我最讨厌的就是站军姿了。用立正的姿势站在原地，还要做到纹丝不动。一站就是二三十分钟。艳阳的照耀，让我感到无比的闷热。豆大的汗珠不断地流着，流过了我的脸颊，流过了我的嘴角，流进了我的心。。.。。.我似乎感到这汗水是那么苦涩。此时此刻，我多么想放弃，但我还是坚决的告诉自己：你一定行的，不要半途而废，时间快到了，坚持就是胜利，坚持就是胜利，坚持。。.。。.

在这严肃、艰苦的军训中，也有令人喜悦的一刻。军训的第四天，指挥教官带领我们十二个班一起拉歌。每一个班都派一个能歌善舞的同学上台表演，表演者生动、活泼、幽默;观众也看得拍手称快。军训最后一天，汇操表演。我们初一(2)班的同学们都尽自己的一份力，为班争光。“功夫不负有心人”我们班荣获汇操表演第三名。这个奖凝聚了我们班每一位同学的努力和汗水。

我的大学生活就这样开始了，在一个最不思进取的假期后，它如约而至。

这天是军训的第一天，早上7点半，我们在操场站好队，等待着教官。心里有一丝恐惧，对教官的严格，对军训的劳累，还有对生活的单调。有一点很奇怪，与高中不一样，大学军训时男女是分开的，看着我们一营二连的女生，真是慨叹经济院系美女多啊。

一直以来，我对“军训”二字都是心满畏惧的。对大学的“军训”，更是厌恶至极了，在军训之前，人人都说大学的军训是个地狱式的训练，很辛苦，很痛苦!而教官，对于我来说，是恐怖的!但在大学维持12天的军训告诉我，事实并非如此!

从小学到高中，我没进行过一次正正式式的军训，即使有军过训，也是站站军姿，转下体，蹲下，做做俯卧撑之类的，所以对“军训”二字认识不深入。但当我上大学第一次领取迷彩服，到穿上它，觉得神圣且压力甚大!

当第一天军训时，我们等升完过期后被人领去西校区，当我第一次见教官时，觉得有点害怕，军训，要开始了吗?军训，很辛苦吗?军训，我害怕了吗?

第二天军训，军姿，教官有好几次都帮我调整姿势，当时我再想，天呀，虽然身体不舒服，但我连站个军姿都站不好，有没有搞错!

由于我们站军姿站不好，身体总是往后倒，教官就想出一个办法，那就是要我们站在马路牙上站军姿，第一次站时，站没多久腿就抖啊抖啊，看到一个伙伴请假休息，我顿时也想请假休息，可是教官对我们说“已经有个人倒下啦，我不希望出现第二个人”，我就下定了决心，死就死吧，撑就撑到底吧，相信我可以的。当教官叫我们去休息时，我的腿都麻啦，左脚的脚筋抽着抽着的，疼死我啦!该放弃吗?该请假吗?不!这是我心中所想的!

当我正抱怨过中秋节还要军训之际，我的朋友对我说“中秋节快乐”，家人也打电话过来，问我军训辛苦不?过得好不?收到他们的信息，顿时觉得，在异地过中秋也不孤单，中秋军训也不辛苦!

在军训之前，我给“教官”的定义是，凶的，扑克脸的，粗鲁的。可我，错了!

12天的大学军训结束了，其实我们实际上训练的时间，并不够10天，中秋节到来，遇上了台风，碰到下雨，要不就不集合训练，要不就在室内站站军姿。而只有两晚时被拉去唱军歌的，第一次，我觉得老套的“团结就是力量”原来是很好听，“军中绿花”也让我感受到军人们为保家卫国而牺牲个人情感。。。原来，以前觉得老套军歌，经过大学军训后，让我觉得都挺好听的!

大学军训就这样子结束了，说真，真的怀念那些日子，虽辛苦，但也有快乐!军训是我踏入大学后的第一门课程，我很庆幸我当时选择坚持，要不明年补军训时就遇不上这么好的教官与伙伴们了。

大学军训并没有我们想象中的辛苦，教官也没想象中的恐怖!反而，我觉得教官们都很可爱，他们教会我很多东西。当我最后一次穿上那套迷彩服时，觉得很伟大很神圣，而不是畏惧，有种不舍得感觉。而教官们那套制服的重量，不是谁都可以承担的!

I went to a summer camp where I experienced the life as a soldier. All I can tell you is it was not easy at all. Each morning, we got up at 5am, quickly brushed our tooth and cleaned ourselves up, then made our beds before we dressed up in our army uniforms. At 6am sharp, we were called to the square where we began our march. Breakfast was at 8am. Then military activities began at 9am till noon when we had our lunch together. Afternoon activities started at 1pm till 5:30pm each day. At 6pm, we had our dinner. After that, its was time for all of us to take a good rest until the next morning.

