7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

光阴似箭，岁月如梭，转眼间十天的军训生活就要结束了，军训虽然短暂，但它给我的影响却是最深远持久的……

我深深的感受到军训生活的滋味;酸、甜、苦、辣。味味皆全。

刚进入大学生活，扑面如来就是为期十天的军训，平时自由懒散惯了的我们突然进入了一个紧张严明生活环境。为此我们失去了许多自由的空间。接着下来的无休止的军事训练、体能训练更压得我们喘

不过气来，尤其是作为队列方块的一员，我有着别人看不到的、摸不着的苦!超长时间的习训、高标准是要求，试问有谁不会叫苦?又是常常累得腰酸腿疼，手脚发麻，这或许称得上苦吧!

至于娱乐也是有的，要不军训生活就逊色了。从最幼稚的老鹰找小鸡到最时尚的时装show。其中还伴有搞笑滑稽的整蛊游戏，简直让人笑破肚皮!

教官的诚心教导，热切的希望，而我们却不能达到他的要求，对此，他非但不怪责我们，反而自我批评，耐心开导我们。面对这样的教官，谁心中能不泛起酸缕缕的涟漪?

酸、甜、苦、辣。这就是我对军训生活的一些体验，但有何止这些呢?只是独笔无法表达出来罢了!此时无声胜有声，一切尽在不言中。

军人的职责是保家卫国，为了国家付出自己的一切。军训的生活让我们感到了军人的艰苦与困难，军人是用血与汗著就的。我们经过军训也应有军人那种顽强拼搏的精神与坚韧不拔的斗志。或许我们没有办法象真正的军人那样手握钢枪，守卫在祖国的大江南北。可是，我们依旧可以不断拼搏，不断奋斗。

在知识的海洋中，我们也面对着一场没有硝烟的战争。只有不断拼搏，不断奋斗才能立于不败之地。未来无法预知的。谁也不知道自己前途是一帆风顺还是挫折重重。但是，只要我们拼搏进取，顽强拼搏，再大的痛苦与苦难也会过去。只要我们拿出军训中坚韧的意志，那么在不远的将来，胜利的花环终究会戴在我们的头上!

“流血，流汗，不流泪，掉皮，掉肉，不掉队。”我们以实际行动为军训生活画上了完美的句号。我将全力以赴迎接学业上更大的挑战，争取做到更好!

今天是军训第四天，下午虽然一直到三点才开始训练，但是天气依然很热。那太阳犹如巨大的火炉，烤着大地，地都快被晒得冒烟了。我还没开始训练就已经汗流浃背了。我们下午练习的是气势雄伟的轻击拳。轻击拳是防身用的，每招都有很强的杀伤力，我喜欢。我们认真地学着，打拳时的呐喊声惊天动力，连不苟言笑的教官那黝黑的脸上都露出了少有的笑容……

“诶哟，诶哟”晚上我躺在床上痛苦地呻吟着。脊背，手和脚都是又疼又酸。但是再酸，再疼，我也没流半滴泪，我可是一个男子汉呢!

相信我，我会努力，再努力。坚持，再坚持，胜利是我的!

军训的十二天已经过去了，对我们这群大学生而言对我们的人生观，价值观产生深远的影响。回头看看，军训的日子有苦有乐，有泪也有笑，但掌声覆盖了所有的伤痛，留下的只是团结与欢乐。大学军训感想

从到了驻地的那一刻开始，我就告诉我自己，我现在是一个兵了，我的心里暗暗发誓：就是再苦再累，我也要坚强地做一个好兵，做一个经得起考验的优兵。军训内容包括队列训练，战术训练，射击训练和理论讲座。队列训练是作为一个军人必须要做好的。在其中的军姿应该是队列训练中最基本的一项，两脚分开约60度，两腿挺直夹紧，收臀，小腹微收，挺胸抬头，收下颚，挺颈，两眼平视远方;两手自然下垂，五指并拢，食指贴于裤缝。这个动作看似简单，但是要做的标准而且要能坚持很长时间就不是容易的事情了。站的时间一长就会觉得异常的累和苦。再加上天气，头上顶着白花花的太阳，脚下是滚烫的水泥地，不一会就汗流颊背，时间一长，颈，腰，膝，脚就受不了了。有好几次，我感觉自己快站不住了，可是我咬咬牙还是挺过去了。

