I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.

All in all,life in the University is beatiful and substantial for me.And I believe I will achieve my self-value through  the university life .

理想就好像一只飘移的纸船，它航到哪里就停在哪里，而那里便是我寄居的地方。

今天，理想的纸船将我载入通农的停靠点，在纸船的摇曳中，我深深的体会到那一份发自心底的朴实和热情。从第一天进校时师哥师姐们亲切的迎接；从林间小路中年轻身影上散发出的青春活力；从会议室里资深教授话语间体会的稳重和深沉；从生活中班主任老师脸上的慈祥和宽厚。。。。。。。。。。

这就是通农人的气息。

这就是通农人带给新生的自信和希望。

我的理想从此地再次起航，我的梦想从此地飞的更高，戴望舒有一首诗中写到：“梦会开出花来的，梦会开出骄阳的花来的：去求无价的珍宝吧。”在通农，相信我的梦会开花结果，我的理想会到达安全的港湾。

而走上通农的这条路，我并没有选错，它给了我自信和光亮，就好像教官脸上永远洋溢着胜利的曙光。

军训对我来说是一次有趣而有充满朝气的课外活动，新鲜刺激，但又夹杂着些许汗水和辛酸。在军训中，我真正的听清口哨声，“真正”的原因来自于它背后的深刻含义：口哨equal命令。无乱你在做什么，那一声长长的口哨过后，你便是立正。

命令，服从命令，这便是军队中的纪律。

“你没有任何理由！”

“没有理由就是你最大的理由。”

这是寒教官第一堂课对我们讲的话，我觉得很有哲理。大学开学前的军训是给我们的人生上了一堂真正有内容有涵养的社会课，而这堂课将会有益于塑造个人的品格作风，将会对我们终生受益，无论以后的学习还是工作，我们将会牢记军队中的纪律——像铁一般的纪律，才更能严格律己，不断上进。

不仅仅是命令，细节也是极为重要的，每一个动作《立正，稍息，转弯，踢腿，摆臂等等》都讲究规范完整。

细微之处见精神，个人的能力也就从此处表露无疑。

吴寒教官注重细节，他宁愿在速度上落后于其他人，但在细节上他是一丝一毫也不放过的。但目的还是一个：为了给我们一个完美的军训。

教官的作风虽然严一点，然而成效还是很不错的。难怪古人常说：“棍棒之下出才子。”就像不经风雨就不能见到彩虹一样。虽然恨过，怨过，苦过，累过，但心底却还是有着深深的谢意：“谢谢你，吴教官，因为我们的训练，你把嗓子都喊哑了。谢谢你如此的尽职尽责，我代表全班向你表示感谢，我们永远不会忘记你的，真的！我们心目中的白马王子。

军训总是要结束的，天下没有不散的宴席，而我想说：有些好东西不会消失的。因为一切好东西都永远存在。

它们只是像水一样凝结，而有一天会像花一样重开。

在军训中，我们4061班全体同学的那一股凝聚力和教官的深深情意将被每一个人牢记心底。这种感情就像一首歌中唱的：让我们的笑容，充满着青春的骄傲，为明天献出未来的祈祷。

军训只有短短七天，不过两位教官为我们的付出历历在目。拉歌时的欢笑，队列不整时的苦笑，都让我印象深刻。军训表彰大会结束后，同学们纷纷与教官合影，把教官的身影留在一张张照片上。

提及军训，不禁让人想到燥热的天气、厚厚的军训服以及教官们严肃的面孔。我点担心教官对我们的要求会不会太严格?吃不消怎么办?军训第一天我的疑虑就解开了。那天，天气一如既往地炎热，虽然是早晨，却能感应到太阳光带来的强烈照射。教官对我们严格要求的同时又很体贴，在训练一段时间后看我们有点体力不支了，便把我们带到了一处阴凉的地方，让我们免遭太阳的“毒害”。如此心思缜密的教官，这样一个小小的举动让他在我心中的形象又上升了一个台阶。不仅如此，当发现班上有人脸色不对了，他便叫他们去一边休息，同时叮嘱我们一定要多喝水。在休息之余，教官很随和，他会坐到我们中间和我们攀谈，说他的`人生经历说他在部队的故事。当我们听说他是94年出生的时候我们都惊呆了，完全没想到他居然和我们差不多大。他说，他曾经不听话顶撞老师，现在想来很后悔，还告诫我们要珍惜现在的大学生活，要尊敬师长，多读书。在我们看来，他不仅是一个严厉的教官，还是一个善良体贴的大哥哥。

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.Firstly, I often walk to school. It can

reduce air pollution. Secondly, I always turn off the lights and fans when

leaving the classroom.

Thirdly, I always make full use of paper and other school things and never

waste water.

I wish more students to join me and make the earth more and more

beautiful.

University is students’ fight goal, entering the university means the promising future for students. In most university campus, the scenery is very beautiful, some campus are even the hot tourist sites. Like Cambridge and Oxford, many people go there to have a look at the beautiful sites. Campus seem to be the open to tourist sites, I think it is not good to be open.

