高考过后，我们度过了一个悠闲的暑假。转眼间，大学已经开学了，而第一门必修课就是军训。我对大学的军训真是又害怕又期待。害怕的是军训的训练强度，虽然初中和高中也军训过，但是传说中这些军训的强度和大学相比都是闹着玩的，更何况我们刚刚度过了一个安逸的暑假，突然回校接受军训，说实在的，还真怕承受不住。期待是肯定的，作为一个男生，天生对军队的一切充满好奇和向往，这一辈子估计是当不了军人了，但是大学军训可以弥补些许遗憾，所以很是期待。

军训服发放：8月21号，军训服终于发下来了。衬衫和裤子的样式和颜色我很喜欢，就是质量不行，迷彩也挺好的。但是帽子，我不得不说，真的很难看，没有沿边也就算了，还是绿帽子，戴上去显得很猥琐，不过后来慢慢的也就接受了。

8月22日，军训第一天。早上我们集合在西体开军训动员大会。之前我就知道我们学院分在第九连，女生们很期待有一位帅气的男教官，而我们男生很期待有一位女教官，原因之一就是觉得女教官可能不会太严格。当然，最后，女生的愿望实现了，九连的教官包括连长都是大帅哥，女生们为此非常兴奋，当晚更新动态，说她们这次军训赚到了。 我们的教官，当然我们男生也没有失望，至少在我们九连二排。不是因为他要求不严格，其实在我们看来，他是最严格的教官，第一个被检查穿白袜子并且被罚的就是我们二排，第一个体验到俯卧撑分解动作的也是我们二排，这次俯卧撑分解动作让我们印象深刻，从此我们也乖了很多。我们认识教官除了他的自我介绍之外，就是从那一首歌开始《妹妹若是来看我》。那时候开始我们就觉得教官不止训练要求严格，也是一个很会玩的人。这首歌差不多成了我们的排歌，我觉得我们的连歌应该是《今天又是星期天》。

拉歌：晚上是军训中最惬意的一段时间，没有烈日的暴晒，没有站军姿的大汗淋漓，但是火药味十足，为什么呢，就是因为拉歌。“一二，快快;一二三，快快快;一二三四五，我们等得好辛苦;一二三四五六七，我们等得好着急……”我觉得九连拉歌无人能敌，记得消防演习那天，我们九连以一个连之力对抗三个连的围击，秀出了我们九连的风采。 拔河比赛 拔河比赛第一场我们就遭遇了土木工程系跟资冶的理科生们，没想到一群文科生组成的连居然连着男女秒杀他们，真的感到意外。接着对阵商院的十连，没有办法商院的男生实在太强，我们的勇士已经尽力了，他们依然是好样的。女生们在输一局的情况下，连扳两局，上演了绝地反击，进入了半决赛，祝女英雄们能够获得最终的冠军。我们九连的拉拉队也很卖力，九连的辉煌成绩也有我们的一份力。

正步、站军姿、前扑 练正步在整个军训中难度大但是强度不大，主要是协调问题。站军姿是挺累的，第一次站军姿的时候，还真的适应不了，汗不停地在袖管、裤管、后背流着，很痒，又不能动。不过之后就习惯了，也不觉得很难了，只要有耐力就行。前扑，技巧和勇气都要具备，主要需要勇气，掌握好技巧，鼓起勇气，果敢地扑倒就成功了。今天选拔练战术的人，全连男生留下了60名，我也留下了，试了两次都被刷下来了，但是我依然觉得自己虽败犹荣，最起码我有这份勇气。

惩罚：不知道军训是不是免不了被惩罚，我平均每天被惩罚一次，都是和其他人一起的，我觉得这个频率还算低的，很多人不止这个数，这个不值得骄傲，毕竟还是被惩罚了。现在最怕的惩罚是快跑，一分钟跑400米那种，那次惩罚后回来就吃不下饭，头晕，想呕吐，可能低血糖啦。然后就是俯卧撑分解动作，那个累啊。“玩” 同学们都说，现在最怕这个词。一听到教官说玩的时候，我们就出国留学网会警惕起来。向左转是向后转，向后转是向右转，向右转是向左转，练反应能力，出错就被罚，还有单脚蹲下，学蛙走路等等。弄得我们都不敢玩了，不过还是挺开心的。 累并快乐着 军训真的很累，有时因为累而睡不着，躺下的时候全身的关节都在隐隐作痛。但是我们更多得到的是快乐，睡前和舍友们谈论着军训的乐事和各自的糗事，回忆着这一天我们学到了什么。勇气、耐力、毅力，这些青春的标记在我们军训期间得到进一步提升。

