前几天参加了军训活动，军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成的”般折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样冷酷……可现在回想起10天的军训生活，觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对自我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!

挑战一：十几年来，从来没离开过父母这么久。一切都由父母安排。这次军训意味着我要学会集体生活、自我照顾。失去了父母的依靠，我变得处处不适应，特别挂蚊帐成了问题。当我从口袋中拿出蚊帐摊开，它就似一张“天罗地网”把我整个身子都罩住了。瞧瞧旁边那位，正拿着“网”睁大眼睛发呆，可能是在琢磨到底是用它打鱼呢，还是用来做窗帘。面对这可恶的蚊帐，我们两个“呆情男儿”面对面坐在地上研究对策。(我们俩便是这样认识的)不愧是重点中学的学子，我俩一讨论便出了成果。于是分头上床去挂蚊帐。忙活了好一阵子。下床一看。哇噻!我们的蚊帐开口都向着墙，且有摇摇欲坠之势。不过还凑活着用吧。我几次都想打个电话回家宣泄一下，但几次拿起了听筒又放下了。我要学会自强，将来的路是由我自己闯的，父母只是帮我打下了基础。于是我开始学着做我几乎从不做的Housework。做着做着，才发现原来母亲是那样辛苦，又是那样默默无闻。我由于偷懒，经常把一堆衣服仍进放洗衣粉的水里浸着。可母亲为了我不受洗衣粉的刺激，每天用肥皂手洗。儿女是船，父母是帆。我在此恳请各位子女们，多多关心父母，体谅他们。

挑战二：军训当然不能老呆在寝室里整理内务，总得出去训练吧。可老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，害得我站不上十分钟便汗流浃背了。但问题不止这一个。头一天训练立正与稍息。上午还好，可到了下午，一上午的疲劳使得脚底一阵阵疼痛直往心底里钻，真不知那国旗班的同志是不是腿部神经麻木了，能站上数小时。最让人受不了的是太阳公公不停地幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。头部的水汽足能形成一场比8月中旬还猛烈的“特大强降雨”。那教官还“冷酷到底”地规定没有命令不允许乱动……实在撑不住了，真想大声报告吃不消。但看看同样深受磨难的“战友”们。那声音又咽下去。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我一定要站好这高中第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，终于圆满地完成了这“大学第一课”。

还记得高一时军训的烈日和教官严厉的训斥声，而一转眼间，我已经在参加大一的军训了。时光飞快，如指间沙，瞬间流逝……

军训，渗着泪水和汗水，透着深呼吸，高度紧张的思想和敏捷有力的动作无一不构成一道道美丽的风景线。我们穿上军装，由原来的懒散步伐到几天后的整齐划一，有原来的娇生惯养到几天后的坚强独立。军训这几天，带给我们的除了肌肉的酸痛，更多的是对生活的认识，它让我们学会了太多平时在学习中学不到的东西。军训磨练了我们的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，我们的精神面貌也焕然一新。

渐渐地，我发现，我在走路时会自然而然地抬头挺胸了，我站立时会习惯性地挺直腰杆了，我会在一个人的时候哼起那首“日落西山红霞飞，战士大巴把营归……”了。这些都是因为军训而改变的。在军训中，我们苦过，累过，笑过。我们站在烈日下，皮肤一天比一天黑，在暴雨中狂奔，全身湿透;我们为了把动作练整齐，反反复复地练;知道全身酸痛;我们学唱军歌，和教官畅谈，笑声迭起。这是种痛并快乐着的美好回忆，也是我们这群新时代青年的宝贵财富。我觉得我们这些孩子，吃的苦太少了，需要军训来磨练一下。

在军训中，我最喜欢的是军姿。军姿是最美好的姿态，双脚分开约60°，脚跟并拢，双手紧贴裤缝，前后贴紧不留缝隙，两肩后张，收腹，下额微收，抬头挺胸，目视前方。军姿展现的是军人的风采，也体现出一种义愤从容的美，坚定，坚强，坚毅。硬骨傲苍穹，笑傲风霜雪。站军姿时，感觉有股浩然正气贯长虹。如果青春是首动人的歌，那军姿就是其中最铿锵的旋律。