Good morning，ladies and gentlements， Its my honor to be here today. My name is Ramos， I am from Southeast University. My major is Mechanical design. In the past three years， Im always the top ten students in my class. I have passed the CET4 and CET6 with a high scores and also won the first prize scholorship in 214. In the university Im not only studying hard and but also actively join a lot of activities. I once participated in the Model united nation and organized some useful activities like English Corner for students English learning. My life in university is very colorful and fruithful， it helps me gain knowledge and makes me become more communicative and cooperative through leaning and activities.

Whats more， I worked for Quanfeng Group as a intern overseascustomers quality engineer this summer. I learned a lot about quality control， quality assurance， quality standard like ISO and EU. Last but not least， I also learned al ot more from custmers and designing engineers.

You know the overseas cusomers quality engineer requires the person who have excellent communication skills and proficient English skills to work with our overseas customers and engineers. Although sometimes its hard to solve the disputes， but it really helps me to build up my communication skills ， capabilities and oral English.

There is no doubt that we should never go out there to see what happens; instead, we should take actions to make things happen. A telling example is Youyou Tu. She and her colleagues made 380 extracts from 2,00 herbs before they finally succeeded in discovering the pure substance qinghaosu, which can be used to treat malaria. As we all know, there were numerous scientists who wanted to find this substance, but it was her firm actions that made her the first Chinese Nobel laureate in medicine.

Why?Reasons are quite simple and can be listed as follows. To begin with, only by taking actions can we find the best way to solve those problems we are facing, but as a bystander, we can learn nothing meaningful. In addition, in an age full of ruthless and relentless competitions, without taking actions to make things happen, we are bound to lose those valuable opportunities. For instance, if Apple had just gone out there to see what happens in mobile phones, it could not have presented the amazing product, iPhone, to us.

Accordingly, we college students should not just be a watcher but a doer. In my humble opinion, we can start from applying what we have learned into practice.

Today, my brother went to school in Jinan and my father brought me up. Dad wanted me to feel the life of the University. We came to Shandong Normal University, and that was the fathers alma mater. 大学给了我们又一个新的生活，而我也一直憧憬着大学生活，幻想着大学的美好，而大学生活中首先要经过这一点站——军训。

军训对于我来说，并不陌生，顾名思义，就是以军人的标准要训练我们，而在我心中，一直觉着：一个人如果没有经历过军人的生活，将会是一生中的遣憾。

军训的日子是苦的，是累的，而在我们的军训中掺杂也有怨，有愤，百味杂味，而我们也必须努力的配合教官，以一个军人的姿态严格的要求自己。

军训中有苦，有累，每次军训下课后，整个人就像一个泄了气的身子，也要将腰杆挺得直直的，而每当我们踢正步的时候，做到力度与速度并存时，使劲的跺脚，那些不甘落寞的尘土，总会兴奋的飞向空中，飞向我们的眼里。嘴里，鼻子里，而身为一个军人，首先，要做到的三条就是：第一，服从。第二，服从。第三还是服从。所以我们只有让那些家伙恣意的飞入我们的身体中，呛得我们流出眼泪，因为军令是一个军人的第二生命。

军训中有涩，军训过程中总感觉到一天我们吃的灰尘比我们吃的饭还要多，衣服上，身上的灰尘特别多，整个人就像个灰人一样。仿佛就是那非洲士兵。

而每当我们大家在一起做一个动作时，做得不怎么整齐时，教官就会很生气的罚我们，让我们做正步定位，保持蹲姿几十分钟，等等。而教官每次总会罚我们好几十分钟，到最后腿麻得没有知觉，手僵得不能动时，才让我们起来，虽然明知道教官一切都是为了我们的，但我们在心里还会偷偷的诅咒教官不近人情，多半的学生对教官敢想不敢言。

其实在大部分人的心中，有着对教官的怨与不满，因为在军训以后的七天，我们是按各系分在一起，然后由别的教官来挑，出学习不同的内容，看着别的女生，男生们都在学习匍伏，练擒敌拳时，而我们只能练起步，走正步，那时我们的心里总是载着无尽的不满，认为那太不公平，而他们的借口就是你没有那个能力可是不试试又怎么会知道呢!看着别人练着特别有兴趣的。而我们的是那样的枯燥，我们就越来越没心思去练习那些我们更不感举的。

很长的一段时间，我们在火辣的骄阳下军训，当下课的哨声响起时，每个人都像背了一块石头似的，疲劳不堪，就像是一棵棵被霜打过的茄子，这时教官就会过来做一些活动来活跃气氛，让我们这些无精打采的人重新恢复朝气。 。

