上午的空气凉爽得像秋天,没有汗水的衣服跟军训这个字眼不太搭调。但说实话，闲坐在一旁的我也能感受到迷彩服下那一双双眼睛所透出的疲惫的神情。单调的步伐练了不下百次，但却没人退缩。接着又是半小时的站军姿，随着时间的推移，腿开始僵硬，手脚开始酸痛，但只能忍耐着，只有教官示意放松的时候才能舒展一下那紧张疲惫的四肢，这一切都看在我们旁人的眼里。作为后勤人员，我们无须参加队列训练，因此各中滋味并不能彻底体会，但我们知道军训真的很累很苦，不光从室友的抱怨声中可以明了，你们那汗水湿透的衣背更是有力的证据，我们帮不上什么忙，所以只能用微笑为你们鼓劲，用杯水为你们解暑。

下午天空又开始变的阴沉，蜻蜓低飞，果然不久以后天空就飘起了雨丝，雨丝渐渐演化成雨点。雨水混着汗水从发际流下，同学们依然忘我地训练，跨着整齐的步伐，这不免让在一旁躲雨的我们心生惭愧。此刻。平日里娇生惯养的同学们竟是如此的刚毅，如此可爱!雨中，迷彩与天际融成了一出绝美的画面!

今天是我大学军训的第一天，一大早，我满怀着期待参加了学校的2016级新生开学典礼和军训开训典礼。

我坐在台下的椅子上，听着台上学校领导和新生代表的讲话，让我更加明白了我大学应该想什么，应该做什么，不能平庸的过完自己的四年大学生活，自己得努力打拼下一番成就，才对得起自己的父母，自己的老师，自己的同学和朋友…也请大家相信我，我会不断努力，去完成自己的目标…

下午，真正的军训就开始了!这次学校请来的教官来自空军部队，而我们4班的教官叫邹跃瑞，是一个和我们差不多的年轻小伙。

我们编号队列，就开始练习站立军姿、稍息、左右转、下蹲、坐下、跨步等…这里我就特想说站军姿，要求三收三提，双脚并拢，眼睛直视前方稍微向上瞟，身体还得稍微向前倾斜，让重心大部分落在脚掌上，站一会下来全身都疼，特别是脚掌和小腿肌肉…不过还是坚持了下来!相信明天还会更辛苦…

晚上我们方队和其他几个方队在操场坐在一起，教官教了我们很多部队里面的歌曲，我们一边唱歌一边欢笑。这一天我过得很开心，不知道明天会不会更开心呢?

When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. (Writing here I can’t help laughing out loudly).

我们的教官年龄不大，肤色黝黑，眼睛似乎有一种敏锐的穿透力，嘴唇则一直都是微微泛白。他有一项特殊的任务，便是训练国旗护卫队这一个特殊的小团体。他不太善言辞，脸上的表情始终凝重而又严肃，他对我们的训练是比训练任何一个方块都要严格。

有一天早上，我们集合好等待教官的到来。可是不知为何，他一直都没出现，而是来了另一位教官。看不到那熟悉的身影，听不到那微哑的声音，也听不到那暖人的“呀二一”，我们的内心都空落落的。

过了一会儿，那熟悉的身影在后方打了个趔趄跑过来。那一刻，我们的心里像喝了冰镇饮料一样，感觉特别清爽、凉快。他的额头上、鼻子下面都闪着汗珠，在阳光下，显得特别耀眼、可爱。当那熟悉的“呀二一”再次响起，尤其是那声音中还带着微微喘息的颤音时，我们的步调更是格外得一致。

中午，他要教我们正步。他让前两列同学蹲下，但大家的动作有些松散，于是他又让他们重新起立，眉宇间皱成“人”字，反复训练，直到他满意为止。接着，他一边踢着正步，一边给我们讲解动作要领，嘴里还不时蹦出一两句“呀二一”。在踢正步时，他就像一个红色的机器人，胳膊和腿笔挺有力，脚尖与地面平行绷紧，那架势，在脚上放块砖头都不会掉下来。他的脚每次落下去，我们都会听到“咚”的一声，脚的周围立即绕起一圈灰尘，好似天使赐予的光环。

下午，整个训练场进行拉歌比赛。我们不需要去拉歌，只坐在一旁观看就可以了。一个总教官让我们放松一些，不用坐得那么直。我们看了一下教官，他用一种温和而又严肃的目光回敬了我们。我们知道，身体可以放松，但心理决不能放松。