今天是军训的第一天，天气热得有点让人受不了，就是在这样天气的条件下，我们大一新生开始了第一天的训练。

第一天的军训日记怎么说呢累成了今天军训的主色调，像今天的训练科目之一，站军姿，看起来挺简单的事儿。可是做起来就能要人命。一动不动地在滚烫的水泥地一站就是几十分钟，这样教官还说他们那是一站就是两个小时，没法跟他们比，训练结束后。大家吃饭也成了问题，不是大家不饿。而是吃不进去，饭是少吃，可是饮水量是大大地提高了，可能是训练太累流汗太多的原因。晚上八点多，辅导员开完班会，大家就迅速赶回寝室，洗完澡。准备上床睡觉。晚上十一点，大家的呼声中我们结束了第一天的军训。

虽然今天的训练很累，看我还是有所收获的。作为一名大学生，我们不用像屠洪纲歌中唱到的一样。站似似一棵松。坐似一座钟，倒是一张弓。我希望这次军训我能有更大的收获和体验。

训练中，在烈日下，教官们的皮肤黝黑，两腮通红。很难想象他们曾经经历了多少严酷的训练。当了解到教官的年龄时——21岁，人生中最美好的青春时光。让人突然间感觉很不是滋味。我想到张雨生的出名曲《我的未来不是梦》，既然现在我们有优越的条件，为何不认真地过每一分钟呢?

令我印象最深刻的就是临走前一夜的文艺汇演，虽然有些人说很俗气，但这都是我们国家的传统艺术的精华，作为一个中国人就应该热爱自己拥有璀璨文明的中国。宣传爱国主义，想必也是军训的目的之一。如今，我们的艺术，大部分已经被剽窃，当所有人都在崇洋外的时候，我们博大精深的中国文化还需要国人来继承。

[大学的军训感想作文

老师宣布，明后天要军训。同学们都激动的欢呼起来，其声可“惊天地，泣鬼神”。可我却“蔫”了，我一点儿也不喜欢军训，真的!一回到家，就开始惶惶不可终日，发起“神经”像神婆一样口中念念有词;“完啦!完啦，明天要军训啦!”。可是时间就是会“趁火打劫”!一夜很快就过去了，我想爬起来，可一点力气也没有。我躺在那迷迷糊糊地想可千万不要在军训昏倒啊，那也太丢人了!我不仅怕晕倒，还怕热、怕机械性的动作……。

老天好像与我们过不去，在昨天还是阴蒙蒙的，而今天却是天色正好，太阳正晴!真是苦了我!排好方阵教官开始教我立正。我晕，谁不会立正啊!除了婴儿、截瘫、死人不能外，谁都会。可教官说，军队里立正也就是军姿。军姿的姿势是双脚叉开60度，两腿紧闭不留缝，双手绷直，大拇指放在食指的第二关节处，双手自然弯曲，抬头挺胸收腹。此话像起了化学反应，同学们几乎异口同声：“不是吧!”但我们的不是吧似乎是个化学连锁反应，刚才还很平和的教官突然间发怒了：“吵什么吵，罚站二十分钟!我小声地说了句：“不是吧!”小声是因为怕还会被单独罚站。

太阳越来越毒，似乎要把我烤熟了，我的两鬓全是汗水，一滴滴地流下来，滴在我的肩上。我暗暗地骂了句：MMD。我觉得我真像失去理智的庸人，可笑地诅咒着眼前的环境。我的确像庸人，没有我同桌那么高的思想觉悟，她说她喜欢军训，她想当兵!终于，可以休息一下，我发现教官只有鬓角上闪着光，背后湿了一点，我真是汗颜，看看我汗流得像长江一样。

下午三点左右，第二轮的军训开始了，还好太阳也不是很猛了。下午依旧像上午一样：立正、转向，只不过多了个起步走，我们就这样走到了下午五点多分。

第二天早上，我还躺在舒服的被窝里，寻思着怎样可以不去军训，想来想去也没想到好借口，直到7：21分妈妈叫我，我才翻身起来，饭都没顾上吃，一路狂飙到学校。一到教室，刚把馒头啃完就开始军训了。跟昨天一样，我们还是练起步走，我很恨老天，天气越来越热，真是哪壶不开提哪壶!教官说下午要比赛，就是验收我们的军训成绩，要我们上午好好练下午好表现!我们听了像汽车加足了油，士气大增!原本那一点也不整齐的队伍变的整齐，口号叫的非常响亮，把其他班级都赶跑了，教官好不得意因为所有教官里就数他的杆最少。下午三点，比赛开始了，大家都非常安静，等着考验。我的心很难平静因为我们班一定要拿到优胜奖，如果不做好就惨了，因为我们答应可班主任一定要拿名次!轮到我们了，我们用尽了所有气力叫出了番号，这声音把我们自己也吓住了。接着我们拿出了最好的实力展现了两天的军训成果。回到家，洗澡时我对镜子里的“我”大叫：“你做到了!做到了!你没晕倒!哈哈!”

