Then the next day, we saw our training instructor. He was young and handsome, though his skin was so yellow. Suddenly, all the girls became energetic, we listened to the instructor’s words carefully. In fact, I was staring at him. We trained for a week, we found the train was not that hard, we had fun and joy. At night, my training instructor asked us to sing the songs about military, we even compete with other teams. 也许在军训一开始的时候，我们都会叫苦连天，但只要能够坚持、不放弃，那么在适应之后，就会发现一切其实并不十分难，只要坚持便能胜利。

军训，教我们怎样做人，怎样吃苦耐劳，怎样迎接挑战，怎样把握自由与纪律的尺度。军训，是我们增长才干的机遇，也是对我们的挑战。这要求我们用心融入其中去学习，去煅炼，去磨砺，其目的是：增强国搜索防意识与集体主义观念，培养团结互助的作风，增强集体凝聚力与战斗力;军训，还能提高我们的生活自理能力，培养思想上的自立，还能帮助我们养成严格自律的良好习惯。

Indians, who showed them how to hunt turkeys and grow corn. In the fall, after

the harvest, the settlers had a great feast. They invited the Indians to thank

them for their help. Today the tradition continues. On Thanksgiving Day,

Americans invite their friends over for a turkey dinner and give thanks for what

they have.

星期五那天，我们六年级迎来了开学的第一次军训，我们的心情都很兴奋，同时也很紧张。兴奋的是想知道这一学期军训会是怎样的；紧张的是怕这个教官很严。

上课了，教官来后，先让我们坐坐姿。坐也有讲究，腰杆要挺直，感觉自己长高了3厘米，眼睛要看着正上方的45°角，正好就是国旗。提出了这些要求后，有些同学就开始非常专注地看；有些同学左看右看，不认真；有些同学竟虎背熊腰，眼睛还望着外面，教官只能用力地纠正过来。

在站队的时候，教官要我们10秒钟排好，不能讲话。第一次用了20秒，还有人讲话，没办法，只能重新来一遍。第二次刚好用了10秒钟，也没人讲话，我们就有秩序的下去了。

下去后，教官找好了位置，让我们立正站好，双腿并拢，挺胸抬头，两手紧紧贴住大腿两侧，不能动，如果有一个人动了，就加1分钟。当听到这句话后，许多同学都大吃一惊，还咽了一下口水。我们站了3分钟后，本来以为在站一会儿就好了，可偏偏一个同学动了，我们只好加了一分钟。后面就没有同学动了，我们顺利过了这一关。

接下来，我们要连一些动作了。当在做“蹲下与起立”这个动作时，很多同学就直接跪下了，教官看了说：“不准跪下!如果这个动作做不好，就做一上午。”听了这句话，同学们果然不跪下了。我们蹲下时要喊“一，二”，可我们喊得有气无力的。教官又说：“你们只有把这树上的叶子震下来几片才休息!”我们马上提起精神来，并用洪亮的声音打破了正在休息的树木。看着这么卖力的我们，教官终于让我们休息。

时间又偷偷跑到了九霄云外。在中午时，只听有的同学说：“唉!军训原来这么苦呀!”

下午军训时，教官让我们练习“原地踏步”，当我们听到别的班声音那么洪亮时，教官说：“如果我们班的声音超过他们班的声音，那我们就休息一会儿，好不好？”我们听后，下定决心，果然我们班的声音响彻云霄，让人震耳欲聋。没想到教官却说：“如果你们一秒钟之内坐不下，就不要休息了。”我们便马上一屁股坐到了地上，教官抓出了两个坐不下的人，让他们练习，我们都在那里哈哈大笑。

军训时让我们有一个良好的纪律，也让我明白了只有集体做好才是真的好，懂得了合作的重要性，并且还能体会到军人的生活。这就是一个有苦也有乐的军训。

寒风飘飘落叶，7辆大客车载着一脸不羁的我们驶入了凤凰山营地，对于营地，我只有一个印象“直”，笔直的道路，笔直的树，笔直的宿舍楼……一切仿佛都是用直尺勾勒出来的。我站在宿舍楼下，望着满天的乌云，心中思索：这三天，等待着我们的，又是什么呢?

