一、苦苦练了这么久，我们院是全校唯一一个什么奖都没有得到的，觉得很丢人，一切的努力都白费了，很对不起我们可爱的教官。记得宣布结果时，其他得到奖的院欢呼雀跃，而我们却在一片快乐的海洋中送我们的教官灰溜溜的离开了……当时气氛很伤感，很多女生都哭了。教官正像他们说的那样静悄悄地走了……

二、教官走时送给我们每位学生一张卡片，在我的卡片上写着这样一句话：“北京人，我最喜欢北京人了，尤其是北京人讲话，特别好听，很想跟你学北京话，儿话音很好听，很遗憾现在没机会了。”读完这些我不禁流泪了，乐教官是三个教官里最憨厚的一个，而且还很内向的。第一次在讲台上讲话都说不出话的，笑起来特别可爱。我一直认为我给他的印象是爱笑，而且曾经被他抓到全班同学前面对着他们笑，弄得我很没面子，以至于其他同学对我的印象也是一只笑不停的。没想到他想学北京话，唉……怎么之前不跟我说呢？不然现在我们大家都不会觉得遗憾了……

三、说道教官送我们卡片，我突然想到教官也要我们给他写对教官的印象，我们寝室的人都写了，除了我，那天实在是太累了，9点多就上床睡觉了。唉……看到别的同学把一张张纸条送到教官手里，我有多了一丝遗憾……现在简单说说吧：乐教官憨厚，但是个子有点矮，长得还很黑，呵呵，不过还是很可爱的，对我们也很好。王教官可爱，管理的也很严，特别喜欢笑起来脸上的皱纹，呵呵。看上去有点苍老啊。唐教官是我们女生最崇拜的一个教官，人很帅，唱歌也好听，而且还很绅士，总之是很优秀很优秀的。

四、这次军训没有打靶，据说是根本就没有这个项目。唉……让人感觉到军训有点不完整，之前听别人说打靶很好玩，而且还有男生都不敢打，我手就痒痒了，想自己亲自去试一试。唉……事与愿违呀……

遗憾了这么多还没完了？不写了，免得又多了一丝伤感……不过总体来说我还是很喜欢这次军训的，虽然很累，但却是我们一朵朵温室里的花朵经历了一次风雨的洗礼，学会了坚强，团结，变得更加成熟了……现在看来军训生活还是很充实很值得怀念的……

大学时光已经快过去一年了，回想过去的日子，很多事情都历历在目。最难忘的那段记忆是大学军训，也许军训生活真的很累，但却有很多东西值得去回忆。致我们大学军训

还记得第一天军训时站军姿，刚站一会儿就感觉很累。但在教官的要求下，我们坚持站完了十分钟。那段时间每天就是练习站军姿、跨立、走齐步、走正步。每天晚上训练一会儿后，教官就教我们唱军歌、连里的人进行个人才艺表演、和别的连拉歌。每次站军姿时都希望时间快点过，快点结束这种痛苦的生活。

带我们训练的两个教官是国防科大的大四的学生，他们做得每一个动作都非常完美，对我们的要求也很严格。不过很照顾我们。每次我们站军姿快坚持不住时，教官都会鼓励我们，告诉我们只有一会儿了。其实教官还是很辛苦的，每次我们训练完后，他们都还要集合。每次都要提前到集合地点。

那些天每天都很累，晚上回到寝室后洗个澡、聊会天就睡着了，每天早上都有“公鸡”叫我们起床。每天早上起来都感觉全是各种酸痛。穿好衣服、洗漱后就跑到北草坪集合训练，一开始就是站十分钟军姿。一个小时后训练结束，只有半个小时让你吃早餐。吃完早餐后又到那集合。训练到上午11:30后休息，中途有一到两次的短时间休息。上午训练完后都是迅速跑回寝室马上开风扇，喝杯水休息一会然后寝室的人一起去吃饭。吃完饭回来睡一会觉，2:40准时到那集合。集合完后又开始一下午的训练。直到下午太阳快落山时一天的训练也就结束了。下午吃完饭，在寝室歇一会后便又到那集合。夜幕降临，我们便开始了我们的文艺生活。唱歌、跳舞、打军拳…和兄弟连一起去“欺负”其它的连，各种活动，各种high.

军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成”般的折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样的冷酷……可此刻觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!军训必然要出去训练。但老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，我站不到十分钟便汗流浃背了。最让人受不了的是太阳幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我必须要站好这大学第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，最后圆满地完成了这“大学的第一课”。

刚上初中，我们开始了难忘的军训生活。

早上的太阳还是那么温柔，小草上还挂着明珠似的露水。就在这样舒适的环境中，我们开始了一天的军训。各班注意开始军训，30分钟军姿。教官在台上宣布着。在前10分钟的时候所有的一切都很容易。拇指贴于十指的第二节，双手贴紧裤线，背直头正，所有动作都做得非常标准。阳光透过树叶的缝隙变成了一缕缕金丝照在身上是格外的温暖。可是军姿绝对不会在轻松时刻结束。慢慢的我感到腿变得很僵，汗打湿了衣服，一滴滴豆大的汗珠掉进眼里，眼睛感到很刺痛很想用手揉。可是我看见身旁的同学和我一样，但站的依然很挺拔。为什么他们可以我却不行，坚持住没有什么不可以的。我自己暗暗地说着。十点钟的太阳变得如此刺眼。在这时，一缕阳光射中我，它就像一把利剑给了我继续坚持的力量。操场上初二初三的哥哥姐姐们一直在坚持着。“同学们坚持住，还有十分钟，你们是最棒"教官在一旁提醒着我们。十分钟并不短，在暴晒的太阳下我靠着毅力坚持了下来。突然，在我的眼前出现了一个熟悉的身影，是他教官。教官和我们一起站军姿，他站的是那样标准。同样在太阳下我却放松了，绝不行，我心中暗自打气。时间就像汗水一样慢慢的一点点的流过。在最后的两分钟时我感觉自己变得如此高大，感觉自己已经成为一名优秀的军人了，一名具有顽强毅力的巨人。

很怀念军训的时候，虽然最后两天没有跟着军训，很不快乐，但也有不少乐趣。总之，就是很快乐啊!

在那时候，太阳每天都是火辣辣的(我们初中军训的时候还见过阴天呢)，我们都穿着同样的服装，穿着同样的鞋子，戴着同样的帽子。生活基本一样，老师就像是生活老师，虽然很不适应，但是感觉还是蛮不错的。初来到这，同学都不相识，但也都在默默的互相帮助着。我感觉还好，我一直都保持一份好心情!

我们的穿着打扮一样，迷彩服就像是一层很久没擦过的玻璃一样，很难看清楚站在你面前的每一个人。

在我不参加训练的时候，我和刘鹏那认识了。她给我讲了好多在他身边曾经发生过的事情，我很佩服她，在那种环境下还能当我们班第一，学号072201，多让人羡慕啊!

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life.