有位哲人说过：无法回味的感觉才是最美妙的感觉。对于军训，有些感受真的不能言传，只能在淙淙的意会中回味。那味道、就如品一味很浓郁的茶，只有尝过的人才知晓其中的蕴味，然后才能和有同样经历的人相对一笑，让美妙的感受在彼此之间传递。就如有多少个读者就有多少个哈姆雷特一样，军训，对于每个人，都别有一番滋味在心头。而对于我，军训，在某种程度上，已经超越了其本身的单纯上的意义，它已经成为一种宝贵的难得的一种经历，写进我的记忆中，而成为不可抹杀的一部分，它已经成为一种力量，一种在困难时给我的动力，一种生命的支持力，支撑着人生旅途的各种风雨中动摇的心灵。而军训给我最美好的记忆，是同学们和教官之间纯洁淳朴充满人情味的关系。这些年，这种人与人之间的关系已经很少见，很令人怀念和留恋，向往啊!

军训，就让它成为人生的一段丰满的记忆，在岁月中酝酿，然后在几个亲友聚杂一起的时候再把珍藏着的那些温馨的片段捧出来，沉醉其中，享受感动吧!

秋季新学期到来之后，我市各中学都对入校新生按惯例进行开学前的“军训”。这种军事化的训练能够使学生增强体魄、磨炼意志，养成整齐划一、雷厉风行的好作风，同时也是从小培养孩子爱国主义、集体主义的好措施。

笔者曾在我市某中学操场亲身体会到军训带给孩子们的变化。刚开始军训的时候，孩子们交流起来，都异口同声地说教官是“如何如何严厉”，是“如何如何可恨”。但几天之后，他们已从军训中受益匪浅。当军训演练中天空突然下起了雨，孩子们竟知道关心起被他们“憎恨”的教官来，很多手中有雨伞的同学都不约而同地跑过去为教官挡雨。后来，在教官的组织下，同学们相互照应着很有秩序地走进了他们的教室。军训的作用真是比笔者想象的大多了。

但令人遗憾的是，这样一个有益于孩子成长的训练，却遭到有些学生家长的反对。他们对军训不理解，对训练持怀疑态度，时常流露出抵触情绪。特别是一些“小升初”的学生家长，对孩子过于疼爱，当孩子参加军训时，他们就站在边上看，手里还给孩子带着太阳伞、零食、饮料等，生怕孩子受到什么委屈或者出什么意外，或者担心教官体罚孩子，摆出一副有家长坐镇的态势。为了维护正常的训练秩序，有时学校也会出面规劝这些家长离开，可有的家长却不服老师“管”，与老师发生口角。等孩子军训结束一走出校门，就立即上去搀扶，浑身上下检查个遍，连孩子都觉得难堪。甚至有的家长给孩子灌输一些不正确的思想，说什么“看把孩子折腾的，还不如自己去代替孩子受罪”。

以上家长的种种作为非常不足取。其实，作为学生的家长，此时应该全力支持、配合学校的军训，只有这样，才能促使孩子早日成熟，迅速融入新的集体生活。希望有孩子要参加军训的家庭，放弃那种狭隘的疼爱。真正爱孩子，就应该给孩子创造一个良好的成长氛围。

一眨眼为期七天的军训结束了，留给我们的是辛，酸，苦，辣和我们永恒的记忆。结束并不意味着句号，而是漫长的大学生活中的一个逗号。需要我们努力的日子还很长，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下求索。

灼热的大地，火辣辣的阳光，汗流浃背的学生，构成了一道特别的“吃苦风景线”，若大的体育场在阳光下一点一点的熔化，缩小，直到把我们吞噬。飞舞的蝇虫流淌的汗水，酸痛的四肢，我们并不在乎，在乎的是我们学到了什么，学会了什么。吃苦不是时尚，需要用汗水和毅力去交换，吃苦给我们留下无尽的财富，强壮的体魄，雷厉风行的作风，和敢于战胜困难的勇气!

