时间闪回到三年前的东马坊学区演讲比赛，我通过了预赛，将与一大群初中的哥哥姐姐们同场竞技。为此，我每天坚持背讲稿到口干舌燥，练动作到筋疲力尽。时间飞逝，到了决赛的日子。看着哥哥姐姐们一个接一个走上讲台，我愈发忐忑不安，天气并不热，我的手心却全是汗。“18号选手请上场。”终于，轮到我了。面对台下的冷嘲热讽，我艰难地挪动步子，身体细微地颤抖着，感觉到鼻子酸酸的，眼泪几乎要掉下来。不，我不能就此屈服，面对他人的质疑，我该做什么？我握紧拳头，指甲深深地嵌进掌心，那一刻我前所未有的镇定。只有做到最好，才能回击对我的质疑。

我开始演讲了。一分钟。声音仍有些许颤抖，身体有些僵硬，但嘴里吐出的每一句话都铿锵有力，那时我感觉就好像不是自己的嘴巴在说话一样。或许是有老师在监督，台下安静了许多，但仍有些许嘈杂。二分钟。或许是我当时的心情很符合演讲的爱国主题，激动亢奋。我呼吸越来越平静，动作也变得自然，我觉得演讲渐入佳境。

三分钟。演讲到了高潮，身体仿佛不受控制，肢体语言丰富起来，言语也更加抑扬顿挫。我的背脊挺得很直，目光直视前方，一片清明。台下异常安静，整个大厅只有我的声音在回荡。

四分钟。演讲结束，我鞠了一个标准的躬，心里怦怦直跳。台上台下一片沉寂，少顷，满堂彩，铺天盖地的掌声。终于，我赢得了尊重。苦涩与欣悦夹杂心头。

那时，萦绕在耳边的只有一段话。

“梦想是注定孤独的旅行，路上少不了质疑和嘲笑。哪怕遍体鳞伤，也要活得漂亮。”仿佛是我的心说的一样。

二：我赢得了尊重

有句话说得好：同学之间要互相尊重，一个不尊重他人的人，也绝不会得到别人的尊重。就如一个人对着空旷的大山大声呼喊，你对它友好，它友好回应。在同学之间的交往中，自己待人、处事的态度往往决定了别人对你的态度。在我的记忆深处有一件事深深地教育了我，让我明白：只有学会尊重别人，才会赢得别人的尊重。事情是这样的：

一天中午，一向爱取乐的我完成作业后闲着没事，就盯上了坐在我前面正在做作业的钱思傲。我眼睛一转，想出了一个好办法。我拿出纸和笔，先在纸上画了一只奇丑无比的乌龟，下面附上一句话：“我是一只奇丑无比的千年王八龟！”我在纸的背后粘上双面胶，然后一手拿着一枝铅笔，一手拿着那张纸假装拍拍钱思傲的背，看准方位把纸往她背上贴。耶，那张纸不偏不倚正好贴在钱思傲的背中央！钱思傲转过头来问：“干什么，有事吗？”我故作镇定地说：“你的削笔机借我用一下好吗？”“把笔拿来，我帮你削得了！”她放下手中的作业三下两下就把笔削好了。而我却悄悄地叫旁边的同学看钱思傲的背，瞬间，全班都轰动了。邻组的黄丽娜还在低着头写作业，我就屁颠屁颠地走过去拍拍她的肩膀说：“看，钱思傲背上，那是我的杰作！”我本以为她也会哈哈大笑，没想到她见了后，眉头拧成了一个疙瘩，轻蔑地瞥了我一眼，说：“吴颖恬，你觉得把自己的快乐建立在别人的难堪上很好笑吗？”我不以为然地说：“切，我开个玩笑罢了，有什么了不起的！”可黄丽娜竟然对我大吼：“吴颖恬，尊重是人类共处的金钥匙，这个道理你应该懂吧！玩弄别人自己觉得很开心吗？你太无聊了！”

是呀，生活中时时刻刻都需要我们学会尊重。对自己的同窗不取笑、不打闹、不揭短，以诚相待，是对同学最起码的尊重，是纯真友谊的基础；回到家时与父母长辈打声招呼是一种对长辈亲人的尊重，是对亲人辛勤养育最珍贵的抚慰；上课专心听讲是对老师辛勤劳动的尊重；在食堂就餐后，把椅子、餐具放好是对食堂师傅的尊重……如果你不尊重别人，有什么资格指望别人来尊重你呢！

