还记得第一天见教官时感觉好严厉，因为我们每排都是由多个学院组成的，所以都在那聊的不亦乐乎，教官也成了我们闲聊的话题，是啊，其实这也是一种缘分，我们有缘相遇，我相信在之后的日子里我们也会配合的很好。在那翠绿的草坪上，我们一个个身着迷彩服，伴随着教官们一声声响亮的口号声，操场上一排排方队整齐的站着，或许是因为第一天我们都感到很新奇，我们一个个精神抖擞，洋溢着青春的朝气。我站在那里，置身于这一片军绿色海洋中，体验着这青春的朝气与蓬勃。

每天，站军姿成为了一件必不可少的事，站在那里必须纹丝不动，即使有虫子飞到身上也必须站着。“腿挺直，两肩往后张，小腹微收，抬头……”教官的指导直到现在还在我耳边萦绕，站在那翠绿的草坪上，清风拂过我的脸颊，送来小草清新的气息，那一块块整齐的方队像一群准备气壮待发的士兵，他们眼神中充满了坚强，主席台上的军训旗帜迎风飘扬，一个个嘹亮的口号声在翠绿的操场上回荡……尽管有时艳阳高照，有时狂风暴雨，但同学们还试坚持着，因为我们懂：年轻，值得我们更多的付出!

在练习齐步走，正步走的那几天几乎每天同学都因为开始不适应而腿疼，而且我们宿舍离操场很远，每次去操场都要爬很高的台阶，这不免让我们觉得更累更苦!但我们都没有抱怨，让我觉得很幸福的是每晚收操回宿舍时同学们都唱着刚刚学习的红歌，唱着歌，我们一起回宿舍，那些累，那些疼痛似乎都烟消云散了。更让我们感动的是，每次收操时教官领导都会鼓励我们坚持，还告诉我们这只是刚开始不适应，慢慢会好的，而且回去要泡泡脚……渐渐地，我们对于军训不再有厌倦，我们对教官也不再害怕，因为我们学会了享受苦中的甜，我们学会了一起团结一起努力。还记得休息时，我们便会一起唱红歌，拉歌，欢声笑语，嘹亮的军歌随着旗帜在空中回荡，那一刻我感觉到了幸福，感觉到了骄傲与自豪!

每晚九点才会收操，其实我挺喜欢晚上训练的，明亮的灯光照着我们这群青春的“迷彩服”，响亮的口号声伴随着我们整齐的脚步声，我们张显出了青春的朝气，那一张张洋溢着笑容的脸庞似乎在告诉大家，我们是一名大学生了!我们期待成长!我们会更加坚强!我们一定行!一天的训练其实我们都很累，但回到宿舍想到这样充实的一天，我们感到很满足，很享受!

其实军训期间也发生了件让我不会忘记的事，本来我们营就选择了两个排参加汇报表演，我们排没被选上，心里挺失落的，因为我想参加汇报表演，我想让我的军训生活更有意义。有次别的教官去我们排挑选表现比较好的同学，我有幸被选上了，因为全宿舍就我一个，所以自然心里没有太多的兴奋，有次教官又去挑选时同学们却因为不想去接受更严厉的训练而故意踢不好，我很不理解她们的做法，可能是因为不舍?这也让我想到，我们应该去追求自己想要的东西，我们应该学会适当的放弃!虽然在那段时间真的很累，但我很满足，我争取到了我想要的东西。

而在这军训最后，使我印象最深的就是回报表演那天，所以首长校领导在主席台就坐，操场看台上坐满了观看人员，当音乐响起的时，一个个整齐的队列昂首挺胸地走过主席台，那一刻我感受到了成功的喜悦!我们努力了!我们做到了最好!

军训虽然辛苦，却让我学会了坚强!更让我学会了坚持!也让我真正认识到了我是名大学生了，或许军训的苦和累在今后的生活学习中会不值一提，但我想军训会让我更好的认识到了什么叫苦中有甜，什么叫雨后会有彩虹。感谢军训给我带来的所有，我相信我们都以长大，我相信我们都会很好的面对生活中的种种。军训带来的不仅是让我们身体更加强健也让我们意志更加自信!

