此外，今天还添加了许多娱乐活动，比如：和六连的拉歌，还有才艺表演大家都很开心。后来整队带回的时候感觉脚掌钻心的疼，训练的时候没有察觉，一放松下来疼痛便如潮水般袭来。虽然一天的训练比较辛苦，但还是很开心，不仅学到了很多东西，更锻炼了自己的意志，收获颇多。

军训已经进入第三天，虽然三天听起来很短，但对于我们整个大一新生来说却漫长得很充实。每天被晨练长跑、练军姿包围着。

黎明，刺耳的铃声让我们这些正遨游在梦境的孩子们回到残酷的现实生活，拖着极其不情愿的身子，努力离开了温暖的被窝。因为我们要军训！凌乱而急促的脚步声表现出我们匆忙的身影。此起彼伏的口号声回荡在操场，盘旋在空中。教官嘹亮而富有独特军营味道的口令声，只会这我们前进。而我们却拖着经过早操训练后早已疲惫不堪的身体，慢慢地，缓缓地。走向食堂，看见食物的我们犹如疯狂的饿狼一样。

今天我们全校三年级都要去黄埔军校军训。上了大巴后，我迫不及待地想会做什么活动，我一边想一边看看风景。

到了目的地后，教官给我们戴上了军帽。教官教我们怎么站军姿。要双手贴紧大腿，两腿六十度张开。头抬高，腰挺直，肩膀往后张。教官严厉地告诉我们：“军姿站5分钟，只许眼睛动，其他地方不许动。谁动了，每个人要陪他做30个上下起立。”后来，在站军姿过程中，因为有三个同学动了，所以我们全班被罚做上下起立。我心想：“这就当作是锻炼身体吧！”做完后，我们气喘吁吁。接着教官还教了我们向后转、向右看齐、稍息等动作，我们每一个人都练得满头大汗，小脸被太阳晒的红扑扑，好像红苹果一样。训练完后，我们还参与了升国旗仪式。我们一边唱着国歌，一边对缓缓上升的国旗敬礼，整个场面是庄严的，神圣的。

好久都没有上网了!刚刚升入大学的我刚刚军训完!上了几天课!趁着心里那还刻骨铭心的军训感受还没有入到骨头里!先在网上对朋友们发表一下自己的感慨吧!

我们的教官是我们学校请的教官中最狠的一个!其实也不是狠，而是对我们的要求十分十分的严格!让一个作为新生的我们在开始的几天中很是受不了之中我们自认为是变态的魔鬼军训!第一天我们都在按照军训的正常程序在站军姿。可是我们的站立时间却与一个其他新生所站立的时间大大不同!别的方队都是站了半个多小时就坐下休息一会!可是我们则不然!我门在开始军训的第一天下午就站了3个小时!中途只是休息了不到十分钟!勉强就算十分钟吧!而且!这十分钟里的我们只准站着原地活动!不让蹲下和坐下!“残忍”吧!

时间一天一天的过去了!我们在教官的严厉加“残忍”的训练方式下逐渐的适应了过来!在几天成果的小检测的比赛中!我们方队获得了与汗水同等的第一名，也有幸的被选为军训新生中学习“付虎拳”的表演方队。我们都欣喜若狂，以为这样就不会在去学习踢正步。消减了踢腿之苦。可是万万没想到的是练习的项目里有的很多要练习马步!哎!比踢正步更累!

仍然严厉“残忍”的打拳，仍然严厉的眼神，可是却多了很多汗水。

十五天的军训生活终于到头了。在最后的阅兵式中，我们方队的到了校领导以及部队首长的高标准赞誉。首长说我们如果在给我们十五天的同等的军训生活，我们方队就可以同新兵连毕业的士兵等同。我们的教官也因此会得到部队提等的优先机会，而且也为学校争得了学校历届新生都没有的部队首长的高度赞扬。

天下无不散的宴席。最后教官集合时!我们方队全体成员都发自内心的一起喊了句“教官再见”。都说“男儿有泪不轻弹”，可我们的眼里却都是热泪盈眶，只是我们都把这离别时的泪水咽到了心里!用这离别的热泪浇灌我们心中那军训时教官为我们种下的情感之树。教官的心我们也懂，他同我们一样，不舍得。但作为军人的他始终把它藏在心低!

在此我真心的对来自的王千教官说声保重，谢谢您这十五天对我们的教导，我们会将这军魂永远的留在心里，并让它成为心魂。请相信我们。谢谢您!