三：我赢得了尊重

我们任何人在这个世界上都是要互相尊重，尊重会让人与人之间的关系更加友好和谐。尊重同学，使你们彼此了解；尊重老师，你会成为一个有善心的孩子；尊重一个贫穷的人，让他能尊重自己，重新振作。

什么是尊重呢？在乎你身边每一个人的行为，使他觉得自己在大家的心中重要的地位。

如果不会去尊重别人，同样你也不会赢得别人的尊重。

记得一次科学课，大家都心不在焉，没有几个人认真听老师讲课，看书的看书，说话的说话，谁也没注意到面带怒色的老师正无可奈何的瞪着我们。最后，老师一怒之下冲出了教室。是的，因为我们没有尊重老师的劳动，才导致把老师气走了。

真的，尊重别人，真的很重要，它也使一个人的生命从堕落走向成功。

从前有一位商人下火车，看见一个衣衫褴褛的人守着一个小摊便顺手丢下一个便士，匆匆地走了。过了一会他又返回了小摊，拿了一只铅笔，说：“哦，我的东西忘拿了。”其实有不少路人经过这个小摊，留下了零钱，可只有这个商人和他作了一笔“买卖”。然而，正是因为这一笔小小的买卖，使这个商人找回了自信。若干年后，他成了一个大富翁！

看呐，尊重别人是多么重要！正是商人这一笔小小的买卖，使那个贫穷的人重塑自我；正是一个尊重别人的动作，才会使别人脱胎换骨！

在这样一个充满残酷竞争的社会，只需要尊重别人一点，就可以让人与人的关系更加和谐。

四：我赢得了尊重

曾经听说这样的一个故事：一个位商人看到一个衣衫褴褛的铅笔推销员，顿生一股怜悯之情。他不假思索地将10元钱塞到卖铅笔人的手中，然后头也不会地走开了。走了没以几步，他忽然觉得这样做不妥，于是连忙返回来，并抱歉地解释说自己忘了取笔，希望不要介意。最后，他郑重其事地说："你和我一样，都是商人。"一年之后，在一个商贸云集、热烈隆重的社交场合，一位西装革履、风度翩翩的推销商迎上这位商人，不无感激地自我介绍道："您可能早已忘记我了，而我也不知道您的名字，但我永远不会忘记您。您就是那位重新给了我自尊和自信的人。我一直觉得自己是个推销铅笔的乞丐，直到您亲口对我说，我和您一样都是商人为止。

没想到商这么一句简简单单的话，竟使一个不无自卑的人顿然树立起了自尊，使一个处境窘迫的人重新找回了自信。正是有了这种自尊与自信，才使他看到了自己的价值和优势，终于通过努力获得了成功。不难想象，倘若当初没有那么一句尊重鼓励的话，纵然给他几千元也无济于事，断不会出现从自认乞丐到自信自强的巨变。这就是尊重，这就是尊重的力量！

尊重，是一种修养，一种品格，一种对别人不卑不亢、不仰不俯的平等相待，一种对他人人格与价值的充分肯定。任何人都不可能尽善尽美、完美无缺，我们没有理由以高山仰止的目光去审神别人，也没有资格用不悄一顾的神情去嘲笑他人。假如别人在某些方面不如自己，我们不能用傲慢和不敬去伤害别人的自尊；假如自己在有些地方不如他人，我们也不必以自卑或嫉妒去代替理应有的尊重。一个真正懂得尊重别人的人，必然会以平等的心态、平常的心情、平静的心境，去面对所有事业的上的强者与弱者、所有生活中的幸运者与不幸者。

尊重，是一缕春风、一泓清泉、一颗给人温暖的舒心丸、一剂催人奋进的强心剂。它常常与真诚、谦逊、宽容、赞赏、善于良、友爱相得益彰，与虚伪、狂妄、苛刻、嘲讽、凶恶、势利水火不容。给成功的人以尊重，表明了自己对别人成功的敬佩、赞美与追求；给失败的人以尊重，表明了自己对别人失败后的同情、安慰与鼓励。只要有尊重在，就有人间的真情在，就有未来的希望在，就有成功后的继续奋进，就有失败后的东山再起。

