进入军训生活了，才体会到了这里的苦，人间炼狱!每天顶着炎炎烈日，穿着一套不大好看的军训服装(而且一穿就是十几天啊!)，在火辣的太阳下站立十几个小时。自由被限制了，生活被扣死了，我们没有一点活动的空间。还好，在长时间暴晒的间隙中，我们还可以坐在脏兮兮的地上(能够坐在地上已经很不错了，够仁慈的了)，享受片刻欢愉!可是，在经过一天的折磨，还得弄内务。弄了发现，地板比我们穿的衣服还干净!走进寝室，小心翼翼，生怕抖下灰尘，弄脏了干净的地板。忍受度过了漫长的第一天，第二天……随着时间的推移，我们也学会了去忍受军训事给我们的痛苦。肉体的折磨，精神的煎熬，渐渐地也不再那么可怕，尽管有时我们也会累得头昏眼花，但挺过了第一天的我们，为什么就不会挺过这第二天、第三天呢?每每有想要违抗教官命令的冲动时，就似乎看到了古代的那些军官，一个个都好像是木头人，只懂得服从。我猛然间想到了董存瑞舍身炸凋堡，想起了刘胡兰死在敌人的铡刀之下，想起了欧阳海奋不顾身拦惊马，比起那些正规军人，在面对死亡时的无所畏惧，我们这些临时士兵所受苦又算得了什么呢?想到这些，也在心里为自己打气，坚持吧，坚持就是胜利!

坐上公共汽车，离开昆明陆军学院军营。N天的军队训练结束了。我望着车窗外飞驰而过的景色，不自觉地会想起我N天的经历。我的情绪也跟着那凹凸不平的路面上下起伏。我付出了这么多艰辛与劳累，得到的又是什么呢?

在这N天当中，我认识了自己。

艰苦的训练，能够磨练人的意志。对于我这样一个生活条件优越，从小没离开过父母的孩子来说，军训是个再好但是的锻炼机会了。军营中，艰苦的训练使我身体劳累，让我无暇顾及其他事情。即便是脚下已磨出水泡，也要忍痛训练。一个小时，两个小时，甚至几个小时，都重复同一训练资料，换了谁都会疲惫、都会厌倦。但我只能在心中低声地叫一声累。

军人的天职是服从。对于身心疲惫的我来说，也是个考验。从军训的第一天开始，我便努力去适应那里的生活、那里的生活方式。N天的时间太短了，来不及让我细加体会。虽然我没有能够学会适应，但我学会了坚持。

人类只有在苦难中，才能真正认识自我。的确如此，军训给了我这样的机会。我认识到了自己的缺点与不足，也看清了自己的优点于长处。军训也给了我思考人生的时间，让我明白了许多道理。如果一个人正在遭受苦难，那么此时他的思想便是最理性的;当这个人应对挑战时，他将无所畏惧，勇往直前。

若一个人经受住了军队生活的考验之后，便再也没有什么困难能够到达这个人了;虽然当兵很苦，但对于人生来说，将是好处重大的。“虽然，我参加的只是N天的军训，或许以后体验军人生活的机会也不多了，但是我要说，我理解父亲的用意，理解他对我的期望。

离开军营的前一天，便是中国传统节日元宵。那天我们训练完毕，教官和我们一同坐下来谈天。那天，我第一次注意到教官放松时的眼神，我肃然起敬。他们已不再年轻，他们已经将青春奉献给了我们的祖国。那眼神流露出的，是无悔，是骄傲，是对我们这代人的期望。这些都深深的震撼了我，让我难以忘怀。经历了这次军训，我比原先更加了解自己，也更加了解我周围的人。他让我懂得什么是幸福，什么是快乐，也让我更加珍惜拥有。

汇报完学生人数后，我们精神抖擞地从主席台前走过，会操表演开始了。第一个动作是稍息立正，第二个动作是跨立立正，第三个是立正踏步，第四个是停指间转法和提正步，第六个是摆臂踏步走。

