清晨六点，我们的朦胧睡意被生活老师给打破，谢老师要求我们必须提前五分钟到操场站军姿，想起我们要利用二十五分钟来起床打扫宿舍就感到十分的紧迫。

早上的时间显然不够用，但是我们团结一致，有着明确的分工。我尽量的节约时间，寝室长卢雅积极的带动我们打扫卫生，真是一位尽职尽业的寝室长。同学们累得满头大汗，但还是坚持把寝室打扫干净。当我们疾步如飞地赶到操场，已经超过了老师规定的时间，我们很不好意思让谢老师生气，但我第二天一定要准时到操场。

今天我们在汪教官的指导下，重温了最开始的稍息立正，唱军歌，但在训练中最开心的还是练习踏步走。我们目不转睛的盯着汪教官得一举一动，学习着汪教官的指定动作。不知是哪位仁兄八汪教官谈吐不清的“一二一”听成了巧克力，让我们每一个人都笑破了肚皮，真是层层出糗。

今天的军训很累，不管是站军姿还是每个动作，都让我们腰酸背痛，但都只能坚持下去，我一定会坚持完这五天，学习军人的精神。

But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. 如果让你眼睛一眨不眨的平视前方几个小时,这是一件很困难的事.它锻炼了我们耐心,稳重的性格,对我们工作以后的行事方法以及态度都有很好的帮助. 挺胸、抬头:小时候,我的父亲经常后掰我的肩膀,我一直很厌烦他的举动,后来我发现这是很有益处的.后掰肩膀会让你的胸挺起来.头自然就抬起来了,腰也自然直了.简单的一个动作让你的全身得到矫正.我认为,肩膀是人身上绝对不能塌下的部位,是肩膀撑起了人的躯干,是肩膀撑起了人的阳刚之气.说某个人看起来"猛",即是表现在这阳刚之气上. 两腿摒直,双脚成60度分开:说到肩膀便想到双腿.如果说肩膀是撑起躯干的部位,那么双腿就是撑起全身的部位,先不说是否挺胸.

身体上的磨练造就了精神上的磨练，成功的军训是大学里最伟大的一课。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟、军姿的纹丝不动、跨步的整齐有力。军训不仅使我们真正的体会到军人的一丝不苟，它还会让我们染上一身的好习惯、屏弃一筐的臭毛病!看到军人风貌，同样是年轻人，一些人在象牙塔里学习着科学文化知识，一些人在用自己的生命保卫祖国的和平，军训激发大家的学习斗志和爱国热情，培养大家把爱国之心用在实处，对的起党、国家、家庭的培养，成为未来的有用人才!“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。至少我们是我不再是娇滴滴的孩子，不再是好哭的小姑娘，军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，即使我说的再多，也只是自己的体会，而军训是训给每个人的。

一直以来，我对“军训”二字都是心满畏惧的。对大学的“军训”，更是厌恶至极了，在军训之前，人人都说大学的军训是个地狱式的训练，很辛苦，很痛苦!而教官，对于我来说，是恐怖的!但在大学维持12天的军训告诉我，事实并非如此!

从小学到高中，我没进行过一次正正式式的军训，即使有军过训，也是站站军姿，转下体，蹲下，做做俯卧撑之类的，所以对“军训”二字认识不深入。但当我上大学第一次领取迷彩服，到穿上它，觉得神圣且压力甚大!

当第一天军训时，我们等升完过期后被人领去西校区，当我第一次见教官时，觉得有点害怕，军训，要开始了吗?军训，很辛苦吗?军训，我害怕了吗?

第二天军训，军姿，教官有好几次都帮我调整姿势，当时我再想，天呀，虽然身体不舒服，但我连站个军姿都站不好，有没有搞错!

由于我们站军姿站不好，身体总是往后倒，教官就想出一个办法，那就是要我们站在马路牙上站军姿，第一次站时，站没多久腿就抖啊抖啊，看到一个伙伴请假休息，我顿时也想请假休息，可是教官对我们说“已经有个人倒下啦，我不希望出现第二个人”，我就下定了决心，死就死吧，撑就撑到底吧，相信我可以的。当教官叫我们去休息时，我的腿都麻啦，左脚的脚筋抽着抽着的，疼死我啦!该放弃吗?该请假吗?不!这是我心中所想的!

当我正抱怨过中秋节还要军训之际，我的朋友对我说“中秋节快乐”，家人也打电话过来，问我军训辛苦不?过得好不?收到他们的信息，顿时觉得，在异地过中秋也不孤单，中秋军训也不辛苦!

在军训之前，我给“教官”的定义是，凶的，扑克脸的，粗鲁的。可我，错了!

我们的教官脸上有两个深深的酒窝。刚开始军训，教官会给我们找个凉快的地方训练，尽量让我们少晒太阳。他会叫我们多喝水，蛙跳蹲下完后，晚上互相拍拍腿，然后早点睡觉!

当军训到一半时，排里要选方块，我和我的一个朋友被选中，但我们都不想去，于是，教官就跟我们没去的和没被选中的人说，我们应该学会推销自己，抓住任何的机会来证明自己，人应学会自荐!教官也教育我们要待人有礼 貌，曾有几次我们没向师兄师姐或老师问好，教官就罚我们，让我们记得要有礼貌。

当然，在我们休息期间，教官也会跟我们聊聊天，开开玩笑，当我们见到教官脸红时，我们会笑他，他也会笑笑;当我们说他是高富帅时，他会回答我们哪里高?哪里帅?我是个穷小子;当我们知道他快要走时，我们都会舍不得他，对他说明年去他的老家找他。。。

教官，其实真的不是扑克脸，不是粗鲁的，不是恐怖的。真的不是!

