4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

Kaifeng, one of the ancient capitals, also boasts the following buildings worthy of a visit: Iron Pagoda (Tie Ta) of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127), Dragon Pavilion (Long Ting) - site of imperial palace of the Song and Jin dynasties - and the 1400-year-old Xiangguo Temple which is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in China. 秋天，秋高气爽，我们迎来了新的学期，同时也应来了这一学期的军训。

军训的第一天对我们来说是最难受的一天。

我们是下午军训，在第一次军训的时候，教官要求我们站军姿，我们过了一个松懈假期，一下子又让我们军训，还真有些不适应呢。我们一开始先练稍息、立正，我们立正的姿势是不正确的，有的确脚没有打开60度角，有的眼睛总是东张西望，有的背是驮这的，我们竟然连手都是自然下垂的。第一次站军姿没站一会儿就累了，虽然我们没站多长时间，可是却热的头上直冒汗。但是通过这几天的训练，我们站的时间越来越长了。有时还可以在炽热的太阳光下站上几分钟呢。有一次我们正在站军姿，一提汗从我的额头滚下来，弄得我耳朵前很痒，我真想用手去抓，但是我忍住了，因为我知道站军姿的时候不能乱动，我还发现我的手没有扣紧于是我马上扣紧了。到了这个时候就磨练我们毅力的时候。

当我们累了的时候教官也会让我们坐下休息，可是没想到坐下也有规矩，休息之后我们又开始训练了，这回练习起立、坐下。刚开始我们有的同学坐下的时候，脚一下子往前一滑，就躺在地上了，教官要求我们：坐下的时候先快速的蹲下，然后用右手撑住地，最后再坐下。用了这个方法我们坐的果然整齐多了!我们又有进步了!

军训锻炼了我们，也磨练了我们，每天下午我们有两小时的训练，当训练完毕以后我会热得头昏脑胀，真想马上躺在床上睡一觉。军训了这几天，就是我们班在淘气的男生，到了军训的时候都不得不听话，他们也都站的腰杆笔直的。

军训的第四天，我们练习了明天的军训闭营仪式，这个练习占用了上午和下午的所有训练和上课的时间，为的就是给明天前来参观的退休老教师一个完美、整齐的军训闭营仪式。我们一下子站了好长时间，一动都不能动!上午表演给全校的领导、老师看，其他年级都表演完了，就差我们年级了，可是那时我已经腰酸背痛了，但是我想虽然这次是彩排但也要做好!果然我们的表演博得了校领导和老师们的阵阵掌声。休息了一中午，到了下午，我们学校所有同学全部在操场上练习，一站又是好长时间彩排终于完了，在回班的路上在我迈出第一条腿的时候，我感觉自己都快不会走路了!

到了我们展示军训学习成果的时候了，我们个个精神焕发，动作一致，口号响亮每个同学就象换了一个人一样!不用说，这次的军训成果展示，老师对我们的评价都非常高!

军训是苦的，收获却是甜的，这次的军训让我明白了：不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹，这个道理。这就是军训的真正意义!

在这烈日炎炎的夏天，我有所期待也有所担心——马上就要军训了。听我的老爸老妈说，军训要站军姿，一站就是几个小时，而且惩罚制度是整个班如果其中一个人只要动一下，就加站半个小时。听到这些我的心里顿时毛骨悚然。

但这一天终究是来了，对于我们这些温室里的花朵，军训对我们来说就是非常艰苦的，简直就是一种磨难。

首先，是站军姿，站军姿的要求很高，大拇指要紧贴食指第二个关节，并把整只手贴在裤缝线处，双脚的角度呈六十度角，还要抬头挺胸，肚子不能挺出太多，要收到合适的地方，但是没有像老爸老妈所说的那么恐怖，也就是站个二十多分钟，虽然没有想象中的恐怖，但是要求也是很高的，不一会儿我就站得腰酸背痛，实在忍不住了，就动了几下，没想到教官的眼神非常厉害，马上就发现我在动了，叫我出来做深蹲，深蹲对我来说更是火上浇油，咬着牙做完深蹲后，我觉得我已经要瘫痪了。

第二个项目是报数，报数嘴上说说容易，可实际做起来难，不仅声音要非常大，扭头姿势也要正确，所以在这个报数上，我们花了很长一段时间，有一位同学使出浑身解数，也只能让教官感受到他用力了，但教官还是不满意，最后那位同学用上了毕生的功力喊出了惊天动地的一声：“8……”，这下教官才满意。扭头的要求也很高，要喊完马上把头转回来，不能太早转，也不能太晚转。

第三个是齐步走和跑步走，我感觉这是最难的一个动作了，因为要练习摆臂，摆臂怎么摆，也是有要求的，双手前后放在身体前的那只手45度，另外一只15度，一只脚与身体垂直，后面一只脚踮起脚尖，像金鸡独立的动作，偶尔这样做一下还可以，可一站就是20分钟的，像我这种平衡差的就被罚了好几次深蹲。

Its really a tiring day today!

