在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

今天，乘电梯下楼时看见邻居家里抱出来了一只小狗。小狗在它女主人的怀抱中显得很温顺，女主人不时地用手抚摸她的皮毛。

小狗实在太小了，最多不过16厘米长，约2分米高。它全身是灰色的，像一团灰布球。耳朵是竖起来的，四肢最多9厘米长。女主人用一根红皮扣拴着她。刚走出电梯，女主人的手机响了，她立刻去接电话。顺势把她的小狗放在小区绿化道上。小狗刚一落地，便昂首挺胸在绿化道上轻快地跑起来。突然，小狗和对面走来的一只沙皮狗撞了个满怀。“小狗大概走得太急了，没有看路吧。沙皮狗把小狗撞了，小狗一定会生气的。它们会打架的！”我不禁这样想。

果然，小狗眼冒金星，恶狠狠地向沙皮狗扑去。沙皮狗一闪，跳到了小狗后面。小狗又转过头向沙皮狗扑去。啊！正好落到了沙皮狗背上。小狗用嘴不停地拉沙皮狗的皮，沙皮狗的皮竟被它拉出大约1厘米长。沙皮狗再也忍受不住了。它回过头来，刚要咬小狗，小狗一跳连忙跑开了。这时，接完电话的女主人心疼地抱起她的小狗走了。

小粗心，闹大事。狗是这样，可我们人类是高级动物，千万不能学它呀。不过还要谢谢这只既粗心又顽皮的小狗，让我不禁会心地一笑，度过了一段休闲的时光。

我家的小狗很可爱。身上的毛是淡黄色的，它的耳朵小小的，，眼睛像黑宝石一闪一闪的。它很瘦。前脚短，后脚长，跑步跑得很快，像风一样。

它的生活习惯是这样的，睡觉是趴着的，喜欢吃狗粮、更喜欢吃骨头或肉，我逗它的时候，手拿的狗粮举得很高，它就猛地跳起来，一下就吃到了。他吃东西的样子很可爱，它大口大口的吃，吃的津津有味，它睡觉趴着懒洋洋的样子，看起来很困。可是，到了晚上，它就变得很精神，眼睛也会发光。

他跟小猫一样喜欢玩揉线团，他在我写作业的时候趴在我身旁。乖乖的。它和我一起看电视，还会看得很入神。我在玩电脑的时候，它就很好奇的望着电脑，一边汪汪的叫着，好像在说：我也要玩!

它还喜欢玩足球。它会一边跑一边用爪子滚着球。

我有时侯丢一个飞盆让它去捡然后它用嘴叼了回来。

我喜欢小狗，因为它很可爱。还可以从它身上知道动物的知识，所以我家的小狗，我非常的喜欢它。

婆家有一条可爱的小狗，叫小黄。长着一身黄白相间的绒毛，三角形的脸蛋上镶嵌着一双宝石般的大眼睛，柔软的尾巴见到主人时，总是不停地左右摇摆。

小黄非常喜欢和我一起玩。一见到我，就立刻摇晃着尾巴，欢快地跑过来，用两条前腿抱住我的腿，踮起两条后腿，努力向上爬，嘴里还不停地发出“呜…呜…”的声音，用它那机灵的小脑袋，在我的腿上蹭来蹭去，忙活了半天，发现没办法爬上我的腿，就用它那湿漉漉的鼻子在我的脚丫上嗅来嗅去，后来，干脆一屁股坐在了我的脚上“耍赖皮”了。

突然，它双眼直勾勾地盯着前方，一动不动。我顺着它的目光望去，原来它发现一只大蚂蚁在匆忙地赶路。当蚂蚁快要消失在它的视线时，它迅速站起来，快步走到蚂蚁身旁，用两条前腿试图抓住它，蚂蚁被它的爪子盖住了，小黄左看看，右看看，蚂蚁呢？它连忙松开爪子一看。咦？这小东西到哪去了？它环顾四周，嘿！这小家伙居然从右侧逃出来了。小黄赶紧再次盖住蚂蚁，整个身子趴在地上，再慢慢打开前爪，用嘴去蹭了蹭，没想到蚂蚁又逃跑了。

“小黄…小黄…，回来了！”这时传来外婆呼唤小黄的声音，它立刻抬起头，瞪大眼睛，竖起耳朵，大概是在确定声音的方向，然后急速转过头，摇着尾巴，一溜烟地跑到外婆身边，原来，午饭时间到了。

我们一家围坐在桌旁，津津有味地吃着午饭。这时，小黄被香喷喷的饭菜吸引过来了，它蹲坐在桌下，尾巴轻轻的左右摇动，用乞求的眼神可怜巴巴地望着我们，粉红色的小舌头不时舔着上嘴唇，看到它的萌样，我忍不住赏了它一块肉，它像饿狼一样立刻将肉吞下了肚，紧接着用脑袋蹭了蹭我的腿，好像在说：“小主人，求求你，再给我一块肉吧！太好吃了！”然后端端正正地坐在我的腿边，继续摇着尾巴，黑黝黝的双眼紧盯着我，我似乎看见了它嘴边淌着口水，可爱极了，忍不住又给了它好几块肉。

饭后，小黄的肚子鼓鼓的，它非常满足地用前腿擦了擦嘴，慢腾腾地回到窝里睡大觉去了。你看它蜷缩着身子，闭上眼睛，脑袋枕着前腿呼呼地睡了。奇怪的是，它的双耳始终警惕地直竖着。