我感觉军训已把我们这一群20来岁的人锻炼成了真正的大学生，让我们知道了什么是汗水，什么是真正的快乐，以及让我们学会怎样独立，怎样面对生活，面对困难，怎样去承担那份光荣而艰巨的责任。记得才训练了三天的时候，平日拖拖拉拉的我早已疲惫不堪。刚学立正时，我就疑惑，为什么体育课中要常做的动作，早已会的动作，教官要如此仔细地讲解，为什么一个左转一个右转要教官如此煞费苦心地让我们练习，实践出真知，五天的军训就让我明白，小小一个立正所包涵的丰富，几个转身所容纳的博大。站军姿，给了你炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了你龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。不积滴水，无以成江海。没有我们每个人的努力，就不可能有一个完整的，高质量的方队。训练的每一个动作，都让我深深地体会到了团结的力量，合作的力量，以及团队精神的重要。而军训更教会了我超出这以外的东西。那就是认真对待自己的错误。也许生命中的美丽也就在于袒露自己的错误。那是一种真实的美。不刻意隐瞒什么，不对就是不对。而在这种自然中流露的那种质朴是任何东西也粉饰不来的。或许学到的东西远不止这些。但是紧张而又愉快的训练中的亲身体验，严格而又平易近人的教官的谆谆教诲，我想，我终身受用不尽了。

幼苗不经历风霜洗礼，怎能长成参天大树;雏鹰不经历狂风骤雨，怎能飞上万里苍穹;溪流不经历颠簸流离，怎能交汇于浩瀚大海。而年少的我们，不经历艰苦磨炼，又怎能成为国家栋梁之材。

通过军训，我学会了如何去面对挫折，如何在以后的人生路上披荆斩棘，如何去踏平坎坷，做到自制、自爱、自理、自强，走出一条自己的阳光大道，开创一片自己的天空。我会将这段军训生活永久地珍藏，当作是人生的瑰宝，让它的精神贯穿我的整个一生。

为期13天的军训结束啦!自2016年9月6日至9月15日，短短的13天却让我深深地体会了军营的生活的艰辛与孤寂，虽然很苦很累，但是我还是坚持下来了，我现在可以很自豪向自己宣布我通过了这次历练，我在这13天内做了一名合格的军人!

4月27日早晨6点我们就起床啦，开始打点行装。我们穿上了那身不是很美的迷彩作训服，穿上那丝毫没有减震作用的橡胶鞋(我垫了两双鞋垫还是咯得慌)，拎起整理好的行李箱离开朝夕相伴的的宿舍，

我们出发啦!

经过在八达岭高速公路上长达近一个小时的行车我们终于来到了我们的“军营”——北京八达岭大学生军训基地。

这是一个位于八达岭长城脚下的一个军训基地，三面环山，站在营区之中可以很容易的看见南面山上的未曾修缮的长城，带着一丝激动和期待我们搬进了宿舍。这是一个可以容纳24的人的宿舍，很空很强大!我们班的19名男生被分为一个班，六连九班，从那一刻起再没有什么北化xx43105陈亚磊，有的只是北化军训团六连九班士兵陈亚磊了，自此刻起我的军训正式开始了。

27日下午，我们在训练场上举行了开训典礼，在会上各位领导都做了发言，要求我们要发扬“留些流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”的精神，坚持保质保量的完成军训任务，我们亦充满信心的回答：“保证完成任务!”在结束了两个小时左右的开训典礼后我们各连迅速带回宿舍，然后又迅速集合准备去食堂吃饭——我们军训的第一顿饭。军队吃饭时是要唱歌的，而且唱的不响亮还不许吃。在饭堂前列好队后《团结就是力量》的歌声便响起来了，在教官下达“跑步进”的口令后，我们迫不及待的冲进了食堂。啊!这得饭菜简直可以和清露寺有的一拼!