都说当兵的人是最可爱的，在这次军训中，我终于体会到了这句话的内涵。教官们响亮的口令，整齐的步伐，都让我深深折服。“一，二，三，四”的口号声，在某一时刻，我竟觉得是世上最动听的声音。当教官用沙哑的喉咙唱起那首《第一天当兵》时，我不禁落下了眼泪，有种感情在内心喷发，那是对军人的浓浓敬意。

人只有在经历过挫折之后才会变得更加成熟，在困难面前才会更加坚强。我们放下那一份伤感，小心翼翼地拾起断续的梦，带着虔诚的信念和不移的决心，在大学中积极进取，在生活上，勇往直前。

军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，经过了无数次的洗刷，最终会沉淀下去，直至融入我生命中的最底层……

军训，真的让我学会了很多，同学之间的团结友爱，师生情，军民情，好多感情共同发酵，凝成我脑中最美丽的回忆!

青春，是丰富多彩的;青春，是绚丽多姿的;青春，是朝气蓬勃的;青春期的我们对未来充满了无数的想象和期待。青春，有苦涩，也有甘甜;有欢笑，也有泪水……

时光流逝，转眼间，初二也已成为了过去，我们将迈入初三的生活。许多人说，初三是灰色的，为了让我们有充分的准备面对初三、面对中考，为期一天半的军训成为了我们进入初三学习的第一课。

在这闷热的八月里，骄阳带来的不再是温暖，而是炎热，但每位同学都顶着烈日来校军训，即使是一些身体不适的同学，也仍然坚持与大家共同训练。

先是听讲座，座位上的我们任由汗水肆无忌惮地淌下，但是还是保持着应有的坐姿。接着来到了操场训练，操场上的我们个个精神抖擞，似乎一点都没有被这闷热的天气所打扰。在一声声“立正”、“稍息”中，我们认真地完成了队列训练中的种种姿势。虽然过程中，有同学倒下，但没有人因此而放弃，为的就是两个字——坚持!

虽然没有橄榄绿的军装，但那青春活泼的稚脸是我们的经典，虽然没有凉爽的天气，但充满朝气的面容是我们的色彩。操场上的空气散发着自信与拼搏的气息，操场上的每一个点滴，都震撼着我们的心灵。

我们得不到永远的胜利，只求能尝到苦涩后的甘甜;我们没有顽强的体魄，只求在倒下后能再一次站起;我们不可能永远相依相偎，只求在这最后的一年里共同进退;生活不可能一帆风顺，只求在遭遇坎坷时能坚持不懈……这，就是我们每个人的心愿!

人只有在挫折中才能变的成熟，在困难中才能变的坚强。当一切无谓的伤感，在不经意间流露之后，于是，我们小心翼翼地拾起那些断续的梦，摩挲着，揣在怀里，用真诚和汗水去寻找属于自己的坐标。但人生是漫长曲折的，需要的不仅仅是梦想、虔诚和汗水，更需要一种勇气，一种信心，更是一种坚持!

路旁纵然开满鲜花，留恋、忘返、驻足、沉醉，终为梦幻。忘不掉的，是这青春色彩绽放的军训剪影，像是一朵朵不凋谢的花儿，成为记忆里永远的画面。

In this picture a man rudely opens a garbage can and violently throws all kinds of waste into it. however, the box is not an ordinary trash can, but is, as a matter of fact, the earth. it is where survive, breed, and prosper. but as the drawing indicates, earth does not receive an equal repayment. quite the contrary, one of the biggest "gifts" humans return to earth is an unbelievable amount of trash.the picture purposefully points out a kind of pollution that arouses little public attention, that is, garbage. the past century has witnessed an unprecedented increase in garbage output, most of it technological products that are difficult to be decomposed through natural processes, such as plastics and glass. furthermore, a recent report released that several major chinese cities are already surrounded by circles of trash in the suburban areas, polluting air, water, and earth.

