训练第一天，来的时候我还很好奇，心中无比的激动，总是在想：会练一些什么呢？就在这时，老师让我们先跑四圈操场，我从来没有一次性跑过四圈，所以有一点不想跑，但这是老师的指令，是不能不服从的。一开始，我认为很好玩，可是跑到了第三圈，我便双腿发软，跑完四圈后，我气喘吁吁，路都快走不稳了。

接着，我们做了几个热身运动。其中，让我最讨厌的是单脚左右跳了，因为它老是让我抖来抖去，让我花了好大的力气才做完一次。

然后，老师让我们拿着十斤重的哑铃做深蹲二十五个，接着向前走一步，做二十五个高抬腿，最后一听哨响就跑五十米。我们做了三组，第一组我认为还行，第二组的时候我双腿发软，实力大减，到了第三组的时候我认为哑铃是一个大恶魔，处处与我作对，我感觉自己快被打倒了。做高抬腿时，腿都抬不起来了。展现出我这几天训练成果的是最后一次训练了，我和三个六年级的比赛两百米，我以34。5秒的成绩拿了第二，只和第一名相差0。2秒，这让我十分满意，因为打破了我的个人记录。

虽然训练很辛苦，但付出总有回报，希望我在运动会上拿一个好名次。

十月份为学校规定的家访月，领导希望通过家访这种传统的形式，让各科任老师走进学生家庭，全面了解学生情况，从而可以更好地对孩子进行教育，从而改变一个孩子。一个月眨眼就过了，走访的孩子也有近十个，家访所受家长的礼遇也是各不相同：感激涕零者有之，疑惑不解者有之，虚以应对者有之，冷面相对者也有之……

转眼间培训班的课程意见结束，经过七天的学习，我想我们每一位学员都有不同的但很大的收获。对于我个人，我认为这次培训班举办的非常有意义，非常有必要，因为它不仅让我充实了更多的理论知识，更让我开阔了视野，解放了思想，打动了内心，每一堂课都让我有所感到和收获。加之与来自不同单位的同志们共聚一堂，相互交流借鉴工作经验、思路方法，较全面的提高了自己的理论水平和工作能力。以下是这些天的几点体会：

多种形式的学习，提高了理论水平。作为一名年轻干部，我有了一定的理论知识和工作经验，但既不够系统也不够丰富。通过老师深入浅出的讲授，感觉豁然开朗，许多问题从理论上找到了依据，对一些实际问题的解决办法也找到了切入点，感觉收获很大。通过学习，让我强化了服务大局的意识，跟清晰更全面的看到一带一路等国家大战略的意义。

总的来说，各位老师们以朴实无华的语言为我们授课解惑，对我们来说是一次难得的学习机会，更是一次书本知识与具体工作相结合的锻炼机会。

不同地域欧的学习，开阔了视野。这一次培训给了我们接受高端教育的机会，让我们开阔了眼界，丰富了知识，打开了思路，不仅对本地本土有了更加深入的认识，也对开放先进的城市、理念有了进一步的了解。

浙江大学教授的六节课，让我们站在了更高的台阶上重新的认识、学习各方面的理论知识，这样让我们站在更高的层次上看待我们的工作，看待我们的缺点和不足。

嘉兴南湖革命纪念馆、华立集团的参观让我有很大的感触——当我们感叹现在的发展成果时，我们更应想到当初为了现在的成果有多少人付出了多少的努力。

结合这几天老师所讲的内容，总结出了干好工作应具备的六种能力：一是科学决策力，就是面对现今复杂局面和形势变化要做出正确抉择的能力;二是贯彻执行能力，就是面对问题要拿出行之有效的方案与计划，贯彻执行并得当有力;三是综合协调能力，就是在工作中能把握大局、权衡协调、统筹兼顾;四是开拓创新能力，要以大无畏的精神，在旧有的经验基础上大胆尝试，做到与时俱进、科学合理;五是学习实践能力，要把学习当成是毕生的任务。

这次培训无论是课堂学习还是参观考察，无论是师生互动还是所见所闻，都让我从各个角度获得了知识，感谢工委给了我们这次学习的机会。今后，我也会尽自己所能把所学知识运用于实际工作中。如上是我对这次培训学习的几点肤浅的心得，如有不当请批评指正。