大学是学生奋斗的目标，进入大学对学生来说意味着有一个光明的未来。在大部分大学校园里，风景是很漂亮的，一些大学校园甚至成为热门的旅游景点。比如剑桥和牛津，很多人去那里只为看一眼美丽的风景。大学校园似乎对旅客开放，我觉得开放是不好的。

On the one hand, when tourists come, there will be a lot of rubbish. We always hear about the news that in the tourist sites, many rubbish are left, which makes the sites polluted. University campus are the places for students to study, the places should be clean and quiet.

一方面，当游客来到校园，就会带来很多的垃圾。我们总是听到这样的新闻，在一些旅游景点，留下了很多垃圾，使得景点受到了污染。大学校园是给学生学习的地方，应该是干净和安静的。

On the other hand, when campus is open to the tourists, it means anyone can go into the school, it will be not safe to students. Some bad people will pretend to be the tourists and go into the campus to steal things. Some students will fight against the bad guys and will get hurt. Opening the campus gives the bad guys the chance to make crime.

另一方面，当大学校园对游客开放，意味着任何人都可以进入校园，对于学生来说很不安全。一些不怀好意的人会假装成游客，进入到校园来偷窃。一些学生会和歹徒搏斗，伤到自己。开放校园给坏人带来了犯罪的机会。

University campus should be clean and quiet for students to learn knowledge. Students also need a safe environment. So it is not good to open the university for tourists.

大学校园应该是干净和安静的，有利于学生学习知识。学生也需要一个安全的环境。所以大学校园对旅客开放是不好的。

站军姿、稍息、立正、向左转、向右、齐步、正步……平日看来最简单的动作竟然都有了那么多的规则。漫长的军姿、踢不完的正步、挨不完的训斥……使我们慢慢变的坚强起来。军训虽然短暂，但足以让我们体会到人生的路途中并非总是一帆风顺，时常会有荆棘存在，与坎坷同行。

教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病。所以当我觉得很苦很累时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是这么苦出来的，他们付出同样甚至更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，虽然我常会因为没有做好被批评，但只要是我努力做了，无论被批评还是被表扬都是值得的。

由于军训汇报表演要出一个军体拳方队，所以要挑选打拳打得比较好的出来组成军体拳方队。我有幸被选中到军体拳方队主练军体拳了。太阳很猛烈，练军体拳也很累，但是我没有退缩，每个动作我都很认真的去学习，有些打得不够好的动作自己就多加训练，因为我们是经过教官挑选出来的，我们就必须做得更好。选人的时候，教官表明不想训练的可以马上提出离开，但是我没有提出，我认为我可以坚持，一定要做出一些成绩。

经过四天的刻苦训练，我们军体拳方队每个人都做得很好，打拳的时候基本能表齐排面。最终在28号上午的军训汇报表演上我们军体拳方队表演得很成功，最终获得了第三名。能获得这个荣誉与大家的努力是分不开的，更重要的是我们军体拳的教官林sir对我们严格要求，要不是他的严厉，我们也就拿不到这个荣誉了，在这里想说一声：教官，辛苦了!

有时候我们总向往那种结伴而行的旅行，一路花开，一路欢歌，这样在旅途中就不会感到孤寂。但或许一个人的旅行，更能让我们学会成长。有人说寂寞是心灵的慎独，女孩因优秀而寂寞，男孩因寂寞而优秀。当你一个人背着旅行包，踏着坚实的脚步，走向未知的远方时，也许我们会触景生情，也许我们会黯然神伤，但这些也许是生命的必然。当你度过了这段所谓艰辛的旅程。你也许会突然顿悟：原来一切已注定，而在不经意间学会成长，学会坚强。就像茶叶，如果没有水的浸泡，它只能蜷缩一隅。而我们如果没有命运的冲刷，人生只会索然寡味。那就把一个人的旅行当作一次灵魂的释然与自我心灵的对话。那时我们就能坦然接受前行路上的风雨跋涉。

旅行的意义，从来都是由心而定。我不奢求也不渴望能在人生的旅程中观赏多少名胜，多少古迹，只希望有一条能在脚下延伸。即使眼前是漫无边际的田野，我依然能微笑着陌上花开……

经历了高考，走过了独木桥，大多数考生在接到录取通知书后都度过了一个极其愉快的暑假，身体上，精神上都松懈了很多。开学的第一堂课便是军训。在这短短的军训期间，我们要与原本不认识的同学相互认识，并且要做到互帮互助，团结一致，我们要从原本懒懒散散的暑期生活中脱离出来，认识大学同学,参加严格训练，接受阳光洗礼，面对种种考验!

