短短十天的大学军训生活就要结束了，从我们刚到炮兵旅营区时候的散漫到今天斗志昂扬团结一致的士气，所以说短短几天的训练为我军旅人生写下浓墨的一笔，炮兵旅教导队成为我军旅人生小小的驿站，但作为一名军人，作为一名军人作为一名部队文艺工作者，这方小小的驿站却使我回归本然，下面就两点本人这次军训的体会和同志们做一个交流!

首先，军人二字对我们或多或少还有些淡然，对于这两个字的概念，对于我们这些文艺兵来说并不根深蒂固，七年前考入军校的时候曾参加了军训，但是由于这几年工作性质的决定，再就是最为主要的是自身的原因并没有以一个军人的标准来严格要求自己，恰恰相反的是作为文艺兵我们总忘记自己姓军，用一句上军艺时候的警句来说就是“文艺兵先是兵，德艺双馨方是星”，作为军营部队特殊的群体，只有以军人的标准姿态来要求和审视自己才可以全心的为兵服务，为广大部队官兵服务，这次来军训的时候我曾经和教官开玩笑说“如果让我脱掉军装的话，可能就没有了军人的风貌”，的确是这样，这几天的训练从最简单的脱帽敬礼到队列训练和一日生活制度，教官们耐心的教导，注意一点点地养成，同志们也虚心的学习，并没有以自己是老兵等借口来推托应付训练，从基础练起。通过教官们认真的辅导让我更加明白了什么叫严于律己，对于这一点的人士对我今后的工作生活学习军人地养成是非常的重要的!再就是这次来炮兵旅军训的一行人发扬了团结一致昂扬向上的优良作风，同志们从前在团里各有各的专业接触也很少，这次军训在一起生活训练，为了荣誉在各项工作的开展中都发扬了团结一致的好作风，只要我们每一个将作风养成和持效，今后我们在开展任何工作都不惧艰难，共同为军旅文化事业贡献力量!

第二点就是这次军训是一次很好的体验生活的过程，前几天看新闻第八次文代会召开胡主席提出开了文艺要来源于基层.服务于基层.所以当我们这次来之后我们歌队的演员都有共同的认识，就是要经常地深入生活，只有真正的容入部队的生活，才可以在舞台上演兵唱兵，塑造一个个合格的军人形象，才能起到宣传部队宣扬典型的作用。

这次军训回团后我将严于律己，将在教导队保持的作风带回自己今后本职 工作中，时刻以一名军人来严格要求自己，将一切不符合身份的杂质抛于脑后身外，回归军人的本然，再见!我的炮兵旅，再见!我的老班长!

军训，大概一提到这两个字眼，大家都不会有什么好感吧，大家就只会想到了一个字——“苦”，而我觉得军训是苦，可是也能让人苦中作乐啊。

前一个星期，我就去军训了，现在我就与大家分享一下，我的军训生活吧。

记得出发的那天早上，我们这一个个还沾点小学生气息的初一新生，拉着、背着一个个沉甸甸的旅行包来到了青少年活动中心，一个个满脸的兴奋与新奇，呵呵，我的军训生活就这样开始了。

第二天一大早，我们就起床去开会了，待全体坐下来，军官就开始啰唆了，过了两个小时，同学们早已腰酸背痛，才开始介绍教官，同学们这才提起精神来，“一班，苏教官”我们英俊的教官走出来，向我们敬了个军礼，然后笔直地站在我们的前边。苏教官严肃地说：“以后，我就是你们的教官，每天早上6点起床，8点训练，好了，现在跟我去训练场吧。”啊?这简直是雪上加霜嘛，刚刚坐得腰酸背痛，就要训练?唉……此时，烈日当空，我们休息立正向后转，汗流浃背，体能消耗极快。第二天的重复让人更是痛苦，中间休息时，大家似乎已经虚脱了，一个个东倒西歪的，一动也不想动。“集合!”——这那是亲人解放军，简直就是法西斯。“教官啊教官，您让我们再休息一会吧!”“这是，没价讲，集合!”唉……

军训苦是苦，可休息时教官教我们唱军歌，也是挺快乐的，比如，《我们是一个兵》、《团结就是力量》、《一二一二》《打靶归来》……每当唱起歌都激荡起我的爱国情怀，让我们苦并乐着……

