时间飞逝，转眼间八天的军训时光已经过去。军训是我们人生难得的考验和磨砺，他不但能培养人的吃苦精神，更能磨练人的意志。

我们每天的军事训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了，第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼，但是大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。其深深体会到了坚持就是胜利。

通过拓展训练，我深刻的理解到了什么叫“团队”。在困难和挑战面前，大家都能凝心聚力，充分体现了挑战自我，熔炼团队的精神。如果没有团队精神，这次所有的拓展项目都无法完成。正是大家严格要求自己，注意细节、一丝不苟，才能顺利完成。

在深深体会到团队协作在任务执行过程中的重要性同时，也学会了如何突破自己心理的极限，可以说是一次难得的经历。通过这次训练，我最终能真正能够实现个人某些心理障碍的跨越，同时也体会到个人能力的发展潜力。证明了自己，超越了自己。使我明白，没有不可能，超越自己就能够创造奇迹。

he was so addicted to tobacco that he couldnt even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. at times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. he suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. although i knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

whats more, none of us could imagine how ecellent his ancient chinese literature was. what he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into english. however, under the pressure of college entrance eam, the students didnt seem to be so interested in his performance. therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of times as prizes for answering questions. it worked on us instantly.

on the day of the entrance eam, he waited nervously with us out of the eamination room. he kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the eam. not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

在这N天当中，我认识了自己。

艰苦的训练，能够磨练人的意志。对于我这样一个生活条件优越，从小没离开过父母的孩子来说，军训是个再好但是的锻炼机会了。军营中，艰苦的训练使我身体劳累，让我无暇顾及其他事情。即便是脚下已磨出水泡，也要忍痛训练。一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时，都重复同一训练资料，换了谁都会疲惫、都会厌倦。但我只能在心中低声地叫一声累。

军人的天职是服从。对于身心疲惫的我来说，也是个考验。从军训的第一天开始，我便努力去适应那里的生活、那里的生活方式。N天的时间太短了，来不及让我细加体会。虽然我没有能够学会适应，但我学会了坚持。

离开军营的前一天，便是中国传统节日元宵。那天我们训练完毕，教官和我们一同坐下来谈天。那天，我第一次注意到教官放松时的眼神，我肃然起敬。他们已不再年轻，他们已经将青春奉献给了我们的祖国。那眼神流露出的，是无悔，是骄傲，是对我们这代人的期望。这些都深深的震撼了我，让我难以忘怀。经历了这次军训，我比原先更加了解自己，也更加了解我周围的人。他让我懂得什么是幸福，什么是快乐，也让我更加珍惜拥有。

汇报完学生人数后，我们精神抖擞地从主席台前走过，会操表演开始了。第一个动作是稍息立正，第二个动作是跨立立正，第三个是立正踏步，第四个是停指间转法和提正步，第六个是摆臂踏步走。

在已经走到军训的半途了，转眼间军训的日子已如流星般逝去一半了，此刻对于军训剩下的日子，真的是”又爱又憎“，既期盼它快点过去，又期望它慢点走，因为军训中我们也有太多的不舍，多少会有点留恋，感觉自己是长大了不少。军训让我懂得了许多，同时也让我对自己以后的人生更加有信心，更有勇气走下去。

2016届的学生军训是在部队里.对于很多过来人来说军训的确是我们人生中的一次难得的考验和磨励，军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。

古人说“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋苦，饿其体肤”。也算是最大的体会吧。在这次的军训中也应该是最艰苦的了，每天的立正、稍息、下蹲、摆臂、踏步这些基本动作要我们反复地做着，这些动作平常看起来非常简单的而现在做起来却没那容易了，教官对动作的准确性要求的非常严格，对同学们也充满很高的期望，因此我们每做错一个动作都要做十个俯卧撑，而且每天半个小时的体能训练几乎把我们班的每个同学累得半死，全身都发痛。不过，我们并没有因此而对教官有半点的怨言。的确，教官心里是对我们班的每一个同学都是十分关心，负责任。原本无味的生活也不是这样.教官也有可爱的一面，平时都会利用休息的时间和教官一起唱军歌，一起体会军人的生活的艰辛与乐趣.呵一直都离开部队的那天才知道我们的教官和我们一样大.汗。

在这短短的七天里，我们晒的很黑,尝到了酸甜苦辣,最要命的是我们那套军装在这六天中只能洗那么一次.表面都有一层白色的盐粉.我们的鞋也穿了洞.但非常有意义.我不但学到了军人的一些技能，站军姿，学会了好多首军歌，.与别班的拉歌喊到噪子都哑了那时刚从高中生知走出来,带了很多的梦想.然而到了部队,认识的同学又是多么的单纯.没有利益的冲突.大家讲的的是来自哪里?分享自己的趣事.加上离家远,在这里大家都非常重感情.如果说我军训最大的体会我想有除了以上的难忘的故事之外就是非常想家.接着就是融入的部队的生活.可以说是我读书以来最有规律的生活作息.同时却又那么的充实.每天都有任务要完成.

