在村前，是一条清澈见底的小河。河水是清凉的，阳光在河面上撒了一把金子，波光粼粼。一条条快活的小鱼在河里自由地游来游去。我不禁想起夏天时，村里的人去河中游泳，与鱼儿相伴，与河水相依。

回首望去，村后是一座座苍翠欲滴的大山。山上，一棵棵高耸入云的大树，就像是一位位守护神，守卫着乡亲们的安全。草儿们不甘示弱地拼命往上生长，为大山拥有一件碧绿的衣裳而努力着。

村的左边，是一大片一大片的竹林。春季里，春雷公公“轰”的一声，吓得小竹笋们都探出了头，接着下起了春雨，给小竹笋们洗了个澡，它们焕然一新。春雨过后，人们纷纷拿着篮子和锄头，踏入竹林里挖竹笋。

走出竹林后便是一片果树林。每到秋天，果树上结满了果实。最可爱的是苹果树和橘子树，它们的果实就像一个个小灯笼，不停向小朋友打招呼。

在家乡，自古就有“松门名菜，山粉垒块”的说法。每年番薯丰收的季节，村里村外，都飘着一股淡淡的番薯香。这可把我们乐得，不由分说，又要上演一场“舌尖上的松门”了——山粉糊、山粉圆、山粉饼、山粉羹……

小时候， 常常嚷嚷着奶奶给我做山粉圆吃。我们俩就坐在小板凳上，面对面地坐着，我托着腮帮子，呆呆地看着。家门前的院子里，透过树荫，投下斑斑点点的阳光，暖暖的。奶奶拿来一个脸盆，将煮烂的番薯倒在里面，再和山粉搅拌在一起，使了劲地揉搓，用全身的力气往下按，一遍又一遍，直到完全融合在一起，我也搬来一个小脸盆，学着奶奶的样子揉呀揉，脸蛋上、衣服上都被面粉染得一片雪白，我看着自己可爱的样子，扑得一声笑了起来。

揉捏好的粉团有着金黄的色泽，像婴儿的脸蛋一样细腻，可爱极了，还散发着诱人的香味。我连忙扯一下一小团，捏在手心里，烫烫的，软软的，嫩嫩的。我将它捏成一个个小动物，套在手指上，还给它们编了一个个奇怪的名字，一边做着动作一边讲着故事。听着听着，奶奶慈祥地笑了，我也忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来。瞧，一个个小巧玲珑的山粉圆，它那胖嘟嘟的身体上面还留着一个俏皮的“小辫子”。邻居家的老奶奶提着菜篮子路过这里，“哟，你家又做山粉圆啊！老香老香的……”那银灰色的牙套在阳光下闪着光芒。

水烧开了，它们挺着圆圆的肚子，一个个“扑通扑通”地跳进锅里。它可不像饺子那样浮上来就好。因为热气的缘故，那些圆的肚子就涨得鼓鼓的。我每次看到这样的情景，就觉得一群蝌蚪在锅里游来游去，也跟着欢快起来拍手叫好。

等到它们真正捞上来的时候，趁着热，我们迫不及待地拥了上去，小心翼翼地咬上一口，一股甜汁带着清香的味道就扑鼻而来。既是备薯的香甜浓郁，又有馅的味道和可口的油汁，含在嘴里慢慢品尝，细细咀嚼，然后才慢慢咽下。那滋味甭提了！尤其那个皮，带着光滑透亮，咬在嘴里，韧韧的、软软的、滑滑的，有种与众不同的感觉。吃完山粉圆，嘴边还沾满了馅，伙伴们你看看我，我看看你，又是一阵欢笑。

现在我们这里很多饭店都有山粉圆，但这些都比不上正宗的味道。其实，最令我难忘的还是家乡的味道，那些茂腾腾的人，那些茂腾腾的事。无论走到哪里，我都忘不了家乡的山粉圆，搁不下那份浓浓的家乡情。
