In my early years, I did not see the value of education.

When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.

从小学到高中，我没进行过一次正正式式的军训，即使有军过训，也是站站军姿，转下-体，蹲下，做做俯卧撑之类的，所以对“军训”二字认识不深入。但当我上大学第一次领取迷彩服，到穿上它，觉得神圣且压力甚大!

当第一天军训时，我们等升完过期后被人领去西校区，当我第一次见教官时，觉得有点害怕，军训，要开始了吗?军训，很辛苦吗?军训，我害怕了吗?

第二天军训，军姿，教官有好几次都帮我调整姿势，当时我再想，天呀，虽然身体不舒服，但我连站个军姿都站不好，有没有搞错!

由于我们站军姿站不好，身体总是往后倒，教官就想出一个办法，那就是要我们站在马路牙上站军姿，第一次站时，站没多久腿就抖啊抖啊，看到一个伙伴请假休息，我顿时也想请假休息，可是教官对我们说“已经有个人倒下啦，我不希望出现第二个人”，我就下定了决心，死就死吧，撑就撑到底吧，相信我可以的。当教官叫我们去休息时，我的腿都麻啦，左脚的脚筋抽着抽着的，疼死我啦!该放弃吗?该请假吗?不!这是我心中所想的!

当我正抱怨过中秋节还要军训之际，我的朋友对我说“中秋节快乐”，家人也打电话过来，问我军训辛苦不?过得好不?收到他们的信息，顿时觉得，在异地过中秋也不孤单，中秋军训也不辛苦!

在军训之前，我给“教官”的定义是，凶的，扑克脸的，粗鲁的。可我，错了!

我们的教官脸上有两个深深的酒窝。刚开始军训，教官会给我们找个凉快的地方训练，尽量让我们少晒太阳。他会叫我们多喝水，蛙跳蹲下完后，晚上互相拍拍腿，然后早点睡觉!

当军训到一半时，排里要选方块，我和我的一个朋友被选中，但我们都不想去，于是，教官就跟我们没去的和没被选中的人说，我们应该学会推销自己，抓住任何的机会来证明自己，人应学会自荐!教官也教育我们要待人有礼 貌，曾有几次我们没向师兄师姐或老师问好，教官就罚我们，让我们记得要有礼貌。

当然，在我们休息期间，教官也会跟我们聊聊天，开开玩笑，当我们见到教官脸红时，我们会笑他，他也会笑笑;当我们说他是高富帅时，他会回答我们哪里高?哪里帅?我是个穷小子;当我们知道他快要走时，我们都会舍不得他，对他说明年去他的老家找他。。。

12天的大学军训结束了，其实我们实际上训练的时间，并不够10天，中秋节到来，遇上了台风，碰到下雨，要不就不集合训练，要不就在室内站站军姿。而只有两晚时被拉去唱军歌的，第一次，我觉得老套的“团结就是力量”原来是很好听，“军中绿花”也让我感受到军人们为保家卫国而牺牲个人情感。。。原来，以前觉得老套军歌，经过大学军训后，让我觉得都挺好听的!

大学军训就这样子结束了，说真，真的怀念那些日子，虽辛苦，但也有快乐!军训是我踏入大学后的第一门课程，我很庆幸我当时选择坚持，要不明年补军训时就遇不上这么好的教官与伙伴们了。

大学军训并没有我们想象中的辛苦，教官也没想象中的恐怖!反而，我觉得教官们都很可爱，他们教会我很多东西。当我最后一次穿上那套迷彩服时，觉得很伟大很神圣，而不是畏惧，有种不舍得感觉。而教官们那套制服的重量，不是谁都可以承担的!

我的大学军训生活，结束啦!我会把这段日子牢牢地记在我的脑里，这12天，我们在烈日下，挥洒着汗水，用坚持与毅力诠释着我们的青春!大学军训生活，再见啦!是再也不见啦!

伴随着似箭的光阴，我迈入了渴望已久的大学世界。这是一个花鸟交织，才华横溢的地方，这也是一个我背井离乡，毫无亲人的地方。

陌生是我头晚最深的感受，陌生的书桌，陌生的床，陌生的天花板，陌生的明天，把我深深困住了。

四天的新生活感受真的很多，但也可以说十分的简单。

第一天的报到，体检是盲目的，后面那几天的军训是劳累的。军训是必不可少的，那也许是人生中最后一次军训，但在这样的烈日下真的没有必要，我们要锻炼的只是精神面貌，走出个大学生模样。但是在这样的天气下，只会让脑子里时刻想着休息，少了那军训应有的也是最重要的意义。

一转眼，军训已经过去一周。这一周，给我留下太多太多回忆，很亲切、很感动....

军训第一天就给了我们当头一棒，在那骄阳似火的天气里站在操场上纹丝不动，真的很难受。但我知道，这就是纪律，这就是军队!只有这样的军队在有能力保卫我们的国家。

第一天，累，但执着。

随着时间的深入，我们同教官的感情日益深厚起来，我们的教官是一名二年级的军人，来自八中队。是个很健实的小伙子，与我们是同龄人，作风正直，我们都很尊敬他。军训休息的时候，他会带我们拉隔壁排的歌，或是给我们讲讲他在军队中的一些故事。这是我们最放松、最开心的时间。教官，最为我们的同龄人，一个比我们经历的多得多的同龄人，对我们的指导是非常有价值的。

军训中有很多乐事，只说其中两个吧，一次是第二天晚上的训练期间的休息时间，我们都坐在操场上，教官在队列前面教我们唱军歌，他首先自己唱了一遍，不料在他唱歌的过程中，有一个当天生病的同学打报告说：“报告，我想吐”...顿时，大家先是楞了一下，接着笑翻了....还有一次也是在一个晚上休息时间，教官问我们要玩什么，有一名同学提出数天上的星星。好吧，数就数，想想看，几十个男生挨在一起数天上的星星，那是一个多“浪漫”的场面啊!