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

有付出就有收获，相信大家对这一句话是不陌生的了，我领悟到了，领悟到这其中包含着的深刻道理。 星期五的故事会和颁奖大会，我有收获，因为我付出了。但是更令我高兴的并不是自己的收获，而是我付出的别人的收获。我上台领奖的时候，看见校长手里拿着两张蛮大的证书，与我们获得的比较，真是鹤立鸡群，我琢磨着，这是什么奖项，又有点失落，无缘捧着他们回家。

谜底终于揭开了，那是上学期关于“和谐”征文的获奖证书，一张是三等奖，一张是二等奖，这两张荣誉证书的主人竟然是两个四年级的小弟弟小妹妹，更令我意想不到的是，本次颁奖大会最高荣誉奖——就是二等奖那个，竟然是我们楼上的那个小伙伴!她那篇获奖作文，竟然就是我帮她修改的那篇作文! 看着她蹦蹦跳跳上台领奖的身影，我不禁笑了，还对同学说：“她是我楼上的!”不知道我为什么会这样高兴。 回到家后我去问她借手表，是这时候她妈妈告诉我修改的那篇作文获了奖，彤还对我说了声：“多谢欧露姐!”我心里像吃了蜜一样甜，跑回家又告诉了爸爸妈妈，他们还问我：“怎么你帮林役彤修改的获了奖，自己的却没有呢?”

Many news report that there are some old people not just fell, they do it on purpose. Everyone has their own habit. I have some living habits. I will take off my

shoes and put on the slippers when I arrive home. And I get used to drink some

soup before having dinner. What’s more, I have to keep my room light on until I

fall asleep. If I am forced to change anything about this, I will be very

光阴如箭，日月如梭。转眼间就走过了年十三年，想起童年的哭泣，童年的欢笑，我不得不对自己说：“你真棒!”

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now

the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus

life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides

Living without an aim is like sailing without a compass. This philosophical

wisdom by John Ruskin, one of the greatest British writers, tells us that goal

setting is extremely important in life.

Why is goal setting so important? The main importance of goal setting is

that it provides us with direction and purpose. When we have goals, we know what

we want to achieve so that we can focus our mindson a single worthwhile target

and avoid getting distracted easily. Personal goal setting also provides us with

motivation to achieve what we want to achieve.

Goal setting is of especial significance for todays students. A study

reveals that when students set goals, they learn the importance of taking

responsibility, of minimizing excuses and of helping others. Goal setting is a

lifelong skill that first helps students succeed in school and then later in

life.

假期里，没了老师的监督，我快乐得像出笼的鸟，一会儿在零食堆里觅食，一会儿又在动画片里飞翔。家里被我弄得一团糟：卧室的沙发、桌子上到处是书；客厅里玩具东放一堆，西放一堆；连袜子都跑到厨房里去了……

老妈是个爱干净的人，哪里看得下这种情景，忍耐了38小时2分钟18秒，终于怒气冲冲“砸”开我的卧室门，“吧嗒”关了我的动画片，“吼”道：“自己打扫战场！”

我无奈地拿起笤帚开始扫地。扫地，简单，我三下五除二就解决了。拖地对我来说却很难。我拿出比我高的拖把，一边唱着“洗刷刷”，一边用力地拖地。我把拖把放在水池里洗了又洗，浸了又浸。湿漉漉的拖把很重，可累坏了我这个小个子。我使出吃奶的力气拖，连沙发、床底、桌下等死角都没有放过。果然，刚才还油污污的地板，现在可以算得上百分之九十的干净了，我在心底为自己叫好。“哎呀，怎么这么滑，害得我差点摔倒。”妈妈尖叫到。我一下子犯傻了，原来我没有把拖把上的水挤干就拖了，难怪……只得把拖把挤干，再来一遍……

老妈扶起快要瘫倒在地的我，看着整洁的家，乐得嘴都合不拢了：“我家女儿好样的，校内校外顶呱呱。”“谢谢长官夸奖！”我今天算是付出了汗水，也品尝了胜利的果实。