[大学军训后的感悟作文

暑假归来，对大学的军训真是又害怕又期待。害怕的是军训的训练强度，虽然初中和高中也军训过，但是传说中这些军训的强度和大学相比都是闹着玩的，更何况我们刚刚度过了一个安逸的暑假，突然回校接受军训，说实在的，还真怕承受不住。期待是肯定的，作为一个男生，天生对军队的一切充满好奇和向往，这一辈子估计是当不了军人了，但是大学军训可以弥补些许遗憾，所以很是期待。

军训服发放：8月21号，军训服终于发下来了。衬衫和裤子的样式和颜色我很喜欢，就是质量不行，迷彩也挺好的。但是帽子，我不得不说，真的很难看，没有沿边也就算了，还是绿帽子，戴上去显得很猥琐，不过后来慢慢的也就接受了。

8月22日，军训第一天。早上我们集合在西体开军训动员大会。之前我就知道我们学院分在第九连，女生们很期待有一位帅气的男教官，而我们男生很期待有一位女教官，原因之一就是觉得女教官可能不会太严格。当然，最后，女生的愿望实现了，九连的教官包括连长都是大帅哥，女生们为此非常兴奋，当晚更新动态，说她们这次军训赚到了。 我们的教官，当然我们男生也没有失望，至少在我们九连二排。不是因为他要求不严格，其实在我们看来，他是最严格的教官，第一个被检查穿白袜子并且被罚的就是我们二排，第一个体验到俯卧撑分解动作的也是我们二排，这次俯卧撑分解动作让我们印象深刻，从此我们也乖了很多。我们认识教官除了他的自我介绍之外，就是从那一首歌开始《妹妹若是来看我》。那时候开始我们就觉得教官不止训练要求严格，也是一个很会玩的人。这首歌差不多成了我们的排歌，我觉得我们的连歌应该是《今天又是星期天》。

拉歌：晚上是军训中最惬意的一段时间，没有烈日的暴晒，没有站军姿的大汗淋漓，但是火药味十足，为什么呢，就是因为拉歌。“一二，快快;一二三，快快快;一二三四五，我们等得好辛苦;一二三四五六七，我们等得好着急……”我觉得九连拉歌无人能敌，记得消防演习那天，我们九连以一个连之力对抗三个连的围击，秀出了我们九连的风采。 拔河比赛 拔河比赛第一场我们就遭遇了土木工程系跟资冶的理科生们，没想到一群文科生组成的连居然连着男女秒杀他们，真的感到意外。接着对阵商院的十连，没有办法商院的男生实在太强，我们的勇士已经尽力了，他们依然是好样的。女生们在输一局的情况下，连扳两局，上演了绝地反击，进入了半决赛，祝女英雄们能够获得最终的冠军。我们九连的拉拉队也很卖力，九连的辉煌成绩也有我们的一份力。

正步、站军姿、前扑 练正步在整个军训中难度大但是强度不大，主要是协调问题。站军姿是挺累的，第一次站军姿的时候，还真的适应不了，汗不停地在袖管、裤管、后背流着，很痒，又不能动。不过之后就习惯了，也不觉得很难了，只要有耐力就行。前扑，技巧和勇气都要具备，主要需要勇气，掌握好技巧，鼓起勇气，果敢地扑倒就成功了。今天选拔练战术的人，全连男生留下了60名，我也留下了，试了两次都被刷下来了，但是我依然觉得自己虽败犹荣，最起码我有这份勇气。

惩罚：不知道军训是不是免不了被惩罚，我平均每天被惩罚一次，都是和其他人一起的，我觉得这个频率还算低的，很多人不止这个数，这个不值得骄傲，毕竟还是被惩罚了。现在最怕的惩罚是快跑，一分钟跑400米那种，那次惩罚后回来就吃不下饭，头晕，想呕吐，可能低血糖啦。然后就是俯卧撑分解动作，那个累啊。“玩” 同学们都说，现在最怕这个词。一听到教官说玩的时候，我们就出国留学网会警惕起来。向左转是向后转，向后转是向右转，向右转是向左转，练反应能力，出错就被罚，还有单脚蹲下，学蛙走路等等。弄得我们都不敢玩了，不过还是挺开心的。 累并快乐着 军训真的很累，有时因为累而睡不着，躺下的时候全身的关节都在隐隐作痛。但是我们更多得到的是快乐，睡前和舍友们谈论着军训的乐事和各自的糗事，回忆着这一天我们学到了什么。勇气、耐力、毅力，这些青春的标记在我们军训期间得到进一步提升。

每当天气炎热或者训练强度大时教官都会鼓励大家“再坚持一会，坚持就是胜利!”这便给大家带来了动力。一连的崔教官还被同学们称为麻辣教官。一位女同学笑着说.:“训练之余，教官会带着我们拉歌，表演节目，还会给大家讲他在军营里的趣事，让我们觉得教官很亲切，很可爱。”

当谈到军训即将结束，就要和教官告别时，大家都略显伤感，同学们从教官身上学到了军人坚强的意志力和他们勇于克服困难、积极进取的生活态度，这些可贵的精神将伴随他们开始新的大学生活，而同学们和教官之间真挚的感情也将成为他们永远的记忆。