在已经走到军训的半途了，转眼间军训的日子已如流星般逝去一半了，此刻对于军训剩下的日子，真的是”又爱又憎“，既期盼它快点过去，又期望它慢点走，因为军训中我们也有太多的不舍，多少会有点留恋，感觉自己是长大了不少。军训让我懂得了许多，同时也让我对自己以后的人生更加有信心，更有勇气走下去。

落西山红霞飞，战士打靶把营归，把营归……”，这天下午我们进行实弹射击，心理想着当时的情绪，打靶时那情绪真的是太紧张了，我的手一碰枪，五发子弹就全完了，我还傻傻地以为我的枪坏了，太晕了。

顶着太阳站军姿，是看你的耐力，我的皮肤变黑了，食堂的饭菜太难吃了，虽然不象传言中-抢，但是同学门争的吃，不染就没有吃的东西，在军营我学会打背包，但是我打的不太好，速度没有那么快。

能够说是军训让我认识了自己，也能够说是军训完善了我。无论怎样，我坚信，透过自己的努力，我必须会成为国家的有用之才!

大学生军训感想风雨中追逐，寻找那前方的路，人生的航船注定不可以一帆风顺，人生的道路不可能一马平川。军训是我们高中生活的开端，更是人生的奠基石。来到学校已经一段时间了,一切都和我想像的不一样,开始就是很累的军训,同学们都是想着怎么去逃避,但是适应了几天时间后,觉得还不错,真的是给了自己一次锻炼的机会,我想这是很难得的.现在我更有毅力了。

每一天都在军号中开始。操场上回荡着同学们嘹亮的口号声：“意志如钢，团结一心，争创辉煌。一，二，三，四……”开始几天动作还很生疏，不过经过几天的训练后，我们全班都融入军训的气氛中，基本达到了军人要求。七点半，大家都要进入军训的队伍中。在训练中：稍息，立正，静止转法，齐步走……这些动作看起来简单，可学起来就没那么容易了。握拳，摆臂，步子都有严格的要求。而且光动作到位还不行，还得做到整齐划一。训练是辛苦的，休息是快乐的。休息哨一吹，全场欢呼。在喝水时，就免不了和教官闲聊，聊军人们的艰苦生活。

军训，使我成长，雨打日晒，做每一个动作的准确到位，都锻炼了我的意志，增强了我的韧性。军训后的我们要有强烈的责任感，使命感和荣誉感，一个队伍展现给别人的首先就是一种团结向上，整齐划一的精神风貌，所以就要求我们每一个人都要有协作精神。当我们迈着整齐的步伐走过主席台的时候，我深深地感受到军人的严肃、威武。正是我们的团队意识、协作精神，让我们在军训中赢得了好评。我们都很高兴，但当我们的军训即将结束的时候，一想起我们就要离开和我们生活、训练多天的教官，内心深处流出了深深的失落感。

当我在军训中遇到挫折时，我没有放弃那曾经闪过的一点希望，更没有否定那曾经有过的一份坚持。这次军训，提高了我们学生的思想觉悟，强化了我们的组织纪律观念，培养了我们高中生艰苦奋斗的生活作风。通过学习《军事理论》，增强我们广大高中生的国防观念和国家安全意识，掌握基本的军事知识和技能，提高我们综合素质，成为社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人.。

大学的军训，教会了我很多。

Im in my third year now in Environmental Sciences. And what do I want to do with my B.S. once I graduate? Become a librarian. Yes, I know it sounds completely random and unrelated, but thats my master plan. Right now Im preparing for all those crazy grad school applications that Ill be sending in next fall. I began thinking about what kind of skills I have and what kind of jobs would complement my natural interests. Ive thought about becoming a librarian dozens of times growing up but for some strange reason, I never took it seriously. But it popped back into my mind as I was contemplating all this. So I began to do some research and I also talked to a lot of family and friends. Its crazy because everyone I shared with gave me a lot of affirmation and encouragement about pursuing it! If theres anything you can get out of my strange journey I hope its the comfort and reassurance that you dont always have to know what you want to do in the near future. And its okay to change majors or even pursue a major that may not necessarily be related to your future career. You should enjoy what youre studying. But also seek after what you really love.

