军训的第一课就是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝，真是难受，虽然有教官陪我们一起站，可我们还是坚持不住，头上顶着火热的阳光，我感觉到汗从我的额头滴到了地下。真是苦，这还不算苦的。联系正步的时候，教官让我们控腿，一控就是十分钟，当然有教官陪伴，十分钟不到，我们已经东倒西歪了。可教官却稳稳地站在那，还和我们聊天呢。我不禁佩服他们的毅力和耐力。后几天我们学了擒敌拳，有几个教官给我们表演了跳起来再摔下去的动作，真是太厉害了。我的手都快拍麻了，无限的敬佩涌上心头。

记得11月2日当蓝绿相间的海军迷彩服发下来时，我连衣服没洗就迫不及待穿上!那种期待已久的急切心情使我产生一定要先穿过下瘾的冲动。穿衣戴帽，穿鞋，系腰带~照照镜子，嗯，的确有军人的风采!帅啊!

开始军训了，我是一团三营十五连中的一员!起初因为开动员大会和一些杂七杂八的事项，我们训练量都很小，而且我们连队的教官是大家公认最好的(就是不凶啦)!不会像隔壁十六连那教官一样一直刁难他们~室友都说好幸运!当大家都在嚷嚷太轻松时，我们开始分方块!按男女，身高分，我和室友一起被分到第六方块，全是女生，身高167cm以下~我们看到两个教官时有种想要撞墙的冲动，两位都姓张，张飞的张!一位就是原十六连的教官!之后两位教官也用行动向我们诠释了张氏一族的的虎威!

无论我们做什么，教官要求严格，一方面是我们这个方队纪律性差，一方面是我们还比别人差。当练踏步时，我们一直踏步踏到脚酸，当动作分解时，我们一直抬臂抬到手软!每个动作教官都要求我们做很多遍，有些人身体平衡能力差，接受能力差，有时稍稍分神，就会被教官狠狠训一顿，而经常的，教官是训我们整个方块全部人，只因为我们是一个集体，我们个人代表的是整个集体!

军训最快乐的时候莫过于被教官表扬时!我们付出汗水，我们坚持训练，即使被训了千百遍，只要我们有进步，我们被认可，那一切努力都是有用的!我们也要向所有教官所有军人致敬!他们不怕苦不怕累，负责任的态度和勇于奉献的精神值得我们学习!

最轻松最激动人心的是大家坐在一起拉歌~不同连，营，或团，用歌声，掌声，动作之类互相”攻击”，教官教的那些语言诙谐，每每让同学们都大笑不止，歌声嘹亮，畅怀大笑~那时的我们真正感受到了集体的力量，也明白团结这个词的含义!

军训期间，从每天的早操，站军姿，左右转体，方阵练习等中，无不在考验我们的意志力，忍耐力!无论风吹雨打，再苦再累，我们也要坚持!在这种集体训练中，我确实感受到了团队中强大的凝聚力，一支好的团队，一个好的集体，都是靠每个成员的努力，如果有人唱反调，没有了共同努力为前提，其他人的一切都是白费!之前大家辛苦付出都付诸东流。所以每个大学生都必须培养责任感：社会责任感，集体责任感，家庭责任感，等等，我们在属于哪，就必须为哪里的发展而努力奋斗!
