我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

姿态万千的菊花令人陶醉，洁白无暇的水仙花让人喜欢，而我却对不畏严寒的梅花情有所钟。

梅花的品种很多。粉梅像霞;白梅如雪;绿萼梅白中隐青、晶莹淡雅;

梅花不但品种多，而且是在百花凋零的冬天盛开，在大雪纷飞的茫茫雪地开放。梅以自己顽强的生命力，顶着严寒风雪怒放，为冬天点缀上了鲜艳的色彩，给人们带来了淡雅的幽香，使人们在冬天也能看到无限生机，特别是朱砂梅，近看，坚硬的树干屈曲而上，褐色的老枝，铁铸似的，向四面伸展，老枝上抽出一些挺拔的新枝，缀着一朵朵朱红的花，褐丝、金蕊、宛如无数美丽的红蝴蝶，停歇在嫩绿的新枝上。远看，一团团，一簇簇，十分热烈，十分耀眼。

梅花，自古以来就备受人们的称赞，要说古人赞美梅花的诗句，就更是数不胜数了。“众芳摇落独喧妍，占尽风情向小园”便是一个例子，梅独自傲立于风雪中的顽强精神，确实令人感慨万千。

The Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.

On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.

At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.

I have a pet and it is my dog .In my eyes ,he is my closest friend in the world .He is loyal and cute.When I am alone,he can play with me.When I feel sad ,he always touches my foot with his claws.

Mostly after that ,I always feel better and more happy .It is all because of he.So,I love my dog and we are best friends .

Summeris the second season in the year. in the northern hemisphere, summer goes from june to august. summer is the hottest season in the year. sometimes, the temperature reaches 40°c. many people can not stand such hot weather. so they always stay indoors. at night, people would go out for a walk. swimming is the most popular sport in summer. it brings cool to people.