均需于下午开始。乌云依然压境，灰蒙蒙的天空没有一点色彩。训练的内容就是队列，先由简单的向右看齐开始，我们做得稀稀拉拉。甩头甩得参差不齐，一次，不行。再一次，依然不行。又一次……汗水一直往下淌，脖子，腿都发酸，尤其是腰，就像里面生了一根钢筋棍，僵硬着……

不知过了多少时间，不知训练了多少次，教官说了一句：“原地坐下!”全队如获大赦了一般，纷纷坐下，解放着僵硬了一天的双脚。“起立!”一声斩钉截铁了号令，我们依依不舍的站了起来，继续着训练。

“齐步走!”教官一声号令，我们大踏步地走了出去，不过是歪歪扭扭的，教官大喊一声：“立定!重来!”我们无奈的转过身，用同样的步子走了回去。依然不行。“重来!”“重来!”“重来!”……走了一遍又一遍，汗水自额头陨落，砸在地面上，支离破碎。

那一天，乌云始终未散……

第二天下午，举行了会操，6年级7个班将分别进行一次队列表演，展示各班两天来训练的结果。终于轮到了我们，伴随着教官的一声“齐步走!”我们踏着整齐的步子，从休息区走了出来，步子踏得震天响。接下来的会操，我们做得十分卖力，干净利落的甩头，一丝不苟的转体，坚定有力的踏步……在一阵掌声中，我们走回了休息区。最后的讲评，我们班及其他两个班一齐受到了士官的表扬。

抬起头，看见天空中的乌云已经散开。

西方的晚霞如火一般。

如血的晚霞映红了每个人的脸庞，映红了每个人嘴角的微笑，映红了每个人心中的滚滚热血……

第三天，我们来到了操场。

满眼的绿色。天空是那么的纯净，纯净地看不到一丝云朵，只有那蓝蓝的天空。

最后一次训练，我们都做得十分的努力。

不知怎么，我忽然觉得能从另一个角度看问题了。

训练虽苦，但也可以磨练我们的意志。

教官的脸虽严肃，但也可以看得出生动。

饭菜不和平时一样，但也很可口。

心中不期升起一种珍惜，珍惜这三天的生活，珍惜过去的一切。

先是听讲座，座位上的我们任由汗水肆无忌惮地淌下，但是还是保持着应有的坐姿。接着来到了操场训练，操场上的我们个个精神抖擞，似乎一点都没有被这闷

热的天气所打扰。在一声声“立正”、“稍息”中，我们认真地完成了队列训练中的种.种姿势。虽然过程中，有同学倒下，但没有人因此而放弃，为的就是两个字

——坚持!

虽然没有橄榄绿的军装，但那青春活泼的稚脸是我们的经典，虽然没有凉爽的天气，但充满朝气的面容是我们的色彩。操场上的空气散发着自信与拼搏的气息，操场上的每一个点滴，都震撼着我们的心灵。

我们得不到永远的胜利，只求能尝到苦涩后的甘甜;我们没有顽强的体魄，只求在倒下后能再一次站起;我们不可能永远相依相偎，只求在这最后的一年里共同进退;生活不可能一帆风顺，只求在遭遇坎坷时能坚持不懈……这，就是我们每个人的心愿!

军训的第一天开始了，我怀着一股强烈的好奇心。谁料，这一天却刮起呼呼凛冽的狂风。因此，我们只好待在教室里。下午，天气发生了巨大的变化，晴空万里，闷不透风的。教官叫我们做稍息立正这些动作。我觉得太好笑了，稍息立正这些简单容易的动作小学一年级就会了，干嘛还要学呀!可是，我们虽然会做，但却一点也不标准。原来，稍息立正也很讲究的。就拿立正来说吧，“两脚脚跟并拢，脚尖分开约六十度，腰挺直，两手。。.。。.”