我们的排全由男生组成，男人就要有钢铁一般的意志。面对任何困难，我们不服输，面对任何挑战，我们敢接受。还记得那是军训第四天的晚上，台风来临，在我们正要开始训练的时候突然下起了暴雨。顷刻间，同学们全身湿透，操场上也是一片积水。但天上的雨就像焦油一样，彻底点燃了同学们的激情。暴雨中，同学们就像刚出笼的雄狮一样，充满着力量。在水中跑步，在水中踢正步，那溅起不水珠足以达到上半身。但是我们走出来的队列，却比平时更整齐!雨中的回忆，谁能忘得了?

智者积蓄纯朴与宽忍，信仰着桀骜不驯，所以选择坚强”军训使我以坚强的信念，努力成为生活的强者。

军训，是我痛恨的，是的，军训什么的最讨厌了，可是大学的那次军训却改变了我的想法。

但是军训的第一天，特别是站军姿，就改变了我之前的想法。尽管前两次都学过站军姿，但此次站军姿，我的动作依然不标准，依然坚持不久。一连几天站军姿，依然还得教官不断纠正：“右边肩膀后面一点，高一点，左边肩膀往前一点。”每天每次如此，时至今日，我每天最害怕的还是站军姿……

“站军姿是最基本的，是其它一切动作的基础。”教官说道。但是这最基本的站军姿，对我来说，却是最难的。由此我清楚自己必须纠正自己的态度，用端正的认真的态度来面对军训，并从军训中提升自己，无论是站军姿、队列训练还是锻炼耐心、意志、坚忍、团队精神等，用学习的积极的态度认真参与军训的每一项训练。

军训开始后才发现，其实军训并非如师兄师姐们所说那么轻松或无聊，虽然没有像初中、高中军训时那样站在烈日下曝晒，没有那么大的训练量，虽然练习的动作都很简单，但要让那么多人行动要像一个人一样的确定是件不易的事。一天军训下来，还是挺累的，特别是夏日炎炎，太阳好像要用全部的光和热融化这个世界，整个场地好像一个蒸笼，我们在这样的环境下纹丝不动站军姿，不厌其烦练枯燥而烦琐的动作，汗水像决堤的洪流，顺势直下，怎一个“挥汗如雨”了得!我们的衣服湿了又干，干了又湿，留下一圈又一圈的痕迹。汗水沿着脸颊一滴又一滴地滑下，热气充斥着我们的鼻翼。军姿已站了三十分钟了吧，脖子好酸，脚的刺痛感越来越清晰，教官说还有60秒，可是我数了好几次60了，为什么还不到时间，似乎一秒就有一个世纪那么长……但是值得欣慰的是，每一天站军姿都可以感觉到自己的进步，似乎可以坚持更长了……

尽管有点辛苦有点枯燥有点累有点烦，但每天还是过得挺开心的。在训练过程中，总有同学闹笑话，大家笑成一团。一到休息时间，同学们一起聊天、开玩笑、唱歌，或者教官跟我们谈起他的军营生活，这些都是我们的快乐时光。其实，我们的教官人很幽默，他不仅讲笑话给我们听，玩脑筋急转弯，而且还教我们唱歌，这使军训生活变得丰富精彩。教官不会那他的身份压我们，感觉还是挺可亲可爱可敬的!教官身上的好奇心、好学心也是值得我们学习的，总会好奇的摆弄单反相机，这些时候总会觉得他离我们很近，感觉不到一点架子。很庆幸也很感谢，谭教官挑了我们这个连并带领我们一起渡过15天的军训，谢谢!

通过军训，我们同学之间的友情更加深厚了，以前没有很多机会大家一起接触相处，在这个军训期间，我们分享身边的趣事，分享喜欢的书、电影，分享烦恼，分享各自的家乡话，一起吵吵闹闹，好像回到了少年时代。 尽管每天还是会数着军训还剩多少天，每天还是会想今天不用军训该多好，但是每天还是会认认真真地训练，过好军训的每一天。希望接下来军训的日子，大家都过得好好的，训练得像个兵似的，等待柳暗花明又一村的惊喜…

从到了驻地的那一刻开始，我就告诉我自己，我现在是一个兵了，我的心里暗暗发誓：就是再苦再累，我也要坚强地做一个好兵，做一个经得起考验的优兵。军训内容包括队列训练，战术训练，射击训练和理论讲座。队列训练是作为一个军人必须要做好的。在其中的军姿应该是队列训练中最基本的一项，两脚分开约60度，两腿挺直夹紧，收臀，小腹微收，挺胸抬头，收下颚，挺颈，两眼平视远方;两手自然下垂，五指并拢，食指贴于裤缝。这个动作看似简单，但是要做的标准而且要能坚持很长时间就不是容易的事情了。站的时间一长就会觉得异常的累和苦。再加上天气，头上顶着白花花的太阳，脚下是滚烫的水泥地，不一会就汗流颊背，时间一长，颈，腰，膝，脚就受不了了。有好几次，我感觉自己快站不住了，可是我咬咬牙还是挺过去了。

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。