12天的大学军训结束了，其实我们实际上训练的时间，并不够10天，中秋节到来，遇上了台风，碰到下雨，要不就不集合训练，要不就在室内站站军姿。而只有两晚时被拉去唱军歌的，第一次，我觉得老套的“团结就是力量”原来是很好听，“军中绿花”也让我感受到军人们为保家卫国而牺牲个人情感。。。原来，以前觉得老套军歌，经过大学军训后，让我觉得都挺好听的!

大学军训就这样子结束了，说真，真的怀念那些日子，虽辛苦，但也有快乐!军训是我踏入大学后的第一门课程，我很庆幸我当时选择坚持，要不明年补军训时就遇不上这么好的教官与伙伴们了。

大学军训并没有我们想象中的辛苦，教官也没想象中的恐怖!反而，我觉得教官们都很可爱，他们教会我很多东西。当我最后一次穿上那套迷彩服时，觉得很伟大很神圣，而不是畏惧，有种不舍得感觉。而教官们那套制服的重量，不是谁都可以承担的!

我的大学军训生活，结束啦!我会把这段日子牢牢地记在我的脑里，这12天，我们在烈日下，挥洒着汗水，用坚持与毅力诠释着我们的青春!大学军训生活，再见啦!是再也不见啦!

寒风飘飘落叶，7辆大客车载着一脸不羁的我们驶入了凤凰山营地，对于营地，我只有一个印象“直”，笔直的道路，笔直的树，笔直的宿舍楼……一切仿佛都是用直尺勾勒出来的。我站在宿舍楼下，望着满天的乌云，心中思索：这三天，等待着我们的，又是什么呢?

均需于下午开始。乌云依然压境，灰蒙蒙的天空没有一点色彩。训练的内容就是队列，先由简单的向右看齐开始，我们做得稀稀拉拉。甩头甩得参差不齐，一次，不行。再一次，依然不行。又一次……汗水一直往下淌，脖子，腿都发酸，尤其是腰，就像里面生了一根钢筋棍，僵硬着……

不知过了多少时间，不知训练了多少次，教官说了一句：“原地坐下!”全队如获大赦了一般，纷纷坐下，解放着僵硬了一天的双脚。“起立!”一声斩钉截铁了号令，我们依依不舍的站了起来，继续着训练。

“齐步走!”教官一声号令，我们大踏步地走了出去，不过是歪歪扭扭的，教官大喊一声：“立定!重来!”我们无奈的转过身，用同样的步子走了回去。依然不行。“重来!”“重来!”“重来!”……走了一遍又一遍，汗水自额头陨落，砸在地面上，支离破碎。

那一天，乌云始终未散……

第二天下午，举行了会操，6年级7个班将分别进行一次队列表演，展示各班两天来训练的结果。终于轮到了我们，伴随着教官的一声“齐步走!”我们踏着整齐的步子，从休息区走了出来，步子踏得震天响。接下来的会操，我们做得十分卖力，干净利落的甩头，一丝不苟的转体，坚定有力的踏步……在一阵掌声中，我们走回了休息区。最后的讲评，我们班及其他两个班一齐受到了士官的表扬。

抬起头，看见天空中的乌云已经散开。

西方的晚霞如火一般。

如血的晚霞映红了每个人的脸庞，映红了每个人嘴角的微笑，映红了每个人心中的滚滚热血……

第三天，我们来到了操场。

满眼的绿色。天空是那么的纯净，纯净地看不到一丝云朵，只有那蓝蓝的天空。

最后一次训练，我们都做得十分的努力。

不知怎么，我忽然觉得能从另一个角度看问题了。

训练虽苦，但也可以磨练我们的意志。

教官的脸虽严肃，但也可以看得出生动。

饭菜不和平时一样，但也很可口。

心中不期升起一种珍惜，珍惜这三天的生活，珍惜过去的一切。

那就让我且行且珍惜吧。

坐在回程的火车上，望着车窗外一闪而过的景物，心中有些空空的，仿佛我失去了什么。不过，我心中坦然：失去的就让他失去吧，因为，这三天，我又得到了许多……

曾以为军训只不过是另一种耗时间的游戏，但结果我错了，它不是耗时间，而是让你在态度、生活、角度上转变，适应另一种新的环境。如今我们正值青春年华，难免不会有许多的迷惘，常误把人生当一场游戏或一场梦，时间终止时，一切就会消散，这样的想法是消极且不健康的。在这危急之际，军训出现了，它让我明白人生不是一场游戏，更不是一场梦，只有当我们明确前方的目标，以饱满的热情昂扬前进，努力拼博，即使在劣境下也能最终获取成功。从迷惘中脱身，眼前变得明朗、阳光而不是昏庸、暗淡，生活也就过得轰轰烈烈，而不是浑浑噩噩，我相信这样快乐的生活将为我一直延续。

军训的生活，为我的人生画上了一道美丽的色彩。汗水与泪水交织着。汗水，浇开英雄花，它磨练我的意志，让我时刻不懈，事事不怠;泪水，它让我感动，每一个细节，每一位队友都使我衷心地感动。这些都是我生命中的一笔财富。