早上，我们得早早地起床，训练时，立正稍稍动一下，你就得准备“领奖”——一个横踢屁屁。那时日光很烈，教官就好好给我们“享受”了日光浴……

几天一晃就过了，我们已经学会很多军姿。汇完操后，我们就带着依依不舍的心情离开活动中心了。再见了，中心，再见了，可敬的教官……

砍伐树木的坏处很多。大家都知道树木可以循环二氧化碳，如果大量砍伐树木，树木的数量就会急剧减少，我们呼出的二氧化碳无法得到循环。茂密的树木可以阻挡沙尘暴，前两年北京遭遇沙尘暴，整个城市被沙子所笼罩这也是因为缺少树木的保护所造成的。

树是地球的肺，我希望每个人都能保护树林、保护树木，让都市的生活添一分绿色!保护树木就是保护地球就是保护我们人类!

但是对于我们大家来说，植树节的意义并不仅仅是种一棵树那么简单。植树节向我们表达的意义不仅是要多种植树木，而是要培养我们广大市民爱护自然、低碳生活的一种理念。

植树节如果没有条件去种树，我们从日常生活中也可以做到和种树一样的效果。比如少用一双一次性筷子、少浪费一张纸、少开一次空调等等。这些节约低碳的理念，本身就有益于社会的进步，树木的保护。只有我们对树木的需求少了，树木的砍伐才会少，那么爱护树木的人就会越来越多。植树节，大家还在等什么，从现在开始，从你开始，都来一起爱护自然吧，低碳的过一天!

军训是大学的第一堂课，在这堂课上有严明的纪律、有紧张、有欢笑……火热的阳光炙烤着大地和我们的身躯，这几天对我来说就像是几个世纪一样的难熬，好想为自己找一个逃避的理由。教官教诲我们：“想尽一切办法，克服一切困难，完成一切任务，争取一切荣誉。” 我的思想开始转变，考入大学并不意味着一劳永逸，人生中有好多的关口要过，有好多的责任等我们去抗，又有好多的义务等我们去尽。大学只是万里长征中的第一步，那种“船到码头车到站，兵器入库马放南山”的思想对当代大学生的成长都是不建康的。

军训不仅仅是对我们的身体的考验，更多的是对我们的意志的磨练，同时提高我们的思想水平和团队精神，“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”人是在不断的磨练中长大的，就像一棵小树一样经历风雨后才能变成参天大树，军人的气质和钢铁般的意志给我很深刻的印象，正如一首军歌歌词描写的一样：“还铁还硬比钢还强”。在我们军训中我们军人、学生一家人，了解不少的军中生活，体会到了军人的艰辛，感受到了军人的豪迈气概，他们肩负着保卫国家的重任，苦中的乐，教官说：“当兵后悔二年，不当兵会后悔一辈子” 。军人的奉献精神和大公无私深深的打动我们每个人，我们的新生班主任给我们讲解生活中要注意的事项，为我们今后的学习生活做准备，辅导员教师像大哥哥一样照看着我们。在这里有酸楚的泪水，有苦咸的汗水，有飘扬的歌声，有欢乐的笑声，这些就像不灭的音符跳动不已，我们是充实的，我们是快乐的，苦与累已化作美与甜，军训——我们不后悔 。

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

教官今天还是……一如既往的英俊潇洒风流倜傥一表人才啊，就是有点严肃。脚尖到声音到：“站好了，五分钟军姿!”口令铿锵有力，掷地有声。

大家轻轻地发出哀叹声。但是，在变成木桩子之前，大家都会用眼睛偷偷瞟一眼教官。只见教官脸上仍是那种想笑又拼命忍住笑的表情，紧抿的唇角微微向下，眼睛里混着严肃与笑意。他见我们都满脸堆笑地向他瞅，便把头微微撇过去，用帽子遮住脸上的笑。随即又严声道：“不许笑!否则站十分钟!”顿时鸦雀无声。教官，你这样忍着会憋出内伤的。

我努力站直，目光直视。教官站在旁边，偶尔踢着正步，偶尔低头思考，不言不语，像一个孤独的，可爱的根号三。用余光瞟着教官笔直的背影，那是屹立在风中永远不倒的树!