尊重不是盲目的崇拜，更不是肉麻的吹捧；不是没有原则的谦价奉迎，更不是没有自尊的低三下四。懂得了尊重别人的重要，并不等于学会了如何尊重别人。从这个意义上说，尊重也是一门学问。学会了尊重别人，就学会了尊重自己，也就学会和掌握了人生的一大要义。

让我们在人生的道路上慢慢地体味和摸索吧。

五：我赢得了尊重

我赢得了尊重信任和尊重是人际关系中的钻石。对一个有尊严的人它又好比就是空气和阳光须臾不可缺失。受到尊重、被人信任体现的是一种人生价值，失去信任、不被尊重意味着人格遭到了否定。有尊严的人不仅要学会主动去尊重和信任他人，更要首先从自己做起，努力成为一个可信可靠的人，并非一定要塑造成一个能力巨大的人，但是必须得做到“有诺必行、行必尽力”。

做到有诺必行，就必许首先做到足够的稳重，不能轻易许无力之诺；同时他还要有足够的热忱能够去主动担当无言之诺。行必尽力则体现着行而必果的意志、决心和人品，意味着良知、道义和成熟。君子立于人世即已作出许多无言之诺，体认并实践这些承诺当为建立可信之基。

一位可信可靠的人对工作和任务作出自己的承诺：那就是必须达成满意的结果。他绝不轻言放弃，绝不为失败、失误寻找借口，也绝不回避挑战。在他看来，这份承诺是一种人品。

一个可信可靠的人对自己人生有所承诺：那就是他明确要过一种正当的生活，他有自己的原则和道义并矜持执着，而且不断进取，不枉此生。他不会靠投机取巧谋取声誉、财富，他要过坚实的生活。这是他对待生命的责任；

一个可信可靠的人对自己的品德已作出承诺：言行一致、心口如一。这意味着他对自己心灵的诚实，灵魂与意志、行动的一致。有时候这表现为在诱惑面前不被左右的成熟定力；

一个可信可靠的人对家庭也有承诺：那就是与所爱的人相守一生，培育子女成龙成凤，向父母尽以孝道。

一个可信可靠的人应该理解自己所作这些承诺的意涵，并以热诚和斗志去实现承诺所指向的宗旨。人们对你的信赖，被信赖的是你的良知、你的诚实、你的能力与毅力、你的判断力，还有他信赖他正在期望的结果。

一个可信可靠的人做事要有始有终；要在各种挑战面前坚持原则和道义；必须对承诺的事要忠诚、诚实；体谅他人，有双赢的思维，同时还是一位积极进取和乐观的人。

生活对可信之人也有承诺：那就是他人对你的信任与尊重。要成大事必先取得他人信任，而这一切的一切就是诚实的真谛！信任是一种有生命的感觉，信任也是一种高尚的情感，信任更是一种连接人与人之间的纽带。我们有义务去信任另一个人，除非你能证实那个人不值得你信任；当然我们也有权受到另一个人的信任，除非我们已被证实不值得那个人信任。

六：我赢得了尊重

我又站在了讲台上。我知道这是不可避免的，毕竟老师也说的要给每个同学展示的机会。但还是止不住的紧张。只能拿着书，双眼直盯着书本，断断续续的读出文章，思想却神游其外了。搜刮我的回忆，在某个断点，戛然而止，然后开始回放，倒带。

我很清楚地记得那时的心情，紧张，不安，期盼亦或是害怕。我不知道为什么是我演讲，我一向胆子很小。明明在同学们面前就紧张地不行，又怎能在全年级面前演讲呢。于是我一边期待的准备稿子，一边又无比抵触那一天的到来。

不知道是不是应了我的心声，在演讲的那一天，天空飘起了雨。不知这雨是滋润了心田，还是大水漫过了期翼。

但即使是在室内，心中的紧张却没少几分。一旁的几个人安慰、鼓励着我，她们的眼神使我心安。我深吸了一口气。轮到我时我又紧张了，接过话筒，感觉整个世界都静了，唯独自己的心跳声，一刻不停，不受控制的大喊大闹。