今天是军训的第三天，由于这次军训该学的内容在昨天已全部完成，我们今天的主要任务就是复习之前所学的。虽然说是复习，但还是感到有少许力不从心。我们在太阳底下一遍一遍地练习着。在这个别样的过程中，我们心酸并快乐着。心酸中总是隐藏着最灿烂的快乐，同样因为有了心酸，快乐也变得完整!我们有个严肃幽默并具的教官，他体谅我们身体状况，会让我们时常休息会儿，也明白我们的压力，会逗我们小开心下。

今天还有一个任务就是整理内务。从小到大都很佩服军人，其中就有佩服他们的内务整理。上午，教官就去了各个寝室，指导我们如何叠被子，如何摆放各个物品。我们也认真学习着，希望明天的大检查中，能取得好成绩。

军训会让我们懂得许多，了解如何严格要求自己，如何在团队中更好的生活。

都觉得有点腻了。突然在脑海间出现了这么个念头：那匍匐前进是啥感觉的呢。站个十几分钟的军姿，都有点不耐烦了，感觉好累哦~有点坚持不住了，可能是我们教官好说话了点吧，就都想偷懒一下，心里在想“反正教官也不会对我们怎么样”，我们的休息时间也是超短的，刚坐下没多久就又起立了。我都觉得当兵的人都是没有时间概念，有的只是服从。之前，我都以为当兵的各个都是一副严肃的表情，原来不都是这样的，当兵的也爱笑而且笑容是那么的好看。就像我们的教官，他就特喜欢笑，想严肃都严肃不起来。

训练场上教官们的身姿英姿飒爽,无法相信他们是和我们一样的年龄人.但他们身上体现出了成熟与干练,这是属于军人的独特气质,是在艰苦的环境下磨砺出来的意志,与我们稚气未脱的脸上相比形成显著的差异.他们身上有我们所要学的东西，同样的年龄显示出来的不同风貌，他们可以的我们也可以做得到，不是吗?越是在艰难的环境下越能锻炼一个人的毅力，磨练一个人的意志。

军训虽然结束了，但是我们所得到的不仅仅是比以前更能吃苦了，还有一份深情一份感动和一份理解，在我们身上寄托了太多太多人的期望，他们为我么付出了很多很多，却不需要任何的回报，我想这是一份寄托让我们为了未来而努力，十几天也许不算什么，三年也可以一晃而过，但只要我们努力，只要我们可以坚持，明天的天下就将在我们的脚下。

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我的灵魂深处。

团结互助，讲究集体荣誉感。在家过惯独女生活的我，从没尝试和他人同住一个屋檐下，这次部队里一个房间有几十人，每个人都会友好地伸出热心的手去帮助别人，大家训练时相互改正步姿，我们一起进步，共同为班集体争光!

激发亲情，培养爱国情感。越是珍贵的东西越是在失去之后充分显示出它的价值。亲情，这个曾被我们无数次吟诵，无数次咏叹，无数次自作多情哼哼的美丽字眼，当 我们拥有它时，总不免出奇的慷慨，犹如百万富翁一掷千金般地挥霍如度。一俟意识到很快就要挥手作别时，我们才蓦然醒悟：一个多么凝重而悲凉的时刻降临了。 现离开父母，我们真的好想家的感觉，越是这样，我们对于美好情感就越发渴望，真正理解了爱国之情多么重要。

总之，通过这次军训，我更加增强纪律观念，集体观念，团结观念;提高了自身的技术能力，丰富了自己的知识，锻炼了自身的素质!