Hence, the issue of waste pollution needs to be addressed as one of the priorities that demand social efforts. only through a holistic system of trash disposal can this problem be fully solved. moreover, we should advocate a more frugal lifestyle so as to reduce the growing scale of waste pollution.

firstly,i decide to try my best to learn english .because my english so poor that it affects my other subject.i willface many differences ,such as broadening my vocabulary, training my listening ,improving my write and so on. i must work hard because i dont want to behind the times.

secondly ,i will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours ,which makes me not finish my homework .as a student ,study is our duty ,so i wii focused more on study and less on playing . in order to my future ,i will work hard.

带着一丝好奇、兴奋，大家迎来了第一天的军训，当然也不乏对它的畏惧。

刚整理好床铺，大家便开始投入到紧张的训练中，下午的任务是拔军姿。首先在教官的带领下，我们迅速站好队，打起十二分的精神很快地投入到训练中，在大家洪亮的叫喊声中，我似乎充满了力量，带着饱满的热情去做动作。但军训无疑是严格的，在教官一次次纠正动作，我已是汗流浃背，特别是练正步时的摆臂，我的胳膊完全酸困，我几乎是与意志在做斗争，努力让胳膊位置规范。仅一个下午，我的脚已痛得站不稳地，但是我却收获了更多，结识了更多新朋友，大家共同吃饭、训练，带着一丝疲倦、疼痛结束了第一天。希望我能以军人的标准严格要求自己，迎接新挑战。

3月29日，我们学校组织五年级学生去珠海实践基地军训。

第一天，我们参观了孙中山故居，回到基地玩了有趣的游戏。晚饭过后，我们举行了精彩的团辅晚会。

第二天上午，我们去体验真正的军训。一听说那里没有洗手间，也不能装水，我的心就开始往上跳——不能上厕所，又不能装水，那不明摆着军训时不能休息吗?

来到操场，只见一座楼房上嵌者八个大字：“严格要求，严格训练”。我心想：那位军官对我们的要求一定十分严格。我们将面临着一次严酷的训练。

果真如此!这位军官板着脸，说话的声音也十分洪亮。如果谁不听他的指令，就大声地批评对方，眉头就紧皱着。

无情的阳光射在我们的身上，大家一个个都汗流浃背。那时正在站军姿，我们连动都不敢动，生怕被军官处罚。这时，何展鸿动来动去，被军官发现了，于是就“光荣地”做了“大都督”。军官伸出手，指着何展鸿，怒吼道：“你，出来!”

何展鸿只好站出列。

“趴下!”军官喊。

何展鸿一脸疑惑地看着军官。

“趴下!”军官喊，“难道你不会做俯卧撑吗?!”

何展鸿只好趴下了。

我的热汗全都变作冷汗出了。

不一会儿，雨淅淅沥沥地下了起来。我心暗喜：这下应该可以休息了吧!可是军官没有丝毫反应，仍旧时不时纠正同学的姿势。我把眼斜了过去，吴文忻的脸都涨红了，手臂也在微微颤抖着。这个时候，有几个同学觉得不舒服了，就去休息了。

过了好一阵子，雨愈下愈大，有些同学甚至都哭出了声，但都被军官喝住了。

又煎熬了一阵子，军官让我们齐步走，进去遮雨处休息。大家终于松了一口气，议论纷纷。几分钟后，军官叫了声“起立!”，大家都“嗖”的一声站了起来。军官把我们带到了一处空旷地，，让我们右脚往后一点，脚尖点地，蹲了下来，膝盖不能碰地，双手放在双膝上。大约过了三十多分钟，我的双腿和双手都不停地颤抖着。好不容易可以休息了，我一躺，便躺在了地上。

最后，我们还得盘腿坐，双手放在双膝上，挺直腰。有几位同学的动作不到位，就趴着。

难熬的两个小时过去了，训练终于结束了。下午，我们回到了广州。

严格要求，严格训练。是啊，只有严格对待自己，才会成功。