尽管军训很累，很苦，但我们还是一步一个脚印的坚持过来了，军训并不意味痛苦，累，而意味坚持，信念与意志，军训不但让我们的身体更加的结实，强壮，而且还锻炼了我们的意志，增强了我们的自信心，体验军训生活让我们对自己的要求更加严格了，做事也更加谨慎。

军训固然很辛苦，它就像攀登高峰，“苦”是那路上的荆棘，但我相信，胜利之间永远会为我们敞开它宽广的怀抱的。

当进行曲一遍又一遍的回放在校园里时，我们抬起头，平视前方，踏着步子……

我相信，“坚持”就是我们军训的主旋律。坚持终究会到达胜利的彼岸。

University, where many senior students yearn for. College life, every high school student is dreaming of something to experience. At least I was at that time. But, to tell you the truth, University is just a beautiful imagination for me at that time, but how on earth is it? I think I have a certain understanding of him now.

大学，多少高三学子向往的地方。大学生活，每一个高中生都梦寐以求的的想去体验一番。至少当时的我是这样。但是，说句实话，大学对那时的我来说只是一种想象中的美好，但究竟如何，我想现在的我才对他有一定的了解。

在大学，不会再有老师苦口婆心的教诲和防腐不知疲倦的讲解；不会有每天做不完的习题和试卷；也不会天天为了分数、名次而焦急、苦恼……在体验大学生活的这一个月中，有这样一件事让我印象比较深刻：在大学的第一堂课上，有两个女生迟到了几分钟，按照以前的习惯打报告进教室。但后来老师说：“在大学中，如果你上课迟到或者有事想要早退的话，你不用打报告，只需悄悄地从后门出入，不要影响大家就好……”在这以后，我也遇到过其他在高中甚至想都不敢想的事情。比如可以随时出入宿舍和校门，因需要完成某事要逃课等。

所以，我总结出：大学，是一个完全靠自觉的过程。如果高中的我们还是一只雏鸟，那么大学的我们可以说已经长大，远离了父母的庇护，远离了老师的督促，剩下的只有自己做自己的主人。

所以，现在的我们要自己管好自己，自己规划自己美好的大学生活，并自己保证今后能够笑着谈起自己的大学生活。

大学的第二个特点就是有更多的时间和空间，大学中绝不会有从早上5点出宿舍上课直到晚上10点才回去休息的情况；也不会因为喜欢看《红楼梦》但怕被老师发现而东躲西藏的事情，更重要的是，在大学里有各种各样的活动等着你去参加和体验，而这些在高中都被视为纯属浪费时间的事情。其实，从这些事情中我们也能学到许多知识——课本里并没有的知识，学到许多经验或是教训，学到大学的丰富多彩……

所以，我认为，比知识更重要的是能力，而能力地培养需要一个过程，大学则是这样一个很好的过程。

所以，我们需要抓住每一个机会，更好地锻炼自己、提高自己，在丰富自己大学生活的同时，为自己多赢得几笔生活的财富！

大学，还有不同以往的种种特点：

大学，可以打手机、用电脑的地方，我们可以不必再为老师要查电子产品而苦恼，甚至把手机藏在垃圾桶里或者天花板上天；

大学，除教室外你还可以去图书馆、参加社团活动等地方，我们也不必过每天除了书本就是习题的单调、乏味的生活；

大学，不必为出一趟校门而绞尽脑汁地编各种请假理由；

大学，不会因为和某个异性朋友多说几次话而被班主任老师请进办公室；

大学，……

大学生活和以往我们经历过的学习生活真的不同，它至少对现在的我来说包含这太多的意外和精彩。当然，大学生活对我们来说也有太多的诱惑，所以这也就需要我们以正确、积极的心态去面对，学会更好的地址诱惑。

如果有机会可以让我跟还在为大学奋斗的学弟学妹们说几句心里话，我真的想告诉他们：好好努力，争取早点来体验大学生活，因为想象和真实的感受真的不一样！我也想对那些想要放弃大学的学生们说：大学，是美好的4年，不要给自己一生留下遗憾！

最后，也不妨说一句：我的大学生活，真的很精彩！

很早以前，我就对军人这个特殊的群体产生了一种崇敬感，就连那一片迷彩也变得圣洁起来。在世界五百强的企业中，军人出生的董事长有1000多名，副董事长有2000多名;在中国全国排名前500强的企业中百分之四十以上的总裁为军人出身，如：联想的柳传志、海尔的张瑞敏、华为的任正非、万科的王石、华为的任志强……

这次开学，为期6天的军训虽说不长，但是我新生活的开端，为我的高中生活写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。通过负责任的教官，我更加深入地了解和敬佩这一群体，学会了严守纪律和团结一致等军营中特有的品质。

