我从小就在深圳长大，所以我对家乡并不熟悉，可是家乡的老房子却一点儿也不觉得陌生

在家乡的小巷里，有许多古老的房屋，这些房屋都是我的祖先时代留下来的。这些房屋都是背山靠河，景色迷人，在那里可以看到纤尘不染的河水。房屋的外墙都是有趣的重复，黑白相间的砖使房屋变得更加有特色。房屋的屋檐有两个“牛角”，这两个“牛角”在屋檐上起了个装饰的作用，有时候飞来几只燕子，为春天增添了生机。房屋里是三房两厅，一楼有两个房间，二楼的房间是小阁楼，小阁楼虽然小，可还能住上三个人，虽然这些旧房屋并没有现在家乡新建的房屋那么豪华、美丽，可我非常喜欢这些家乡的房屋，因为在炎热的夏天，每家人都在家开着空调，可是在老房屋里，你不用开着风扇、空调，也会感到凉快，这可为我们省下了不少费用。

由东向西走，从沿江桥到西湖桥一共1400米，东边的入口耸立着一道城墙，剥离了原来的破败，修复地更加雄伟壮观。它大约三层楼高，有800米长。城墙是用方形青石块垒成，巍峨壮观，坚硬无比。城墙上每隔三米，有一个瞭望口，从前是用来观察敌情的，也可以抵御入侵者的攻击。在宝庆古城墙下，为了纪念在历史上有过功绩的邵阳人，坚立了“邵阳历代名人塑像”，增添了邵阳市资江南路的一道人文景观。每当我观看这历代12位名人塑像时，心中会情不自禁地由感而发：这些伟人不仅是邵阳人的骄傲，在历史上书写了他们人生最辉煌的一笔，而且更是我努力学习的动力。长大后我一定像他们一样做一个热爱邵阳的人。

资江南路步行街宽敞美丽，靠城墙那边歌厅林立，广告牌琳琅满目。河岸边还修建了美不胜收的绿化带，一共种植着208棵名贵古树。有丹桂飘香的桂花树，还有四季长青的樟树，叶似扇子的银杏树……花圃里花团锦簇，芳香四溢，沁人肺腑。

步行街刻着邵阳2500多年的历史变迁，雕着远近闻名的邵阳八景，塑着反映了邵阳传统文化的铜塑像。有打糍粑、有烤红薯、有做猪血丸子，形态各异，栩栩如生。烤红薯的老爷爷面目慈祥，称了红薯后，亲切地递给买红薯的小妹妹，小妹妹交了钱，接过了红薯，小弟弟扯着姐姐的衣角，好像口水已经流了三千尺。小狗摇着尾巴，眼巴巴地看着红薯，让游人们禁不住驻足观赏。

我的老家在七都岛上的一个小村。村口原来有一天清澈的小河。一出家门，就能看见。

妇女们都在河边洗衣服、洗头发。男人们在河里相互比赛游泳。小孩子们更是玩得不亦乐乎，光着两小脚丫，在小河里嬉戏。有时还用她们的小手在河里捞螺丝。小河的一个小角落里有许多的小虾。我常和姐姐一起在那里钓虾。用一点肉系在钓绳上，往河里一扔。不一会儿，小虾就上钩了。

8岁时，我搬离了这里，但我爷爷奶奶还住在这里。我因为上小学了，很少回老家看看。

But  I miss it everyday .Even  in  a lot of  my  dream  in  the  night  .I belive HuangMei will  be  richer and  richer .The  new  year  2009  will going .Tonight  I  hope  everything  will  be  well  in  my  new 26  years-old.All  my friends  will be  well.I  must  work  hard in   the new  year.I will be ain growth as  my  hometown .