My College 我的大学

When I was in high school, go to college ismy dream. Now I realize my dream. excited as I am, the first time I see my college.

在高中的时候上大学就是我的梦想。现在我实现了我的梦想。第一次看到我的大学时，我很兴奋。

My college is inside the biggest university of Guangxi so that everytime I have to across a big campus to go out. At first Iam upset about that, but later on I get used to it. My college looks modernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing is the boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I see the girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around but can’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange,right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tenniscourt at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows of teaching building connecting with the library. This is my college. I like it notonly because of the evironment but also the people there.

我的大学是在广西最大的大学里面，以至于每次我要出去的时候都要经过一个大校园。一开始的时候我很烦这一点，但后来我习惯了。整体来看我的大学是现代化的。我到达学校门口时，映入眼帘的是男生宿舍，然后是操场。抬头！我看到了食堂。左转我看到了女生宿舍。但是教室在哪里呢？我环顾四周，却找不到。原来它被一个地洞给隔开了。很奇怪，对吧？我走过地洞，我看到了另外两个大操场，一个网球场在我的左边。在我右边的是什么？向右转，我看到了一排排的教学楼连接着图书馆。这是我的大学。我喜欢它，不仅仅是因为那里的环境而且还是因为那里的人。

Both the teachers and students there are very nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usually do is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meet trouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my head teacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get used to the new life.

那里的老师和同学都很好。我的室友总是日常生活中帮助我，他们经常要做的事是在早上叫我起床。我在学习上遇到困难，其他同学也总是帮助我。我的老师们都很友善和博学。特别是我的班主任，为了让我们适应新的生活，他和我们聊天，打球。

工作对生活的重要性 Work Is Important in Our Life

These days I have beenleisure but bored after finishing the final exam. In fact, I really don’t likethe way I have lived in these days, because I feel like a foolish that cantfind my values and have to be supported by others. That made me crazy.Therefore, I consider that people should find and achieve their values in lives,especially female. Obviously, work is an important way to achieve our values.However, why is work important in our life?

期末考试过后的这几天我很闲但是也很无聊。事实上，我真的不喜欢这几天的这种生活方式，因为我感觉像个傻子一样找不到我的价值而要靠别人养活。这使我疯掉了。所以，我认为人应该找到并实现自己的生活价值，特别是女性。很明显，工作是 实现我们价值的重要方式。但是，为什么工作在我们的生活中如此重要呢？

Firstly, work isthe only way for us to satisfy our basic needs. In order to get food, clothesand other living conditions to live happily, we have to work hard. In thisaspect, work is a natural responsibility for us, for our families. But usually,those who just consider work as a kind of responsibility regard work as a heavyburden in their life and they will feel really tired after a period of time,even some of which will choose to renounce the responsibility they have.Therefore, workmust have other positive meanings in deeper respect.

In addition, I strongly feel inthese days that work is an important way to achieve ourselves. Just as Maslowsays that human has five needs: physiological needs, safety needs, love andbelonging, esteem, self-actualization and self-transcendence. In my opinion,work is relative to the higher hierarchy of needs. We always need to achieveour value and worth to gain esteem or recognition from others by some ways,especially by work. I think it is easyto appear in the younger those who have some mature thoughts, so that mostteenagers will try their best to get rid of their parents’ care to make a livingby themselves. In this aspect, working is not only a way to make a living, butalso a way for us to achieve ourselves. In other words, working can bring satisfactionto us in spiritual.

另外，这几天我有强烈的感觉，工作是实现自我的重要方式。正如马斯洛所说，人有五大需求：生理需求，安全需求，爱与归属，自尊，自我实现和自我超越。在我看来，工作与更高层次的需求有关。我们总是需要实现我们的价值，想要通过某些方法，尤其是通过工作，从别人那里获得自尊或认可。我认为这对有成熟想法的年轻人来说是很容易的，所以大部分的青年会尽量摆脱父母的照顾独自谋生。从这一方面来看，工作不仅是谋生手段，也是我们实现自我的手段。换句话说，工作能够给我们带来精神上的满足。

In a word, work isimportant in our life. No matter what kind of occupation we pursue, we shouldtry our best. As an adult, without work, you would be bored, and even decadent.