十个人一桌，四个菜，每人只有一两左右的米饭，馒头不限量，可我是南方人啊，我不吃馒头啊，无比悲惨啊!幸好老五和小鑫把米饭分给了我，否则我怀疑我会饿死的(事实上后来没有米饭我也开始吃馒头了，但我觉得我脖子都被噎长了)，还是有兄弟好啊!

从28日开始我们也开始了真正的军训生活。让我来向你介绍一下我们的一天吧：早晨5点半我们就起床啦,叠被子,这是每天的必修课,也是每天最让我们痛苦的一项内务工作，辈子要整齐划一的叠成“豆腐块”，边角要抠出来。

紧接着我们迅速的进行洗漱，在六点一刻左右我们就集合开始一天的训练。早操从六点二十到七点，然后带回整理内务后去吃饭。早饭后休整半个小时后，在八点是我们集合带入训练场，开始上午长达四个小时的训练，十二点时我们带回吃饭，饭后午睡休整至十四点，在教官的一声哨响后我们也就开始了下午三个半小时的训练。晚六点是晚饭时间。晚七点左右我们又集合来到操场上开始一天的“娱乐活动”，唱唱歌，打打军体拳等，再晚九点时进行晚点名，进行一天点评。而后带回营房进行洗漱，九点半熄灯。如此我们的一日便结束啦。

训练真的很辛苦，这地方不光风沙大，而且早晚温差很大，早晨要穿秋衣秋裤，而中午时气温可能又达到了30℃，所以每天的作训服都是被汗水浸湿的，还有就是那毒辣辣的太阳，很多人都被晒伤啦。但尽管外界条件很恶劣，我们还是坚持着训练，我们靠着心里那不屈的意志坚持完成各项训练任务。从立正，跨立到齐步，正步，跑步，我们在风中屹立不动，在教官的指导下渐渐做到整齐划一。

军训的生活是单调的，但我们也开展了一系列的比赛娱乐活动，像合唱比赛，文艺汇演，拔河比赛，板报评比，定向越野比赛，趣味运动会，十三点五公里拉练等等。很荣幸我被选上去代表连参加定向越野比赛，有幸我们也不辱使命，依靠着“不抛弃，不放弃”的精神，我们连拿到了第三的成绩，六连，雄起!“六连奇兵，it精英。猛虎六连，威震九天。”

军训的日子是单调的，是快乐的，同样也是短暂的，一转眼为期13天的军训就要结束了。九日上午我们举行了阅兵式，看着一个个方阵“雄赳赳，气昂昂”的走过主席台，听着那整齐的脚步声和吼出来的口号，我知道我们胜利了，我们坚持到底了，我们也终于可以自豪的向世界宣布我们圆满完成任务啦!

短短十三天的军训可能并不能让我们成为真正意义上的军人，但我们体会到了军旅生活的苦楚与孤寂，认真学习了我军的优良传统，磨练了我们的意志，养成了我们崇尚荣誉的品格。“铁打的营盘，流水的兵”，九号下午我们离开了这朝夕相伴了十三天的军训基地。我们不舍，我们痛苦，我们流泪。再见了，亲爱的教官;再见了，我的“豆腐块”被子;再见了，我滚烫的洗澡水;再见了，对面山上的古长城;再见了，漫天飞舞的黄沙;再见了，军训。一切就这么结束啦。但我相信这次经历会让我铭记终生。

经此一番历练，我知道我成长了，

我们继承了我军的优良作风——忠诚于党，热爱人民，报效国家，献身使命，崇尚荣誉。从此次军训我们可以自豪的向世人宣布，我们已经做好准备去建设我们伟大的祖国，我们有信心也有能力去完成中华民族伟大复兴的使命，我们坚信祖国的明天会更加美好!中国，必胜!
