1957年4月，在寿县东津乡出土的鄂君启节，是战国时楚怀王发给他的至亲在这条路上的通告符节(通行证件)，持此符节，不仅可以免税，还可享受沿途的接待。“鄂”是楚国的代称，楚在迁都寿春之前在湖北。鄂君启节大道从今天的凤台河东经寿唐关、郝家圩孜然后进入淮南，经李郢孜，园艺场入长丰到合肥。