热闹了一会儿以后，几个教官给我们表演了部队中的一些动作，其中一组就是我们教官和另外一个教官的表演。他喊着“呀二一”入场，我们听了感觉特别光荣和骄傲。但表演完之后，我们发现教官的左脸颊上多了一处瓶盖大小的鲜红色。我们立刻明白了，没有多问，但眼神却透露出了担心。他会意地微微一笑，露出两颗尖尖的小虎牙。

放学了，他又用熟悉的“呀二一”将我们带回。

高一的生活已经过去了一个月了，时间不知不觉的流逝。迎来的是高一新生的军训。其实我还蛮期待这次的军训的。但是想法毕竟与事实正好相反。我怀着激动的心情跟随着老师和同学一起坐上了前往军训基地的路上。望着车窗外的的风景，使整个人有一种幸福的感觉。差不多半个小时的时间我们到达了目的地。但看见的事实实在是令我很吃惊，那里的条件很差，这不禁让我的心情从遥远的高空一下子跌进了谷底。我们缓缓的进入了军训的基地，找出各自的寝室放下自己的内物慌慌张张的跑入了操场。听着教官的指示让我觉得自己是一个军人。

??其实我没去军训之前都基本上猜到了生活会很苦但是还是有很多的人都坚持了下来。星期天9点40集合散了之后，我可能带有一点的好奇与兴奋晚上总是睡不着。结果到了第2天我开始有一点后悔了为什么没有把精神养好一点呢!站军姿的时候整个仿佛变成了树跟进紧紧的扎在了地下。第2天第3天也是依然如此。今天是第4天也正如往常一样的过着，早晨依旧的那么的匆忙，不过到了中午还是稍微的轻松了一下，大概休息了20分钟吧!我们拿好饭盒之后就马上跑到操场去集合了。我发誓我一辈子都会记得那首《团结就是力量》唱那首歌的时候实在是太痛苦了，主要是我们要用尽全身的力气去吼，那的场面实在是壮观。还有一个问题，每当我们拿着饭盒站在操场上时，唱着我最讨厌的歌看着我们那“美丽的教官”我就会觉得世界是多么得“美好”。随后我们拿着饭盒进入食堂更恐怖的是我又要吃到那令我想吐的饭。之后，我拿着沉重的饭盒进入了座位，像树一样的扎在了板凳的旁边，一步也不敢动，生怕引来了教官。

??一天的训练真是辛苦，早晚吃不饱，晚上还要买东西吃以至于我早上起来有一点昏沉沉的，不过我还是有一点欣慰，这次的军训给了我很大的教育，也让我得到了很多友情。

??我们大家循规蹈矩地拿着板凳坐在自己的位子上，看着我们高一的同学，精心准备的结业典礼，我突然有点舍不得，我听着他们唱的歌，心里突然有一些落寞，毕竟在这里生活了五天，始终有一些感情。突然想到我们班上有一个叫张德伟的同学要唱一首《简单爱》，心情就有所回升，因为我们班上有一位同学去参加联欢会，也算是为我们挣了光，他唱到高潮的时候，带动了全场的气氛，当然，我也拿着“花”上去送给了他。那天晚上很快就过。不过我觉得自己过得很开心

??要到别离时才会珍惜。是的5天的军训过完了，虽然说这里的环境很差，但习惯了之后就没有抱怨了。我还是挺舍不得的。毕竟在这里生活了一段时间，什么都习惯了。我从这次的军训中学会了很多的事和物比如说吃苦。从小娇生惯养的我，吃苦对我来说还没有这个概念。虽然刚进入初中的时候军训了一次，那也是非常难忘的。但远远比不过这次的那种真实性。我还是很感谢那里的教官，是他让我懂得了许多的道理。我想我已经长大了，懂得如何面对吃苦，懂得如何去爱与被爱。懂得如何做人的道理。

??在离开的那天我们班的到了优秀连队的称号，这让我觉得这几天的辛苦没有白费。

??这次的经历让我终身难忘。

Colorful college life Being in the college can be regarded as the best time of the life for the young. The campus life is enjoyable, precious, and alsocolorful. This is a time for a student to his or her ideas about life in general. Attending classes provide him or her precious knowledge, adding to his or her knowledge base.