我们年轻，我们是青春的朝阳，我们更应该自信的面对一切!而且在这些天的军训生活中，我深深地体会到了军人的独特面貌，军人的严以律己，军人的无私奉献，军人的保家卫国，军人的一切一切……也让我了解到服从命令是天职!我们应该向军人学习，学习他们不怕苦，不怕累，不怕高阳，不怕暴雨，心里想着自己的目标，一直坚持着，因为只有坚持到最后才会胜利，再大的困难也不能倒下，让我们试着以军人的纪律来严格要求自己，做到愿吃苦，敢吃苦，能吃苦!

希望我大学四年的生活因为军训能够变得越来越好!

军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成”般的折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样的冷酷……可现在觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!军训必然要出去训练。但老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，我站不到十分钟便汗流浃背了。。最让人受不了的是太阳幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我一定要站好这大学第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，终于圆满地完成了这“大学的第一课”。

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的，甚至可以说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。军训是紧张与艰苦的合奏;军训更是无常地响起那集合的哨音，军训生活成百上千次地浮现在我的脑海，闪现在我的眼前。在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?满怀信心地开始了真正的训练。教官一遍遍耐心地指导代替了严厉的训斥。训练场上不但有我们整齐的步伐，也有我们阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们那嘹亮的军营歌曲。其实在自己的人生路上，也应该印满一条自己脚步的路，即使那路到处布满了荆棘，即使那路每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，也得用自己的脚步去丈量、去摸索、去行进!我想那样的路才是真实的自我写照，决无半点虚假伪装之意每每看到那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅不过是一种锻炼;大学的军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。大学军训中，让我领悟了太多太多人生的哲理，我想这才是军训的内涵。

暑期接近尾声，一些学校已经陆陆续续开学并组织新生进行军训。有高中新生嫌军训太累竟然报警，专家表示，军训的出发点是好的，但军训的设置上应该更加科学化、人性化。

“累得不行教官还让我练”，近日，有媒体报道，在江苏南京市六合区瓜埠高中军训基地，一高中新生在军训时，因受不了体能训练的强度竟报警求助。这样的蹊跷事情也是让军训教官哭笑不得。

根据《中华人民共和国国防教育法》规定，除大学生外，还有中小学生也应接受军训。时间一般在8月份开学前或10月国庆后。高中新生入校后开展军训，这样的制度已经在我国实施了多年。然而，在今年的军训中，出现了新生嫌军训太累而报警这样的事情，一下子引发了众多网友的关注，并对于军训的意义展开了广泛讨论。

教育界：军训能够锻炼身体、磨练意志

一些教育界人士认为，军训是锻炼身体素质、磨炼意志品质的大好机会，还能增强学生的组织性、纪律性。此次军训基地负责人、曾在六合区某高中担任过校长的张勇在接受澎湃新闻的采访时就表示，“军训的意义是肯定的，对学生的身心健康、意志力的锻炼，都有一生的影响。如果学生连短短几天的军训都承受不了，岂不是真的成了温室里的花朵。”

网友：一星期后被“打回原样”

一些家长则担心，军训强度太大会让孩子身体吃不消;一些经历过军训的网友表示，军训磨练心智的作用最多就维持一个星期，军训完了之后，都会被“打回原样”，军训的最大作用就是帮助新生之间迅速建立感情。80后的于先生回忆起自己的军训经历时说道，“对军训的印象就是痛并快乐着，‘痛’就是‘太累’;‘快乐’则是能够快速地和新同学打成一片。”

专家：军训的设置应更科学化

国家体育总局运动医学研究所主任医师黄光民在接受采访时表示，军训的出发点是好的，但军训的方式应该更讲究科学。军训的设置应该更科学化、人性化。每个学生的身体素质都是不一样的、参差不齐的，锻炼的强度也是因人而异的。在炎热的暑期，进行高强度的集训难免让一些学生受不了，如果学生还咬牙坚持就可能出现不好的情况。

