个家庭的心，六月的主题就是高考和大学生就业。今年，727万大学毕业生再次刷新了大学生毕业人数纪录，被称为史上最难就业年的2013年刚刚落幕，史上更难就业年又接踵而至。一边是企业用工荒，一边是大学生就业难，中国的就业市场到底生了什么病?滋生这些顽疾的原因又是什么呢?

一、大学毕业生人数激增，直接导致就业难。