Library is also a good place for students to study in where you can receive more information. Studying in college is a brand new start of our life. One can continue to study hard for the better scores.

In your spare time, you could play basketball, football and so on. Doing sports is very interesting and good for your health. If you want to show your talents and skills you can join in all kinds of activities.

In fact, you can do anything which you are interested in. Therefore, a student in college should fully use the time in college,making his or her life much more colorful.First of all, owing to the lack of connection with the society,wed better have some activities to get into touch with the different society.

In a word, college life is enjoyable, precious and alsocolorful.

军训的日子就把自己当部队的军人看待了，在这里有中命令是绝对的服从，在这里有种纪律叫：绝对严明。虽然条条框框，却把人训练的堂堂正正，犹如中国的汉字，横平竖直，坦荡有力，在这里没有个人的魅力，只有团结的力量，在这里没有婉转的歌喉，却有高歌荡气的回肠。

军训的日子虽苦，却像咖啡一样可以品尝出浓浓的滋味。我原先认为不行的，它却考验了我并告诉我要坚持到底，胜利终将属于有信念的人。每天的军姿站立，我知觉的时间已不在是时间，纵然两腿发酸却换得一身挺直。每次的坚持到底都会让我超越自己的感受。有过斜风细雨的洗淋却没有潮湿我火红的心，有过炎炎夏日的直射，却没有像晒黑皮肤一样，晒着我的执著。如果没有这种训练，我都不止到片刻的休息都会成为一种施舍，与平时休闲时间相比，那叫做真正的奢侈。

军姿展现的是军人的风采，也展现出的义愤从容之美，坚定之心，硬骨傲苍穹，笑傲风霜雪，你会觉得有股浩然正气贯长虹。如果青春是精品，那么军姿就是美丽。

也是军训让我体会到了军人的感受，当身边响起说句心里话时，我的眼中蓄满了泪水，我想当兵的人多少个日日夜夜听到这首歌也会黯然落泪吧。他们放弃了家的温暖，亲人的怀抱。这不能不说是伟大的业绩，他们是和祖国的星星一起，熠熠闪耀在我们上空的云层之上。我已经没有理由抱怨生活的枯燥与乏味。每天要过得充实有意义，有益于别人，有益于自己。因为有这样一个群体肩负着比我重十万倍的责任。因为有种生活比我艰苦十万倍。我也应该以军人的姿态展现在诗人面前。

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我生命的最底层。

军训是同学们企盼已久的事，这一天终于到来了。你们在烈日下每天训练6个小时，脸晒黑了，汗流浃背，但你们感到非常快乐。训练时，排长对你们要求很严。过后对你们非常友好。经过训练你们学到了许多东西。

在军训的日子里(During the Days of Military Training)

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

蔚蓝的天，落着细细的雨丝，蒙蒙的水雾相间，一抹抹绿色的纱影，坚定地站立着。

才是朦胧的双眼，才是稚嫩的面颊， 才是瘦弱的身体，却甘愿迎接这生命不能承受之轻。

我们是9连6排的学员。

在正式军训之前，我们听到了各种各样对于军训的可怕的谣言，把我们(www.lz13.cn)吓得不行。我们也曾经抱怨过，“时运不济，命运多舛”， 刚经历过脑细胞的大量死亡(考试)，又要开始肉体折磨。但当我们穿上那一身绿，霎时，荣誉感和责任感就像那鲜红的肩章，神圣的印在我们心里。为了这一身绿，不管环境多么恶劣，军训多苦，我们都会选择坚持。

教官对我们是严格的，他不断纠正我们细节上的错误。比如说他会时刻提醒我们立正的时候要把中指紧贴裤缝，要抬头平视前方。这样才能体现一个军人的真正的灵魂。

同时，教官对我们又是关心的。他会时刻注意我们的神情，如果有同学脸色不好，教官便马上命力她休息。

这个穿着浅绿色军装的人，使我们对这绿，又有了更深刻的认识。

多么美丽圣洁的绿啊!如果可以，多想永远和你在一起!

