今年，我们离开初中，来到了高中。正式进入了高中的殿堂。

来到学校第一课就是军训了，我们大家都期待着军训的带来。

终于随着老师宣布，我们迎来了期待已久的军训。同学们听到这个消息都激动的欢呼起来，真是其声可“惊天地，泣鬼神”。我惊喜地上跳下跳，欢喜地等待着军训的到来，真的!回到家终日惦念着军训，晚上在床上翻去翻来，脑子里都想着军训。结果第二天，由于我晚上睡得晚。我早上都爬不起来，终于还是艰难的爬来了……

早上首先我们大众新生聚在一起，听着校方代表、部队代表还有学生代表发言，随着他们的发言结束。我们的军训正式开始了，我们被分成了十几个班，每个班有一个教官来指导。这时一个中等个子的肩上有一“杠”的教官来到我们的队伍前，他首先作了简短的个人介绍，然后就开始教我们怎么样排队。经过教官的指导，不到两分钟，我们那歪歪斜斜的队伍就如同脱胎换骨一样变成了一个气势磅礴的方队。

我们排好方队之后，第一个就是学习站军姿，老天就像故意于我们为难一般，昨天还是阴雨漫步的。而今天却是烈阳高照!我们大家站在烈阳下，保持着军姿。教官就在一旁指导着我们。教官说，军队里的军姿。是双脚叉开60度，两腿紧闭不留缝，双手绷直，大拇指放在食指的第二关节处，食指与裤脚线缝并起，双手自然弯曲，抬头挺胸收腹。听着教官的话，同学们都按照这教官的话保持着军姿，在烈阳下，那站立的身影是我们成长的倒影。

随着几天的军姿，我们的军姿已经基本合格。下一步，我们又要接受新的挑战了。教官开始教我们走齐步与跑步。我们在操场上随着教官的口号，一步一步的走着。“一二一……”教官那洪亮的声音在操场上飘荡。

齐步和跑步我们也基本学会了，接下来是最困难的正步了，原本我们以为正步很简单，可是到教官教我们时，我们才知道哪有多难。每次踏步，踢腿的那只腿要立地三公分，另一只腿要笔直站立。立地要有声，踢腿要迅速。所以，我们有艰难的开始了正步的联系。每一次正步踏完，我们脚都站不稳了，鞋底都磨平了。

终于30天的军训终于结束，我们大家幸苦的三十天军训，结束时竟然有些依依不舍。军训结束了大家都坚持的熬下来了，没有一个人放弃。刚开始我们都以为我们是坚持不下来的。但是我们大家都坚持下来了。这次军训十分有意义，因为它使我们成长。

为期五天的军训生活，结束了。

尽管在过程中，有许多苦和累，有许多抱怨和不满，但，所幸，我们都坚持过来了，完成了这次蜕变。我们变黑了，变瘦了，心也变的更强大了，更坚毅了，更成熟了。军训刚开始的不适应已经消失，习惯真是强大，我已经习惯了这种豪爽快意的生活，可以大口喝水，可以快步奔跑，我习惯了风雨和炎日。

这五天，是我高中三年的开端，是我拼搏的开始。真庆幸，我坚持下来了，真庆幸，我做到了。不曾说放弃，不曾去逃避，在这个九月，又一次完成了青春的蜕变。苦难、阻碍、困境，一切阻挡我前行的障碍，我都会闯过去。

我会吃苦，我会认真，我会坚持，我能成功。

军训最累的是齐步走。是的，不是站军姿，不是跑步走。如果说，站军姿最考验人的毅力，那么齐步走最考验团队的默契。因为不是第一次军训，所以站军姿对我来说并不难，但，新的班级，团队之间的默契还没培养起来，每一次齐步走，排面是最大的问题。教官很无奈，我们一遍一遍练习。原地不动摆臂，一令一动，为了看起排面，我们长时间举着一只手臂，我的胳膊每次都会颤抖，手臂酸的像是不是自己的一样。多想放弃啊，只要一声报告，我就能放下手臂，就能活动一下。可，用余光看周围的同学，他们的脸上也写满痛苦，他们也和我一样在咬牙坚持，没有谁，向摆臂认输。我用牙齿咬了咬下嘴唇，痛觉呼唤回我徘徊不定的意志，帮我暂时夺得了手臂的指挥权。烈日下，有那么一群少年，他们绝不认输。“2”教官的声音是那么动听、悦耳，仿佛将我从天边拉了回来。汗水未断，但心境已变。

在军训生活里，拉歌是我们最主要的娱乐方式，通常在这时，愉快的笑声满天飞。“xx连，来一个。”“叫我唱，我就唱，我的面子往哪放。”这样来回的喊话从双方阵容里不断对决。军营里的歌，可以不在乎跑调，不在乎技巧，只有能张大嘴吼，那就行了。这样痛快的唱歌方式在音乐课是完全不能实现的。