这一次的军训，给了我一个融入新集体的机会。无论是平时操练的一丝不苟，还是军歌比赛的齐心协力。我看到了K235这个新生集体无穷的战斗力和凝聚力。是那一片迷彩教会了我，要热爱自己的集体，为集体的荣誉而奋斗。

这一次的军训，给了我一个磨炼自身意志的机会。就拿站军姿来说吧，看似一个十分简单的动作，却需要全身多个部位去协调完成。时间长了，肌肉难免会疲劳。可是为了整个班级的整齐和协调，我们也不敢有丝毫懈怠。是那一片迷彩教会了我，如果不能改变困难，就要用自身意志去战胜困难。

这一次的军训，给了我一个培养集体荣誉感的军训中的队列动作，是需要整个集体一起来完成的。任何一个同学哪怕出现一丁点小小的差错都会影响到集体的和谐的美感。所以在平时的训练中，我们不仅要全力以赴把动作做到位，还要注重个人与整个牌面和集体的和谐。为了做到这一点，我们往往要将一个同样的动作反反复复做上几遍甚至十几遍。可是并没有一个同学为此叫苦叫累。是那一片迷彩教会了我，要以集体利益为重，把自己看做集体的一份子，永远在心中装着集体。

这一次的军训，给了我一个加强自身组织性的机会。众所周知，有着严明的纪律性。而这一点就被教官从军营里带来，充分体现在了这次军训中。在队列训练中，我们不能随意乱动，做任何一点小小的动作都要打报告，就连休息的方式都要经过批准。是那一片迷彩教会了我，一切行动听指挥。

正是那一片迷彩告诉了我，为什么军营里会涌现出一大批杰出人物，为什么中国人民解放军会被称为“最可爱的人”;为什么他们可以两次他白世界头号，成为一只战无不胜，攻无不克的“王者之师”!因为军人们都具有坚强、自信、忠诚、有胆识、敢承担责任的优秀品质;具有极强的荣誉感和强大的战斗力。如果我们可以把这些带到学习生活里去，没有什么困难是不可战胜的。

而今，军人已经成为当今时代优秀群体的代名词，的严格操练方法，严明的的纪律，的精神塑造，无一不是在传统教育环境下成长的我们最需要的东西。在组建一个新集体，开始一段新的学习生活之前先进行军训，或许可以培养我们的集体荣誉感，我们将以更饱满的热情珍惜学习机会，更端正的态度把握成长时机。

Time went past fast and we are in high school now.We are all required to attend the student military training in a formal army camp.Military trainging can benifits us both physically and psychologically.First,by training in the army camps we can develop out body strength and health.The officer will let us run,do push-ups,jump and so on.Boys will build up their muscles,which they will be proud of,and girls will become healthier,so they wont be sick every month that often.Second,staying under strict system and format enforce the students ability to control themselves.We will be required to stand in the sun without talking for about half an hour.By doing this,out minds are trained and we will be able to persist and not give up on any task we will face in the future.In summary,military trainging is a good way enforce and develop students physical and psychological levels.

在这里必须天没亮就起床开始紧张的训练，训练之后到饭堂吃饭，然后继续训练，直到晚上十点熄灯睡觉。一种从未体验过的快节奏的生活，没有半点儿抱怨的机会。一切都是最基本的，任何事情都要自己一手解决。虽然我们不必为衣食担忧，也不会被经济条件所束缚。但我们发现，单调乏味的队列训练和繁琐的内务对我们来说异常辛苦，在训练中，看似简单的站立动作原来那么的累人;在宿舍，原本父母两三下功夫搞定的衣服在自己手里却永远洗不干净。我想，我们将做的一切事情都不会是表象上的那么简单，在未来的工作岗位中更是如此。同时不能只注重别人的成就，而不管他们取得成就的过程。不要以为踩在巨人的肩上就成了巨人，毕竟脚下的高度永远不可能是自己的。人只有脚踏实地才能有所作为，一味的坐享其成只会让人堕落。军训的目的不是为了学习如何洗衣服，而是告诉我们脚踏实地吃苦耐劳是一个人不可缺少的精神。

训练中，在烈日下，教官们的皮肤黝黑，两腮通红。很难想象他们曾经经历了多少严酷的训练。当了解到教官的年龄时——21岁，人生中最美好的青春时光。让人突然间感觉很不是滋味。我想到张雨生的出名曲《我的未来不是梦》，既然现在我们有优越的条件，为何不认真地过每一分钟呢?

令我印象最深刻的就是临走前一夜的文艺汇演，虽然有些人说很俗气，但这都是我们国家的传统艺术的精华，作为一个中国人就应该热爱自己拥有璀璨文明的中国。宣传爱国主义，想必也是军训的目的之一。如今，我们的艺术，大部分已经被剽窃，当所有人都在崇洋外的时候，我们博大精深的中国文化还需要国人来继承。
