Since I go to middle school, I have to learn many subjects. Though I am not

the best student in class, but I won’t give up. I always tell myself to work

hard, because if I want to compete with other students, I need to make great

effort. People are easy to deny themselves when they face difficulty. If they

fail one time, then they will doubt the effort they have made. Actually, we are

not studying in vain. What we learn will be a great help to improve ourselves.

今天上舞蹈课时，老师让我们学习“翻前桥”。

老师先给我们做示范。只见她把左脚迈出一步，双手高高地伸向天空;接着她向前弯下腰来，双手撑着地面，手掌紧贴在面前的地板上;然后右脚用力一蹬，那条腿就像装了弹簧似的弹到空中，随即左腿也跟着上来了，双腿并排着，直直地立在半空中了。停了一会儿，老师的双腿又像剪刀似的，一前一后打开来，在空中开了一个竖叉，再停一会儿，就把右腿一收，轻盈地落回地面，直起上身，稳稳地站了起来。

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃……”随着这一声的铃响，就表明了我是对着六年级挥手说拜拜，和七年级握手说你好了。并且其中还有一个漫漫长夜的暑假。

暑假，顾名思义不就是夏季的假期吗?大家都知道在夏季都是很热的，所以假期很长。这时侯就可以到一些凉爽的地方去游玩了。这不趁着姐姐去拿她的大学毕业证书，我就缠着姐姐让她带着我去潍坊玩。

到了潍坊我就眼前的美景给迷住了，不过人生地不熟的我很快就分不清东西南北了，可是接下来的难题难住了我和姐姐。由于我们来的比较晚了，各个旅馆的房间都爆满了，姐姐连去了好几家旅馆都没有了，于是我们东奔西跑的，好不容易找着了一家旅馆，由于天色已黑，我也很快睡着了。

第2天一早，姐姐就带我去拿了毕业证书，之后就有一位姐姐的同学结婚，说要请我们吃饭，我们也就答应了，这顿饭那叫一个爽啊!从中午12点开始的一直到了晚上7点来钟，吃完饭后姐姐就带我去了潍坊著名的富华游乐园。这个游乐园可真大啊!有很多的游乐设备，真是琳琅满目。随后我听见背后一阵尖叫，我放眼望去，原来是过山车啊!出于好奇的心理我就让姐姐领着我去玩。哇，玩过山车的人可真多啊!我们买好票，等待着。

终于到我们了，我们快步坐上车，抓好安全带。不久车起动了，缓缓地驶上最高点，当车到了最高点时，像一只脱了缰的野马，疯狂的向起点驶去，我被这一场景吓坏了，闭上眼，死死的抓住安全带。一会的功夫车停下来了，我睁开眼睛，发现到了起点，一切都过去了。而我还呆呆的坐在车上，一言不发。

随后，姐姐看到我这个样子就带我玩了一些愉快的游戏，我的心情也慢慢好转起来。之后我还在在射击打玩具的游戏中，打中了一个大毛绒玩具，真是开心起极了。

我觉得我在这次暑假里，最难忘的就是在过山车上面，给了我许多惊险，让我获益匪浅。

I like running because I think it’s a funny and easy sport. I can do it by myself. I was not very healthy when I was a little child. So my father took me running with him. He said it’s good for me. At first I didn’t like it at all. But after a few weeks I felt great when I was running. Therefore I go to running every three days. Now some of my classmates run with me. As known as we all,education is important in modern society.Everyone ought

Zhang Ying is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 in Tianjiao Primary

“以葛婉璐同学为基准，成体操队形散开。”站好队后，范世成一举手“一二”，我们便开始朗诵《少年中国说》里的一个片段。“纵有千古，横有八荒。前途似海，来日方长。美哉，我少年中国，与天不老！壮哉，我中国少年，与国无疆！”我只觉全身的热血都沸腾了，我们一个个慷慨激昂，都以自己最好的状态来参加比赛。不管能不能赢，我们都是最棒的。

随着“全国中小学生，系列武术健身操，旭日东升，现在开始”，我们开始做操了。我努力把每一个拍子都跟好，动作做标准，给大家呈现出我最好的一面。

开合运动，“哈哈”我们的喊声震天动地，似乎就像老师说的那样，虽然武功没别人强，可也一定要在气势上吓跑敌人。

踢腿运动，“呼”，我们发出老虎一般的吼叫，仿佛我们就是真正的老虎，正和敌人作战。

我看看沈姿含，她也和我一样，很严肃，想必，她也和我一样，有点小紧张吧。

比赛结束，我们回到座位上，等待分数出来。我出了一身汗，不仅是因为热，还因为我太紧张了。
