The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for

family gathering. And the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me

hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my

Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

Since I went to middle school, I grew up very fast. On the one hand, I live

in school from Monday to Friday, so I need to learn to get along with roommates.

We share the cleaning work to make sure a good environment. It is everybodys

duty to sweep the floor on turn. On the other hand, I need to solve the problems

from life by myself. Without parents by my side all the time, I learn to face

troubles and figure out all the ways to solve them. I become much independent

我们兴奋地冲进了玉米地。在农民伯伯的指导下，我左手握着玉米穗，右手握着下面的竿，再使劲一拧，只听见“咔嚓”一声，一个又大又沉的玉米穗就被我给弄下来了!瞬间“我掰到了!”、“我也掰到了!”的呼叫声充满了整个田野，大人们都用赞许的眼光看着我们。

十七岁女生的天空总是充满幻想的，我也不例外，喜欢想象自己在家中悠闲自在的样子没有烦恼、没有欺骗、没有唠叨。有的只是妈妈的关心和爸爸的怀抱。但是这也只是想象而已。现实是残酷的，时间会告诉你，成长道路上满是挫折。

奶茶之旅

那一年，我十六岁，那一天，心血来潮想要挣点外快，就在赶集网上随手看了下有关于兼职方面的信息。一条薪资为180/天的“奶茶妹”信息印入眼帘，瞬间有了一种叫心动的感觉，毕竟180不是一个小数字，对于那时候只会伸手要钱的我来说。于是我抱着试试看的心态打了我人生中第一个有关求职的电话，接电话的是一位声音甜美的姐姐，她问了我的名字，叫我发照片和身高体重给她，我问了一些关于工作的详情，然后她叫我第二天星期六去上班，第二天，我怀着忐忑的心情来到指定的地点。看到了场面浩大的阿萨姆奶茶的活动，她们衣着整齐，大红色短裙、大红色的外套，连鞋都是统一的。我上前问了问，然后找到那位姐姐，她叫我换上衣服开始工作，毕竟是第一次，难免会有点紧张，当我换好衣服出来的时候从不敢开口，不敢给试饮到大声说着宣传语，然后大胆的给试饮，这只是源于看着别人能做到，想着自己有多无能。一天下来，大热天的晒着背很疼，还是坚持了，第一天，我很累，但是很开心。这份工作，我连续做了一个暑假。

发传单，在别人眼里应该是一个工资低、时间长、待遇差的一个苦职业，我开始这份兼职是源于一个同学的引荐，她跟我描述的挺好，我也觉得呆在家里实在无聊，挣点钱给自己当零花也不错，于是我去了，和一个同学一起，第一天上班，简简单单的培训过后就正式开始工作，有些人不需要的就是传单，有时候我刚发到他的手上可能下一秒他就扔在垃圾桶里，这样的行为被我看到，会有一点点的小伤感，但是必须习惯，时间长了，发传单这个职业还是比较自由的，可以随时走动，累了你可以坐坐，饿了你可以买点东西边吃边发。但是做的时间比较长，而且要看成效。如果你做的不够好，督导嘴上也不会多说什么，但是时间久了，那你的这份工作也快走到尽头了，这份工作，我做了好几个月。

超市销售员

我现在的工作说的好听点，是一名超市销售员，说的直接点，就是一个叫人家来买牛奶的。时间很长，也不能休息，有时候一站就是好几个小时，真的，有时候我站不住了，唯一的信念就是为了我的生活费和学校未交的饭费，我必须坚持，累了就揉揉腿，让它能持续片刻的感觉，有时候很想哭，但是却哭不出来，不是因为现在有多苦，而是我在为了我以后的生活打拼，我是一名学生，我有的就是时间，但是要你懂的怎么利用，要是时间可以变现的话就更好了，说钱你会觉得我比较肤浅，但是只有钱才能让你存活在这个世界上，如果不是需要它，我也不会整天站在这里含着泪的坚持。这份工作，我刚做两天且还在继续着。

体会与感想

这么多的工作经历告诉我，一个人要找到一份工作很简单，要看的就是你愿不愿意做和吃不吃的了苦，有一些人宁愿饿死或者乞讨也不愿做这些看似很底层阶级的工作，我觉得很好笑，其实也没什么，在我做了这么多你们看似低级的工作，我觉得我的生活是充实的，当我拿到我的第一份工资的时候，我的心情是喜悦的，即使以前在苦在累，也要坚信，付出的你总是会有收获的。我不说太多，如果不相信，你大可去试试看，只能说，这份工作带给我们的比那些饿死乞讨冷死的人来的更加实际。

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

小时候，妈妈送我去学舞蹈。由于我的腿有点螺旋形，每到压腿时候，我的腿就特别疼。在老师和妈妈的鼓励下，我含着泪水，咬着牙关，日复一日，年复一年地坚持着……现在，我已经拥有一双笔直美丽的腿，这喜悦是给我的回报。面对困难，不要害怕，不要退缩，要有战胜困难的勇气。

记得每当钢琴考级的时候，总要反复练习那几首曲子，所以觉得很枯燥。当我练得很烦燥时，我就会来到客厅玩玩滑板，跳跳橡皮筋……运动运动，放松放松，及时地调整自己的心态。十分钟后，我又带着轻松愉快的心情，专注地练起钢琴来。连续两年，我分别通过了三级和五级的钢琴考试。今年，我又挑战自己，迎接钢琴七级的考试。人如果经不起磨练，没有自强不息的精神，是难以成功的。

最近，我和小伙伴竹子在御水温泉的“勇敢者之路”玩耍，那里有四条“道路”，每条“路”对我们都有着不同程度的考验和挑战性。“我要成为勇敢者!”我在心里默默地鼓励自己。我们选定了一条“道路”后，我勇敢地走在前面，迈出了第一步，小心翼翼地通过了第一关，第二关也好不容易通过了，我们来到第三关面前。第三关是高难度的吊环铁索道，当左脚踩上去的时候，身体就随着铁索不停地摇来晃去，像钟摆那样难以停下，右脚也许久无法迈出第二步。这时，身后传来竹子的声音：“宛蓉，这关不去了，我们到下一关去吧!”我转念一想：“不!我可以过去的!加油!于是，我集中精神，右手把下一个吊环拉到面前，稳住身体，右脚终于成功地踩上了第二个环，就这样，我一步一步往前走。到了中间，突然脚下一滑，右脚穿过吊环，身体顿时下沉，我吓了一跳，整个人不能上也不能下的摇来晃去，无处着力，我喘了口气，双手用力拉紧绳索，身体往上升起。我继续往前走。这时我已经累极了，一不小心，脚又踏空了，身体又随着绳索大幅度地摆动，腿在不断地发抖。稍微平衡后，我又伸出右脚，谁知再次踏空了……烈日当空，池水在微风的吹拂下波光粼粼，荡起的层层涟漪离我越来越远，仿佛是自己在飘动，我突然感到一阵心慌意乱。我下意识地用双手抓紧绳子，慢慢地稳住身体……我一抬头，看见妈妈在对面的岸上微笑着，用鼓励的眼神看着我，一股暖流涌遍我全身，我又有了勇气和力量!我屏住呼吸，第三次向前面的吊环伸出了右脚……“成功了!终于成功了!” 不久，竹子也经过一番波折，也过来了，我们不禁手拉着手欢呼起来。

巴尔扎克曾经说过：“世界上的事情永远不是绝对的，结果完全因人而异。苦难对于天才是垫脚石，对于能于的人是一笔财富，对于弱者是万丈深渊。”收获，来自辛勤的付出。