教官们也很苦，最后的会操表演彩排时，教官的声音已经沙哑了，但是教官依旧坚定的喊着“一二一，一二一”。尽管训练时他们是不苟言笑，严肃严厉的，往往注重纪律，精益求精，像是长辈一样训斥着我们;但在休息时，教官也可以是羞涩亲切的，这时候的教官更像是比我们大几岁的哥哥一样，使人感到轻松舒适。

这五天，我们像是坐在马背上，每一刻都战战兢兢，心里的弦绷得紧紧的，但当下马时，我们才发现我们已经走了那么远，也已经无法再回到马背上去体验。

这次军训带给我们的是一场关于青春的历练，是一次关于毅力的考验，相信我们在这次军训后，会更加坚定心中的梦想，会变得更努力，更自信，更认真，更开朗。

在大学，不会再有老师苦口婆心的教诲和防腐不知疲倦的讲解;不会有每天做不完的习题和试卷;也不会天天为了分数、名次而焦急、苦恼……在体验大学生活的这一个月中，有这样一件事让我印象比较深刻：在大学的第一堂课上，有两个女生迟到了几分钟，按照以前的习惯打报告进教室。但后来老师说：“在大学中，如果你上课迟到或者有事想要早退的话，你不用打报告，只需悄悄地从后门出入，不要影响大家就好……”在这以后，我也遇到过其他在高中甚至想都不敢想的事情。比如可以随时出入宿舍和校门，因需要完成某事要逃课等。

所以，我总结出：大学，是一个完全靠自觉的过程。如果高中的我们还是一只雏鸟，那么大学的我们可以说已经长大，远离了父母的庇护，远离了老师的督促，剩下的只有自己做自己的主人。

所以，现在的我们要自己管好自己，自己规划自己美好的大学生活，并自己保证今后能够笑着谈起自己的大学生活。

大学的第二个特点就是有更多的时间和空间，大学中绝不会有从早上5点出宿舍上课直到晚上10点才回去休息的情况;也不会因为喜欢看《红楼梦》但怕被老师发现而东躲西藏的事情，更重要的是，在大学里有各种各样的活动等着你去参加和体验，而这些在高中都被视为纯属浪费时间的事情。其实，从这些事情中我们也能学到许多知识——课本里并没有的知识，学到许多经验或是教训，学到大学的丰富多彩……

所以，我认为，比知识更重要的是能力，而能力地培养需要一个过程，大学则是这样一个很好的过程。

开始军训了，我是一团三营十五连中的一员!起初因为开动员大会和一些杂七杂八的事项，我们训练量都很小，而且我们连队的教官是大家公认最好的(就是不凶啦)!不会像隔壁十六连那教官一样一直刁难他们~室友都说好幸运!当大家都在嚷嚷太轻松时，我们开始分方块!按男女，身高分，我和室友一起被分到第六方块，全是女生，身高167cm以下~我们看到两个教官时有种想要撞墙的冲动，两位都姓张，张飞的张!一位就是原十六连的教官!之后两位教官也用行动向我们诠释了张氏一族的的虎威!

无论我们做什么，教官要求严格，一方面是我们这个方队纪律性差，一方面是我们还比别人差。当练踏步时，我们一直踏步踏到脚酸，当动作分解时，我们一直抬臂抬到手软!每个动作教官都要求我们做很多遍，有些人身体平衡能力差，接受能力差，有时稍稍分神，就会被教官狠狠训一顿，而经常的，教官是训我们整个方块全部人，只因为我们是一个集体，我们个人代表的是整个集体!

军训最快乐的时候莫过于被教官表扬时!我们付出汗水，我们坚持训练，即使被训了千百遍，只要我们有进步，我们被认可，那一切努力都是有用的!我们也要向所有教官所有军人致敬!他们不怕苦不怕累，负责任的态度和勇于奉献的精神值得我们学习!

最轻松最激动人心的是大家坐在一起拉歌~不同连，营，或团，用歌声，掌声，动作之类互相”攻击”，教官教的那些语言诙谐，每每让同学们都大笑不止，歌声嘹亮，畅怀大笑~那时的我们真正感受到了集体的力量，也明白团结这个词的含义!

军训期间，从每天的早操，站军姿，左右转体，方阵练习等中，无不在考验我们的意志力，忍耐力!无论风吹雨打，再苦再累，我们也要坚持!在这种集体训练中，我确实感受到了团队中强大的凝聚力，一支好的团队，一个好的集体，都是靠每个成员的努力，如果有人唱反调，没有了共同努力为前提，其他人的一切都是白费!之前大家辛苦付出都付诸东流。所以每个大学生都必须培养责任感：社会责任感，集体责任感，家庭责任感，等等，我们在属于哪，就必须为哪里的发展而努力奋斗!