空气中飘来丝丝缕缕的桂花香，吸入肺腑，仿佛都带有甜意，令人身心舒畅。太阳渐渐变热，额间，脸庞，都生出了细细密密的汗珠。后背上的汗水从脖颈滑下，好像一只小虫爬了过去。但是我不能动!也不应该动!

做一个军人，是我不可及的梦。我羡慕军人很久了，崇尚军人也很久了。当我看到那一抹迷彩绿，那笔直的站姿，那抬头挺胸压不垮打不败的气势，我的心中就油然升起一股崇敬之情。那是一个军人，保卫国家，浩然正气，心胸坦荡的军人!

在这细雨绵绵凉风习习的冬日，我们迎来了2015级新生的冬季军训。作为唯一一届在冬天参加军训的年级，我们的心里还是十分激动的。我们有幸可以不在大太阳下晒得黢黑，也同样可以感受到军队的严谨作风和军训带来的快乐。突然感觉冬训超级棒啊，有没有呢?

这次军训中我也有十分真切的感受。作为特许经营学院市场营销专业的一员，也作为2营9连2排的一份子，我感受到的是责任。我们每一个人都有责任做到最好为这个集体付出自己最大的努力。教官们经常给我们强调在这里训练，就不是我们一个人的活动，每一个人都要为了集体的荣誉做出自己的一份努力。在这个集体中大家共同学习，共同进步，也是我们共同成长的平台。也感谢这个集体在这些天中给我无数的温暖的包容。谢谢有你们。这一次军训也有无数的学长学姐代表不同的社团给我们送来冬日中的温暖。曾经看到有同学在休息时跑向学长学姐并且温暖的抱住，像是见到亲人。也许，这就是我们冬日中最需要的人间真情。在北师珠，我们远离家乡却依旧可以感受到别样的温情。

不知不觉中已经第五天过去了，我们的冬训也已过半。是不是特别期待汇演呢?让我们拭目以待吧。

结束了高中这一站，我们又迎来了一个新的起点。大学给了我们又一个新的生活，而我也一直憧憬着大学生活，幻想着大学的美好，而大学生活中首先要经过这一点站——军训。

军训对于我来说，并不陌生，顾名思义，就是以军人的标准要训练我们，而在我心中，一直觉着：一个人如果没有经历过军人的生活，将会是一生中的遣憾。

军训的日子是苦的，是累的，而在我们的军训中掺杂也有怨，有愤，百味杂味，而我们也必须努力的配合教官，以一个军人的姿态严格的要求自己。

军训中有苦，有累，每次军训下课后，整个人就像一个泄了气的身子，也要将腰杆挺得直直的，而每当我们踢正步的时候，做到力度与速度并存时，使劲的跺脚，那些不甘落寞的尘土，总会兴奋的飞向空中，飞向我们的眼里。嘴里，鼻子里，而身为一个军人，首先，要做到的三条就是：第一，服从。第二，服从。第三还是服从。所以我们只有让那些家伙恣意的飞入我们的身体中，呛得我们流出眼泪，因为军令是一个军人的第二生命。

军训中有涩，军训过程中总感觉到一天我们吃的灰尘比我们吃的饭还要多，衣服上，身上的灰尘特别多，整个人就像个灰人一样。仿佛就是那非洲士兵。

而每当我们大家在一起做一个动作时，做得不怎么整齐时，教官就会很生气的罚我们，让我们做正步定位，保持蹲姿几十分钟，等等。而教官每次总会罚我们好几十分钟，到最后腿麻得没有知觉，手僵得不能动时，才让我们起来，虽然明知道教官一切都是为了我们的，但我们在心里还会偷偷的诅咒教官不近人情，多半的学生对教官敢想不敢言。

其实在大部分人的心中，有着对教官的怨与不满，因为在军训以后的七天，我们是按各系分在一起，然后由别的教官来挑，出学习不同的内容，看着别的女生，男生们都在学习匍伏，练擒敌拳时，而我们只能练起步，走正步，那时我们的心里总是载着无尽的不满，认为那太不公平，而他们的借口就是你没有那个能力可是不试试又怎么会知道呢!看着别人练着特别有兴趣的。而我们的是那样的枯燥，我们就越来越没心思去练习那些我们更不感举的。