总之，工作在生活中很重要。不管我们追求的是哪一种职业，我们应该尽我们最大的努力。作为一个成年人，没有工作你就会觉得无聊，甚至颓废。

An Excellent School Art Festival 精彩的学校艺术节

Our school art festival is held once a year. I think this year’s was excellent because a lot of students and teachers took part in it. At first, the students of Class1 Grade6 danced the Gangnam Style. How wonderful they were! Then, English teachers had an English Choir. How good they were! I liked these two programs. Finally the students of Class3 Grade7 sang pop songs. They sang so wonderfully! At last they won the first prize.

我们学校的艺术节每年举行一次。我认为今年的真是太棒了，因为很多的学生和老师都参加了。一开始的时候，六年级一班的学生跳江南style。他们跳得多么的棒啊！然后，英语老师组织了英文合唱团。他们唱得多么好啊！我喜欢这两个节目。最后的是七年级三班的学生们唱流行歌曲。他们唱着如此的美妙啊！最后他们赢了一等奖。

高考过后，我们度过了一个悠闲的暑假。转眼间，大学已经开学了，而第一门必修课就是军训。我对大学的军训真是又害怕又期待。害怕的是军训的训练强度，虽然初中和高中也军训过，但是传说中这些军训的强度和大学相比都是闹着玩的，更何况我们刚刚度过了一个安逸的暑假，突然回校接受军训，说实在的，还真怕承受不住。期待是肯定的，作为一个男生，天生对军队的一切充满好奇和向往，这一辈子估计是当不了军人了，但是大学军训可以弥补些许遗憾，所以很是期待。

军训服发放：8月21号，军训服终于发下来了。衬衫和裤子的样式和颜色我很喜欢，就是质量不行，迷彩也挺好的。但是帽子，我不得不说，真的很难看，没有沿边也就算了，还是绿帽子，戴上去显得很猥琐，不过后来慢慢的也就接受了。

8月22日，军训第一天。早上我们集合在西体开军训动员大会。之前我就知道我们学院分在第九连，女生们很期待有一位帅气的男教官，而我们男生很期待有一位女教官，原因之一就是觉得女教官可能不会太严格。当然，最后，女生的愿望实现了，九连的教官包括连长都是大帅哥，女生们为此非常兴奋，当晚更新动态，说她们这次军训赚到了。 我们的教官，当然我们男生也没有失望，至少在我们九连二排。不是因为他要求不严格，其实在我们看来，他是最严格的教官，第一个被检查穿白袜子并且被罚的就是我们二排，第一个体验到俯卧撑分解动作的也是我们二排，这次俯卧撑分解动作让我们印象深刻，从此我们也乖了很多。我们认识教官除了他的自我介绍之外，就是从那一首歌开始《妹妹若是来看我》。那时候开始我们就觉得教官不止训练要求严格，也是一个很会玩的人。这首歌差不多成了我们的排歌，我觉得我们的连歌应该是《今天又是星期天》。

拉歌：晚上是军训中最惬意的一段时间，没有烈日的暴晒，没有站军姿的大汗淋漓，但是火药味十足，为什么呢，就是因为拉歌。“一二，快快;一二三，快快快;一二三四五，我们等得好辛苦;一二三四五六七，我们等得好着急……”我觉得九连拉歌无人能敌，记得消防演习那天，我们九连以一个连之力对抗三个连的围击，秀出了我们九连的风采。 拔河比赛 拔河比赛第一场我们就遭遇了土木工程系跟资冶的理科生们，没想到一群文科生组成的连居然连着男女秒杀他们，真的感到意外。接着对阵商院的十连，没有办法商院的男生实在太强，我们的勇士已经尽力了，他们依然是好样的。女生们在输一局的情况下，连扳两局，上演了绝地反击，进入了半决赛，祝女英雄们能够获得最终的冠军。我们九连的拉拉队也很卖力，九连的辉煌成绩也有我们的一份力。