总是很羡慕电视机里军人们站如松、坐如钟的飒爽英姿，以及那“流血流汗不流泪”的坚毅精神，想着自己是不是也能这样坚持呢？这不，机会终于来了。

一大早，我们学校七年级新生都换上了军训时穿的迷彩服，远远望去，就如同一幅巨大的油画。我当然也在其中，虽然表面看来，我十分淡定，但是只有我自己知道内心是如此的汹涌澎湃。我好像看到了一只独木船正在海面静静地向前航行，忽然，刮起了大风，巨大的海浪一个接着一个，如同成群的野兽，向独木船奔去。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

在这次军训中，我体会到了往次没体会到的东西。比如说军人的气势，教官们整齐有序的步伐，让我想到了远在边疆地区千千万万个保家卫国的战士和哨兵。正是他们不怕风吹雨打日晒、年复一日的工作，才有了我们现在的天伦之乐，想到这些，我们的头抬得更高了，胸也挺得更直了。

军训中，同学们觉得最苦最累的便是站军姿了。太阳当顶，我们抬头挺胸、两眼目视前方，像棵笔直的树一样20分钟站立不动，在教官的法眼注视下，想动一下都很难。就在我们都快坚持不住的时候，教官说了句让我感到惊讶的话，他说他们当兵是最爱喜欢最享受站军姿。惊讶之余，他告诉了我们，因为他们当兵时站军姿是最轻松的。是啊，军官们如此，我们为何不能学学他们，何不换种享受的表情去接受军姿呢？

人们都说军训辛苦，当兵不易，这一点我真的不否认。可还有一点大家似乎不应忘记了——苦与乐是孪生兄弟，军训中也该有乐啊。要说这乐，那就不得不提我们的段大教官，用一句话形容他吧——不当笑星太可惜了!他身上简直充满了幽默细胞，当你做错动作时，他要么将这种错误动作放大，夸张的肢体动作通常引起全班的哄堂大笑，再别人的笑声中你定会羞愧万分，无地自容；要么，换换格调，玩一招“以静制动”，身体正直，嘴角上扬，似笑非笑，双眼直勾勾的盯着你看，一下就好长时间，搞的你只不好意思看他；要么，一只手先是重重的拍在你肩上，好像电影中兄弟之间被感激的场面，然后摆出一副复杂的表情，用一种似乎恳求的语气说：“大哥，你这一动，会操时五分可就没了。”

不过，俗话说的好，一个巴掌拍不响，同学们爽朗的笑声也得益于几个特别活泼的同学。不过怕影响同学日后的团结，名之就不说了，当然最重要的是不知他们叫什么。不过，也就是这么一群地下工作者，默默无闻的奉献，把快乐带给他人，把痛苦留给自己——段教官不论是从语言还是动作“奖励”学生那都是一流的。不过要说与段教官交流最多的也是他们几个{不管从语言还是肉体上的交流}，然而对于他们，你别指望他们走“传统路线”，问题一个比一个八卦，什么有无婚配(语言需要)，爱人叫啥等等。我们的段教官也算老实，兵来将挡，水来土掩，一一俱答，在我们的唏嘘声中，段教官更是爆料“上一个是大老婆，还有二老婆，”就在我们男生热泪盈框，排桌子欢呼“男权”时代的重新来临时，段教官却用三个字彻底粉碎了我们的梦想——不可能!在接下来的日子里，根据我们班正处于且且还有几天属于军训这一基本情况，段教官以及全班各同学从自身的军训生活出发，坚决实施着“将笑料进行到底”的基本路线。

军训终于开始了!

我的天!!!淋漓的汗水洗去了曾经的兴奋，疲软的手脚，谋划着酸痛的阴谋。懒惰的后羿呀!当初为什么不把这第十个太阳一并射下?现在它正得意洋洋地狞笑在我们的头顶上，用它恶毒的热量，将我们晾成新鲜的木乃伊。

头晕目眩!迷迷糊糊地做着一个个动作，又隐约听说要跑步。跑就跑吧，往常并不很多的两圈的路程，如今却比孙悟空的十个跟头还要远，双脚踩在跑道上却像是踩在棉花上，也不知是怎么回事只觉脚下一软，脑中一片空白。

经过了今天一天的训练，我已经渐渐意识到我必须做一个有纪律，不怕苦的人，这样对个人而言，无论是以后的学习、生活、工作都会带来益处。

令人有点期待又有点害怕的军训，不知不觉已经过去了大一半，想来是有苦也有乐，回味之后便是收获。

依然记得军训开始的那一天，一大早同学们就穿上了绿色的军装，排着整齐的队伍来到操场上，等待我们排教官的来到。到了时间，教官还是没有出现，同学们便开始议论起来，并描述着自己想象中教官的样子——我们对军训充满了期待。过了会儿，伴随着响亮的口号声和整齐的步伐声，教官们终于齐刷刷地向我们走来了。他们身上透露出的军人气息立即感染了我们，大家对完成这次军训充满了信心。

