昨天是军训的第二天，真的是天公作美，早上天气很凉快。我们先在足球场上站了十五分钟的军姿，然后由各连队教官各自带开训练。早上我们把昨天的内容复习了一遍，然后我们又学习了一项新内容：起步走与立定。我们一直在练习，但是不知道为什么，每次走时我总是比我们那一排的同学落后半步，这让我很纳闷，自己步子并不小啊，为什么老落后半步呢，唉，不明白……

早上训练快结束时，老天下起了我们梦寐以求的雨，但是我们还在继续训练直到规定的训练时间。中午一觉醒来，天还在下，我们到操场上后首长告诉我们说教官有事，只有他一个人来了。最后由他一个人看着我们整个军训团，三千二百多人站军姿。这就全凭自觉了，我很自觉的站了。最后由于教官没来，天也还在下雨，首长就宣布我们解散了，下午休息，我们都很高兴。下午就和同学一起玩玩，吃过饭上了会网就回来打牌了，所以耽误了日记，只能牺牲我今天中午的休息时间来记了，真是不容易啊!

我满怀激动的心情领了军训服装，看着那身绿色的军装，我看到了生命的颜色。从此，也拉开了我军训生涯的帷幕.

从穿上军装的那一刻起，我就被赋予了一名军人的使命，我已不再是那个没时间观念，不严于律己的我;从穿上军装的那一刻起，我无形中便浑身充满了朝气;从穿上军装的那一刻起，我意识到将要面临严律的考验，接受严格的军事化训练。

美丽的中大到处都能看到身着绿色军装的身影。安详、宁静的北校变成了一个绿色军营。军人的气息充斥着校园的每个角落。

恍惚间，我看到易水河畔的荆轲，我看到乌江畔带领二十八骑冲锋的项羽，我看到那有“钢铁之师”之称的“叶挺独立团”正在北伐途中和军阀战斗，我看到红军正在长征路上艰难的行军，我看到志愿军在、曾跑步跨国鸭绿江……

经过这六天的训练，我真切的感受到前所未有的压力与挑战，然而与此同时一种挑战压力的兴奋悠然而生。军训，我们作为一个集体存在，在这个集体中我们感觉到了七尺男儿起立于世的雄心，也得到了又平常心，普通心，甘于忍耐，甘于吃苦的习惯。

在这丝毫没有奢华，没有片刻虚度的军训生活中，我们每一分钟都在接受肉体和精神的双层体验，每一时刻都在完成雄心和平常心的双层转让。我相信这次军训生活将会带给我一次新的飞跃。

我时刻提醒自己：严格要求自己的言行举止，服从领导的命令，虚心学习、认真训练、热爱团体、关心他人，努力做一名合格的军人。

我相信，这将是一次精彩的大学生活片段。我们将会受益匪浅。当然，这次军训必定会成为我们永恒的回忆，引导我们走向辉煌的未来!

hello everybody.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

我20**年3月16日坐的公共汽车，离开昆明陆军学院军营。N天的军队训练结束了。我望着车窗外飞驰而过的景色，不自觉地会想起我N天的经历。我的心情也跟着那凹凸不平的路面上下起伏。我付出了这么多艰辛与劳累，得到的又是什么呢?

在这N天当中，我认识了自己。

艰苦的训练，能够磨练人的意志。对于我这样一个生活条件优越，从小没离开过父母的孩子来说，军训是个再好不过的锻炼机会了。军营中，艰苦的训练使我身体劳累，让我无暇顾及其他事情。即便是脚下已磨出水泡，也要忍痛训练。一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时，都重复同一训练内容，换了谁都会疲惫、都会厌倦。但我只能在心中低声地叫一声累。

军人的天职是服从。对于身心疲惫的我来说，也是个考验。从军训的第一天开始，我便努力去适应这里的生活、这里的生活方式。N天的时间太短了，来不及让我细加体会。虽然我没有能够学会适应，但我学会了坚持。

人类只有在苦难中，才能真正认识自我。的确如此，军训给了我这样的机会。我认识到了自己的缺点与不足，也看清了自己的优点于长处。军训也给了我思考人生的时间，让我明白了许多道理。如果一个人正在遭受苦难，那么此时他的思想便是最理性的;当这个人面对挑战时，他将无所畏惧，勇往直前。

若一个人经受住了军队生活的考验之后，便再也没有什么困难能够达到这个人了;虽然当兵很苦，但对于人生来说，将是意义重大的。”虽然，我参加的只是N天的军训，或许以后体验军人生活的机会也不多了，但是我要说，我理解父亲的用意，理解他对我的期望。

离开军营的前一天，便是中国传统节日元宵。那天我们训练完毕，教官和我们一同坐下来谈天。那天，我第一次注意到教官放松时的眼神，我肃然起敬。他们已不再年轻，他们已经将青春奉献给了我们的祖国。那眼神流露出的，是无悔，是骄傲，是对我们这代人的期望。这些都深深的震撼了我，让我难以忘怀。经历了这次军训，我比原来更加了解自己，也更加了解我周围的人。他让我懂得什么是幸福，什么是快乐，也让我更加珍惜拥有。