我头一次无法清楚地知道几分钟的时间有多长。就像太阳落下地平线，总觉得明明移动地很缓慢，但美丽的却很短暂。

演讲完后一瞬间的安静让我一阵恍惚，下一刻的嘈杂声却充斥了我的耳。我不讨厌那种感觉，因为在这声音响起时，我原本漂浮紧张的心变得安定了。这掌声让我心安。

我不知道自己的演讲是否很糟糕，我同样知道许多人的鼓掌只是一种习惯。但他们不知道这对于一个表演者的意义——尊重、鼓励与肯定。我想他们不过是无心插柳了。这鼓掌声的力量远比我们所想的更强大，任何语言在着面前都显得苍白无力。

不是每个人的付出就一定要同价值的回报，我们只是需要一丝尊重，对我作品的尊重，对我的尊重。只需要一阵掌声，一个眼神，一个微笑，就足以融化所有的辛苦与付出。在那一瞬间，我赢得了尊重。

于是现在的我在讲台上，强迫自己的腿停止颤抖，直到最后声音落下，掌声响起。这熟悉的声音在脑海里交错。

所有的紧张在掌声中瓦解，我很想朝他们微笑，告诉他们，这掌声给了我多大的勇气。

七：我赢得了尊重

记得那时我上小学五年级，班里转来了一位农村女孩，家里父母在北京打工，以卖糖葫芦来维持生活。刚转过来的时候，只见她上身穿着一件小花红棉袄，下身穿着一条棉裤，看着非常土气。大家见到她都议论纷纷。

在转来一周后的一次考试，她的成绩名列前茅。不光学习，她的各个方面都很优秀。这使原来班里的那些“佼佼者”有了危机感，开始渐渐的跟她疏远，并用一种敌视的眼光看她，议论她，一些同学以此为乐。一天午休，她说要和我们一起玩跳皮筋，却被大家一口回绝，我还在一旁用轻蔑的口气对她说：“瞧你的土样，还是哪凉快哪儿呆着去吧！”旁边的同学也附和着喊：“对，去傻学你的吧！哈哈！”看着她默默离去的背影，我心里有一种说不出的快意！那时的我并没有觉得有什么不对。 一次小考，她又得了全班第一。一种情绪让班里的“佼佼者”们躁动起来，大家围坐在一起，开始商讨着找个机会捉弄捉弄她，以发泄心中的不痛快。

记得一次上数学课，我一时冲动，偷偷地写了一张纸条，趁着老师写板书时，悄悄的递给她身后的同学，示意他贴到她的后背，然后我们装作若无其事的继续听课。下课了，她站起来去卫生间，我们几个“死党”立刻聚到一起阴阳怪气笑着齐声念道：糖葫芦一块钱一串，一块五两串。所用的同学都哄堂大笑，只有她不知发生了什么事情，傻傻的站在那儿。这时班长走过来，撕下她身后的纸条大声对我们说：“你们怎么能这么做？太过分了！应该学会尊重别人，同时也是尊重你们自己啊！” 笑声戛然而止，大家悻悻的散开了……

一个月后发生的一件事，使我懂得了尊重别人的含义。期中考试，由于我的超常发挥，考了全班第一，在同学面前我得意极了，把头抬的高高的，这时我却发现原来和我站在同一战线的“战友”们都开始疏远我了，并三五成群的在背后指指点点议论我，一种莫名的孤独和气愤感向我袭来，下课后我一个人形单影只的坐在座位上托着下巴发愣，正在百思不得其解时，她走过来笑着对我说：“你真棒！我应该向你学习！但考得好，并不是高高在上的理由，更要真心和同学站在一起才对呀！走我们找同学们一起去玩吧！”我愣了一下对她说：“你不恨我吗？我那样捉弄你！”“不会呀，我们是同学，我们是好朋友嘛！”听到这句话，我惭愧地低下了头。 那件事到现在已经过去两年多了，随着年龄的增长，每每想到这件事情，我就越发感到愧疚。自那以后我再也没有做过伤害别人的事。因为我知道，尊重奉行的是对等原则，你怎样对待别人，别人就怎样对待你。

要使别人尊重你，你必须首先尊重别人。 尊重，是脸上一抹真诚的微笑；尊重，是在他人发表不同意见时的倾听；尊重，是为别人付出努力获得的进步而鼓掌。