离开部队的那天我们几个都哭了时间的流逝,大家虽然慢慢的失去了联系.但那份感动一直留在心底.

My college looks modernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing is the boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I see the girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around but can’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange, right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tennis court at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows of teaching building connecting with the library. This is mycollege. I like it not only because of the evironment but also the people there.

我的大学是在广西最大的大学里面，以至于每次我要出去的时候都要经过一个大校园。一开始的时候我很烦这一点，但后来我习惯了。整体来看我的大学是现代化的。我到达学校门口时，映入眼帘的是男生宿舍，然后是操场。抬头!我看到 了食堂。左转我看到了女生宿舍。但是教室在哪里呢?我环顾四周，却找不到。原来它被一个地洞给隔开了。很奇怪，对吧?我走过地洞，我看到了另外两个大操场，一个网球场在我的左边。在我右边的是什么?向右转，我看到了一排排的教学楼连接着图书馆。这是我的大学。我喜欢它，不仅仅是因为那里的 环境而且还是因为那里的人。

Both the teachers and students there are very nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usually do is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meet trouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my head teacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get used to the new life.

那里的老师和同学都很好。我的室友总是日常生活中帮助我，他们经常要做的事是在早上叫我起床。我在学习上遇到困难，其他同学也总是帮助我。我的老师们都很友善和博学。特别是我的班主任，为了让我们适应新的生活，他和我们聊天，打球。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，军训的时光一眨眼过去了，可是它却深深地烙在我的脑海里。

那一次，是我人生中第一次军训。虽然只有短短的三天，但却使我难以忘怀，点点滴滴仍历历在目。军训的第一天，教官教导我们要“站如松，坐如钟”，守纪律，听指挥。我暗下决心，要做一个“像样”的军人。可后面的训练却让我明白：“像样”的军人真没那么容易做到。

军训中，最令我受教育的是部队的纪律。教官在教会我们“稍息”，“立正”等简单军姿后，就开饭了。教官先让每一列的小值班去打饭，我看到小值班去打饭了，不免感到肚子在“咕咕”叫。可是，教官却说哪一列站的好，哪一列吃饭。大家只好勉强打起精神，不断地对齐、调整、改正军姿。教官说：“军人是两小时保持站立，五小时不倒。”我已经饥肠辘辘了，心里充满愤怒、烦躁与沮丧。终于，可以去食堂了。当我拿起筷子，正准备大快朵颐时，教官的脚倒先朝屁股飞来，还要唱《战友之歌》呢！没想到平常触手可及的饭菜却变得近在咫尺，远在天涯了！为了填饱肚子，只有再坚持一下了。“战友，战友，亲如兄弟……”嘹亮的歌声在食堂回荡着。当教官下令“开饭”时，同学们立即变成一匹匹饿狼，用筷子贪婪地夹着菜，风卷残云般狼吞虎咽。一眨眼，一盘盘平常的饭菜却像美味佳肴般沦为残羹冷炙。看来，当一名真正的军人真要有钢铁般的意志啊！我也深深体验到了，这种意志是我学习和生活中多么缺少和需要培养的啊！

当然，最难忘的还是严格的训练。教官先是教我们格斗。只见教练将双腿一前一后叉开来，然后将左手向前弯曲120度，右手向后弯曲至下巴的右下方，大喊一声“准备格斗”！我们也学着教官的样子，大喊一声“哈”。接下来，教练把左拳打出去又缩回原样，同时大喊一声“哒”！在毒辣的阳光和教官冷峻的目光下，我们左一拳，右一拳，伸出去、收回来、蹲下、站起来……一遍遍操练着。我的衣服湿了，口也渴了，头昏脑胀，四肢乏力。一秒，两秒，三秒……一粒粒汗珠从脸上滑下去，又流下来，而时间却如同一只蜗牛般慢慢向前蠕动，身上仿佛有千万只蚂蚁在爬，但教官依然不动声色。我反复对自己说：“坚持一下，再坚持一下，一定要坚持住！”终于学会了左支拳、右支拳、左钩拳等格斗方式。我感到自己在用一举一动“读”保尔·柯察金、“读”海伦·凯勒、“读”贝多芬……我真实体会到了坚持就是胜利的快乐！

“不经一番寒彻骨，怎得梅花扑鼻香。”军训！是你，给了我磨练的机会，是你，锻炼了我的意志，是你，使我变得更加坚强……

After completing my military service, I have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. And I found that the Intermediate of General English Proficiency Test fits my new achievement properly.I graduated from Taipei Commercial Junior College, majored in business administration. Instead of spending much time in playing, I devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. Every individual faces the problem of choosing an occupation after graduating from university, which is of great importance in ones whole life. An appropriate occupation makes a man work with vigor and zest. Besides, it is beneficial for both the individual and the country。