从今天开始，我校07级的同学们将展开为期十天的军训，在这不同寻常的十天里，我们华东师大广播台将围绕同学们的军训生活，制作和播出一系列军训特别节目，陪伴大家一同走过这必将另我们终身难忘的十天。

众所周知，军训是大学生活中一项十分重要的活动，是每个大学生都必须经历的。其实，说到军训，同学们想必都不陌生。初中、高中入学时，学校都会组织新生参加军训。现在回想起来，当时的点点滴滴都还历历在目。那些可爱的人，那些有趣的事，当时的辛苦与欢乐。都依然生动而清晰，一切都仿佛就发生在昨天似的。

然而，眼前的大学军训对于我们，却又都是完全陌生的。面对这未知的挑战，不知同学们此刻的心情如何呢?是对即将来临的艰苦训练怀有一点小小的恐惧，还是在忐忑不安中又跃跃欲试?我想，更可能是两者都有吧。

纹丝不动地挺直身子，站在空旷的操场上接受炎炎烈日的暴晒，间或伴着魔鬼教官的口令，重复枯燥乏味的立正、齐步走、跑步立定等动作，想必这就是大多数同学对于军训的印象吧，坦白说，这些内容的确是无趣并且折磨人的。也正是因为这样，有些同学就会在心底产生对军训的不理解甚至抵触的情绪。

想来也是，这仅仅十天的军训对个人的成长能产生多大的帮助呢?高温酷暑中的短期高强度训练对青年的身体健康是利大还是弊大呢?简单得不能再简单的队列操练，对于祖国的国防建设，又能起到多大的实际作用呢?

既然存有那么多的疑问，我们为何还必须接受军训，军训的意义又究竟何在呢?

大学生军训的重要意义，首先在于它是履行法规的一种形式。

大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，是法定的公民义务。我国现行的《中华人民共和国兵役法》第43条规定：“高等院校的学生在就学期间，必须接受军事训练”。我国新颁布的《中华人民共和国国防教育法》第15条规定：“高等学校，高级中学和相当于高级中学的学校应当将课堂教学与军事训练相结合，对学生进行国防教育。” 这些规定从法律的高度明确了高等学校学生在就读期间接受军事训练，学习军事科学知识的责任和义务。国家兴亡，匹夫有责，自觉接受军事训练，努力学好军事科学知识，正是青年学生履行保卫祖国的神圣义务的具体行动。大学生应自觉地承担起这一光荣的职责。

大学生军训也是培养人才素质的重要措施。

当代大学生，尤其是独生子女、来自大城市的同学，或多或少都有诸如：以自我为中心，缺乏吃苦耐劳的意志品质等这样那样的缺点与不足，而这不仅妨碍了个人的成才，也不利于社会的发展。通过军事训练，着重提高学生的思想政治觉悟，激发爱国热情，发扬革命英雄主义和集体主义精神，增强国防观念和组织性、纪律性。掌握基本的军事知识和技能，为造就社会主义四化建设所需的各类人才，为把学生培养成为有理想有道德有纪律的社会主义新人打好基础。

军训的重要意义还在于它是加强国防建设的需要。国防观念是一个国家现代文明的标志之一。它不仅是保卫国家利益的思想基础，而且是增强民族向心力、凝聚力的强大精神力量。大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，有利于提高全民国防意识，振奋民族精神，也有利于加强国防后备力量建设。大学生是我国人口文化构成中，科学文化素质较高的群体，抓好大学生军事教育与训练有利于国家重点储备一大批既掌握一定的军事科学理论和军事技能，又精通现代科学技术知识的专业人才和后备军官队伍。这对于国家在未来高技术战争中夺取反侵略战争的胜利，有着特殊重要的意义。

可见，为期十天的军训虽然短暂，但意义却是不小。在了解了军训对于个人乃至国家的重要意义后，你是否对我们面临的军训有了新的认识呢?那就让我们从现在开始就满怀信心，咬紧牙关，整装待发，开始新的征程吧!

大学给了我们又一个新的生活，而我也一直憧憬着大学生活，幻想着大学的美好，而大学生活中首先要经过这一点站——军训。

军训对于我来说，并不陌生，顾名思义，就是以军人的标准要训练我们，而在我心中，一直觉着：一个人如果没有经历过军人的生活，将会是一生中的遣憾。

军训的日子是苦的，是累的，而在我们的军训中掺杂也有怨，有愤，百味杂味，而我们也必须努力的配合教官，以一个军人的姿态严格的要求自己。

军训中有苦，有累，每次军训下课后，整个人就像一个泄了气的身子，也要将腰杆挺得直直的，而每当我们踢正步的时候，做到力度与速度并存时，使劲的跺脚，那些不甘落寞的尘土，总会兴奋的飞向空中，飞向我们的眼里。嘴里，鼻子里，而身为一个军人，首先，要做到的三条就是：第一，服从。第二，服从。第三还是服从。所以我们只有让那些家伙恣意的飞入我们的身体中，呛得我们流出眼泪，因为军令是一个军人的第二生命。