作为一个还未完整参加过一次正式军训的大学生，军训前我却没有应有的摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。严苛的内务检查标准、起早贪黑的作息时间、各个版本中传说的运动强度，都在拨弄我忐忑不安的心情。我像大多数年轻的同志一样，渴望自由、讨厌束缚，巴不得军训的纪律和命令统统在一夜之间结束。连远在北方的同学都能想象出我“掰着手指头数日子”的情景。当然，对初中、高中同学们崇拜教官的感情我也完全没有共鸣，甚至暗地里觉得很可笑。

我们的教官叶健君并没有在见面会上给我们留下深刻的印象，但仅仅与他相处了三天，微妙的变化就发生了。训练时，他会因为我们的懈怠而罚我们“蹲下”、“重走”。但哨声一响，叫停声落下，教官面对我们这群捣蛋鬼的软磨硬泡、“威逼利诱”，只好还原出他一个朴实的四川小伙的宽厚和大方——军训第一天我们就“逼供”出了他的真实年龄：他比我们还小了将近一岁!“89年2月以前生的可以造反啦!”队伍里话音一落，又是一阵呼声，其实谁也不会当真把叶教官不放在眼里。只要他答应我们走一遍齐步走、走好了就休息，整个队伍马上就精神焕发、斗志昂扬，“政治合格、军事过硬”都喊得洪亮又流利，连蓝田学园里正在休息的男生连也情不自禁的大声喝彩、鼓掌。教官当然很开心，放我们休息也是说话算数的严格执行。。我们自然有未逮住一个空闲而乐得忘乎所以，竟对这教官拉起歌来。你一句“一二三”，我一句“快快快”;不论谁带起一句“算了吧”，就会有一群人跟着喊“不——行!”。教官总是寡不敌众，为大家施展了军拳，看得我们煞是过瘾。

叶教官也是我们三排的排长，不仅训练我们的军姿军容，也叫我们军歌。自从学会了“一支钢枪手中握”，队伍里又诞生了这首歌的另一个版本：“……我们是革命战士人民的子弟兵，三排长怎么说，咱就怎么做!”晚上活动时走在全连的大队伍中，我们排雄赳赳气昂昂的唱起这首歌，全连的人对三排都刮目相看，邻排的人争相效仿。教官呢，夜色下他的脸微微笑、红扑扑。

另一件事也是我之前未曾想到的：我正在真心热爱我的连、我的三排。尤其是我们的“排歌”，连三排长都对此津津乐道。“日出东方红霞飞，我们打靶还未归。身上是汗还是水，疲惫的我们还想睡……喊声传到教官去，教官听了很生气。骂咱们男生没骨气，怪咱们女生太娇气，说咱们外院没朝气……一二三——睡!”虽然有些自毁形象，但这首歌确实是我们第二天清晨四点起床练瞄靶时情景的真实写照，也是我们拉歌的“杀手锏”：谁拉我们的歌，我们就叫他们来一个“原创”!三排，就是牛!

在如今这个政治稳定和谐发展的社会，我们很难去想像那些鏖战沙场，兵戈相交，甚至来不及备置灵柩而马革裹尸的军人战士们，有着怎样的非凡气质与逼人气魄，我们只能循借着九年前那次举国关注的阅兵仪式，去思忖，去揣度，去好好欣赏甚至去享受军人们伟岸奇崛的飒爽英姿，那种无人能及的风采，毫不留情的博得许多人的不绝赞词与虔诚膜拜!

当数位教官们以矫健的步伐，焕发的神采，高呼着口号，脚踏着齐步显示c出军人雄壮的风采时，那又是一种何等摄人心魄的壮观景象：屈指可数几十人的队列，却能轻而易举的营造出绝尘而来的恢弘气势;一身棱角分明的军装，却能在不经意间产生出战甲戎装的视觉效果!原来，无论是出于何种原由，身处何种境地，他们都会以独属于军人的姿态示人，决不含糊!

简单的见面仪式让我们相识，而在训练时的言传身教中，彼此间又迅速建立起良好的友谊，慢慢便形成了默契。军训期间的军事化管理，让我们过着军人的生活，渐渐习惯着军人的起居，训练中的苦累病痛，我们学会了在谈笑风生中咬咬牙咽下，顺颊而下的汗与泪，我们学会了用坚毅的脸庞去承载去面对。凛冽的寒风裹挟着雨滴而来，教官们依然身着一套笔挺却单薄的的军衣，为我们示范表演，每个军训归来的傍晚，他们总会亲自陪伴同学们迈着齐步直至寝室楼下，讲评完毕，整整军帽，锐利的眼神瞬间无踪，取而代之的，是温存如水的目光，道一句：天气凉了，注意保暖。有些羞涩，却不表露，他们的眼睛被低垂的帽檐遮住，没有发现我们疲惫蒙尘的脸上，最真挚诚恳的感激!

In my early years, I did not see the value of education.

When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.

One day I realized the importance of the English language in the business world and started taking night classes.

I was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of English study.