很长的一段时间，我们在火辣的骄阳下军训，当下课的哨声响起时，每个人都像背了一块石头似的，疲劳不堪，就像是一棵棵被霜打过的茄子，这时教官就会过来做一些活动来活跃气氛，让我们这些无精打采的人重新恢复朝气。 。

尽管军训很累，很苦，但我们还是一步一个脚印的坚持过来了，军训并不意味痛苦，累，而意味坚持，信念与意志，军训不但让我们的身体更加的结实，强壮，而且还锻炼了我们的意志，增强了我们的自信心，体验军训生活让我们对自己的要求更加严格了，做事也更加谨慎。

军训固然很辛苦，它就像攀登高峰，“苦”是那路上的荆棘，但我相信，胜利之间永远会为我们敞开它宽广的怀抱的。

当进行曲一遍又一遍地回放在校园里时，我们在火辣辣的操场上，抬起头，平视前方，踏着正步……

进入大学，第一件事就意味着必须接受军训考验。对我们这些一直生活在父母羽翼下的人来说，无疑是一种挑战------一种自我挑战。在这短短的军训期间，做到互帮互助，团结一致，我们要从原本懒懒散散的暑期生活中脱离出来，参加严格训练，接受阳光的洗礼，面对种种的考验。

给我们训练的教官和我们一样大，他身材不高，在他那稚气未脱的脸上写满了严肃和认真。他还很爱笑，而且笑的时候原本就不大的眼睛变得很可爱，他的睫毛很翘。但是，教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们;只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。这可是我第一次与军人接触。

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是到了第二天、第三天、第四天，问题来了。有的同学开始发牢骚，抱怨声便连声四起，一些同学向教官提出意见、有的甚至想逃避训练。这些都体现了我们平时的生活太顺畅，几乎是衣来伸手，饭来张口，缺少了那份同龄人应有的能力。这正是我们必须提高的自身素质。而我们的教官却因为我们自由散漫的各种坏习惯，经常受到惩罚。24日这天教官因为我们，被罚连续五次正面卧倒在水泥地上，整条手臂都肿了，还流血了。那一刻，几乎所有的同学都哭了。但是哭又什么用??我们总是在教官受罚之后跟他说对不起，为什么不一开始就做好自己呢?

你是那么一丝不苟。抱着在军训中混的我，今天，才认识到严谨的时间意识和坚忍不拔的意志。哪怕是一个最简单的动作，在训练场上，我们无数次地重复着，用自己的心去真真切切的体会军人的英伟。军姿的纹丝不动，跨步的整齐有力，使我们真正体会到军人的一丝不苟。

军训快要结束，看着晒黑的脖子、脸和手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的几天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的拉歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在拉歌中听到的除了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。我们抱着娱乐第一的心态，度过最轻松的十几分钟。

军训不仅仅是对行为上的操练，更是对精神和思想上的深化。迎着刺眼的阳光，每天就这样开始了。一天下来的疲惫让我发觉在凉爽的空调间外头还有另一种生活;让我发觉平时充满责备声的家是多么的温馨;让我发觉其实自己还很稚嫩。汗水的浸泡需要忍耐，烈日的烘烤需要忍耐，时有时无的饥饿也需要忍耐，似乎一切都要不停地忍。就在这不知不觉的强忍中，潜藏的坚强逐步被挖掘了出来。到了最后几天，几乎每个人都能以微笑的脸庞来结束当天的训练。

军训中让我们要感谢的人有很多。我们要感谢教官，我们流汗，教官比我们流更多的汗。我们辛苦，教官比我们更加辛苦。是他们让我们看到了一个真正军人的样子，我能清晰地记得教官在我么们耳边的口令声。最后一天，或许是时间的催促，我们没能和教官们说一声再见。在这里我要让风替我们传送我们的感谢，我相信感谢声会像蒲公英一样飞到他们身边。

大学的第一堂课—军训，就快要结束了。回想起这些日子，我感慨慨很多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，它教会了我们对别人的关爱，它加深了我们理解保卫祖国的责任，它告诉了我们面对困难应有的态度。我们至少是我不再是娇滴滴的孩子，不再是好哭的小姑娘，我知道面对高峰，我们须自己去搭造阶梯;遇到山崖，我们要自己去连结绳索。我们的命运在自己的手中，只是看是否去把握!