汇报完学生人数后，我们精神抖擞地从主席台前走过，会操表演开始了。第一个动作是稍息立正，第二个动作是跨立立正，第三个是立正踏步，第四个是停指间转法和提正步，，第六个是摆臂踏步走。

在已经走到军训的半途了，转眼间军训的日子已如流星般逝去一半了，现在对于军训剩下的日子，真的是“又爱又憎”，既期待它快点过去，又希望它慢点走，因为军训中我们也有太多的不舍，多少会有点留恋，感觉自己是长大了不少。军训让我懂得了许多，同时也让我对自己以后的人生更加有信心，更有勇气走下去。

落西山红霞飞，战士打靶把营归，把营归……”，今天下午我们进行实弹射击，心理想着当时的心情，打靶时那心情真的是太紧张了，我的手一碰枪，五发子弹就全完了，我还傻傻地以为我的枪坏了，太晕了。

顶着太阳站军姿，是看你的耐力，我的皮肤变黑了，食堂的饭菜太难吃了，虽然不象传言中-抢，但是同学门争的吃，不染就没有吃的东西，在军营我学会打背包，但是我打的不太好，速度没有那么快。

可以说是军训让我认识了自己，也可以说是军训完善了我。无论怎样，我坚信，通过自己的努力，我一定会成为国家的有用之才!

大学军训心得体会【3】

站军姿

最恐怖的是烈日底下的军姿了，一动不动的站着，抬头挺胸,目视前方,手贴紧裤腰带中缝，还要忍受身体到处弥漫的酸痛，不时还有些小昆虫凑热闹。不久，就看到有人脸色惨白—晕倒了，我脑子也慢慢留下空白格，只有转移注意力：悄悄哼上几句;“挑逗”身旁的昏昏欲睡的“战友”。教官拼命喊不要动，坚持就是胜利，还好，还有几口气在，撑过一个小时。

三餐

最郁闷的就是三餐了!早上是不放盐的豆芽粉，豆角粉，番茄粉，连白粥馒头都成了压箱底“珍品”。其余的两顿一肉三素，但肉分到碗里就只有一两块。原以为能吃到熊猫抄田鸡的同学最后吃的一顿还是吃了有五六便的面粉鱼肉丸。

单调的训练

一遍遍不得违抗命令的做着枯燥乏味动作，眩目的阳光、咸咸、酸痛的四肢，一套套令人生畏的纪律,还有不幸时的受罚,这就是军训对我们身体素质、意志信念、组织纪律的考验,对于习惯与网络高速世界的现代大学生简直就跟十八层地狱没什么两样。

迷迷糊糊地做着一个个动作，又隐约听说要跑步。跑就跑吧，漫步云端。

光荣与梦想

军训感觉似乎好长又似乎好短。或许我们并不是机灵的人，因为肩负着代表一连参加会操的任务，自然比别人累。指责、猜疑,甚至对教官的不信任油然而生。但由衷感到骄傲的是当时作出的决定并没改变，份量最重的会操第一的战利品便是光荣与梦想。

军训除了让我们更懂得合作的可贵,更加能克服困难,不怕幸苦。集体的快乐,一起吃苦也不谓是种另类的幸福。

生活依旧

完成了所谓的理想,然后怎样?有无军训体验生活依旧，何不把青春也印满自己的脚步，齐步、跑步、正步，一起来，就算每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，去踩、去踏、去爬行，闲庭信步，预备，走!

Since the financial crisis swept the world, the global economy has sunk into a severe recession. It’s hard to get through a day without hearing or reading news about the devastating effects of the crisis: A world of companies go bankrupt, millions of employees are laid off, high-return investment bubbles burst, and huge sums of loans can never be retrieved. Its impact on our daily life can be felt in all walks of life。

College students inevitably fall victim to this pervasive slump as well. On top of that, internships and job vacancies are reduced to the minimum as companies keep shrinking. New graduates find themselves hard to get a job, not to speak of a satisfactory one. What comes next? Poor students will be hard-pressed if they find student loans unavailable any more. As a result, some even cannot afford to continue their studies. Lastly, more students are probably out there anxiously looking for part-time jobs now that they have to help cover their expenses in this gloomy economy. Their innocence and eagerness might be taken advantage of by some malicious businesspeople, or even criminal gang。

In response to these threats, we students must act promptly and wisely. Since we definitely will be facing a competitive job market, it’s crucial that we submit high quality resumes. Therefore, we must commit more to our professional studies. Even do better, master more relevant job skills as a double security. Furthermore, apply for scholarships and grants, as these are still available and we don’t have to pay them back. As for the safety issues, trust our instinct – there’s no free lunch in this world. Anything that promises quick returns without much work is a sure trap. Stay alert and protect ourselves。