To make an advisable choice, a graduate should take into account at least two aspects, namely, individual interest and the demand of the society. Only when the two aspects are connected, can a man show his ability and talent to the best advantage. If the two factors conflict, the former, in most cases, should give way to the latter, for it is interests that stimulate ones vigor and potentials。

In regard to my choice in the future, I want to work as an interpreter. I am keen on learning foreign languages, English in particular. Moreover, in the contemporary society, international exchange in economy and culture has been growing significantly. However, competent interpreters are far from enough. So I am determined to be a qualified interpreter。

在军训的日子里(During the Days of Military Training)

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

看，那一排排绿色的队伍犹如大树般伫立在塑胶跑道上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，这就是军训，一次有组织性的活动。

军训，是一种考验、磨练、成熟性的活动。儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅不过是一种锻炼;大学的军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。而大学军训，让我明白太多太多的人生哲理，唯有一句话让我感触最深，一分耕耘，一分收获。我想只有军训才能真正感觉到它的内涵。

阳光明媚，学子们都面对阳光在站军姿。北京七月的太阳，晒在皮肤上是烫烫的，就连从小学运动出身的我们也受不了。晒着眼睛都睁不开。这是我深有感触的。但无论谁都没有退缩，在跟太阳作战。在站军姿中，学子们付出努力越高就站得越好。齐步、跑步等训练都是很耗体力的活动，只要认真去做就能走齐、跑齐。内务训练亦如此，就拿房间的整齐来说吧，每间房间宛如刚被打过劫一样，杂乱的东西一点都没有，空空如也~

军训，相信经历过亦或没经历过的人对它的反应都是累、苦。确实，严格的作息时间，长时间的训练，炙热晃眼的太阳……这让我们这些一向娇生惯养的人来说还真有点儿吃耐不住。但是经历过军训的人除了反应苦、累之外，相信还会另有一番感受，我就是这样。

记得初中军训时，我们被送到一个军营里军训，比大学的军训还要苦。那时我们就十三四岁，每天早上天蒙蒙亮就得抓起来去军训一小时，然后再吃早饭，吃完饭又开始训。上午到12 点，下午到5点结束，完了晚上还要学习，不说别的就军训时间就够拖累人了。训练过程中，不时有人倒下，哭的人就更多了。但是军训结束后，整整一年，我们都特别的怀念那段生活。想想啊，和新结识的同学一起在烈日下流汗，流泪，和教官在休息时瞎掰，而且我们的教官跟《康熙微服私访记》里面的三德子很像，大家都叫他三公公。我们还会时不时的捉弄一下教官，趁教官不注意时做做小动作。然后在与教官分别时哭得稀哩哗啦，拽着车门不想上车回家。真的很有意思，也很感人!

现在又经历这大学军训，人长大了点或许吃苦的能力也强了吧，除了太阳猛烈了点外感觉没有以前累。但是军训时间比以前长，与同学教官建立起的感情就更深厚，特别是像我这样远离家长的学生来说，军训真的给了我们一个很好的适应过程。在军训过程中，劳累紧张的训练不仅减轻了我们的思乡情绪，消除了我们的陌生感，更锻炼了我们吃苦以及独立生活的能力。而且加上上学期学习的军事理论也让我们懂得了军训的意义，增强了爱国意识，也让自己多了一份责任感，感觉自己成熟了许多。

一个优秀的团队就如同一支军队。军训可以增强军人的素质，提高军队的作战能力。而对团队成员进行军训，不仅可以提高工作效率，增强团队效益，更重要的的是在团队中建立一种抵御各种危机的能力。

军训是磨练人的意志力、强化纪律性的良好武器，要求通过坚忍和服从等自我约束的方式，来达到训练目的。军训中的拓展训练则可在磨练个人意志的同时，培养大家积极合作的团队精神，并通过积极进取的方式来实现目标。军训课程除了包含培养自我约束能力、增强志力和纪律性以外，还能培养多方面的能力，如制定计划和实施计划的能力、团队协作能力、团队沟通能力、紧急应变能力、协调人际关系的能力等。一般的一个完整军训课程除包括传统的军训项目如队列、军体拳、条令教育、优良传统教育、军事理论课外，还包括部分现代拓展项目以及一些别开生面的感恩的娱乐活动等。

学生及单位军事训练区别于传统的军事训练，同时他又是对传统军训的提高与延伸，在保留原有军事训练的正规严格磨练意志力的同时，将团队训练和管理培训融入其中形成了更加具有特色的军训项目，在提高参训人员的仪表姿态和顽强扎实的工作作风的同时，更注重团队合作精神，沟通能力和高效执行力的训练，使每一个参训人员由仪表姿态到行为表现思维方式都能得到一个崭新的升华和提高，使每一个参训单位都能建立一个高效沟通执行有力的团队和一个协调有致配合默契的工作氛围。增强团队的凝聚力，加强员工之间的有效沟通与相互了解，通过培训让员工拥有高昂的斗志和饱满的热情，以更崭新的面貌投入到自己的学习和工作中，为团队创造新的辉煌!
