回想以前练字的一幕幕，这次的“二等奖”凝聚了我多少努力和汗水呀！此时我又想起了刚转到荆小那一阵子，当时我对荆小很陌生，原以为她很普通，但当我看到同学们那或整齐娟秀，或潇洒漂亮的字后，顿时心生敬佩，决定要好好练字，像他们那样写一手好字。每天的写字课，我总是目不转睛，看着老师的指导，我懂得了“悬针竖”“垂露竖”的写法，懂得了上下结构的字怎样呼应，左右结构的字怎样穿插；知道了怎样读帖，怎样临帖练字的时候更是一笔一画，一丝不苟。遇到写不好的字，我还虚心向班里的写字高手请教。渐渐地，我的字越写越好。当老师表扬我的字进步大时，我心里真比吃了蜜还要甜，练字的劲头更足了，每天完成家庭作业后，不再盯着电视，而是认认真真地练一页字。妈妈看在眼了，喜在心里，常常感叹：“应该早点把你转到荆溪小学来”。

听说学校要举行“千人写字大比武”活动，我练字更认真了，我没有想过要得奖，因为学校里写字高手如林，我只想着不要丢班级和学校的脸。这次意外地拿到了“二等奖”我怎么能不高兴，不激动？

不过这次比赛我最大的收获不是得到二等奖，而是让我懂了：付出就有收获！

今天，我要和大家说一件十分光荣的事情，那就是我被选入参加区运动会了。

训练第一天，来的时候我还很好奇，心中无比的激动，总是在想：会练一些什么呢？就在这时，老师让我们先跑四圈操场，我从来没有一次性跑过四圈，所以有一点不想跑，但这是老师的指令，是不能不服从的。一开始，我认为很好玩，可是跑到了第三圈，我便双腿发软，跑完四圈后，我气喘吁吁，路都快走不稳了。

接着，我们做了几个热身运动。其中，让我最讨厌的是单脚左右跳了，因为它老是让我抖来抖去，让我花了好大的力气才做完一次。

然后，老师让我们拿着十斤重的哑铃做深蹲二十五个，接着向前走一步，做二十五个高抬腿，最后一听哨响就跑五十米。我们做了三组，第一组我认为还行，第二组的时候我双腿发软，实力大减，到了第三组的时候我认为哑铃是一个大恶魔，处处与我作对，我感觉自己快被打倒了。做高抬腿时，腿都抬不起来了。展现出我这几天训练成果的是最后一次训练了，我和三个六年级的比赛两百米，我以34。5秒的成绩拿了第二，只和第一名相差0。2秒，这让我十分满意，因为打破了我的个人记录。

虽然训练很辛苦，但付出总有回报，希望我在运动会上拿一个好名次。

星期四下午，我们举行了武术操比赛。

“哇噻，好厉害啊。”叫声、鼓掌声连续响起，我定睛一看，原来是马若鸣那班上场了，他正和他的一个同学表演武术呢，真壮观！赞叹声接连不断，一个又一个的高难度动作，几乎都可以和少林寺的人媲美了。

一转眼间，一到五年级全都上场过了，特别是五年级，做的超整齐，抱拳礼也做得干净、利落。

“接下来出场的是六年（1）班，请六年（2）班做准备。”体育老师说。

同学们一个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，都想在这次的比赛中一展风采呢。我小声地背着我们出场时的口号和做操前的口号。同学们有的整整衣领，有的背背口号，还有的在做操。

终于该我们上场了，同学们一个个雄赳赳，气昂昂，精神抖擞地走着正步，进入场内。

“胸襟百千丈”范世成大声朗诵着。

“眼光万里长”我们也使出全身力气对出下句。

“以葛婉璐同学为基准，成体操队形散开。”站好队后，范世成一举手“一二”，我们便开始朗诵《少年中国说》里的一个片段。“纵有千古，横有八荒。前途似海，来日方长。美哉，我少年中国，与天不老！壮哉，我中国少年，与国无疆！”我只觉全身的热血都沸腾了，我们一个个慷慨激昂，都以自己最好的状态来参加比赛。不管能不能赢，我们都是最棒的。

随着“全国中小学生，系列武术健身操，旭日东升，现在开始”，我们开始做操了。我努力把每一个拍子都跟好，动作做标准，给大家呈现出我最好的一面。

开合运动，“哈哈”我们的喊声震天动地，似乎就像老师说的那样，虽然武功没别人强，可也一定要在气势上吓跑敌人。

踢腿运动，“呼”，我们发出老虎一般的吼叫，仿佛我们就是真正的老虎，正和敌人作战。

我看看沈姿含，她也和我一样，很严肃，想必，她也和我一样，有点小紧张吧。

比赛结束，我们回到座位上，等待分数出来。我出了一身汗，不仅是因为热，还因为我太紧张了。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people

come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result,

traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out.

What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for

people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.