As usual,all of us gathered at the square at 7 oclock.But as soon as I get there,I felt the air temperature is higher than yesterday.I think itll be a very tough day!

Our first task is to practice the shooting skills.First,the commander talked to us about the right gesture,then he bent down and set an example to us.After that,we began to practice the shooting gestures by ourselves.And he went about to correct us if we didint do well.After a while,all of us passed the commanders test.

Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. Thats the first world title for China Womens Volleyball Team. Everyone was shocked by this news. At that time, China had just been out of the "Cultural Revolution". When the news was broadcasted, people burst into joyful tears.

Their victory was the result of all the former volleyball players effort. In 1965,a famous coach of Japan was invited to China to help train the China National Womens Volleyball Team. Seeing both the players conscientious and spirit and the support from the Chinese people, he exclaimed, "Im sure that the China National Womens Volleyball Team will become strong!"

In 1982, the China National Womens Volleyball Team won the gold medal again at the World Womens Volleyball Championships in Peru under the leadership of Yuan Weimin.

In August 1984, the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated successively the Japan National Team and the US National Team with 3 to 0, and won the gold medal again at the 23rd Olympic Games, which realized the "Triple Crown" dream at the world matches. The pride head coach of Japan National Team said, "Defeating China National Team is equal to block the Yangtze River. Both are impossible." The American coach said, "I hope our children will play basketball as well as the Chinese girls."

Two years later, the China National Womens Volleyball Team came to the 14th World Womens Volleyball Team Championships. Though the famous players, such as the "Iron Girl" Cao Huiying, the "Iron Hammer" Lang Ping, the "Wall of Tian An Men Rostrum" Zhou Xiaolan, and the "Quick Attacker" Zhang Rongfang, had retired, the Chinese girls still won the gold medal by their strength and wisdom. Then they won the silver medals at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, and the gold medals at the 13th Asian Games in 1998. The China National Womens Volleyball Team became the No.1 in Asian again. Whats more, they made a greater miracle at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. 在军训的日子里(During the Days of Military Training)

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

人们都说军训辛苦，当兵不易，这一点我真的不否认。可还有一点大家似乎不应忘记了——苦与乐是孪生兄弟，军训中也该有乐啊。要说这乐，那就不得不提我们的段大教官，用一句话形容他吧——不当笑星太可惜了!他身上简直充满了幽默细胞，当你做错动作时，他要么将这种错误动作放大，夸张的肢体动作通常引起全班的哄堂大笑，再别人的笑声中你定会羞愧万分，无地自容；要么，换换格调，玩一招“以静制动”，身体正直，嘴角上扬，似笑非笑，双眼直勾勾的盯着你看，一下就好长时间，搞的你只不好意思看他；要么，一只手先是重重的拍在你肩上，好像电影中兄弟之间被感激的场面，然后摆出一副复杂的表情，用一种似乎恳求的语气说：“大哥，你这一动，会操时五分可就没了。”

不过，俗话说的好，一个巴掌拍不响，同学们爽朗的笑声也得益于几个特别活泼的同学。不过怕影响同学日后的团结，名之就不说了，当然最重要的是不知他们叫什么。不过，也就是这么一群地下工作者，默默无闻的奉献，把快乐带给他人，把痛苦留给自己——段教官不论是从语言还是动作“奖励”学生那都是一流的。不过要说与段教官交流最多的也是他们几个{不管从语言还是肉体上的交流}，然而对于他们，你别指望他们走“传统路线”，问题一个比一个八卦，什么有无婚配(语言需要)，爱人叫啥等等。我们的段教官也算老实，兵来将挡，水来土掩，一一俱答，在我们的唏嘘声中，段教官更是爆料“上一个是大老婆，还有二老婆，”就在我们男生热泪盈框，排桌子欢呼“男权”时代的重新来临时，段教官却用三个字彻底粉碎了我们的梦想——不可能!在接下来的日子里，根据我们班正处于且且还有几天属于军训这一基本情况，段教官以及全班各同学从自身的军训生活出发，坚决实施着“将笑料进行到底”的基本路线。

这就是“以他人的错误为自己的快乐”为中心，坚持“不走寻常路”，坚持“我选择，我喜欢”，缓解紧张情绪，精神高度集中，为把我班动作练成又快又准又稳而努力，为在会操上杀进前五名而奋斗!