军训中有涩，军训过程中总感觉到一天我们吃的灰尘比我们吃的饭还要多，衣服上，身上的灰尘特别多，整个人就像个灰人一样。仿佛就是那非洲士兵。

而每当我们大家在一起做一个动作时，做得不怎么整齐时，教官就会很生气的罚我们，让我们做正步定位，保持蹲姿几十分钟，等等。而教官每次总会罚我们好几十分钟，到最后腿麻得没有知觉，手僵得不能动时，才让我们起来，虽然明知道教官一切都是为了我们的，但我们在心里还会偷偷的诅咒教官不近人情，多半的学生对教官敢想不敢言。

其实在大部分人的心中，有着对教官的怨与不满，因为在军训以后的七天，我们是按各系分在一起，然后由别的教官来挑，出学习不同的内容，看着别的女生，男生们都在学习匍伏，练擒敌拳时，而我们只能练起步，走正步，那时我们的心里总是载着无尽的不满，认为那太不公平，而他们的借口就是你没有那个能力可是不试试又怎么会知道呢!看着别人练着特别有兴趣的。而我们的是那样的枯燥，我们就越来越没心思去练习那些我们更不感举的。

很长的一段时间，我们在火辣的骄阳下军训，当下课的哨声响起时，每个人都像背了一块石头似的，疲劳不堪，就像是一棵棵被霜打过的茄子，这时教官就会过来做一些活动来活跃气氛，让我们这些无精打采的人重新恢复朝气。 。

尽管军训很累，很苦，但我们还是一步一个脚印的坚持过来了，军训并不意味痛苦，累，而意味坚持，信念与意志，军训不但让我们的身体更加的结实，强壮，而且还锻炼了我们的意志，增强了我们的自信心，体验军训生活让我们对自己的要求更加严格了，做事也更加谨慎。

军训固然很辛苦，它就像攀登高峰，“苦”是那路上的荆棘，但我相信，胜利之间永远会为我们敞开它宽广的怀抱的。

当进行曲一遍又一遍的回放在校园里时，我们抬起头，平视前方，踏着步子……

我相信，“坚持”就是我们军训的主旋律。坚持终究会到达胜利的彼岸。

经历了多少风雨的折磨;体验了多少紧张的时刻;承担了多少困难的考验。我们终于迈进了大学的门槛。本以为大学之路是轻松的;本以为大学之路是渺茫的;本以为大学之路是自由的。但是，自从上了军训这一课，才让我深深地明白，原来那些都只是幻想。按照学校的惯例，每年新生开学都必须参加长达半个月的，这也标志着大学生活开始了!自从军训的第一天开始，学校的每个角落都留下了无数脚印的装饰;无数汗水的浇灌;无数身影的痕迹。这无数的脚印、汗水、身影也正是苦和累的表现。

在军训期间，发生了许许多多感人的故事。这些感人的举动也都表现出了一颗颗坚定的心;一份份坚强的勇气;一种种值人学习的精神。在大学中、社会上也正需要有这样的心、这样的勇气、这样的精神，也才能顶天立地。否则，你就像一只蚂蚁，轻而易举地被踩死，被整个世界所淘汰。没有规矩，不成方圆。这也正是军训中，我们所明白的。如果一个人在生活中放放荡荡的地，那么这个人将被称为疯子;如果一个家庭在生活中争吵不息，那么他很快四分五裂;如果一个国家总产生内战，那么最后只能走进灭亡这一恶门。因此，我也深深地懂得了只有团结、友爱、奋斗、坚强才能在这个世界上生存。

在军训中虽然有无数艰苦的考验，但是跟教官们相比，我们这种训练就像一根毫毛轻而易举。因此，再苦再累也应该坚强，要永远相信阳光总在风雨后这句话，这也是为今后的生活奠定了一个坚实的基础。

路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。今后的路还长着，需要寻求的东西也还很多。因此，我们要永远记住军训所教给我们的每一个道理，放飞心中这只青春的小鸟，去寻找自己真正的一片蓝天，去挑战更多扑面而来的考验，能在社会中好好的生存下来!