正步、站军姿、前扑 练正步在整个军训中难度大但是强度不大，主要是协调问题。站军姿是挺累的，第一次站军姿的时候，还真的适应不了，汗不停地在袖管、裤管、后背流着，很痒，又不能动。不过之后就习惯了，也不觉得很难了，只要有耐力就行。前扑，技巧和勇气都要具备，主要需要勇气，掌握好技巧，鼓起勇气，果敢地扑倒就成功了。今天选拔练战术的人，全连男生留下了60名，我也留下了，试了两次都被刷下来了，但是我依然觉得自己虽败犹荣，最起码我有这份勇气。

惩罚：不知道军训是不是免不了被惩罚，我平均每天被惩罚一次，都是和其他人一起的，我觉得这个频率还算低的，很多人不止这个数，这个不值得骄傲，毕竟还是被惩罚了。现在最怕的惩罚是快跑，一分钟跑400米那种，那次惩罚后回来就吃不下饭，头晕，想呕吐，可能低血糖啦。然后就是俯卧撑分解动作，那个累啊。“玩” 同学们都说，现在最怕这个词。一听到教官说玩的时候，我们就出国留学网会警惕起来。向左转是向后转，向后转是向右转，向右转是向左转，练反应能力，出错就被罚，还有单脚蹲下，学蛙走路等等。弄得我们都不敢玩了，不过还是挺开心的。 累并快乐着 军训真的很累，有时因为累而睡不着，躺下的时候全身的关节都在隐隐作痛。但是我们更多得到的是快乐，睡前和舍友们谈论着军训的乐事和各自的糗事，回忆着这一天我们学到了什么。勇气、耐力、毅力，这些青春的标记在我们军训期间得到进一步提升。

军训，累并快乐着。感谢九连，让我感到团结的力量。大学军训肯定会是我人生中彩色的重要的回忆。最后附上我们九连的口号“九连风采，势如大海，英勇豪迈，永不言败，一二三四，一二三四。”

这可能，是我人生中最后一次军训了吧……

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. To conclude,college students should try to adapt himself to college life as soon as possible, so as to take full advantages of their precious college time.

Recently, the phenomenon of students pursue famous brands has become the focus of the public concern.They always do anything in order to buy what they want. What has caused this problem?It is no easy/simple task to offer the reason for this phenomenon which involves more than one complicated factor.

There are two aspects reason as follows. On the one hand,with the development of the economy/society/people’s living standard, we can afford the articles of luxury. On the other hand,the mind of rivalry is the most important reason.The topic of the famous brands is the main idea among the students, they think a famous brand is a symbol of sophistication and taste.

To change this situation, I suggest that college school students should cultivate positive values and look at things in a proper way.Although brand is the best way to show their status,we shouldn’t pursuit brand blindly.students ought to pay much attention to their studies.

但仔细品味，这却是提高我们身体素质的绝佳机会。作为一个当代高中生除了在学识上有所建树，还要有顽强拼搏的意志、吃苦耐劳的品质，身体素质和心理素质都要达标。没有身体和心理上的健康保证，是无法实现进一步的自我提高的。

今天，虽然尝到汗水的滋味，如果我们都能坚持到最后的汇操，不临阵退缩，坦然地整齐地站在大家面前展示出漂亮的军姿、军容、军貌，那我们就成功了。至少那时候我们的心一定会体会到一种前所未有的成就感——因为我们成功地挑战自我，克服身体上和心理上的弱点，使自己在高中第一站完成得漂亮而圆满。

军训是高中必修的第一课。它强调协调合作，不但提高我们的身体素质，有利于迅速加深同学之间的感情和集体荣誉感的形成，这种团队精神、组织性、纪律性是将来事业有成重要条件。

所以，军训给予我们一生的意义是举足轻重的。对我们心理承受力的培养也是不容忽视的。总之，汗水的背后换来了许多有价值有意义的人生真谛。走出温室的花朵也由此绽放的更加美丽，而我呢，有过这次充实、艰辛的军训经历，我会更喜欢高中生活，更期待人生。
