In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

其中让我最感动的是小康和他的家庭。小康，一个黑黑胖胖的小男孩，每天沉默寡言，上课，总是用一双圆溜溜的眼睛看着你，表示出他在很专心地听讲；下课，你总是看到他在位置上不停地写作业，可是每次组长收作业总是他没有及时做好。尤其是他的家庭作业，每次都不能认真、按量完成。于是，我们便决定去他家家访。虽然从他的衣着上，我已经明白他的家境不是太好，但是真正地走到他家里，依然让我有一种心酸的感觉。全家四口人蜗居在开发区永安村的一户农家，并不是他们一家人，而是有几户人家一起租住的，真正属于他们家的应该就是一间房子，厨房、餐厅、卧室、厕所连接在一起的一间房子。我们去的时候，满室的炒菜香味，小康正趴在餐厅的一张桌子上写作业，他的爸爸满身油污，见我们进来，腼腆地不停搓手：“老师，知道你们要来，我特意请了假早点回来，原想洗个澡的，可是路上堵了一会儿……”我看着他不好意思的样子，心里陡然升起一种感动：质朴的家长觉得老师到来就是一种礼遇，应该用自己最好的面貌来迎接。炒着菜的妈妈也连忙从狭小的厨房里出来：“老师，今天我特意多买了几个菜，呆会儿你们在我家吃晚饭啊！”很显然，他的爸爸、妈妈对老师都带着一股浓浓的尊重，因为他们俩都来自贵州的山村，小学毕业因为家里穷就出来工作了，他们希望自己的儿女能够比他们有出息。对于小康，他们已经竭尽全力地满足他的一切需要，孩子在家里也很是听话，但由于父母文化程度不高，工作忙碌的原因，不能对他的每科作业检查、辅导，但每天总是会再三叮嘱他一定要把作业写完，可是由于孩子基础不扎实，有的作业孩子不会只能空着了。两位家长也知道自己的孩子在班上肯定拖了班级的后腿，一个劲儿地向我们道歉，并对老师对孩子的关心表示感谢，希望老师能严格要求他的孩子，不管打还是骂他们都支持老师的做法。看着两个年轻的父母脸上近乎卑微的表情，对自己孩子恨铁不成钢的困惑，我的心里也涌上了一股复杂的情绪：为孩子父母的重托，为自己对孩子关心得不够，为自己有时对孩子态度的粗暴……我拉过刘永康，看着他的眼睛告诉他：“要相信自己，只要付出就会有收获！有什么不会的主动来问老师，老师和你的爸爸妈妈一样喜欢你！”我看到了泪光在他的眼里闪烁。虽然他们一家再三挽留我们吃晚饭，但我们还是起身走了。他们一直把我们送出村子才回头。

第二天到学校，我明显感觉到小康比以往对我亲近了一些，因为他主动跑到我的跟前对我说了声：“潘老师早！”脸上不再是以前一成不变的严肃，而是泛着微微的笑意。我也微笑着摸了摸他的头，亲切地对回应了他：“早上好！”他脸上的笑意更浓了。上课时，不仅仅只是看着我，也会举手回答一些简单的问题与我互动，不会做的作业不再是发呆了，而是在我鼓励的目光下主动来问我了。我能体会到他对老师的喜爱，感觉得到他的自信心在增强，感受得到他的学习兴趣在增加。

小康的变化让我惭愧自己对班上的孩子做得太少了，尤其是后进生。他们很多是学习兴趣不浓，性格内向，自己不自信，家长也就对其失去了信心。特别是流动孩子家长为了生计整天忙于工作，教育方法简单化，他们更需要老师的帮助。作为教师，有很多事情值得我们去做，用情去付出，关心爱护每一个孩子从早晨的问候开始；用心去收获，我们可以每天都能感受到孩子们的进步。家访不仅仅改变了孩子，也改变了我！

种下一缕阳光，收获灿烂与辉煌。

以乐观为养料，以自信为树种，以青春为媒介，最终收获美好的成长。

种下一缕阳光，收获豪迈气魄。

有这样一个柔弱女子，她可以独倚寒窗以寄情思;也可以醉酒淋漓以托烦心;她可以细数黄花;也可以高歌霸王。她笑就要笑得灿烂，哭就要哭得动情。面对家国动荡，身陷兵荒马乱，她选择了在心中种下一缕阳光，收获了巾帼女子的坚强，收获了无与伦比的魅力。

种下一缕阳光，收获坚韧气节。

种下一缕阳光，收获一个更努力的自己。

“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生。”为什么卑微的野草从未负春风的呼唤，明知北风仍在呼啸却依然要努力生长?因为它们在心中种下了一缕阳光。不经历寒风料峭，又怎能“春风吹又生”呢?这缕阳光，是野草拼命守护的尊严，也是野草永不放弃的承诺与倔强。

曾有这样一缕阳光，它给予我光芒万丈。

阳光无言，但它所带来的光与热就足以证明他无私的奉献所成就的许许多多。

在乐观中加入谨慎，在自信中加入坚定，青春不一定要奋力燃烧，慎重的选择一样能散发出希望之光，也一样能收获精彩的人生。

曾经，我希望自己有一个小太阳，寒夜可以取暖，星下可以照亮。漫漫长夜我将不再孤寂，凄凄傍晚我将不再恐慌。可后来我选择了种一缕阳光到心底，把自己变成一个太阳，给予身边的人希望，收获真挚的友谊与灿烂。

古今中外，并不是所有人曾试图在心底种下一缕阳光，而他们中的大多数过得潦倒、麻木、无欲无求。那一缕阳光并不只是为了熔化你心中的坚冰，更是为了教会你奉献，教会你成长，收获别样人生。

三百六十行，而我选择了成为那个播种太阳的人。洒下汗水与泪水，我要收获的绝不仅仅是骄傲与轻浮的产物。世事纷非无奈，静思，曾有多少人活得精彩，又有多少人活得舒畅?穿过历史的窗口，我看到的不只是光鲜靚丽，还有那背后的无助与彷徨。心中没有光热，人生路上没有目标与希望，最终只能是空虚寂寞，也定收获不到真正的快乐与辉煌。

种一缕阳光到心底，我收获了炽热的梦想，收获了精彩的青春，收获了……
