今天是军训列队彩排的第三天。上午训练走了四五栋之后教官提议让我们营和另外一个营拉歌。对方营里的领队操着一口流利的南京普通话在那里瞎指挥，我方几个血气方刚的愤青看不下去了，就数落他是讲鸟话的火星人，秦淮河畔的龟公，没有把儿的人，还在喝奶的娘们…在我们营齐声高呼“下去，下去……”之后，那位同志面子挂不住了，灰溜溜地跑掉了。对方营里另外一个同学不买帐了，撸起短袖蹭的一下站起来，嘴里还在狂叫：“我的把就在这里，要不要看”随即一只手还去拉皮带。看到这挑衅的一幕，我们营里的几个热血青年不买帐了，三五个人跳出队伍，直接去拉他的裤子。看到情况不对，在一旁的教官赶紧吹哨制止，我们营的这才松手归。这时那个南京龟公由于刚刚被欺负了心里不快，嘴里还不断叫嚣：“是哪个叫你们动手的?”我们营没有一个人鸟他，拍拍屁股，直接站起来继续训练。

晚上，迎新晚会开始。会上矫情的诗朗诵没有引起我多大的兴趣，夺得过大学生歌唱比赛的王牌节目也没提起我多少的关注，到是社团的各自为战将晚会的气氛推向了高潮。社团令人眼花缭乱的炫技表演令人印象深刻，“浦园舞协”的一帮舞者技术高超，俨然有专业舞者的架势，很难想象他们是一群大学生。众人说的高分低能，显然不适合当今的大学生。

今天是汇报表演的前一天，本想教官会放点水，差不多就过去了。谁知道教官的领导做了一个决定，上下午各排练一遍。听到这个消息，大家叫苦连天，什么傻逼领导。但抱怨归抱怨，排练归排练。当时的天气虽不是很热，但我们被包在密不透气的军训服里，好似在蒸笼里一般。嘴上大家叫苦不迭，心里却默默坚持。

军训汇报表演暨开学典礼终于来了，我怀着激动的心情，早早地来到了操场上。估计别的同学的心情也和我一样，不仅仅因为是开学典礼而兴奋，更让我们高兴的是，我们终于可以离开这里，回家休整了。到了10点，操场上人山人海，三大校区的同学都齐聚这里，迎接他们正式的大学生活。当领导全部就坐，典礼正式开始。一开始是男生的军体拳表演，老一套，没新意。吸引众多色狼目光的是女生的表演，特别是那“哈”的一声，不知敲碎了多少男生的小心脏。到了领导检阅环节，一个活像金三胖的教官站在越野车上模仿领导人检阅受训的学生，这个情景可以想象是有多么的山寨。巡检完毕是各个方阵的分列式表演，我们走完，教官跟我们说走快了，最后一次了，也无伤大雅。

军训汇报完毕，教官在站台上和我们挥手道别，我们脱下帽子挥舞，感谢他们这些天的付出，之后校长致辞，预祝我们的大学生活充实美满。为期半个月的军训生活也就告一段落了，我却越发期待大学生活了。

As a college student, I enjoy self-help traveling very much, and I have benefited a lot from it. For one thing, I have appreciated many amazing scenery that those travelers who follow tour groups can not. For another, self-help travel helps me learn how to deal with people better。

On the fourth Thursday of November, Thanksgiving Day, I made an envelope on

the day of Thanksgiving, which read: the gift that wang xiyuan gave her. Inside

with a small piece of paper, it read: your mother is my ents, I like a small

在大学的军训中。我们体会了人生的酸甜苦辣。站军姿、齐步走、跑步、正步走、停止间转法、蹲下起立、我们一次又一次地重复着枯燥的动作，用尽全身力气喊叫，却总不能换来教官满意的笑容。不管是流汗还是流泪，我们不能停止步伐，铁一样的纪律无时无刻地约束这我们。在严格的要求下，有我们疲惫的身躯挺立。有我们酸痛的手脚重复的动作。烈日下，细雨中，我们坚强的身躯仍挺立在操场上。本来我以为这四天的军训会很刺激，可我错了，全程下来，我像过了几个世纪。部队的生活是那么枯燥与乏味，而我像个无知的孩子，错误百出，啼笑皆非。可我仔细想想我又觉得很庆幸，因为我又一次在困境中磨练了自己，使自己变得坚强起来。这个跨度似乎是从孩童直接到了

青年人应该有的成熟，感觉很自豪。这短短的四天里，哭过，笑过，感动过;疼过，累过，勇敢过。这些日子里想家，所以眼泪是最多的，但想起妈妈的话：“给植物浇水会宠坏了它们，它们的后代只会越来越虚弱，所以你应该让它们周围的环境变的艰难一些，根部会向深处生长，自己寻找地底深处的水分。”，想起自己的目标，就有了勇气。我知道自己必须经受这一切的洗礼，才能争取成功的资格。其实回头想想，我失去的只不过是几滴泪几滴汗，而我获得的是一张张友善而可爱的脸，一个整洁、严明、自信、独立的自己!我感到无限的快乐和轻松。离开部队的那天，有些失落。可我知道，我人生的路真正开始了，我会勇敢，毫不畏惧。因为我相信：成功的花儿