接下来的训练有点枯燥，但却时刻考验着我们的毅力。我们有一个外表看上去可爱，其实却很严厉的教官。他对我们的每个动作要求都很严格。每天训练的第一道程序便是站军姿——这看上去并不难，但当我们真正去实践时，才发现要长时间保持那一个标准的军姿是多么艰难的一件事。做好一件事情很容易，但是一直坚持下去并不那么简单。

后来的军训队列考核又使我们懂得了团结的意义。要使一个班级有一个整齐的排面，需要每一个人具有良好的配合、协作精神。只有自己做好了还不行，要和大家一起做好，才能实现班级的集体胜利。

号角已经吹响，军训中的我们逐步在拥有一些军人的气息，但是大学四年的生活才仅仅开了一个头。信念、毅力、团结，这些都将伴随我们继续努力，塑造崭新的自我。

Here is the bright side of my university life: Firstly, Equipment of my university is advanced and teacher team is powerful. There is an advanced library that owns all kinds of books. In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. 大概过了很久,我拖着疲惫的身体回到了宿舍,正想在床上躺会儿,教官却走了进来,指着我们的宿舍说：“真乱,快来收拾一下!”无奈,恋恋不舍地爬了起来,打扫起卫生来.一番清扫后,教官来到一张床边说：“快来看好了,我教你们叠被子!”唉!被子不就是折折叠叠吗?连着还要学?说完,教官便向我们示范了起来,只见他动作娴熟,三下五除二便把被子叠好了.待我定睛一看,哇,真好,被子在教官的手里变得像“豆腐块”一样,我们叠的“汉堡包”可比这逊多了!看来教官也是挺可爱的.

终于,五天的“折磨”结束了,回想这五天的军训生活.我感慨万千.我渐渐明白,军训虽然十分辛苦,但是它不但锻炼了我的体力,更坚强了我的意志力.它让我明白了要做一个不畏艰辛,站直了的中国人.同时,军训也让我学会了做平时由父母代替的事,让我学会了自立,也融入了集体.

军训虽说很累,却让我受益匪浅,我渐渐喜欢上了这种生活.

八月三十日，军训结束日，最是怀念训练的日子。

军训第十天，也是最后一天，余下的就是拍合影和军训总结表彰大会。

今天也算这十天来，起得最早的一天，因为要拍照，也要早点集合开大会。

虽然在这十天中拍了很多照片，但正式的集体照只在今天拍了，有教官有全体同学，队伍整齐，这才像我们的军训集体照嘛!

接着就是到1幢教学楼门口，开总结大会。教官领队，我们听从指挥，在草坪上盘地而坐。

各领导就位之后，大会算是开始了!一共有九项工作，最多的还是表彰。先进集体、个人;叠被子比赛奖项;国防知识竞赛奖项;内务整理获奖单位和房间。我们二连也获得了好些奖，很不错呀!接着就是代表入场等，原来他们是不用会操的，而会操的是那些教官。教官的英姿也算在我们全校人面前展示了吧，咱的“静哥哥”也带着白色手套站在队列里呢!

表彰总结大会结束，我们的军训生活也走向了结尾，军训就这样结束了!

我们没有哭，聪明的教官带我们走出了会场，就说解散，我们没有时间叙旧，也不会很伤感。但是心里还是很感激他，挺舍不得他的，他对我们来说是朋友啦，谢谢他这十天来一直陪伴着我们!

昨天的聚餐，也算是为他开的离别宴吧!我们祝福他，祝他在以后的路上能一路顺风，也能天天开心!他今天下午就要走了，得回部队了，也许再也不会来我们学校了，也许再也不会遇见他了，但是我们这帮人会想他的。或许他只是我们生命中的一名过客，但他带给了我们一段快乐的回忆，让我们不禁想起他，让他生活在我们的青春记忆里。敬爱的教官，我们不会忘记你的!

在今天中午的教官送别上，我看到了几个泪流满面的同学，还好我来晚了一步，我们的教官已经坐上了大巴，不然我也会舍不得的。送教官的人很多，但是都穿着便服，我想教官也难以认出吧，只看到互相招手的教官和学生。眼眶里含着泪水的学生不计其数，这样离别的场景不想看很多，因为会失落，容易落泪。投进的感情越多，越会舍不得……

教官们一路顺风，一路走好，学生有幸只能陪你们到这里，今后我们都会有不同的路。祝愿我们都越走越远，也越来越好!
