Every individual faces the problem of choosing an occupation after graduating from university, which is of great importance in ones whole life. An appropriate occupation makes a man work with vigor and zest. Besides, it is beneficial for both the individual and the country。

To make an advisable choice, a graduate should take into account at least two aspects, namely, individual interest and the demand of the society. Only when the two aspects are connected, can a man show his ability and talent to the best advantage. If the two factors conflict, the former, in most cases, should give way to the latter, for it is interests that stimulate ones vigor and potentials。

In regard to my choice in the future, I want to work as an interpreter. I am keen on learning foreign languages, English in particular. Moreover, in the contemporary society, international exchange in economy and culture has been growing significantly. However, competent interpreters are far from enough. Its really a tiring day today!

hello everybody.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

我仍然记得那晚的气氛。所有不能回家的学生都聚集在我们的教室里，举行晚会来庆祝这个传统节日。我们尽力展示自己的热情。作为少数民族，我表演了孔雀舞，受到热烈的掌声。在两个小时的聚会之后，我们去了操场，坐在一起欣赏月亮，因为这是中秋节的传统。我们吃月饼，打牌，听浪漫诗朗诵我们的一个同学。在和谐的气氛中，没有人感到孤独或想家，即使我们远离家园。

On Water Shortage

No one can have failed to notice the fact that water shortage is a grave problem with which the whole world is confronted. Actually, it has become so widespread that it has severely affected peoples daily life and hindered the development of the global economy.

A number of factors could account for the problem, but the following might be the critical ones. First, with the development of agriculture and industry, an increasing amount of water is needed. Secondly, the ever-increasing population is another leading cause of water shortage. Besides, the global tendency of warming up also contributes to the problem. Whats worse, pollution and waste of fresh water aggravate the situation.In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. First, it is essential that laws and regulations be worked out and enforced to protect water resources. Secondly, people should enhance their awareness of saving water. With these measures taken, it is reasonable

for us to expect a brighter future.

暑假过后，回到了火热的大学校园，我穿上了军装，睁大了眼睛新奇的注视着校园的环境。我开始了了两周的军训生活。是什么力量让支持我完成了这军训?是理想。

理想背后，是坚强和独立。遇到挫折，首先有自己面对。我虽然生在农村，可是我却没有做过农活，军训的滋味一言难尽，特别在夜深人静的时候，恨不的朝家奔去。但我战胜了我自己，我面对了这一切，有写问题别人是帮不了你的，主要的力量是自己产生的，因为我们有理想在背后支持。

理想的背后，是毅力和洒脱。毅力很大程度上是要战胜自己，战胜自己的懒惰;需要宽容的时候，先要战胜自己的狭隘。这需要很大的勇气，坚定的信念和超越常人的毅力，军训伊始的生活教会了我这点。我们需要比别人更坚强，我学会了坚持，因为我有理想，我不认输!烈日下，风雨中有我们的汗水和身影。如果不是毅力的支持我是很难坚持走完这两周的。心情上的轻快，需要我们洒脱一些，不要想我们不能做不了的事。做事洒脱一些，你会活的更快乐。

理想的背后，是寂寞和孤独。大学的同学来自全国各地，我们有太多的不同。有时我们不能理解别人，别人也不能理解我们。越是表面的欢颜，约是折射了我们内心的孤寂。有人说过：“世界上最强的人，也是最孤独的人。”要想成为强者，触碰思想，就避免不了孤寂。，伟人能在孤寂中完成使命，我们也能，因为我们有理想在背后支持。

理想背后，是快乐和执著，有时我们不快乐是有我我们没有感悟，觉的没有令我们鼓舞的是，感觉做什么都没有意义。但更多的时候的因为我们没有理想。一个没有理想的人，生活就失去了重心。同样的事同样的工作，对有理想的人可能只是一时的逆境，他们会走的很轻，相信有成功的一天。可能对于没有理想的人，那就命运的不济，没有夜尽天明之时。执著于自己的理想是会快乐的，因为我们有理想，有成功的一天。

理想背后，其实还有很多，军训的14天，我获益和对生活的感悟可比前19年的总合。一言以蔽之：

理想背后，是信念与等待，我们不惧怕黑夜漫长，因为我们知道，黑夜以后就是黎明!

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me  introduce myself. My name is ,24. I come from Nanchang,the capital  of Jiangxi Province. I graduated from the ****** department of *****University  in July ,2001.In the past two years I have been prepareing for the postgraduate  examination while I have been teaching *****in NO.****middle School and I was a  head-teacher of a class in junior grade two.Now all my hard work has got a  result since I have a chance to be interview by you.

Of course, the United States must have shortcomings, my shortcomings is very sloppy, looking for something at home every day, today wearing a watch, tomorrow will not find it, what things are everywhere. 在开学前，要先进行为时十四天的军训。听学长说，军训简直是累死人，要在太阳底下站几个小时，汗流到眼睛里都不能动。我不禁打了一个冷颤，想着在7天以后我就会变成一个中国版”非洲人“，哎，那画面，让人不忍直视啊。

军训第一天，老师讲了一些军训的注意事项，就让我们回家了。我松了一口气，颇有一种逃过一劫的感觉。没想到，最严酷的训练是从第二天开始。”今天，我们第一项训练是站军姿。“我们的教官姓陈，十分和蔼可亲，风趣幽默。但是，他的温柔和幽默只在休息的时候才会出现。”那个同学，对，就是你，把头抬起来。“”你，动什么动啊，手放好。“几分钟后，有一个同学坚持不住了，脸色苍白，好像风一吹就会倒一般。教官马上上前把他们扶到树荫底下让他们喝点水，休息一会儿。我头也有些晕，可是一想到”坚持就是胜利“这句话，又咬牙坚持下来。渐渐的，我的视线开始模糊，还有一种恶心的感觉。”怎么还不休息啊!“我心想。教官好像会读心术一般，听见了我心中的话：”原地活动一下!“”夜!“我欢呼到。

一天，两天，三天……五天过去了，已经到最后一天了。今天，我们将要进行会操表演。”功夫不负有心人“我们班被评为了优秀班级。这个荣誉凝聚着我们和陈教官的的努力与汗水，我觉得，这些天来的辛苦，都没有白费!

在这十四天军训里，我们学会了站军姿、齐步走、正步走、跑步走等等，也尝遍了酸、甜、苦、辣、咸的味道，更训练出了我们钢铁般的意志，坚持不懈的精神和持之以恒的决心。