人生随时间长河缓慢流淌，我也终于踏进了梦寐以求的大学殿堂，迎来了我大学生活的第一个挑战----军训。

今天是军训的第一天，也是颇有感慨的一天。

随着教官响亮的号角声，做着稍息、立正、跨立等一个个动作，一个熟悉感油然而生，回想以前军训的点点滴滴，突然意识到这次军训也是我人生中的最后一次军训了。

耳畔回响着那一声声整齐而又响亮的口号声，我想那“金戈铁马，气吞万里如虎”也不过如此吧，教官那英姿飒爽的身影映衬在我的眼帘中，不禁联想到那守卫边疆的战士，在风雪中屹立不倒的身影，谁都说解放军是最可爱的人，确实如此。

我这一生注定是不能成为士兵守卫我国边疆了，但我仍有一腔热血，我会用尽我的所学为祖国贡献我那绵薄之力，所以，这次军训对我乃至所有大一新生而言，意义深远，我会好好利用次这次军训，品尝其中的坚定不移，威武不屈，我会让这次军训成为我前进道路上最为坚固的踏脚石。

3月29日，我们学校组织五年级学生去珠海实践基地军训。

第一天，我们参观了孙中山故居，回到基地玩了有趣的游戏。晚饭过后，我们举行了精彩的团辅晚会。

第二天上午，我们去体验真正的军训。一听说那里没有洗手间，也不能装水，我的心就开始往上跳——不能上厕所，又不能装水，那不明摆着军训时不能休息吗?

来到操场，只见一座楼房上嵌者八个大字：“严格要求，严格训练”。我心想：那位军官对我们的要求一定十分严格。我们将面临着一次严酷的训练。

果真如此!这位军官板着脸，说话的声音也十分洪亮。如果谁不听他的指令，就大声地批评对方，眉头就紧皱着。

无情的阳光射在我们的身上，大家一个个都汗流浃背。那时正在站军姿，我们连动都不敢动，生怕被军官处罚。这时，何展鸿动来动去，被军官发现了，于是就“光荣地”做了“大都督”。军官伸出手，指着何展鸿，怒吼道：“你，出来!”

何展鸿只好站出列。

“趴下!”军官喊。

何展鸿一脸疑惑地看着军官。

“趴下!”军官喊，“难道你不会做俯卧撑吗?!”

何展鸿只好趴下了。

我的热汗全都变作冷汗出了。

不一会儿，雨淅淅沥沥地下了起来。我心暗喜：这下应该可以休息了吧!可是军官没有丝毫反应，仍旧时不时纠正同学的姿势。我把眼斜了过去，吴文忻的脸都涨红了，手臂也在微微颤抖着。这个时候，有几个同学觉得不舒服了，就去休息了。

过了好一阵子，雨愈下愈大，有些同学甚至都哭出了声，但都被军官喝住了。

又煎熬了一阵子，军官让我们齐步走，进去遮雨处休息。大家终于松了一口气，议论纷纷。几分钟后，军官叫了声“起立!”，大家都“嗖”的一声站了起来。军官把我们带到了一处空旷地，，让我们右脚往后一点，脚尖点地，蹲了下来，膝盖不能碰地，双手放在双膝上。大约过了三十多分钟，我的双腿和双手都不停地颤抖着。好不容易可以休息了，我一躺，便躺在了地上。

最后，我们还得盘腿坐，双手放在双膝上，挺直腰。有几位同学的动作不到位，就趴着。

难熬的两个小时过去了，训练终于结束了。下午，我们回到了广州。

严格要求，严格训练。是啊，只有严格对待自己，才会成功。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，军训的时光一眨眼过去了，可是它却深深地烙在我的脑海里。

那一次，是我人生中第一次军训。虽然只有短短的三天，但却使我难以忘怀，点点滴滴仍历历在目。军训的第一天，教官教导我们要“站如松，坐如钟”，守纪律，听指挥。我暗下决心，要做一个“像样”的军人。可后面的训练却让我明白：“像样”的军人真没那么容易做到。

军训中，最令我受教育的是部队的纪律。教官在教会我们“稍息”，“立正”等简单军姿后，就开饭了。教官先让每一列的小值班去打饭，我看到小值班去打饭了，不免感到肚子在“咕咕”叫。可是，教官却说哪一列站的好，哪一列吃饭。大家只好勉强打起精神，不断地对齐、调整、改正军姿。教官说：“军人是两小时保持站立，五小时不倒。”我已经饥肠辘辘了，心里充满愤怒、烦躁与沮丧。终于，可以去食堂了。当我拿起筷子，正准备大快朵颐时，教官的脚倒先朝屁股飞来，还要唱《战友之歌》呢！没想到平常触手可及的饭菜却变得近在咫尺，远在天涯了！为了填饱肚子，只有再坚持一下了。“战友，战友，亲如兄弟……”嘹亮的歌声在食堂回荡着。当教官下令“开饭”时，同学们立即变成一匹匹饿狼，用筷子贪婪地夹着菜，风卷残云般狼吞虎咽。一眨眼，一盘盘平常的饭菜却像美味佳肴般沦为残羹冷炙。看来，当一名真正的军人真要有钢铁般的意志啊！我也深深体验到了，这种意志是我学习和生活中多么缺少和需要培养的啊！