“水滴石穿，绳锯木断”微小的力量一旦积攒起来，产生的威力可是无比的呀!当别人享受锲而不舍的喜悦时，你千万不要成为功亏一篑的典型。谁笑到最后，谁是最终的胜利者;谁坚持到最后，谁才是真正的英雄，谁才能站在强者的高峰。

Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. In 1982, the China National Womens Volleyball Team won the gold medal again at the World Womens Volleyball Championships in Peru under the leadership of Yuan Weimin.

In August 1984, the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated successively the Japan National Team and the US National Team with 3 to 0, and won the gold medal again at the 23rd Olympic Games, which realized the "Triple Crown" dream at the world matches. The pride head coach of Japan National Team said, "Defeating China National Team is equal to block the Yangtze River. Both are impossible." The American coach said, "I hope our children will play basketball as well as the Chinese girls."

The elder players gradually retired after 1985. Then Lang Ping, the World No.1 Spiker at that time, was named the captain. She and her teammates went to Japan to join in the 4th World Cup, and won the title for the 4th time without losing any match.

Two years later, the China National Womens Volleyball Team came to the 14th World Womens Volleyball Team Championships. 这次开学，为期6天的军训虽说不长，但是我新生活的开端，为我的高中生活写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。通过负责任的教官，我更加深入地了解和敬佩这一群体，学会了严守纪律和团结一致等军营中特有的品质。

这一次的军训，给了我一个融入新集体的机会。无论是平时操练的一丝不苟，还是军歌比赛的齐心协力。我看到了K235这个新生集体无穷的战斗力和凝聚力。是那一片迷彩教会了我，要热爱自己的集体，为集体的荣誉而奋斗。

这一次的军训，给了我一个磨炼自身意志的机会。就拿站军姿来说吧，看似一个十分简单的动作，却需要全身多个部位去协调完成。时间长了，肌肉难免会疲劳。可是为了整个班级的整齐和协调，我们也不敢有丝毫懈怠。是那一片迷彩教会了我，如果不能改变困难，就要用自身意志去战胜困难。

这一次的军训，给了我一个培养集体荣誉感的军训中的队列动作，是需要整个集体一起来完成的。任何一个同学哪怕出现一丁点小小的差错都会影响到集体的和谐的美感。所以在平时的训练中，我们不仅要全力以赴把动作做到位，还要注重个人与整个牌面和集体的和谐。为了做到这一点，我们往往要将一个同样的动作反反复复做上几遍甚至十几遍。可是并没有一个同学为此叫苦叫累。是那一片迷彩教会了我，要以集体利益为重，把自己看做集体的一份子，永远在心中装着集体。

这一次的军训，给了我一个加强自身组织性的机会。众所周知，军队有着严明的纪律性。而这一点就被教官从军营里带来，充分体现在了这次军训中。在队列训练中，我们不能随意乱动，做任何一点小小的动作都要打报告，就连休息的方式都要经过批准。是那一片迷彩教会了我，一切行动听指挥。

正是那一片迷彩告诉了我，为什么军营里会涌现出一大批杰出人物，为什么中国人民解放军会被称为“最可爱的人”；为什么他们可以两次他白世界头号军队，成为一只战无不胜，攻无不克的“王者之师”！因为军人们都具有坚强、自信、忠诚、有胆识、敢承担责任的优秀品质；具有极强的荣誉感和强大的战斗力。如果我们可以把这些带到学习生活里去，没有什么困难是不可战胜的。

而今，军人已经成为当今时代优秀群体的代名词，军队的严格操练方法，严明的的纪律，军队的精神塑造，无一不是在传统教育环境下成长的我们最需要的东西。在组建一个新集体，开始一段新的学习生活之前先进行军训，或许可以培养我们的集体荣誉感，我们将以更饱满的热情珍惜学习机会，更端正的态度把握成长时机。