所以我们不要太多的祈祷舒适和安逸，这样的祈祷少有如愿。我们应当祈祷我们的根能往纵深处伸展，这样任凭冷风吹，大雨淋，我们依然坚韧挺拔。

军训的第一课就是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝，真是难受，虽然有教官陪我们一起站，可我们还是坚持不住，头上顶着火热的阳光，我感觉到汗从我的额头滴到了地下。真是苦，这还不算苦的。联系正步的时候，教官让我们控腿，一控就是十分钟，当然有教官陪伴，十分钟不到，我们已经东倒西歪了。可教官却稳稳地站在那，还和我们聊天呢。我不禁佩服他们的毅力和耐力。后几天我们学了擒敌拳，有几个教官给我们表演了跳起来再摔下去的动作，真是太厉害了。我的手都快拍麻了，无限的敬佩涌上心头。

军训十天，我学到了很多，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要不啊纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任;其次，在这十天里我感受到军人那良好的生活习惯，我会朝着那个标准努力，让自己拥有良好的习惯。回到学校后我会认真努力地学习，像军人一样吃苦耐劳，我不会忘记这第一次军营生活。

军训使我们以坚强为信念，努力成为生活的强者。我会把在军训中学到的东西运用到未来大学四年的生活中去的!

“横看成岭侧成峰”用这一句话来形容军训的多面性是再好不过的了。军训是个有不同意义的几何体，不同的生命有着不同的认识。

面对军训，勇者说：军训是一次挑战，是一次锻炼意志的机会。弱者说：军训是魔鬼，在折磨着人。教官说：军训就是服从，服从再服从。校长说：军训是为了巩固国防而采取的重要措施。家长说：军训是对孩子有害无益的……

面对军训，潮水说：“军训要有敢于同岩石拍激的勇气。”蜜蜂说：“军训要有团结向上的力量。”大树说：“军训就是再苦再累也要为大地撑起一方绿荫。”花蕊说：“军训就是最美丽花的绽放。”夕阳说：“军训就是再短暂再渺小也要散发出最灿烂最辉煌的光芒。”……

话说“眼皮分久必合，合久必分。”休息一下，来点军歌，感受一下军训给我们带来的意义。

还记得高一时军训的烈日和教官严厉的训斥声，而一转眼间，我已经在参加大一的军训了。时光飞快，如指间沙，瞬间流逝......

军训，渗着泪水和汗水，透着深呼吸，高度紧张的思想和敏捷有力的动作无一不构成一道道美丽的风景线。我们穿上军装，由原来的懒散步伐到几天后的整齐划一，有原来的娇生惯养到几天后的坚强独立。军训这几天，带给我们的除了肌肉的酸痛，更多的是对生活的认识，它让我们学会了太多平时在学习中学不到的东西。军训磨练了我们的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，我们的精神面貌也焕然一新。

渐渐地，我发现，我在走路时会自然而然地抬头挺胸了，我站立时会习惯性地挺直腰杆了，我会在一个人的时候哼起那首"日落西山红霞飞，战士大巴把营归......"了。这些都是因为军训而改变的。在军训中，我们苦过，累过，笑过。我们站在烈日下，皮肤一天比一天黑，在暴雨中狂奔，全身湿透;我们为了把动作练整齐，反反复复地练;知道全身酸痛;我们学唱军歌，和教官畅谈，笑声迭起。这是种痛并快乐着的美好回忆，也是我们这群新时代青年的宝贵财富。我觉得我们这些孩子，吃的苦太少了，需要军训来磨练一下。

在军训中，我最喜欢的是军姿。军姿是最美好的姿态，双脚分开约60°，脚跟并拢，双手紧贴裤缝，前后贴紧不留缝隙，两肩后张，收腹，下额微收，抬头挺胸，目视前方。军姿展现的是军人的风采，也体现出一种义愤从容的美，坚定，坚强，坚毅。硬骨傲苍穹，笑傲风霜雪。站军姿时，感觉有股浩然正气贯长虹。如果青春是首动人的歌，那军姿就是其中最铿锵的旋律。

都说当兵的人是最可爱的，在这次军训中，我终于体会到了这句话的内涵。教官们响亮的口令，整齐的步伐，都让我深深折服。"一，二，三，四"的口号声，在某一时刻，我竟觉得是世上最动听的声音。当教官用沙哑的喉咙唱起那首《第一天当兵》时，我不禁落下了眼泪，有种感情在内心喷发，那是对军人的浓浓敬意。

人只有在经历过挫折之后才会变得更加成熟，在困难面前才会更加坚强。我们放下那一份伤感，小心翼翼地拾起断续的梦，带着虔诚的信念和不移的决心，在大学中积极进取，在生活上，勇往直前。

军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，经过了无数次的洗刷，最终会沉淀下去，直至融入我生命中的最底层......