当然，最难忘的还是严格的训练。教官先是教我们格斗。只见教练将双腿一前一后叉开来，然后将左手向前弯曲120度，右手向后弯曲至下巴的右下方，大喊一声“准备格斗”！我们也学着教官的样子，大喊一声“哈”。接下来，教练把左拳打出去又缩回原样，同时大喊一声“哒”！在毒辣的阳光和教官冷峻的目光下，我们左一拳，右一拳，伸出去、收回来、蹲下、站起来……一遍遍操练着。我的衣服湿了，口也渴了，头昏脑胀，四肢乏力。一秒，两秒，三秒……一粒粒汗珠从脸上滑下去，又流下来，而时间却如同一只蜗牛般慢慢向前蠕动，身上仿佛有千万只蚂蚁在爬，但教官依然不动声色。我反复对自己说：“坚持一下，再坚持一下，一定要坚持住！”终于学会了左支拳、右支拳、左钩拳等格斗方式。我感到自己在用一举一动“读”保尔·柯察金、“读”海伦·凯勒、“读”贝多芬……我真实体会到了坚持就是胜利的快乐！

1、信头(heading)

信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

其中日期的写法，如1997年7月30日，英文为：july 30，1997(最为普遍);july 30th，1997;30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。

2、信内地址(inside address)

其中在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：

3、称呼(salutation)

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号(英国式)，也可以用冒号(美国式)。

(1)写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名(这里指名字，不是姓氏)。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。

(2)写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman(gentlemen)。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。

(3)写给收信人的信，也可用头衔、职位、职称、学位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如：dear prof. tim scales, dear dr.john smith。

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

我们有时可看到在称呼与正文之间有re：或subject：(事由)字样。一般在信纸的中间，也可与“称呼”对齐。还应在底下加横线，以引起读信人的注意，使收信人便于在读信之前就可了解信中的主要内容。事由一般在公务信函中使用，也可以省略。

20XX年9月26日六点十五，我们正常出操进训练，在那帅气的军体拳打的整齐划一时，突然传来一声尖叫，有位同学晕倒，并且全身抽搐。同学们迅速冲了过去，在教官带领下，对她采取急救。我们一边握住她的手，一边用暖心的话语鼓励她，瞬间在她身边围成一个圈，每个人的神色都是紧张又心疼的。可能就是因为这神奇的力量，她很快恢复过来，并用浅浅一笑告诉大家她好多了，不需要大家那么紧张了。

当我们做完操，当我们见到我们教官的时候，我大吃一惊。难道我就要和这比我妈还凶的女教官度过这漫长的五天吗!

女教官一来就给了我们一个下马威，说在基地必须服从，即使你知道那是错的。然后下楼之后她给我们讲了军姿，坐姿是怎么样的。一共做了二十分钟左右，我们的手脚都麻了。

来到基地之后就差不多吃饭了，我们再来讲一下午饭。这里的午饭比我们想象中的好多了，三菜一汤。

然后下午，是训练早上学的军姿和坐姿。我三生有幸，被教官派去打水。说道打水，我们也来说一下水壶。这水壶的确是烂的。而且，有时不漏水，有时漏很多水。教官看到李鹂歌不舒服，叫我给她去打半壶热水。所以我就可以有一会不用站着了，可以活动活动了，伸展一下筋骨了。

在下午我们还分了寝室。我们前面的人比较乖，所以，就和其他班的学生一个寝室。不过也好，才三个人。我和李鹂歌，张同欣，邱霖，张佳妮同一个寝室。我和张同欣一起，是两个小床拼在一起的，一人一个。邱霖和李鹂歌一起，张佳妮只有一个人。张佳妮使我们寝室的寝室长晚上，我们冲好凉，我是和黄佳钰一起冲的，因为“房源”有限。

晚上我一下子就睡着了，但在第二天早上，我很早就醒了，我是在4点醒的。我把张同欣叫起来，我们开始小声谈话。我们聊了一些家里的事，然后决定以后我们还是聊天，在午睡时也可以。当我往窗外望的时候，我看到了一个格外明亮的月亮，在山区里的月亮就是亮。一轮皎洁的月光，洒在我和张同欣的身上。

大学的军训为我们的宿友情开了个好头。