我最讨厌的就是站军姿了。用立正的姿势站在原地，还要做到纹丝不动。一站就是二三十分钟。艳阳的照耀，让我感到无比的闷热。豆大的汗珠不断地流着，流过了我的脸颊，流过了我的嘴角，流进了我的心。。.。。.我似乎感到这汗水是那么苦涩。此时此刻，我多么想放弃，但我还是坚决的告诉自己：你一定行的，不要半途而废，时间快到了，坚持就是胜利，坚持就是胜利，坚持。。.。。.

在这严肃、艰苦的军训中，也有令人喜悦的一刻。军训的第四天，指挥教官带领我们十二个班一起拉歌。每一个班都派一个能歌善舞的同学上台表演，表演者生动、活泼、幽默;观众也看得拍手称快。军训最后一天，汇操表演。我们初一(2)班的同学们都尽自己的一份力，为班争光。“功夫不负有心人”我们班荣获汇操表演第三名。这个奖凝聚了我们班每一位同学的努力和汗水。

军训像个五味瓶，甜、酸、苦、辣、咸样样都有。军训是一堂心灵的课程，我们曾经学过一句诗“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风。”只要我们有钢铁般的意志，坚韧不拔的精神，持之以恒的决心，就一定会战胜困难，做到自己认为不能做到的事。

短暂而又漫长的军训生活已在今天拉下维幕，细细回想其中的酸甜苦辣，我感慨万分。

于是，我提起笔来，想要跟大学说说我的军训感言。

首先，令我最难忘的是站军姿——三挺、三收、一睁、一正，即挺胸、挺膝、挺颈;收下额、收小腹、收臀;眼睛睁大，脖子要正，身体前倾。立起军次，其形威严无比，其势稳如泰山，看起来实令人敬畏。这个看似平凡而又艰辛的训练，让我们的身心都受到极大的考验。我们需在烈日下，严格按照军姿要领站好十分钟后，我的汗水顺着额头往下滴，我的脚开始发麻了，我的手也在隐隐作痛。但我并没有因此而放弃——想想军人一站就是几小时，甚至是十几个小时，我就没有放弃的理由。比起军人，我站的这短短的几十分钟真算不了什么。站军姿让我看到了军人的毅力威严，并从中学会了坚强与勇敢。在风雨中，我们始终保持军姿，文丝不动，在烈日下，我们仍然昂首挺胸。我们是年轻一代的排头兵!

其次是下蹲——当我全身的重量都压在自己的右脚上时，不一会儿，我的右脚就发麻了。如果这一刻我的右脚能自由活动一下，如果这一刻我能站起来，如果……多少个美好的假设在我的脑海中荡漾着。但我并没有被这些美好的设想所诱惑，我坚持到了最后。当我慢慢站起来时，我的脚似乎失去了知觉。但令我稍感欣慰的是：我以自己顽强的毅力提了过来。因为我相信——坚持就是胜利，坚持就是暖春的阳光，它能融化冬日的遗霜：坚持是盛夏的绿装，它孕育着秋天的兴旺;坚持是秋天的果实，它昭示着冬天的吉祥;坚持是寒冬的瑞雪，它预兆着春的希望。让我们多坚持一分钟吧。胜利就在你我的脚下。

再次是正步走中的抬脚——一脚在地另一脚上抬离地25厘米处并长时间定位——这是一个最苦的动作。2分钟，我的脚就开始抖了，上抬的脚也慢慢地下垂，此时对于我来说，真是度分如年呀!但我并没让自己的脚着地，尽管此时它已疼痛无比。我告诉自己，人吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。我相信自己的毅力绝不比别人弱。最终，我成功地接受了教官的考验。在痛苦面前我学会了勇敢面对，在苦难之间，我学会了顽强克服。我相信人的意志可以征服一切，亲爱的朋友不要抱怨长路漫漫的不潇洒浪漫。其实，难难困苦就是你成功的摇篮，让长风的翅膀携你过尽风帆，让心灵的呼唤伴你闯过生命的难关，只要心中的毅力之光不暗淡，生命的叶子永远不会枯黄腐烂。顽强的意志将是我们战胜苦难的最锋利的武器。