军训，真的让我学会了很多，同学之间的团结友爱，师生情，军民情，好多感情共同发酵，凝成我脑中最美丽的回忆!

一二三四五，军训好辛苦;

六七八九十，一定要坚持。

我知道自己必须经受这一切的洗礼，才能争取成功的资格。其实回头想想，我失去的只不过是几滴泪几滴汗，而我获得的是一张张友善而可爱的脸，一个整洁、严明、自信、独立的自己!我感到无限的快乐和轻松。我们付出了辛苦，付出了汗水。然而得到的却是一份沉甸甸的收获。我们学会了坚韧不拔，学会了服从命令。军训，就是要培养我们的品质，磨砺我们的意志。军人也真的是那么豪迈。哪怕是一首最简短的歌曲，在他们的指挥下，都变得特别的豪迈、奔放。我们高唱着，用自己的心去实实在在的领会军人的雄赳赳和气昂昂。难忘的军训，教会了我太多、太多。自信、奉献，尊重、感恩``````这些都是财富，一笔宝贵的财富

To begin with, psychological class helps students out of bad situation. In college, students have lots of pressure mainly from study, the future job seeking and emotion. Once students have such kind of problem, they will become introverted and are reluctant to say it out. This bad situation lasts for a certain period of time and goes worse, that is, students tend to take their own life. If colleges supply students with psychological class, the situation would be very different. “光阴似箭，日月如梭”，军训的时光一眨眼过去了，可是它却深深地烙在我的脑海里。

那一次，是我人生中第一次军训。虽然只有短短的三天，但却使我难以忘怀，点点滴滴仍历历在目。军训的第一天，教官教导我们要“站如松，坐如钟”，守纪律，听指挥。我暗下决心，要做一个“像样”的军人。可后面的训练却让我明白：“像样”的军人真没那么容易做到。

军训中，最令我受教育的是部队的纪律。教官在教会我们“稍息”，“立正”等简单军姿后，就开饭了。教官先让每一列的小值班去打饭，我看到小值班去打饭了，不免感到肚子在“咕咕”叫。可是，教官却说哪一列站的好，哪一列吃饭。大家只好勉强打起精神，不断地对齐、调整、改正军姿。教官说：“军人是两小时保持站立，五小时不倒。”我已经饥肠辘辘了，心里充满愤怒、烦躁与沮丧。终于，可以去食堂了。当我拿起筷子，正准备大快朵颐时，教官的脚倒先朝屁股飞来，还要唱《战友之歌》呢！没想到平常触手可及的饭菜却变得近在咫尺，远在天涯了！为了填饱肚子，只有再坚持一下了。“战友，战友，亲如兄弟……”嘹亮的歌声在食堂回荡着。当教官下令“开饭”时，同学们立即变成一匹匹饿狼，用筷子贪婪地夹着菜，风卷残云般狼吞虎咽。一眨眼，一盘盘平常的饭菜却像美味佳肴般沦为残羹冷炙。看来，当一名真正的军人真要有钢铁般的意志啊！我也深深体验到了，这种意志是我学习和生活中多么缺少和需要培养的啊！

当然，最难忘的还是严格的训练。教官先是教我们格斗。只见教练将双腿一前一后叉开来，然后将左手向前弯曲120度，右手向后弯曲至下巴的右下方，大喊一声“准备格斗”！我们也学着教官的样子，大喊一声“哈”。接下来，教练把左拳打出去又缩回原样，同时大喊一声“哒”！在毒辣的阳光和教官冷峻的目光下，我们左一拳，右一拳，伸出去、收回来、蹲下、站起来……一遍遍操练着。我的衣服湿了，口也渴了，头昏脑胀，四肢乏力。一秒，两秒，三秒……一粒粒汗珠从脸上滑下去，又流下来，而时间却如同一只蜗牛般慢慢向前蠕动，身上仿佛有千万只蚂蚁在爬，但教官依然不动声色。我反复对自己说：“坚持一下，再坚持一下，一定要坚持住！”终于学会了左支拳、右支拳、左钩拳等格斗方式。我感到自己在用一举一动“读”保尔·柯察金、“读”海伦·凯勒、“读”贝多芬……我真实体会到了坚持就是胜利的快乐！

“不经一番寒彻骨，怎得梅花扑鼻香。”军训！是你，给了我磨练的机会，是你，锻炼了我的意志，是你，使我变得更加坚强……