一名来自北京的网友接受采访时谈道，“军训的时候正好是最热的天，在大太阳下站军姿，一站就是一两个钟头，这已经不是意志的问题，而是身体能否承受的问题。”还有网友提道，学校把学生的体育课缩短到一周不到一两节课，一到军训就把学生当机器练。平时不加强锻炼，关键时刻却要学生有当兵的身体素质，压力难免会有点大。

据悉，每年军训都会出现一些学生忍受不了训练而晕倒的情况，不少教育界人士认为，这是因为当今的学生身体太弱、太娇气。但黄光民也表示，单靠军训，对于提高学生的身体素质的作用十分有限，因为锻炼身体是一个循序渐进的过程。如果想要提高学生的身体素质，应该建立长久的科学健身方案，引导学生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。

多年来，我国一直强调，需培养学生德智体全面发展。然而，有些学校为了学生有更多时间学习，将学生的体育课占用，出现了体育课变“语文课”、“数学课”等情况，导致学生在校的运动时间越来越少。此外，放学后学生家长为了提高学生的成绩或才艺能力的培养，又将中小学生的课余生活安排的满满的，身体锻炼根本无从谈起。“把体育课还给学生”、“每天至少锻炼1小时”等呼吁也是成了许多人的心声。

新学期，我们又迎来了军训。九月一号报到，二号体检，三号开始军训。

在这十几天的军训期间，我们累并快乐着，虽然有许多的埋怨，但是心里还是美滋滋的。在这段说长不长的时间里，我学到了很多，军训带来的不仅是生活上的改变同时在思想上也有些许的改变。它激励着我们，在学习中我们也应有这样的精神。 这是我的第二次军训，或许正是因为这个原因，对于此次的军训没有特别的感觉，军训的内容还是原来的那几样。每天重复听着教官的口令“立正，稍息，跨立，坐下与起立，向左、右、后转，齐步走，正步走……”

都觉得有点腻了。突然在脑海间出现了这么个念头：那匍匐前进是啥感觉的呢。站个十几分钟的军姿，都有点不耐烦了，感觉好累哦~有点坚持不住了，可能是我们教官好说话了点吧，就都想偷懒一下，心里在想“反正教官也不会对我们怎么样”，我们的休息时间也是超短的，刚坐下没多久就又起立了。我都觉得当兵的人都是没有时间概念，有的只是服从。之前，我都以为当兵的各个都是一副严肃的表情，原来不都是这样的，当兵的也爱笑而且笑容是那么的好看。就像我们的教官，他就特喜欢笑，想严肃都严肃不起来。

训练场上教官们的身姿英姿飒爽,无法相信他们是和我们一样的年龄人.但他们身上体现出了成熟与干练,这是属于军人的独特气质,是在艰苦的环境下磨砺出来的意志,与我们稚气未脱的脸上相比形成显著的差异.他们身上有我们所要学的东西，同样的年龄显示出来的不同风貌，他们可以的我们也可以做得到，不是吗?越是在艰难的环境下越能锻炼一个人的毅力，磨练一个人的意志。

它教会我的远不止这些，首先我们要学的就是团结，在一个部队要的就是团结，因为部队是一个整体而不是一个个体，它可能会因为某个人而完不成任务，所以我们首先要学的就是互相的配合，走出去我们都是一体的，代表的是我们大家而不是某个人。

九月二十四号，我们军训汇操表演，这是对我们这十几天的军训成果的验收，同时也意味着我们的军训生活告一段落。突然间有一种不舍得感情，尽管这段日子里有太多的劳累，但是和教官们相比，我们的劳累显得微不足道……

军训虽然结束了，但是我们所得到的不仅仅是比以前更能吃苦了，还有一份深情一份感动和一份理解，在我们身上寄托了太多太多人的期望，他们为我么付出了很多很多，却不需要任何的回报，我想这是一份寄托让我们为了未来而努力，十几天也许不算什么，三年也可以一晃而过，但只要我们努力，只要我们可以坚持，明天的天下就将在我们的脚下。

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我的灵魂深处。