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二天、第三天、第四天，问题就来了。有的同学开始发牢骚，抱怨便连声四起，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练.对学生而言,军训是累，但还没到受不了的程度,可是却经常有人叫唤的要死要活。

经常听人说昨天谁晕了，今天谁中暑了.对于新兵军,军训要三个月,退伍了还得训,当兵的不一样过来了?可是个别大学生却连一两个星期的军训都撑不下,这只能说明一个问题:学生的素质在下降。不管是体质还是精神素质，都不如我们的前辈了。中国的年轻人已经没有了那吃苦耐劳的精神了?这不是什么大道理。也不是什么上纲上线。这是事实.如果不军训,可想而知中国的下一代是如何的. 这些事实都体现了这个时代的我们平时的生活太顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质。

大学的军训,它带给我们太多的好处了： 高中三年艰苦的复习过程，培养出了一大批“头脑发达，四肢简单”的人，进行适当强度的身体训练，可以锻炼他们的身体，在大学的学习生活中有强健的身体保障。看似滑稽的姿势，却蕴涵了很多的健康常识，抬头，挺胸，提臀部，收腹，无论男女，都是很好的形体塑造，更可以加强身体的平衡协调能力，促进内分泌，使男生更挺拔，女生形体更美,那么我就来具体分析一下吧! 就拿立正来说,这是军事静态动作中最基本、最有内涵的动作. 眼睛平视前方:人的眼是最传神的部位,眼的一举一动都能表达出内心的想法,小偷的眼神鬼祟,智者的眼神深邃,这都是从眼睛里看出的。

如果让你眼睛一眨不眨的平视前方几个小时,这是一件很困难的事.它锻炼了我们耐心,稳重的性格,对我们工作以后的行事方法以及态度都有很好的帮助. 挺胸、抬头:小时候,我的父亲经常后掰我的肩膀,我一直很厌烦他的举动,后来我发现这是很有益处的.后掰肩膀会让你的胸挺起来.头自然就抬起来了,腰也自然直了.简单的一个动作让你的全身得到矫正.我认为,肩膀是人身上绝对不能塌下的部位,是肩膀撑起了人的躯干,是肩膀撑起了人的阳刚之气.说某个人看起来"猛",即是表现在这阳刚之气上. 两腿摒直,双脚成60度分开:说到肩膀便想到双腿.如果说肩膀是撑起躯干的部位,那么双腿就是撑起全身的部位,先不说是否挺胸.

一个人站着,一个人卧着,直观的说,我认为站者是个坚强的人.他给我的是一个有高度,有宽度,有分量的印象,他是一个充满着力量的生命.闭上眼睛也会感觉到他的存在.为了保持这种气势,那么所需要的就是简单的一个稳而已.为了站的更稳,从人体正常前倾角度与身高范围考虑,双脚分开约60度时人能站的最稳。

所以,腿----必须是直的,脚----必须是开的,身体----必须是稳的! 关于立正的好处先分析这几点.当然,稍息、跨立、蹲下、坐下等动作都各有好处,但都离不开一个目的,就是锻炼你不怕吃苦的性格,是这中国农民的性格,也是中国的优良传统. 齐步走乃军事动态动作中三大步伐之首.眼神以及上肢要求与立正相似,就不废言了。

摆臂:首先,臂一定是直的.在你甩出臂的一刹那,三角肌会用力,由于惯性,小臂会跟着甩出去,肘部会有弯曲的趋势,肱三头肌和肘肌便会用力克服这种趋势来保持手臂的直立,同时周围臂部肌肉都会有细微的伸缩,如肱肌与肱二头肌等.这样一来,就会带动肩膀和肩膀之间的肌肉运动,上肢大部分肌肉都会得到有规律的收缩锻炼.看似简单的一个动作,原来对我们上肢肌肉的锻炼是这么有帮助的.不仅如此,左右均匀的摆动还能锻炼我们的身体协调性.使我们小脑发育更加健全,身体平衡性更好.军训你不摆平臂,教官来摆平你!

步伐:对于速度以及步伐大小都要控制的很均匀,应该保持在一个匀速运动的状态上.生命在于运动.生命在于静止.匀速便是动态的静止.这种步伐的养成对我们以后也是很有帮助的,它会使我们在以后的人生道路上遇事不惊不乱、处事有条斯里、成事更有耐心、有信心。毕竟，在人们清醒的生命里，多半是在路上度过的。

身体上的磨练造就了精神上的磨练，成功的军训是大学里最伟大的一课。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟、军姿的纹丝不动、跨步的整齐有力。军训不仅使我们真正的体会到军人的一丝不苟，它还会让我们染上一身的好习惯、屏弃一筐的臭毛病!看到军人风貌，同样是年轻人，一些人在象牙塔里学习着科学文化知识，一些人在用自己的生命保卫祖国的和平，军训激发大家的学习斗志和爱国热情，培养大家把爱国之心用在实处，对的起党、国家、家庭的培养，成为未来的有用人才!“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。至少我们是我不再是娇滴滴的孩子，不再是好哭的小姑娘，军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，即使我说的再多，也只是自己的体会，而军训是训给每个人的。
